何度もハワイを訪れていますが、今までサンセットクルーズ参加した事がなく、
今回大人5人、子供3人、総勢8人で参加しました。
かなり風が強く船も結構揺れたので、乗り物酔いする方は酔い止めが必要です。
皆さんがおっしゃる様に冷房がかなり寒いので上着が必要です。
出港すると4階のデッキに上がり、サンセット写真を撮りに行き、ビュッフェ。
ビュッフェが少し落ち着くとフラが始まります。
最後はみんなでYMCA、恥ずかしがらず踊ってみる事をお薦めします。
やり切った感が出る頃に港に到着。大人も子供もとっても楽しかったです。

ドキドキしながら乗船しました。出航すると楽しい時間の始まりです。
きれいな海！ 楽しいショー！ ブッフェも美味しいです。フルーツもあって賑やかな夕食でした。
花火も見たくて金曜日を選びましたが強風のため花火は中止でした。
また今度乗船して花火も楽しみたいと思います。
船内は空調が強めです。上着はあった方が良いと思います。
出航後早めに最上階へ行くと、まだ人が少なくアメリカフラッグなど撮影ポイントを自由にできます！

Kirsten made this trip an absolute delight for my family and me! This trip was fun, relaxing, and exciting at times. We loved how informative Kirsten was and especially enjoyed all of the local recommendations she shared. Smith's Kauai Wailua River Cruise to Fern Grotto with Live Entertainment
Wonderful trip with great entertainment

We really enjoyed the trip on the river with the explanation for what we were seeing and the explanation of the grotto. The Captain and Crew were friendly and accommodated our special needs, my aunt with a walker. This is a tour I highly recommend for anyone visiting Kauai.

Captain Bob's Kaneohe Sandbar Snorkel & BBQ Lunch with Free Transportation
Amazing Excursion

we had an amazing time at The Sandbar. we enjoyed playing volleyball. The staff was amazing! and the captain was absolutely awesome. it was our favorite excursion of our trip in Hawaii.
I wish we could have spent more time at The Sandbar. I feel like 2 hours would have been perfect.

ハナウマベイ自体はこじんまりとしたビーチでしたが、 あざらしがいたり、魚は逃げないし、自然との共存、大切さを感じられました。
素晴らしい体験でした。
また、現地喉方対応で様々な国の方、世代の方達とコミュニケーションが取れて楽しい思い出となりました。
ぜひ、日本ガイドもし素晴らしいと思いますが、現地ガイドの方も親切です。
片言の英語を駆使して必死になるのも面白いです。

DINDOの案内で楽しく安全なツアーだった
バスも適度な人数でゆったりとしていてよかった。
ハレアカラでの滞在がもう少し長く欲しかった、ショップでの買い物はサンライズ時のオープンと同時に並べた人は買えた、ゆっくり日の出を見てからでは買えないまま出発時間になった。もう一つ上のハレアカラ天文台へも行ってみたかった。
キャンセル時の対応はveltraに直接するべき契約
天文台へ行かないと認識していなかった
クラロッジの朝食でツアーを選んだが、ミルハウスでの朝食でした

迷いがあるなら絶対にやった方がいいと思います。
お金を貯めるのも大事だが、忘れられない経験をすることのほうが大事だと気付かされました。
写真動画の購入は特に営業はかけられませんでした。
免責事項は英語ですが、翻訳アプリでなんとかなりました。
終了後の迎えのバンが来るまで1時間ほど待ちました。

バイキング料理は普通でした あまり取りすぎないほうが良いです 船は大きいので揺れも少なくクルージングを楽しめました

The best part is the guide took excellent pictures of everyone with the sunset and stars.
Very knowledgeable and answered all questions. Was very considerate and made sure all were ok during the trip.
Setup the telescope very well - we could see the rings of Saturn very clearly.

Our guide, Koki, did a fabulous job with the Sunset photos for each of us at the summit and also a great job getting everyone's photo with the stars. He was an excellent driver and went slowly on the bumpy gravel part of the drive.
Because Koki's Japanese dialect is not something most English speaking people understand, he needs to speak more slowly and distinctly. I had a great deal of trouble understanding him - seems like I could only catch 4 out of every 10 words, and that is not something I expected on this tour. Granted, out of the 10 people, there were 2 Japanese men and Koki spent a lot of time on the way home speaking only to them in Japanese.
So, I had very mixed feelings about this tour. I come to Hawaii at least a couple times a year and I would definitely ask more questions about the guide and his speaking and understanding ability before I take my nest tour.

The food was excellent. Even though the venue was large and held many people, it was very efficiently organised.
Open bar had a great selection of drinks
The show had a pre- show. the band played while we were having dinner and there were some songs sung by the cast.
The show itself had a great story line and you could tell that the performers are proud to be part of the cast.
You ARE NOT called up on stage. A good thing.
Great value for money as well.

午後集合．途中で休憩しながら頂上へ．高山病にならないよう，ゆっくりとあがってもらい，頂上付近では，天候や観光客の状況から，柔軟に場所を変えて対応してくれました．ほぼ満月に近い日程でしたが，星はたくさん見えましたし，天体望遠鏡での説明も，興味深かったです．今度は，違う季節で，かつ新月に近い時期に行ってみたいです．
スキーウェアのような上着と手袋をお借りできるので，かなりの防寒になりますが，ダウンのインナー，耳が隠れる帽子，足首が出ない靴下を持っていくとよいです．夫はダウンのパンツも履いたので，さらに寒さ知らずでした．

初心者でもレベルに合わせ、他の参加者と一緒に体験できます。1時間以上、コハラ山・丘を海を見ながら、そして馬と話しながらゆっくりと乗馬します。本当に楽しいです。
最初の受付は日本の方は迷うと思います。なぜなら駐車場のゲートが閉まっていて、自分で開けてまた閉めなけばなりません。その案内はありません。

まず席に着いてから、サービスの乾杯マイ・タイがくるまて時間がかかり過ぎ…乾杯には、間に合わず（泣）
ビュッフェは、テーブルごとに誘導されるました。
料理内容は、可もなく不可もなくです。メインのローストビーフのソースが、上手くお肉に絡まずでした。スイーツは、もっと種類があれば良かったかなぁ。コロナ前に参加したときは、もう少し料理の内容が良かったような気がします。そうは言っても、ローストビーフ、おかわりしましたけど（笑）料理名がわかるようにしてくれたら、良かったと思います。とにかく、満席でした。
この度は私共のクルーズに再度お越し頂き誠に有難うございました。マイタイのドリンクがすぐに届かず、お飲み物をお出しするのに 大変時間が掛かったことをお詫びいたします。総支配人と連絡を取り今後のカスタマーサービス強化のための指導をすべてのスタッフにしていく予定です。

雰囲気が良く景色やショーは楽しめましたが、食事は少々期待ハズレでした（ローストビーフが硬すぎて、肉がパサついていました。。）思っていたよりも船が揺れた為、少し船酔いしてしまったのが残念でした。

Such a fun night. The food options were delicious. The activities and vendors were interesting and informative. The show is very entertaining and fun to watch. The host, Paul, was fantastic and he made it special for my fiancé and l as he heard we got engaged a few days prior. We got to get our own dance along those who were celebrating anniversaries. That was such a sweet surprise and totally unexpected. I highly recommend luau! The transportation was also fantastic and super easy.

Experience mediocre and spoiled by Rain

Our group was looking forward to our first luau and as we arrived at the destination it started raining. While the hosts were quick to hand out rain ponchos, the rain affected the event.
First, the hosts were rushed to get folks registered and get things moving. As a result, our group was never able to get our picture taken before the event started. Knowing this was an outdoor venue and its rainy season, I would have expected that certain things would have been under cover - like the photo area, the stage and honestly even the seating.
The food was under cover and was good. Not spectacular but good. A couple of our group had raw fish and were all sick that night so having certain foods outside for an extended period was not smart.
The performance from the warriors was good. They tried to show the different dress/dance of various polynesian groups but it would have benefited from more clarity on their differences as they all stared looking the same.
The ONE performance I was looking forward to was the fire dance. It was a disappointment. I expected all the adult performers to have choreographed a phenomenal dance of fire, complete with fire twirling, throwing etc. Instead they handed the "fire dance" off to one young boy for a solo act and two young boys to show off what they learned. YES, they were very good! but the magic of a "warrior tribe" dancing the fire dance was lost. The adults did come back for a grand finale - but it seems confusing at best.

Great Lunch, OK snorkel

The captain, crew, boat accommodations were all good - great! But the reason for this excursion was the snorkeling and that was just OK.
First the good: The crew did a fantastic job taking care of us all on the boat. They seamlessly prepped all the food without us realizing they were doing it, and then served it very effectively! It was really good and plenty of it. Gotta be fast to ask for seconds tho as the crew is very efficient cleaning up. The boat ride was also great!
Now the OK: I fully expected the crew would extend their care to the snorkeling adventure and split us up into groups and take us around the coral reef. They did not, and we were left to swim and fend for ourselves not really knowing how to navigate a reef without coming in contact with it, not really knowing what we should be looking for. I "happened" across a turtle that came up from the depths of the coral and almost collided with me... so I saw that one, but not much else because I wasn't sure what I should be looking at.

集合場所がわからずドキドキしました。。
「ホテルの入り口を抜けて、ビーチに向かった所に船が停まっている」
などの事前案内があったら安心だと思う。
10:00の便で、海底30mでも明るく
たくさんの魚が見れてとても楽しかった♪
ホヌに会えるのを願ってましたが…叶わず。。
高齢の母も一緒だったので、マリンアクティビティは一切なかったので、日本ではなかなか体験できない潜水艦で、水中散策ができたのでよかったです。

こちらのツアーは、英語での案内になりますが、
英語がそんなにできなくても、翻訳ソフトなどを使って、親切に教えてくれます。実際にチケットを購入したり、入場する際も、相乗りしてきた外国人の方に同一グループとして一緒に購入してあげて欲しいと、あらかじめドライバーさんから申し伝わっているので、本当に楽でした。何よりも、コスパがいい！日本語対応の送迎ツアーと比べて本当にリーズナブル。滞在時間もたっぷりあるので、お迎えまでビーチでゆっくりできました！

ハワイ 1日完結バウ・リニューアル 夫婦・カップルの記念日をスターオブホノルル号でお祝い！サンセットディナークルーズ付き
素敵な思い出になりました

昨年、入籍をし年齢高めで挙式などは考えていませんでしたが、サンセットクルーズをリサーチしてバウリニューアルというのがあったので、入籍２年目の結婚の誓いの更新を行い証明書と記念写真、乾杯のシャンパン1本いただきました。
席は窓際のカップルシート指定で景色を見ながらお食事が出来ます。
サンセット、ホノルルの夜景、とても素敵です。フラダンスや色々なダンス、船内のみんなで盛り上がりました。
少食なので1スターにしましたが、充分な量です。
この度は私共のスターオブホノルル号デイナークルーズにお越し頂き誠に有難うございました。結婚記念日おめでとうございます！全体的にお楽しみ頂けました様で大変嬉しく思います。ハワイでの素敵な思い出作りのお手伝いができたことをスタッフ一同光栄に思っております。またのお越しをスタッフ一同お待ち申し上げております。
