Truly loved the experience, it was my daughters first trip to Hawaii and your representative made her welcome one to remember, she took pictures for us walked us to baggage claim and gave us useful information to help make our trip memorable. She also waited with us for our transportation to arrive. She was truly amazing and should be recognized for it..Will definitely use company again.

Highly recommend the use of the shuttle. Process was so convenient and affordable. I booked online 2 days out from my arrival, got an email confirmation the next day, as soon as I got off the plane I saw a lady in a green floral Roberts holding a sign with my name on it. She gave me a shell necklace so I was easily recognizable, instructed me to get my luggage and wait by the shuttles. There were 2 Roberts shuttles and I got one to myself. The driver Mike was friendly and gave me a map and went over a few interesting sites before we departed the airport. He suggested I sit up front so he can talk to me en route. Kona is about a 15 min drive. He took a slight detour so he could show me where some of the nice restaurants, shops, and farmers market, etc was before dropping me off at the hotel. It was a wonderful start to my vacation on the Big Island.

I understand that it's a mixed-up vehicle, but we had to wait for about 30 minutes until everyone arrived. I thought it was a bit of a waste of time since we arrived at the airport early. It would have been nice if they had informed us in advance how many more minutes until departure. It was a bit disappointing that we were just a little short of 30 minutes, but other than that, the shuttle service was pretty standard. They also handled the loading and unloading of luggage carefully!

We were met at Kahului airport by a lovely guy who then asked us to sit and wait 20 minutes which turned into 40 minutes watching 6 people stand around the customer 'service' desk until an empty van turned up. From arrival to being dropped off at our destination 15 minutes away; 90 minutes. We're taking SpeediShittle back.

After arriving at the airport, I had to wait nearly 20 to 30 minutes before getting on the bus. It might have been due to the flight arriving late, but it seemed like there were no buses coming to the airport, and I ended up waiting quite a while. The staff providing information were also inefficient, leaving passengers stranded in the airport, which was frustrating. Even with the same Roberts, it really depends on the staff... it's disappointing.

The bus arrived earlier than the scheduled time, so I didn't have to wait. The driver was very nice, and I was able to get to the airport comfortably. It was great that they came to pick me up with plenty of time to spare, so I didn't feel rushed.

I am a first time customer who was looking for non car rental services and came across Veltra. I noticed the Speedi Shuttle service both on Oahu and Hawaii Island, but had never used it. I called for information and was helped by a very friendly employee who gave me thorough information. Registering was simple and quick. I made a reservation for departure service from my resort to Kona airport. The driver was on time and she and I had a very enjoyable conversation all the way to the airport in the very comfortable air conditioned Speedi van. The fare was AMAZING. Taxi rates back home on Oahu and on the Big Island are very high. I paid LESS for a 14 mi. trip with Speedi vs a 4.4 mi. ride in a taxi on the Big Island. Back home, 1.7 mi from the airport to my residence by taxi cost me half what I paid for the 14 mi. trip on the Big Island. Yes. I am very impressed with your service.
