Average food, Very little narration of sites along the way - also hard to hear with engines running. Servers were attentive. Drinks way below average. Mai Tais out of a cooler igloo container? Dirty metal cups.

It became my best memory in Hawaii!!! It's a thrilling and the best activity. The flight time was just right, and both crew members were amazing. Thank you for the wonderful memories.

I participated in this tour a little while ago. The pick-up from the hotel and the support on-site were very good. Compared to similar Japanese-speaking tours organized by other travel agencies, the price was significantly lower and felt very worthwhile. It had been a while since I went horseback riding, but the female guide accompanied us and explained various stories, answering our questions, which was great. My friends, who were riding for the first time, also enjoyed it without any issues.

久し振りの乗馬でしたがガイドの女性が同道しながら様々なエピソードを説明してくださり、こちらからの質問にもお答えいただけてとても良かったです。
乗馬が初めての友人達も問題なく楽しむことができました。

I've always wanted to try skydiving. The moment I jumped out of the Cessna was thrilling, and my heart was racing, but I was able to enjoy the journey through the sky with the diver, feeling excited. Definitely give it a try!

There were many participants, and it felt like a dinner show. We had to wait quite a while to get our food. The Mai Tai was a bit too sweet.

参加者が多くてディナーショーの雰囲気でした。料理を取るのにもかなり待ちました。マイタイは少し甘すぎでした。

There were 13 participants, including 10 travelers from the mainland United States and us, but the guide made an effort to speak Japanese when talking to us, which showed consideration and allowed us to enjoy the tour.

アメリカ本土からの旅行者10人と私たちとで13人の参加でしたが案内のドライバーが私たちと話す時には極力日本語を使ってくれ、気遣いが感じられ、楽しくツアーをすることが出来ました。

This sunset cruise was amazing! The weather was perfect the crew was fun, accommodating and the music was perfect! We could not have asked for a better evening!

Our group had a great time! However, we weren't expecting to get wet on the ride. I think that should be included in the description - as I think it's quite common. Drinks were tasty and the views of the sunset at Waikiki were excellent.

Adventurous tour! We will do this tour again. A memorable experience with family. Thank you.

Highly recommend! This experience is incredible and the guides that run it are awesome. Our guide in particular was very kind to our 8 year old daughter who had a blast with us.

Really glad to go on this cruise. it was one of the best wonderful excursions we did in Kauai with reasonable cost. The ride to the Fern Grotto was very relaxing and the music and Hawaiian dance entertained us.

Unfortunately, the tide was high, reaching up to my thighs even in shallow areas. I thought snorkeling was just about seeing fish, but I was able to see many sea turtles up close. I could hear the sea turtles breathing right next to me, so close that I was worried I might touch them. The tour fee is quite high, but I am very satisfied.

残念ながら潮の高さは、浅いところでも腿くらいまでありました。
シュノーケリングは魚を見るだけかと思っていましたが、
ウミガメが近くでたくさん見れました。
プハーっとウミガメの息継ぎが聞こえるくらい近く、触れてしまいそうで
心配になるくらいでした。
ツアー代金は結構しますが、大満足です。

This was my second horseback riding experience, but it was my first time along the coast! I started with a mix of excitement and nervousness. Thanks to the kind and attentive trainer and the adorable horse, I ended up having so much fun that I was filled with joy before I knew it. I definitely want to do this again! For those who are unsure about it, this wonderful location for horseback riding will help you forget your everyday fatigue and stress in an instant.

- Light snacks included one spam sushi per person, along with apples and snacks.

It took forever to get our drinks. The food was awful. The entertainment was poor to say the least.

Dexter did a great job showing us around and getting everyone where they needed to be on time.

Such a fun and memorable experience! We first stopped at the sandbar and played volleyball. The volleyball was actually so fun even if you have never played! The lunch was good and filling and offer beer and other choices of beverages. After that, we headed to the coral reef and spent about an hour there swimming and enjoying the fish! We say sea turtles and manta rays from afar which was unforgettable. Overall, highly recommend this fun experience for everyone!

Would do this again in a heartbeat! The views were like nothing I’ve ever seen before!
We took our family of 5 (we have 3 boys) my 8 and almost 4 year old loved it but my 2.5 yr old had a hard time. And I couldn’t figure out what was wrong. I’m thinking ears not adjusting to the height or maybe even motion sickness. But he did not do good. He’s usually a very very easy going toddler. So keep that in mind if you have young children. I would love to do it again without my kids so I could enjoy the breathtaking views without stress

I was guided to Waipi'o Valley, Akaka Falls, Rainbow Falls, and the botanical garden. Since the guide is American, I recommend this for those who understand English.

Entering the falls can feel a bit dangerous due to the many rocks, but having shoes suitable for the ocean and a floatation device can provide peace of mind. I recommend this for those who want to see the waterfalls and nature of the Big Island.

ワイピオ渓谷やアカカ滝、レインボー滝、植物園など案内していただきました。アメリカ人のガイドさんなので、英語がわかる方におすすめします。
滝に入るのは、少し岩が多く危ない感じがしますが、海で履ける靴や浮き輪があると安心です。ハワイ島の滝や自然が見たい方におすすめします。

The staff's stories were interesting. The boat trip was comfortable and pleasant. The beautiful starry sky and the sight of the Purple Mountain and Taylor Comet made it memorable. The fireworks themselves were a bit lacking compared to Japanese fireworks festivals, but this is not the tour's fault.

スタッフの話が面白かったです。船は快適で気持ちの良い小旅行でした。きれいな星空とちょうど紫金山・テイラー彗星が見えて、メモラブルでした。花火自体は日本の花火大会と比べると物足りませんでしたが、これはこのツアーの責任ではありません。

I thoroughly enjoyed a full day walking around the Polynesian Cultural Center, being introduced to the different cultures, learning history, watching free performances, and buying HI things for family back home. The buffet dinner was outstanding with excellent, friendly service from staff.

The best part was the "HA Breath of Life" show. I've seen Broadway in NY and a show in the west end of London, and this show as just as good, maybe even better as it revolves around true cultural experiences for the audience to witness. I actually got tear-upped more than once. I hope many other will get the opportunity. It was worth every penny and the late bus ride back into Honolulu.

We went during our honeymoon and had an amazing time. The whole crew was so nice and helpful. The live music in the boat was so good. And the activities were a lot of fun. Would definitely do it again.

I experienced cruising for the first time, and it was wonderful. The sunset was truly beautiful and moving. After heading out to sea, I was nervous about the swimming time, thinking the water might be cold, but surprisingly it wasn't and the temperature was quite pleasant (for reference, it was mid-October). However, a large towel and long sleeves are essential. I was also happy with the snack service after playing. Taking motion sickness medication beforehand was the right choice. It was a lot of fun.

初めてクルージングを体験しましたが、とても良かったです。
サンセットが本当に美しく感動でした。
沖に出た後のスイミングタイムは、水が冷たいのではないかと、ドキドキしながら入りましたが、意外にそうでもなく気持ちの良い温度でした(参考までに10月中旬です)。
ただ大きいタオル、長袖は必須です。
遊んだ後にスナックのサービスも嬉しかったです。
酔い止めは飲んでおいて正解でした。
楽しかったです。

We had a great time on the Dinner Cruise. We were especially impressed when we received a call from Medina from the Body Glove office. She noticed that we stated we both had limited mobility when we registered, so she called to tell us we could park at the pier right across from the boat and arranged to have their crew unlock the gate for us when we arrived. This made it very easy to board. The crewmembers assisted my wife, who uses a walker, during boarding and when getting off the boat. Everyone on the crew was very warm and friendly. Service was excellent. Food was good. Entertainment was a lot of fun. I highly recommend this cruise and thank the folks at Body Glove for their kind assistance to both of us.

Food was not good. Meat was too tough and dry. Chairs were uncomfortable and too close together. I could not see the show at all!

It was a great experience. Worth the money. All the workers were very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed it.

What a great excursion with live music to enjoy as we were heading out & returning from the sandbar. The weather eventually co-operated with the sun coming out on the last hour. Highly recommend this company for this excursion.

My son and I had just a few days, and wanted to see as much as we could without wearing ourselves out. An early morning hike up Diamond Head, and a subsequent tour of the island seemed like a good option, and it was great! We had enough time to climb and enjoy the view from the top, and then the van ride was wonderful. We both felt like it was the perfect balance of riding time and stops around the island at well-chosen locations. We never felt rushed, and never got bored. Our guide, Stephanie, was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a great day! BTW, the hike is not an easy stroll, but neither is it too strenuous. I'm 68, and didn't have a problem. If you're not in great shape, take the easier trail, and not the demanding stairs when you get to that point. But take the hike. It's worth it!

this experience was so much fun and great to have experience such Fun, fun, fun with friends. The personnel was super. It was like adding a cherry to the top of a cake I would highly recommend this to friends to experience this on the island of Kauai. I will definitely book this fun experience. Next time I am on the island of Kauai.
my husband and close friend Jim and his wife Sue all enjoyed it and talked about how much fun it was on our way back to our hotel.
I wasn’t sure about entering the tunnels, but it added to the fun and I haven’t Laughed as much as I did as well as everyone else on this tunnel of fun
