After flying all day from the UK to Honolulu, great to be met at exit from the air bridge by a smart guy holding my name. Took us directly to our driver who was waiting by the luggage carousel. In no time we had our luggage and to us our black stretched limo. Excellent service, highly recommended !

Our driver arrived on time, loaded our luggage quickly, and moved our party of 5 along with luggage to the airport. Upon arrival the driver was very helpful with unloading and guiding us through the process of agriculture inspection and baggage check in. The experience was AWESOME!!!! We will use this service anytime we visit in the future. We are raving fans!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the absolute best way to get a large party from the airport to the hotel. The value is unbelievable! Our luggage was a little late and out driver was very patient. We had 5 people and lots of luggage. Somehow the driver found a way to fit all the luggage and a wheelchair. Awesome experience!!!!!!!

We had my wife's mother with us and she has mobility issues as well we had a late departure time so it made life easy and our last day in our timeshare much more enjoyable knowing we had a car coming to take us to the airport. It made the going home as stress free as the entire trip.

I Chartered the Royal Coach for my Airport transfer for a group of 37 people. Not only were they on time but they were waiting for my group in baggage claim with signage so we knew they were there for us. Ordered the medium (forgot the correct term) upgrade lei for my mom and it was lovely and lush but too heavy for her tiny senior citizen body. I didn't think about it being heavy! She counted 250 blossoms. It was beautiful and impressive and got comments from locals so must have been special. The greeter offered to walk us to baggage claim but we declined and got lost. The order form said orchids or plumeria or mix and I wish we could've chosen plumeria but maybe they were out of season. I didn't think to tip the greeter until we walked away and lost her. Sorry!

Greeter did not meet us inside the terminal. We made our own way out and found the Limo which was unattended. Driver came without fresh leis that we had paid for. When questioned he said he was waiting for someone to meet us with the leis and not to worry because we would get a refund. We didn't want the refund we wanted out daughters to have the welcome leis so he stopped around the corner and purchased some fresh leis for us. Window tinting was all bubbled in the car. Very average overall.

The greeting was nice and the greeter was friendly but she forgot the box of island goodies we had pre-paid for and she did not know what we were talking about when we asked about it. The main office must have not sorted out the paper work correctly... Although they did have the box shipped over to our hotel once we called and told them what happened.

My mother's one wish on visiting Maui was to have a lei greeting so I arranged it with Veltra without her knowing.
What a fantastic experience for her. The rep was waiting by baggage claim, easy to find with her name on a clipboard.
He could have just done his job and presented her with the lei but no, a wide smile, a hug, a warm welcome to the island. He then chatted with her for a few minutes and a final hug before giving us directions to the car rental counter.
Worth every penny, she will cherish this for the rest of her life.
