I participated in a course without pickup service, but it was no problem since I just had to show my voucher. I joined the Royal Swim, but perhaps due to the off-peak season, there were only five participants, including myself. Most of the others were from foreign countries like Australia and Canada, and since I was the only Japanese person, I felt a bit lonely. The female instructor initially said, "I can speak a little Japanese, so it's okay," but the only things she actually said in Japanese were "My name is ~" and "Are you okay?" along with "belly button," while the rest of the explanations were all in English. With my English skills, I could only understand about 30% of what was said, but since I watched a Japanese video beforehand, I had no particular issues swimming along.

The water temperature was indeed cold, but I got used to it after a while. However, when I got out of the water, I was cold and shivering. In a previous review, it was mentioned that there were only two changing rooms, but in reality, there were plenty, so I was able to change right away without waiting.

The price is high, but it's a valuable experience, so I recommend it.

送迎なしのコースに参加しましたが、バウチャーを見せるだけなので問題なしでした。ロイヤルスイムに参加しましたが閑散期のせいか、私を含め5人しか参加者がいませんでした。オーストラリアやカナダなど外国から来た方ばっかりでしたがみなさん英語圏の人ばかりで、私だけ日本人だったのでちょっとさみしかったです。インストラクターの女性は｢少し日本語が話せるから大丈夫よ｣と初めに言っていましたが、実際喋ったのは｢私の名前は～です｣｢大丈夫？｣｢おへそ｣くらいであとは全部英語による説明でした。私の英語力では3割くらいしか聞き取れませんでしたが、事前に日本語のビデオを見るので一緒に泳いだりする分には特に問題はありませんでした。
水温は確かに冷たいですがしばらくすると慣れて来ます。でも水からあがると寒くて震えてしまいました。以前の書き込みで更衣室が二つしかないと書かれていましたが、実際は沢山あったので、待つことなくすぐに着替えられました。
お値段は高いですが貴重な体験ができるのでおすすめです

I participated in the Royal Swim with seven friends. It seems that groups are divided based on the type of activity, even if it's the same time, and we were in a group with one girl. When they first asked if we were Japanese and I answered yes, the explanation video was in Japanese, and we also had a translator with us. We stored our belongings in lockers without locks, but if you're worried about valuables, they sell padlocks, so it might be a good idea to buy one if you're in a group.

Before the activity started, I had never been close to a dolphin, so I thought, "They're big! Scary!!" at first, but once I touched them, they were gentle, and as we went along, I couldn't help but find them adorable. There were even many opinions about wanting to buy a dolphin! (laughs) I ended up purchasing some photos as well. I felt that the foot push was the main focus, so it was a bit disappointing that I didn't have photos of that... At first, I thought it was a bit expensive, but I enjoyed it without any regrets.

友人たちと7人でロイヤルスイムに参加しました。同じ時間でもアクティビティーの種類によってグループが分けられるみたいで、
私たちと1人の女の子のグループでした。
最初にJapaneseかと聞かれてYesと答えると、
説明ビデオも日本語、通訳のお姉さんもつけてもらえました。荷物は鍵無しのロッカーに預けますが、貴重品が気になる場合は南京錠が売ってるので、グループなら１つ購入したら良いかもしれないですね。
アクティビティーが始まる前、
イルカに近づいたことなんか無かったので、
大きい!怖い！！と少し思いましたが、
触ってみるとおとなしいし、
進むに連れて可愛くて仕方なくなりました。
イルカ買いたい！欲しい！っていう意見が多いくらい（笑）
写真もつい購入してしましました。
ただフットプッシュがメインな気がしたので、その写真が無かったのは残念でしたが･･･。最初は少し高いかなと思いましたが、
後悔なく楽しめました。

I participated in the Dolphin Encounter with my 5-year-old son. We checked in at the guest counter inside Seaside Park. There were Japanese staff members, which made me, as a beginner, feel at ease.

We put on life vests and listened to a brief explanation from the trainer (in English) before heading straight to the pool. There were about 20 participants.

First, we were allowed to touch the dolphin's back and belly. My son was a bit hesitant at first, but he gradually got used to it. Following the trainer's instructions, the dolphin gave me a kiss on my cheek and lips. It was my first time interacting with a dolphin so closely, and I was truly moved.

The experience lasted about 45 minutes, but it didn't feel short at all. At the end, they were selling photos of us being kissed by the dolphin and DVDs. Sadly, we ended up buying them as a keepsake...

Even though we made a last-minute reservation, I appreciate Alan for handling everything properly. The phone call to confirm the reservation was a bit amusing (laughs).

ドルフィンエンカウンターに、５歳の息子と参加しました。
シーサイドパーク内のゲストカウンターにて受付をしました。日本人のスタッフもいて、初心者の私にも安心できました。
ライフベストを装着し、トレーナーから簡単な説明（ここは英語）を聞き、早速プールへ。参加者は２０名程度でした。
まずイルカの背中とお腹を触らせてくれます。息子も最初はおそるおそるでしたが、次第になれてきました。
トレーナーの指示で、イルカが私のほっぺたとくちびるにキス。こんな間近でイルカとふれあうことは初めてなので、感動してしまいました。
時間は４５分程度でしたが、短いとは感じませんでした。
最後はイルカにキスされている写真とＤＶＤを販売していました。悲しいかな、思い出として買ってしまう我々・・・
直前の予約でしたが、きちんと対応いただきアランさんには感謝しています。予約確認の電話対応がちょっと笑えました（笑）

This is my second time on the Star of Honolulu.
Last time, the dinner cruise was amazing.
This time, I participated in the seasonal whale watching.
The lunch was delicious! Making leis and experiencing ukulele and hula was so much fun! The crew members were also wonderful people, as expected!
Star of Honolulu is the best!!
And luckily, we were able to see whales.
We witnessed a lively baby whale breaching multiple times, followed by the mother whale occasionally spouting water and showing her large back as she followed along. It was breathtaking!
I highly recommend this tour to everyone.

スターオブホノルル乗船は２回目です。
前回は、ディナークルーズで最高でした。
今回は、この時期限定のホエールウォチィングに参加です。
ランチもおいしくて！レイ作り・ウクレレやフラ体験もウキウキ！クルーの皆さんも楽しい人たちで、さすが！
スターオブホノルル最高！！
そして、クジラも運の良いことに見ることができました。
赤ちゃんクジラの元気のよいブリーチング！何度も何度も・・・その後ろをお母さんクジラが　時々潮を吹きながら
大きな背中を見せてついて行きます。感激でした！
是非、皆さんに体験してほしいツアーです。
最後に、スターオブホノルル最高！！！！！

I participated in a tour without pick-up on January 24 at 9 AM. We boarded a small boat and listened to explanations inside the submarine as we made our way to it. It took about 15 minutes, but the view of the island from the sea was very beautiful, and since it was January, we were able to see whales as well.

We transferred to the submarine on the water. The boarding order started with a large group, and I ended up boarding last, sitting right next to the pilot and the guide. Perhaps it was to help solo participants get to know each other?

We looked out through a round window about 40 cm in diameter and 15 cm thick, observing the underwater scenery. With beautiful bubbles, we quickly descended to the seabed, which was a blue world with few colors. We quietly moved towards a spot where many fish could be seen, changing the submarine's direction so that both the people on the right and left could see the fish well, passing through schools of fish, coral, seaweed, and sea urchins. Suddenly, a large fish appeared, and the guide's shout of "sushi fish!" made everyone burst into laughter!

I felt there were fewer fish than expected, but since it was a deep and vast underwater world, they were probably scattered around. The submarine headed towards a sunken ship, and after observing the fish living there, we returned. In the end, I was thrilled to see three rays swimming slowly. I wanted to see a sea turtle, but I was told, "They don't come to such deep places far from land." I wondered why there was a sea turtle depicted in the pamphlet.

We surfaced with bubbles and exchanged groups with the next tour participants before returning to the port.

I was able to have a valuable submarine experience, and while it wasn't 20,000 leagues under the sea, it was wonderful to see a world I couldn't dive into myself. Moreover, it was a tour where I could enjoy the foreign atmosphere with a guide who entertained everyone and fellow participants having fun. Out of 48 people, I was the only Japanese, so I was quite anxious, but there were Japanese explanation materials and audio guides available on board, so it was fine.

Above all, the staff was considerate, allowing me to have a great time. They took photos during boarding, and those who wanted could buy them for $20 when disembarking. The guide made sure to pose with me for a photo since I was participating alone! A short DVD of the submarine experience was also included, making for a wonderful keepsake. I didn't quite understand, but they were selling tickets for $25 on board that allow free rides at any Atlantis for a year.

１／２４朝９時の送迎無しツアーに参加。
小型船に乗り、潜水艦内での説明などを聴きながら潜水艦の所まで、、、
１５分程でしたが、海上からの島の景色がとても綺麗で、１月だったので鯨も見られました。
海上で潜水艦に乗り移ります、、、
乗る順番は大人数のグループからで最後に乗船、操縦席とガイドさんのすぐ側の席でした。
一人参加の人どうし仲よくなれるようにでしょうか？
ガラスの厚さ１５ｃｍ位、直径４０ｃｍ程の丸い窓から水中を見ます、、、
美しい泡とともに、もう海底３０ｍ？という位早く海底に。そこは色の少ない青い世界でした。
静かに魚の多く見られる場所へ進みます、、、
右側の人にも左側の人にも魚が良く見えるように潜水艦の向きを変えながら、
珊瑚や海草、ウニ、魚の大群が泳ぐ中を進み、、と、そこへ大きな魚が現れ、
ガイドさんの｢すしフィッシュ！」の声で艦内は爆笑！
意外と魚が少ないかな？と感じましたが、深く広い海中だから、散らばっているんですよね、きっと！
潜水艦は沈没船の所へ向い、ここに住む魚を見てから戻ります、、、
最後に３匹のエイがゆっくりと泳いで行くのが見られて感激でした。
ウミガメも見たかったのですが、「こんなに陸から離れた深い場所にはいない。」そうです。
パンフレットの絵にウミガメが描いてあるのは、なぜなのか？
泡とともに浮上、、、
海上で次のツアーの人達と交代して、港に戻りました。

貴重な潜水艦体験が出来たことや、海底２万マイルとはいきませんが、
自分では潜れない世界をじかに見ることが出来てとても良かったです。
それに、皆を楽しませてくれるガイドさんと楽しんじゃう皆と外国気分も満喫したツアーでした。
４８人中、日本人は私ひとりだったのでとても不安でしたが、
日本語の説明書や艦内では音声ガイドの貸し出しもあるので大丈夫。
何よりスタッフが気を使ってくれたので、楽しい時間を過ごせました。
乗船時に写真を撮ってくれて、下船時に要る人は＄２０で買うことができました。
一人参加の私には空かさずガイドさんが一緒に写真に入ってくれてポーズ！
潜水艦のＤＶＤ（短いですが）も付いていてとても良い記念になりました。
よく解からなかったのですが、１年間、何処のアトランティスでも無料で乗れるチケットを
艦内で＄２５で発売していると

I arrived in Honolulu and joined the tour right away, so I was a bit concerned about my physical condition, but I was able to enjoy the experience without any seasickness.

I thought we would go quite far offshore, but to my surprise, we were able to see whales even in areas where we could still see the town! Honestly, considering the nature of the activity, I wondered if we wouldn't see as many as I expected, or if I might miss the chance to see them altogether. However, it pleasantly exceeded my expectations. We were able to see the whales spouting multiple times, and although I missed capturing the jump on camera, I was thrilled to see it up close.

I participated in a plan without meals, but if your main goal is to witness the whales, I would definitely recommend the option that includes lunch. Many encounters happened while people were eating, so having a meal included would be advantageous. It might be a good idea to either have an early meal before boarding or bring snacks like bread or sweets to nibble on once you've had your fill of whale watching. Water, coffee, and tea are available for free.

Even for those without meals, you can participate for free in activities like ukulele playing, hula dancing, and lei-making, which I think would provide a fun break and enjoyable moments.

ホノルルに到着した日にいきなり参加したので
体調面など　どうかな？と思いましたが船酔いもなく過ごせました

結構沖合まで行くのかと思いきや町並みが見渡せるような場所でも
鯨の姿を見ることが出来るなんて！
正直相手が相手ですので思ったほど見られないのでは？　とか
一度見逃したらもうこれで終わりなんてことがあるのでは？　など
疑心暗鬼もないわけではなかったのですが
いい意味で期待を裏切ってくれました
潮吹きも何度も見ることが出来ましたし
写真では撮り損ねてしまいましたがジャンプも間近で見られ感激です

今回は食事なしのプランで参加しましたが
とにかく鯨の姿を目撃することを目的として乗船するのでしたら
昼食付きの方が食事しているタイミングで
遭遇する事の方が多かったですので断然こちらの方がお薦めです
先に早めの食事を済まされてから乗るか
あるいはパンやお菓子などを持参されて
鯨を見飽きたらちょっとつまむ　というのがいいのではないでしょうか
お水とコーヒー、紅茶は無料で飲むことが出来ます

食事なしの人でも
ウクレレ、フラ、レイづくりの体験教室に無料で参加出来るので
気分転換も出来て楽しいひとときが過ごせることと思います

I was a bit nervous at first since I went without a shuttle, but when I showed my voucher at the reception, they provided a Japanese guide and also told me the most efficient way to see the shows available at that time (in English).

The staff were nice (laughs).

There were also staff members who spoke Japanese in the park, so I felt reassured.

The dolphins let us touch them for a longer time than I expected, and they even jumped right in front of us. I think it's perfect for kids! They also take pictures of you kissing or shaking hands with the dolphins (for a fee).

The crew was fantastic. A very unique way to see ocean life up close. It was a bit crowded and you have to bend over to see out the windows if you are taller than 5 foot, but you soon forget about that as you look through your window.

Whale watching was something I was able to experience multiple times relatively close to the coast of Waikiki. There was a sense of unity among everyone, including not just the staff but also the participants, as we all searched for and shared our discoveries. When I was the first to spot one, it gave me a little sense of superiority. Additionally, the interactive performances on board were quite enjoyable. I tried my hand at the ukulele, and it was fun.

For those who choose not to have transportation included, the trolley's Red Line takes a significant detour towards Aloha Tower. Even if you take the first bus from DFS around 9:20, you may not arrive until about 11:10. If there’s a bit of traffic, there’s a possibility you might not make it! If you're interested, why not take this opportunity to try THE Bus? If you take bus number 19 or 20 from Kuhio Avenue, passing by Hilton towards the airport, it will take about 20 minutes. You can check the approximate bus times at the front desk of each hotel! When boarding, let them know you want to go to Aloha Tower, and they will assist you.

クジラのウオッチングは、ワイキキ沿岸から比較的近いところで、何度となく、見ることができました。スタッフだけでなく、参加者も含めて、全員で探して、発見したら教えあった一体感があります。自分が最初にみつけると、ちょっとした優越感です。また、船内での参加型パフォマンスもなかなか。私は、ウクレレに挑戦しましたが、面白かったです。
それから、送迎無しを選択される方、トロリーのレッドラインは大きく迂回して、アロハタワーに向かいます。ＤＦＳ９：２０分頃の始発にのっても、到着は１１：１０頃。ちょっと渋滞があると、間に合わない可能性も！よかったら、この機会にＴＨＥバスにチャレンジしませんか？クヒオ通りからヒルトンの脇をぬけて、空港方面に向かう１９番か２０番に乗ると約２０分程度で、いけます。バスの大体の時間は各ホテルのフロントで確認を！。乗車の際に、アロハタワーへ行きたい旨を伝えておくと教えてくれます。

This was by far the best adventure I've ever been on and I'd do it again in a heartbeat, which is very different from most touristy things I've done in Hawaii where once is enough.

The crew was great, the sharks were plentiful and the gear provided was excellent. Don't forget to bring your camera because you will want to capture every moment out there. If you don't have an underwater camera, you can buy one from the crew.

My first experience with submarine sightseeing was truly impressive. I saw vibrant schools of fish in Hawaii, large green sea turtles, and even sharks!! It was very fulfilling! My parents in their 70s were also thrilled.

初めての潜水艦観光は、とても見応えがありました。ハワイの色鮮やかな魚の群れや、大きなアオウミガメ、鮫まで！！見応えタップリでした！　７０代の両親も大喜びでした。　

On January 8th, I participated with my middle school and elementary school children. The event started at 1:00 PM, and we were to gather by 11:50 AM. That morning, we had hiked up Diamond Head, so I was a bit sleepy. After watching a simple Japanese video, we signed a consent form (waiver of damage claims) and split into two groups of about ten to enter the pool. Since we were wearing life vests, I felt safe even though I can't swim. The staff mostly couldn't speak Japanese, but we managed to communicate with simple words and gestures. After all, it’s a sign language understood by dolphins. However, when the sun was hidden by clouds, it got a bit chilly. Both adults and children were shivering (laughs). I wish I had at least worn a rash guard.

Now, regarding the sensation of touching the dolphins, I felt they were similar to ____. The children agreed with me. After the program ended, we enjoyed dolphin and penguin shows, bought and ate hot dogs, checked the photos and DVDs we had taken, and looked for souvenirs until we regrouped at 4:45 PM. I recommend this experience for those who enjoy cheering with the dolphins and participants! Also, keep in mind that the photos, souvenirs, and DVDs are quite expensive, so you’ll need extra money for that. There are coin lockers available, but you need to purchase a “small key” (with two keys) for $2. Showers (water) and changing rooms are free.

１月８日に中学生と小学生の子供と参加しました。１３：００開始、１１：５０集合でした。当日の朝は、ダイヤモンドヘッドに上ってきたので、多少、眠気もありました。簡単な、日本語のビデオを見た後、同意書（損害請求の放棄）にサインし、１０人ずつ位の２グループに分かれて、プールに入りました。ライフベストを着けているので、泳げない私でも安心です。スタッフは、ほとんど日本語が話せませんが、簡単な単語、身振りで、なんとなく通じてしまいます。そもそも、イルカに伝わるサインですから。ただ、太陽が雲に隠れると、肌寒かったです。大人も、子供も震えてました（笑）せめて、ラッシュガードを着用しておけば良かったです。さて、肝心のイルカの感触ですが、私は○○に似ていると感じました。子供たちも同意見です。このプログラムが終了後は、１６：４５の再集合まで、イルカやペンギンのショーを楽しんだり、ホットドッグを買って食べたり、出来上がった写真、DVDをチェックし、お土産を探したりして、１６：４５に再集合しました。イルカや参加者と、歓声を上げながら楽しめる方にはお勧めします！あと、写真、お土産、DVDは、結構、高額なのでその分のお金も必要です。コインロッカーはあるのですが、「小さな鍵」（キー２本付き）を２ドルで購入する必要があります。シャワー（水）と更衣室は、無料です。

This one of the biggest thrills I have ever experienced, and there has been alot, we have traveled all over the world and this is most definately in the top 5 for us. To have a shark 8-12 feet long inches from your face, let alone 15-20 of them within 20 feet of you is extreme, then add in some good sized swells to add to the excitement, I wouldn't miss it again, ever, a must for anyone who needs a thrill.

I had participated in this ship's sunset cruise before, but this time the atmosphere was different and I enjoyed it again. It was a refreshing cruise with the wind in my face, and whenever a whale was spotted at the bow or stern of the ship, everyone would dash over with shouts of excitement.

When I got tired, lying down on the chairs and beach loungers on the deck felt really nice. We had a meal included in our package, but since the deck was so pleasant, we hardly ate and just relaxed there. I was worried about seasickness, but thanks to taking motion sickness medication, I had no issues at all.

As for the whales, I was able to see them spouting water a few times, and at one point, I saw one arching its back as it dove down. However, it was very difficult to take pictures.

この船のサンセットクルーズには参加したことがあったのですが、その時とは雰囲気が違ってまた楽しめました。
　こちらは、風を受けての爽快なクルーズで途中船首や船尾で鯨が見えると叫び声と供に皆がここぞとばかりにダッシュしてきます。
　途中疲れてきたらデッキにあるイスやビーチチェアで横になるととても気持ちよかったです。私達は食事付きのコースでしたが、デッキが気持ちよかったのでほとんど食事せず、デッキでくつろいでました。船酔いも心配してましたが、酔い止めを飲んだせいか全く問題ありませんでした。
　肝心の鯨は潮吹きを数回見れたのと一番近かった時は背中を丸めて潜っていく姿も見れました。しかし写真を撮るのは非常に難しかったです。

Of all the activities we did while in Hawaii, this was by far the best. The staff was very courteous and did everything the possibly could to make sure you had a good time. The ages of our kids were 13-19 and they were a great age to be able to enjoy the beauty of the underwater. I would recommend this to everyone that is old enough to take and follow the directions of the staff.

This adventure delivers on exactly what it offers. If you've seen the shark specials on the discovery channel this will be very similar except for the fact that YOU are up close and personal with the sharks. Bring waterproof camera for great shots. I didn't have one but I brought my live action camera and filmed some great footage from on the boat.

The whole family took motion sickness medication, and off we went! As we anxiously peered into the sea from the slowly sinking submarine, small fish gradually appeared. Just when we were a bit worried that this was all we would see, a large creature swam by! It was a sea turtle! We couldn't take a photo in time, but we later saw three more sea turtles just floating there. We didn't see any sharks, but there were some!

I especially recommend this for elderly people who can't snorkel and for small children.

家族全員酔い止めも飲んで、いざ出発！
少しずつ沈む潜水艦にどきどきしながら、海をのぞいていると、小さな魚が少しずつ現れました。何だこれだけか~~とちょっと不安げだった私達の前に、海を泳ぐ大きな物体が！そう海がめ！あっというまで、写真は撮れなかったけど、その後も、じっとしている海がめは３頭も見ました。サメも泳いではいないけれど、いたいた！
シュノーケリングの出来ない年配の方や、小さい子供には特にお勧めです。

I was able to see a whale spouting water and its tail about ten times. Although they were too far away to capture in photos, it was my first time seeing whales in the ocean, and I was truly moved.

According to the explanation from the crew on the "Naturalist," the end of December is when the whales coming from Alaska start to arrive, so their numbers are still low. The best season is said to be from the end of January to February. During that time, you can even hear the calls of male whales trying to attract females through an underwater microphone. If you want to increase your chances of encountering whales, I think it's best to check the season.

That said, cruising on the newly refurbished Body Glove was very pleasant, and just looking at the blue ocean and the green shore was soothing. It was also a nice touch that snacks and fruits were provided for free. There was a bartender on board, and foreign tourists were eagerly enjoying cocktails. Since the guide mentioned that soft drinks were included, I decided to try a non-alcoholic cocktail, and they even added a cute orchid flower to it for free. (To order a non-alcoholic cocktail, just add "virgin." For example, you can ask for a "virgin piña colada" to have a cocktail made without rum.)

On the way back to the port, I encountered a pod of dolphins and a manta ray (though I couldn't see it well since it was just its back), so I think the hit rate was quite high. Since this is a tour that relies on nature rather than a guaranteed aquarium experience, I believe you can still have a great time even if you don't encounter any wildlife, as long as you enjoy the cruising itself.

クジラは潮を吹いているのと、尻尾を10回程観る事が出来ました。どれも遠くて写真に収める事は出来ませんでしたが、
海でクジラを観たのは初めてだったので感動しました。

乗船していた「ナチュラリスト」の方の説明によると、12月末はまだアラスカから来るクジラが到着し始めた頃で数が少なく、ベストシーズンは1月末から2月だそうです。 その頃になると、メスを呼ぶオスのクジラの声を水中マイクで聴いたりする事もできるそうです。 クジラ遭遇のヒット率を高くしたい方はシーズンをチェックした方が良いと思います。　

とはいえ、今年から新しくしたというボディ・グローブ号でのクルージングはとても気持ちがよく、青い海原と緑の対岸を見ているだけでも癒されます。 スナックやフルーツが無料で用意されているのも嬉しいサービスでした。バーテンダーの方も同乗しており、外国人観光客の方はこぞってカクテルを飲んでいました。 案内にソフトドリンク付きとあったので、試しにノンアルコールのカクテルを頼んでみたら、かわいい蘭の花をつけてくれてこれも無料でした。（ノンアルコールでカクテルを頼むには「ヴァージン」を付ければOKです。例えば「バージン・ピナコラーダ」でラム抜きでカクテルを作ってくれます。）

港に戻る途中でイルカの群れやマンタ（背中だけなのでよく分かりませんでしたが）に遭遇したりと、ヒット率は高かったと思います。 必ず遭える水族館ではなく、自然に任せてのツアーなので、クルージング自体を楽しむ感覚で行けば遭遇出来なくても十分に楽しめると思います。

This experience was the best thing I have ever done in my short time on this earth! Even though I was seasick I still had the time of my life. The captain made sure everything was as safe and controlled. These sharks were not aquarium sharks! These beautiful creatures were enormus, full of spledor and power. I was amazed to see in real life. If or when I return to the island I will do this adventure again. Don't miss the opportunity to get in the cage you only live once, Seize the Day!

We had the good fortune to have a young whale in a frisky mood breaching several times. The staff was very thoughtful, one of them loaning his windbreaker to our 7 year old. A great outing!

I had a great time. The crew was outstanding and helpful. The ocean was really rough and I got thrown around in the cage a little. Plenty of sharks and a great experience.

I can go underwater exploring because I dive, but my parents and my little nephews and nieces cannot. So, I participated in the Atlantis Submarine. I was able to see more fish than I expected and even encountered a sea turtle. Additionally, we went to a really deep place, allowing me to experience an unknown world that diving alone wouldn't provide. I could also hear explanations in Japanese, and above all, it was an easy option for anyone to dive to the ocean floor. It was a really fun experience.

私は、ダイビングをするので、海中散策が可能ですが！！
父母や、小さい甥っ子・姪っ子は出来ません。
そこで　アトランティス潜水艦に参加しました。
思ったより、多くの魚を見ることができ、海がめにも遭遇。
また、すごい深いところまで行くので、ダイビングでは未知の世界も体験出来ました。
日本語で説明も聞けましたし、何よりも簡単に海底潜ることが
誰でも可能なOPです。すごく楽しい体験でした。

I had an amazing experience!! It felt more like the dolphins were playing with me rather than me training them, but with my guidance, the dolphins jumped, danced, and gave kisses... and before I knew it, it was over. It was such a fun time. I wish I could take the dolphins back to Japan; they were so cute. In the future, even though it's a bit pricey, I would love for my children to have this experience too.

体験してきました！！
調教するというより、イルカに遊んで頂いた感じですが、
一応私の支持で、イルカがジャンプや、フラやキスをしてくれて・・あっという間に終わってしまいましたが、
すごく楽しい時間でした。日本につれて帰りたいぐらい
イルカかわいかったです。
将来は、少し高いですが、子供にもさせた体験です。

I was considering a dinner cruise, but since I wanted to see the blue sea and sky, I opted for lunch instead. I heard that seating is first-come, first-served (from this post), so I took the trolley and arrived early. The weather was nice, and I was able to get a window seat, which was great. I also enjoyed the cultural class.

However, the meal was a bit rushed and hectic. The boat didn't sway as much as I expected, and above all, the Kona coffee served on board was exquisite. Lastly, for couples planning to go, it seems that if the boat is full, there is a possibility of sharing a table with others. Both of our neighbors were at shared tables.

ディナークルーズにしようか迷ったのですが、せっかくだから、青い海と空を見たくてランチにしました。
席が先着順だと聞いていたので（こちらの書き込みで）トロリーで早めに行きました。天気もよく、窓側の席も取れたので、よかったです。カルチャー教室も楽しめました。
ただ、食事は慌しくて大変でした。船は思ったより揺れなかっし、何と言っても、船内で出されるコナコーヒーは絶品でした。最後に一つ、カップルで行かれるかたは、満席の場合に相席になる可能性もあるみたいです。私たちの両隣は、どちらも相席でした。

I had an absolutely wonderful time!! My favorite was the Sea Trek (＾＾). There were various fish, and being able to touch the rays was the best part. The only downside was that, unfortunately, the dolphin show was canceled due to the bad weather, and it was very cold because of the rain. However, don't worry about sudden rain; you can purchase rain gear at the shop.

と～～っても楽しかったです!!　わたしのお気に入りは、シートレックです（＾＾）　いろいろな魚がいて、中でもエイは触れたりできて、最高でした。　少し残念なのは、あいにくの天気でイルカショーが中止になったのと、雨のためとても寒かったことですね；；　しかし急な雨でもあせらないで、ショップにて雨具用品を購入してください。　

This is my fifth time in Hawaii, and this time I went on a submarine with my wife. We encountered sea turtles twice, which was moving. Next time, I would like to see the stars on the Big Island. It was fun, thank you very much.

Being able to feel the dolphins and swim with them was absolutely amazing. In wild dolphin watching, you definitely can't touch them, and it's not something you can do at aquariums in Japan. The price is reasonable, but it's worth participating. This time, there were only the two of us Japanese participants, possibly due to some mix-up, but when I mentioned that I only understood Japanese, they were accommodating. The signals were not that difficult. If you want to interact more, it's better to pay an additional $50 for the Royal Swim. Either way, I think you'll have a great experience.

イルカの感触がわかるさらに一緒に泳げるって事が最高によかったです。
野生のイルカウォッチングではゼッタイに触れない、日本の水族館ではできない一緒に遊ぶということができます。
値段はそこそこですが、参加する価値はあります。
今回は何かの手違いか日本人は私たち二人しかいませんでしたが、日本語しかわからない旨を言えば、対応してくれました。
それほど難しい合図もありません。
もっとふれあいたいと思う方は50ドル追加してロイヤルスイムに申し込んだ方がいいです。
どちらにしてもいい体験ができると思います。

I have participated in several cruises so far, and it was great. I didn't have high expectations for the food considering the price, but it was satisfying. There were various performances, and time flew by quickly. It was nice to hear Hawaiian songs live as well.

いままでにいくつかのクルーズに参加しましたが、良かったです。値段的に食事は期待していなかったのですが、満足出来るものでした。いろんなパフォーマンスもあり、時間のたつのが早く感じました。ハワイアンソングも生で聞く事が出来て良かったです。

I could not go in the cage as the mask interfered with my dentures but as it was my grandaughter's birthday gift...it was fun to watch her and I could see lots of sharks from the boat (even though it was very rough water).

I participated in the 10 AM session on November 19. We departed from the meeting point on time and headed to the beach. From there, we boarded a boat and made our way to the submarine. The beauty of the blue sea viewed from the boat was so stunning that I couldn't help but exclaim, "Wow!" The moment the submarine surfaced with big bubbles was definitely worth seeing.

I chose a seat at the very back on the right side of the submarine. The explanations were in Japanese, but unfortunately, I couldn't hear the announcements from the lady speaking in front very well, possibly due to my position. However, the view of the seabed from the window was absolutely amazing, and I was deeply moved by the sight of fish and sea turtles swimming gracefully in the beautiful sea. It was also impressive to see the children sitting nearby getting so excited. I believe that no matter where you sit, you'll have an equally good view.

On the way back, we split into groups for those returning to the hotel and those wanting to go to Ala Moana Shopping Center, and they arranged cars for us. Additionally, for those going to Ala Moana, there was a very helpful service where a car would come every hour to take us back to Waikiki!

11月19日10時の回に参加しました。
時間通りに集合場所から出発し、ビーチへ。
そこから船に乗り、潜水艦へと向かいました。船上から見る海の青の美しさは思わず「きれ~」と声に出してしまう程です。ボコボコっと大きな泡が出てきて潜水艦が海上へ現われる瞬間は見る価値がありました。
潜水艦では私は右側一番後方の席に座ることに。
日本語の説明だったのですが、位置が悪かったのか前でお姉さんが話しているアナウンスがあまり聞こえなかったのが残念でした。
窓から見える海底の様子は本当に最高で、魚やウミガメが綺麗な海を気持ちよさそうに泳いでいる様子にとても感動して思わず窓にはりつきそうになりました。近くに座っていた子供さんが興奮しまくっていたのも印象的です。どこの場所に座っても平等にいい景色が見れると思います。
帰りは、ホテルに帰る人、アラモアナショッピングセンターに行きたい人と分かれて車を出してくださり、またアラモアナに行った人は1時間毎に迎えの車が来てワイキキまで送ってくれるというとってもありがたいサービスがありました！
