I participated in a buggy tour! We stopped at about 3-4 highlights where the guide provided explanations, but since the guide spoke only in English, I had to pick up the nuances. (laughs) They were very proactive about taking photos and shared stories with humor, creating a really nice atmosphere for the tour.
As for the buggy ride, I wondered if it was really necessary to do it in Hawaii. There were also horseback riders enjoying the vast nature, and I thought that might have been more fun... so I felt a bit of regret.
However, it’s definitely worth going at least once to see the filming locations and enjoy the stunning scenery of Kualoa.

We really enjoyed the sunset cruise yesterday. The captain and his team (Audrey, Haley and G) were all great people, very helpful and considerate during the 5 1/2 tour. Few people got sick due to very strong current and rough water and this team took care of all by comforting them and taking good care of them. We certainly recommend this company for sunset cruises.
Make sure to take motion sick gess pill or patch an hour before the tour start time.
The access was good, and the time required was reasonable, so I was able to make effective use of the time before checking into the hotel. I could see the ocean of Waikiki from 360 degrees above, and I enjoyed a luxurious view of the cityscape of Waikiki from above the sea.

Its a cheap, pretty trip down the river and then you get to see a really pretty spot with a little cave and waterfall in a jungle like setting. Id say go. It only takes a couple hours. This is our third trips to Hawaii but is the first time to have a chance to see other beautiful beaches in Oahu in addition to the well known Waikiki beach. The hike in the Diamond Head was manageable but the view from the top was magnificent. With the driver John’s guide, we had the most spectacular experience in Oahu.
The booking process is easy. Tour driver was very on time and helpful.
The tour guide James was friendly and very kind, always attentive to our health during the hike. He also provided fascinating explanations about constellations and the Mauna Kea telescope.
