I participated in a beginner-level plan with shuttle service. There is a bus to Kualoa Ranch, and at the information desk, there are Japanese staff or staff who can speak Japanese.

When you arrive at Kualoa Ranch, the Japanese staff will instruct Japanese participants to gather together. Once gathered, they will explain the basic flow and locations in Japanese, so there’s nothing to worry about.

There were no Japanese-speaking staff on the return bus. It was initially sunny at Kualoa Ranch, but it gradually became cloudy.

It was my first time on an E-bike. At first, there is practice on the course. I applied the brakes as I would on a regular bicycle, but they are very effective, so be careful. Make sure to apply the brakes slowly.

Once you get used to it, there are no problems. The activity guide communicates only in English. Before starting the activity, they show you how to operate the E-bike with a video that has Japanese subtitles. During the activity, it is completely English-only.

慣れれば何も問題有りません。アクティビティのガイドは英語だけでやり取りします。アクティビティを始める前にEバイクの操作方法を日本語の字幕が付いたビデオで見せてくれます。アクティビティ中は完全に英語オンリーです。

The Napali Coast tour on a medium-sized boat is highly recommended. Since the boarding time is long, a small boat lacks a roof and has limited restroom facilities. With a large boat, you can't get close to the cliffs, and the boat speed is slow. A medium-sized boat offers the best of both worlds. We were able to go right under the waterfalls cascading from the cliffs and experience the spray. The captain navigated the boat professionally, and the two female staff members kept the atmosphere lively with their smiles. When we gave tips upon disembarking, all the staff responded with "thank you" in Japanese. We were also very satisfied and enjoyed the long tour with smiles. I highly recommend it.

ナパリコーストは中型船でのツアーがおすすめ。乗船時間が長いので小型船だと屋根がなくトイレも限定的。大型船だと岩壁近くに近寄れず船速も遅い。中型船は良いとこ取りです。岩壁から流れ落ちる滝の真下に入ってくれて滝に打たれることが出来ました。船長はプロフェッショナルな船裁き、女性2名の添乗スタッフも笑顔で適切に盛り上げてくれました。チップを下船時に渡したら、全スタッフから「ありがとう」の日本語が返ってきました。こちらも笑顔で大満足で長いツアーを楽しめました。おすすめです。

We got to swim with adorable dolphins, and of course, we swam with colorful fish and even a big sea turtle, which was incredibly moving!! Of course you can’t predict rain in Hawaii but you can have spots to seek cover. The event did pass out rain plastic but only once at the beginning and we did not get any.

Once the rain passed there was no attempt to wipe chairs so even if the rain stopped you were still soaked.

The hurried the show to see a quick fire dancer set but that was not that good.

Even without the rain you couldn’t see. The tables in rows made it difficult. The food was ok. The drinks didn’t not taste like any alcohol was in them just super sweet drinks. Overall I was not happy with the event.

I rode on the catamaran for the first time in about 10 years. This time, I chose the Na Hoku because it included an all-you-can-drink option. The view of Waikiki and Diamond Head from the sea is exceptional. The sea was relatively calm, making it the best cruising experience. Additionally, I enjoyed the all-you-can-drink option and had about 6-7 Mai Tais. There were only four of us, including a Japanese couple, so it felt quite private.

⭐︎ I deducted one star because my wife got seasick. Personally, I would give it ⭐︎5 stars or more. Next time, I think I'll go during sunset.

Beautiful spot, tide wasn't super low (which you can't really control) but the snorkeling was just mediocre, per my friends that did it. We were on the boat most of the time eating cup of noodles, the live music was awesome and one of the guys that took people out for the banana ride was super nice and fun to chat with. The guy handing out goggles was a bit all over the place, I stood in line twice to get my goggles and he kept giving everyone theirs as I just stood there waiting and I almost thought he was doing that on purpose as it happened 2x so I just gave up and said well I guess I'm not snorkeling today. That was a bit disappointing. I think for the price, it wasn't really worth it. There are better tours here on the island.

The staff were all smiling, kind, and spoke Japanese very well, creating a bright and reassuring atmosphere where I could enjoy myself! The light snacks, including sandwiches and chips, were delicious, and I bought some souvenirs at ABCstore. I didn't get seasick, and there was wonderful music on board, creating a happy space where all participants were smiling. The water activities were enjoyable enough even with just the free options! I also tried the bumper tube as an option, which was more intense and active than I imagined, but I managed to endure it (laughs). I almost felt like I was going to heaven, but since it was something I had longed to do, I was glad I chose the option! I was also surprised by the cleanliness of the ship! It was so much fun that the three hours flew by! If I have the chance to come to Hawaii again, I would definitely like to participate!

This is my fourth experience at Angel's Sea, including other companies. Not in a bad way, but I was surprised by how many people there were, and since it was my first time being picked up by a large bus, I was worried about how it would go. The staff was friendly, and there were enough staff members for participants to swim comfortably! They took the time to thoroughly explain safety precautions, such as not swimming at the back of the boat, and they were always watching over the participants. There was also a practice for the OK sign and help sign, which was reassuring. We were the only Japanese participants, but there were many children joining, and we were able to communicate and have fun. There was an incident where a participant's hat flew into the sea, but the staff returned the boat to the point where the hat was and jumped in to retrieve it. The snorkeling time was long, and if you get tired, you can return to the boat via the stairs! I highly recommend it!
