The lecture is given in Japanese at the beginning, so there are no issues with understanding how to do it.

You can't really move the scooter by yourself, but you can see the fish up close!

I was able to catch a glimpse of a sea turtle!

However, while the scooter part is fine, you need to wait on the boat for about an hour, which can make you quite seasick, haha.

If your turn for the scooter is later, I think the seasickness will go away by then.

Since there is air around your head, you can dive without stress, which is a new sensation.

日本語で最初にレクチャーしてくれるのでやり方は問題ないです。

スクーターはあまり自分で動かせませんが、魚たちを間近で見ることができます！

ウミガメをちらっとみれました！

ただ、スクーター中はいいのですが、船の上で1時間くらい待つ必要があるのでだいぶ酔います笑

スクーターの順番が後ならそこで酔いはなくなると思います。

頭の周りが空気なので、ストレスなくダイビングできるので新感覚です。

This is a must do adventure, and well worth the price. I was impressed and pleasantly surprised at the 1-to-1 ratio of divers to BOBs in the water. They really make sure everyone is comfortable in the BOBs and are doing okay throughout the dive. The 1 hour of free time is basically during the time others are in the BOBs. They provide snorkeling equipment if you want to hop in the water during that time. We had a gray and windy day, so it was quite cool on the boat during the off time. So if your weather is not the best, consider bringing a windbreaker.

First of all, it was very good. There is no doubt about that. Additionally, the snorkeling mask and wetsuit were both well-sized and of good quality and condition. When I participate in snorkeling abroad, I often receive large masks meant for foreigners that don't fit my face, leading to unpleasant experiences with seawater getting in. So, I brought my own, but my husband's borrowed one was much better and suitable for seeing manta rays. This allows for a worry-free experience. However, unfortunately, Japanese participants went in first, which caused their bodies to cool down quickly, and my husband ended up being the last to get back on the boat, unable to stop shivering. That was the most disappointing part.

まずは、とても良かったです。それは間違いありません。
それと、シュノーケリング用のマスクもウェットスーツも、きちんとサイズのあった物を選んでくれて、質も状態も良いものでした。
私は海外でのシュノーケリングに参加すると、顔のサイズに合わない外人向けの大きいマスクを渡され、何度も海水が入る嫌な思いをしたので自分用のを持っていったのですが、主人の借りた物の方がとてもよくて、マンタを見るのに適していました。これは、安心して参加して頂けます。
ただ、残念なことに。日本人が先に入ったのですが、そうすると体が冷えるのが早くなるのに、ボートに上がるのが最後になり、主人は体の震えが止まりませんでした。それが一番残念なことです。

My family and I greatly enjoyed this experience! Even my in laws who just stayed on the boat and watched from above enjoyed the view. These creatures are majestic and beautiful! We saw 8 rays and almost all of them got within a foot of me! I would recommend doing this activity for anyone just remember to take motion sickness meds as sometimes the water is choppy....

Every year during New Year's, I go to the Big Island (Waikoloa) and Oahu. My wife and I had our first submarine experience, and I couldn't believe we were diving more than 17 to 20 meters underwater. It was moving to see the ocean floor, coral reefs, various fish, and turtles. It was a wonderful experience.

There are four departures a day, but we chose the morning course with explanations and guidance in Japanese. Although the voice was a bit hard to hear, I was glad we chose the Japanese guidance. However, I was at the Atlantis office, and the explanations for the pier and boarding area were very unclear. I think it would have been better if there were signs or something similar.

毎年正月はハワイ島（ワイコロア）とオアフ島に行きます。妻と二人、初めての潜水艦体験で、海の中１７、２０メーター以上潜るとは信じられませんでした。海底、珊瑚礁、いろいろな魚、亀を見られたときは感動、感動。
素晴らしい体験でした。
１日４便ありますが、私たちは、午前中の日本語での説明、案内のコースを選びました。声が少々聞き取りにくかったですが、日本語での案内を選んで良かったと思いました。
ただ、アトランティスの事務所にいたのですが、桟橋と乗り場の説明がとてもわかりにくかったです。案内板等があれば良かったと思います。

It was a course without Japanese guidance (although it seems there is Japanese guidance available through headphones, which I didn't use), but I understand enough English, so it wasn't a problem. Everyone else was foreign, and I was a bit fed up with the number of Japanese people in downtown Honolulu, so it was nice. There was a sense of universality when the Canadian child next to me asked, "Where's Nemo?" Seeing the submarine surface near the boat was exciting. I enjoyed seeing beautiful fish, rays, and turtles (it would have been even better if sharks had appeared), and it was my first experience diving into the ocean from a submarine, which was interesting. It was a smaller submarine with small windows, but I think it was sufficient.

日本語案内ではない時間のコースでしたが（ヘッドフォンで日本語案内はあるようだが使用せず）そこそこ英語がわかるのでまあ問題なし。
自分達以外は外国人で、ホノルルの街中が日本人だらけで少しウンザリしていたのでちょと良かったです。
隣のカナダ人の子供がニモはどこ？という言葉に世界共通感がありました。
沖で船の近くに潜水艦が浮かんでくる様子はウキウキしました。
きれいな魚やエイやカメがみられて楽しかったですし（サメでも出て来たらもっと良かったけど）、潜水艦で海に潜るという体験が初めてのことで面白かったです。
窓の小さい方の潜水艦でしたが十分だと思います。

I was looking for activities that even a one-year-old child could enjoy, and this was perfect for us! The colorful fish were clearly visible through the beautiful glass bottom of the boat, and luckily, we even encountered a pod of dolphins. The dolphins came right up next to the boat, which was so much fun.

The guide was very knowledgeable about the fish and was a wonderful person with a great sense of service. The explanations were in English, so those who understand English will enjoy it more, but even if you don't understand, the beauty of the sea itself means you won't be disappointed.

The boat ride lasts about an hour. The sea was calm, and the boat didn't rock, but since you tend to look down at the glass bottom, I think it's a good idea for those who are prone to seasickness to take some motion sickness medication. The meeting point was easy to find, and I think you'll spot the boat with the blue and yellow flags right away.

I definitely want to use this service again next time!

１歳の子供でも楽しめるアクティビティを探していたのですが、こちらはそんな私たちにぴったりでした！
カラフルな魚が、キレイなボートのグラス越しによく見えますし、ラッキーなことに、イルカの群にも遭遇できました。イルカたちは、ボートのすぐ側まで来てくれてとても楽しかったです。
ガイドさんは魚の知識が豊富で、サービス精神の溢れた素敵な方でした。説明は英語なので、英語が分かる方が楽しめますが、仮に分からなかったとしても海そのものが美しいので困るということはないと思います。
乗船時間は１時間ほどです。海は穏やかで船は揺れませんでしたが、うつむいて船底のガラスを眺めるので、船に酔いやすい方は酔い止めを飲まれた方がいいと思います。集合場所もわかりやすく、青と黄色の旗をつけたボートをすぐに見つけられると思います。
また次回も利用したいと思います！

My husband and I did this excursion together. He loves scuba diving, so he enjoyed it, but not as much as he does diving. I, on the other hand, get claustrophobic diving, so I LOVED this because I didn’t have to have anything touching my face/a mouthpiece. While under water, we saw tons of fish and sea turtles. In addition to scuba scootering, we got to snorkeling while we waited our turn for the scooters, so it was like two excursions in one. The staff were all great too!

The manta rays really swirl right in front of you. You can almost touch them if you reach out, and they even bump into your underwater goggles or the camera you’re holding. It was an incredibly thrilling tour. The downside was the language barrier. My husband and I were the only Japanese people there, so we didn’t understand most of the explanations, but it was still manageable. Also, it was quite cold. The ocean at night gets chilly. The people around us didn’t seem to mind as much, so if you’re not sensitive to the cold, you should be fine.

While looking at the voucher at the hotel, I realized I had overlooked the part about confirming by phone at 4 PM. We were supposed to check in at a store in the shopping center at 6 PM and gather at the local port at 6:30 PM. We originally planned to have an early dinner near the shopping center, and since I wasn’t confident in my English skills, I went directly to the store before 4 PM, and they helped me with the check-in process then. For those staying at the Sheraton, you can depart from the port, which is just a short walk from the hotel, so you don’t need a car.

本当にマンタが目の前でぐるぐる回ります。手を伸ばせば触れるくらい、というか、水中メガネや手に持っていたカメラに、マンタからぶつかってくるくらいです。大迫力のツアーでした。難点は英語。日本人は私たち夫婦のみで、説明はほぼ分かりませんでしたが、それでも大丈夫、何とかなります。それと、結構寒いです。夜の海は冷えます。周りの人たちはそうでもなかったので、寒がりじゃなければ大丈夫でしょうか。ホテルでバウチャーを見ていると、16時に電話で確認というのを見落としていましたのに気付きました。18時にショッピングセンターにある店にチェックイン、18時半に現地の港に各自集合となっていましたが、元々ショッピングセンター近くで早めの夕食をとる予定で、電話は英語力に自信がなかったため、直接16時前に店に行き、その時にチェックイン手続きもしてくれました。シェラトンに宿泊している人は、ホテルから歩いてすぐの港から出発しますので車がなくても大丈夫です。

The instructors were very enthusiastic, and I enjoyed the time on the boat while searching for dolphins. I was truly moved when I actually saw the dolphins! Thank you!

When we arrived at the port, a suspiciously named boat called "Dangerous" came to greet us (laughs). Although they didn't speak Japanese, I could feel the staff's consideration. There was a manual in Japanese.

As soon as we set off, we saw a large group of dolphins swimming! The boat rocked quite a bit, and since I had read reviews, I took motion sickness medication beforehand. By the return trip, about half the people were feeling groggy, so the medication is essential.

Also, it was cold! Perhaps due to the weather, the sea at the activity site was chilly, and the return boat was extremely cold, so it's necessary to prepare for that. There were quite a few sharks. We could see them in groups for about ten minutes. At first, it was thrilling, but I gradually got used to it.

It was a great experience to snorkel with sharks, something you don't get to do often.

港へつくと「危ない」という怪しげな名前の船がお迎えに来てくれました（笑）日本語は通じないですが、スタッフの方がの気遣いがわかりました。
日本語での説明書はありました。
出発するとすぐにイルカの大群が泳いでるのが見れました！
船はかなり揺れます、口コミを見ていたので酔い止めを飲んでいきました。
帰りには半分くらいの人がグロッキーになっていましたので、酔い止めは必須です。
あと、寒い！天気のせいか実施場所の海も冷めで帰りの船がめちゃくちゃ寒いので対策必要です。
サメは結構いました。だいたいグループで１０分見れる感じです。
最初はドキドキでしたが、さすがにだんだん慣れてきます。
なかなか体験できないサメとのシュノーケル良かったです。

I went to the point and swam in the cage, but the swaying was intense, and the time I could enjoy was reduced. Motion sickness medication is a must. The sharks were smaller than I expected, and they seemed accustomed to humans, so they weren't particularly intimidating.

ポイントまで行き檻に入って泳ぎましたが揺れがすごく楽しめた時間は少なくなってしまいました。
酔い止め必須ですね。
サメも思っていたより小さく人間慣れしているのか特に迫力はなかったです。

I made a last-minute reservation and participated. The staff were very accommodating, and thanks to them, I was able to see both dolphins and sea turtles♡ The hula dance we all did on the boat at the end was also a lot of fun! I would love to use this service again!

I was able to swim together with sea turtles at an incredibly close distance! A pod of dolphins swam right underneath me while I was snorkeling! I could hear the chatter of the playful dolphins. I will definitely go again!

The weather was great, and I was able to see a beautiful sunset! When I mentioned it was my first time snorkeling, they kindly taught me how to do it. Whether you can see manta rays depends on the timing and conditions of the day, but when I went, I had the best experience of encountering eight manta rays that came close to the surface to feed on plankton. It was so close that I was amazed! After snorkeling, it started to rain and got cold, so if you're going, it might be a good idea to bring a larger towel or something to wear in case it rains; it could help with the cold.

天気にも恵まれキレイなサンセットが見れました！
シュノーケリングが初めてと伝えると丁寧に教えていただけました。
マンタは良く見れるかはその日のタイミングやコンディションによるかと思いますが、私が行ったときはベストで8マイのマンタに出会え、プランクトンを食べに海面近くまで来てくれました。
ぶつかるんじゃないかと思うくらい近かったので感動しました！
シュノーケリング後は雨が降ってきて寒かったので行かれる方は大きめのタオルや羽織れるものなどあるともし雨が降っても寒さはマシかもです。

You will drive to the tour office, where you will watch an instructional video on how to ride the scooter. After that, you will head out to sea on a boat and ride the scooter. A staff member will accompany you on one scooter. Since the staff are locals and speak very little Japanese, it's recommended to pay close attention to the video to learn how to operate the scooter. In the water, many fish will come to the bait, which is a lot of fun. We even encountered a sea turtle!!!

車でツアーオフィスに行き、そこでスクーターの乗り方の説明ビデオを見ます。その後、船で沖にでてスクーターに乗ります。
一台のスクーターにスタッフが一人ついて乗せてくれます。
スタッフは現地の方で日本語はほとんど通じないため、操作方法はちゃんとビデオを見て覚えておくのがおすすめです。
水中ではエサに魚がたくさんよってきて楽しいです。ウミガメにも出会えましたよ！！！

Since the waves are less impactful, it was recommended to depart early in the morning, so I booked the 09:00 tour. It was expensive to include a shuttle, so I chose the plan to meet at the location with a rental car. It took about an hour to arrive from Honolulu. The reception and tour guide spoke only English, but there were also Japanese informational signs, so it wasn't inconvenient.

We arrived at the point about 20 minutes after departure, and many sharks gathered around the boat. When we arrived at the point, the waves were high, and I thought motion sickness medication was essential. Each group of 7-8 people entered the cage. I brought an underwater camera, but due to the waves, I couldn't take good photos. However, I was moved by the sight of sharks gracefully swimming right in front of me.

送迎をつけると高いのでレンタカーで現地集合プランを選択。
ホノルルからは１時間程で到着しました。

出航してから20分程でポイントに到着。
到着するとボートの周りに沢山のサメが寄ってきました。波の影響が少ない朝早い出発が良いとあった為、
09：00発のツアーを申し込みました。
レンタカーを借りていた為、現地集合にしましたが、ホノルルからは１時間程で到着しました。
受付やツアーガイドは英語のみですが、日本語の案内表等もあったので不便はありませんでした。
ポイントに到着した際は波が高く、酔い止めは必須だと思いました。
７-８名のグループ毎にケージの中に入ります。
水中カメラを持参したのですが、波がありなかなか上手く撮れませんでした。。
が、目の前をサメが優雅に泳ぐ姿は感動しました。

It was amazing to see the sea turtles up close. Their way of breathing was so clumsy and adorable. When the sea turtle dove to the bottom of the ocean, my son dove down with it (it was quite deep). The angle the guide captured in the photos was fantastic.

ウミガメが間近に見れて最高でした。
ウミガメの息継ぎの仕方が下手すぎて可愛らしかったです。
ウミガメが海の底に潜るときに息子も一緒に潜っていきました、（結構深いです）ガイドさんが写真でとってくれたアングルが最高です。

Compared to the dolphin tour, I didn't see as many whales as I expected, only catching a glimpse of them when they surfaced for air. I would like to go see them again.

イルカのツアーに比べて、息継ぎで浮上してくる一瞬のみで思ったより鯨が見えなかった。また、見に行きたい。

I was excited to see what kind of big fish I could encounter on my first submarine ride, but unfortunately, I didn't see the large fish I was hoping for. However, I was glad to see what the ocean floor looks like with my own eyes.

生まれて初めての潜水艦に乗船でどんな大きな魚が見れるのか期待をしていたのですが運が悪いのか自分が思ってた大きな魚が見れなかったのが残念でした。でも、海の底がどの様になっているのか見たかったので自分の目で見れた事は良かったです。

It was quite an exciting experience that is not something you can do every day. There were Japanese guides and crew members who spoke Japanese, making it a tour that was understandable even for those who don't speak English.

In my case, there was a temporary interruption due to a malfunction in the submarine's air purifier, but thanks to the courteous support from the staff at Veltra and the local team, I was able to reschedule and continue the experience.

体験事態もなかなかできることじゃないので、わくわくさせてもらいました。そして日本語の案内や、日本語が話せる乗務員さんがいらっしゃって、英語がわからなくても理解できるツアーでした。
自分の場合途中、潜水艦の空気清浄機が故障し、一時中断はしましたが、ベルトラさんや現地の方々の丁寧な対応により、時間変更という形でやり直させていただきました。
とても楽しかったです。ありがとうございます。

Unlimited drinks and snacks, and since we couldn't see any whales, we were allowed to repeat the experience for free four times. The staff were all kind and it was the best!

The morning gathering was early, but I was satisfied!

Above all, I was able to meet dolphins and swim with them.

I encountered manta rays, sea turtles, spinner dolphins, and bottlenose dolphins! The weather was also nice, which was great.

They also made sure to give us enough time for snorkeling, so we could see other fish as well.

朝の集合は早かったですが満足です！

なんといってもイルカに会えたこと、一緒に泳げたことです。

マンタ、海亀、ハシナガイルカ、バンドウイルカに会えました！
天気も良くて良かったです。

シュノーケリングの時間もしっかりととって頂けるので、ほかのお魚も見ることができます。

This experience was one I have no regrets booking. The divers and guides were wonderful. You always felt safe and were never left alone because you have your own personal diver with you at all times. But you feel at peace and just immerse yourself with the wonders of life underwater. They provide you with all the equipment you need even snorkel gear for your free time! Would highly recommend this activity!

I had a vague image of it and didn't have high expectations, but experiencing it in reality was truly moving. Riding in a submarine was also a valuable experience, and above all, I was able to experience the clear blue seabed as if I were diving myself. I'm glad I participated. You can also see sea turtles!

何となくイメージも出来るし、そこまで期待していませんでしたが、
実際に体験すると感動モノでした。
潜水艦に乗る経験も価値あるものでしたし、何よりも青く澄んだ海底を
まるで自分が潜っているみたいに体験でき、参加してよかったです。

I wasn't able to see any whales this time, but I didn't have high expectations from the start, so I participated with the mindset of at least seeing dolphins while cruising. I was able to see a pod of dolphins and some turtles, which was just as I expected.

At the end, since I didn't see any whales, the explanation for a re-challenge was in English, and I couldn't understand it. It seems that since this is the last of the season, I won't be able to re-challenge this season. So, I think it means that if I show this ticket next time, I might get a discount? I would like to know the correct information. Also, how should I communicate that I have the ticket for the next time?

時期的にクジラはやっぱり会えなかったんですが、まあ最初から期待はしてなく最悪イルカとクルージングって感じで参加しました。
イルカの群れと亀が会え、思った通りでした。
最後にクジラに会えなかったので、再チャレンジの説明が英語で、わからなかったのですが、どうやら、今シーズン最終なので、今シーズンで再チャレンジができない。よって次回このチケットを見せればディスカウント？みたいなことかなと。正解を教えてほしいです。また次回ってどうやってチケット持ってることを伝えたらいいんでしょうか？

The sensation of my body floating in the sea and the manta ray coming from the ocean floor provided an unprecedented thrill. The cocoa after getting back on the boat warmed my chilled body. Additionally, the cruising from the harbor to the point during sunset is absolutely stunning.

海に浮かぶ自分の体と、海底からやって来るマンタの一体感は、今までにない感動を与えてくれました。船に上がった後のココアは、冷えた体を温めてくれます。又ハーバーからポイント地点までのクルージングも夕日が最高です

The crew was very friendly and they provided all the instructions when we are on board. They provided snacks and water. For each scooter they had their own person to guide them. We had a very good time

I felt that Kahala was a better choice than Dolphin Park due to the location and timing, even though it seemed a bit overpriced. The photos turned out well, but I was disappointed when my child said they didn't want to participate again because the water quality was full of algae. I also thought it looked like a muddy pond.

ドルフィンパークより、カハラの方が、場所と時間の都合上良かったので、割高に感じましたが、参加しました。写真はうまくとって頂き、良かったのですが、水質がこけだらけで、次参加したくないと子供から言われて残念でした。私も、泥池に見えました。

I wanted to meet and interact with dolphins, so I took my mother in her 60s on this tour, looking forward to our trip to Hawaii.

However, as soon as we arrived at the venue, we were told to hurry and run because there was no time! It was a terrible environment for my mother, who usually walks with a cane.

Additionally, my mother has a medical condition that has slightly deformed the bones in her fingers, making it impossible for her to remove her wedding ring. We had applied to participate with gloves, but upon arrival, we were told she needed to take it off. Despite pulling until her finger turned blue, it wouldn’t come off.

They said she could participate if we cut the wedding ring and reattach it in Japan. Meanwhile, other staff kept insisting she put on a life jacket quickly, come faster, and cut the ring.

When I spoke to the only Japanese staff member, Junko, she said it was difficult for her to help and left the scene with a dismissive remark.

In the end, everyone left us there, and there was no apology for the miscommunication. The event went on without us, and it ended.

I felt sorry for my mother, who was just left in her swimsuit. Even though she wanted to go back, we couldn’t because the bus departure time was set. We ended up wasting a day in our swimsuits without being able to touch the dolphins and feeling abandoned by the staff.

Of course, there was no refund.

I felt that this tour was so terrible that I thought we could have skipped Hawaii altogether.

On the bus, other tours booked through different sites had friendly staff who engaged with us and shared fun facts about Hawaii, but the staff from this tour were unfriendly and silent, roughly unloading luggage. It was very disappointing.

I absolutely do not recommend this for your important trip.

There was no follow-up or any communication at all.

It was truly the worst experience.

イルカに会いたい！触れ合いたいという60代の母を連れて、このツアーを非常に楽しみにハワイに行きました。
まずは会場に着いた途端、時間がないから走れ！急げ！何をしているんだ？と言われ、いつもは杖をついて歩いている母には初めから酷い環境でした。

更には母は病気で指の骨が少し変形しているため結婚指輪が外せません。その場合は手袋での参加との事で申し込みをしたはずですが、現地では外して欲しいとの事。
指が青くなるまで引っ張りましたが外せません。

結婚指輪を切って日本でくっつけるなら、参加させてもいいとの事。
そんな中でも他のスタッフが、はやくライフジャケットを着ろだの早くこいだの指輪を切れだのやってきます。

唯一、日本人のスタッフ、ジュンコという人にも話すと、私に言われても困りますと捨て台詞を吐きいて、その場からいなくなりました。

結局、みんながその場からいなくなり放置され、情報の行き違いなどに謝られるわけでもなく、勝手に時間のイベントが開催され、終わりました。

水着でただ園内に放置された母が気の毒でした。
帰りたくても、バスの発車時間が決まっているので帰れず、ただただ無駄に水着でイルカにも触れず、スタッフに見捨てられ無駄な一日でした。

もちろん返金もありません。

これならハワイにすら行かなくても良かったと思うほど、ひどいスタッフ達のツアーです。


バスの中でも他のサイトから申し込みをしたツアーは、感じがいいスタッフが盛り上げてくれたり、ハワイの雑学を教えてくれたりと楽しいのですが、こちらのサイトからの今回のツアーはバスの中も、不機嫌そうな無愛想なスタッフが一言も発さず乱暴に荷物を降ろしたりしているだけで、非常に残念です。

大切なご旅行の際は絶対におススメいたしません。

アフターフォローも声がけも全くありません。

本当に最低最悪です。
