We went as a family and enjoyed every moment and the Tour Guide Craig was very friendly and knowledgeable. Positive things about the Tour are: 1. the time it went quickly especially with the interesting sights as Waimea Cyn and Wailua River Cruise to Fern Grotto Tour. 2. The lunch was a good time to relax and enjoy a good meal with friends or family. 3. Sightseeing-and able to shop and stretch. Negative things about the Tour are 1. getting to boat on time- Fern Grotto Tour so we could get better seats for photo taking, their was another group of people there already. Negative things about the Tour 2. There was one store we stopped at in beginning of Tour and we did not feel welcomed. The owner was following us everywhere so we left out of there back to the bus also the refreshments where horrible. The only interesting fact at that store was a $4,000 beaded necklace. Overall, we enjoyed the day and recommend.

I was worried about altitude sickness, but as long as I followed the precautions, I was fine. The sunset was truly beautiful and refreshing for the soul. I was moved to see the starry sky for the first time after it got dark. I'm really glad I chose the tour with Nature School. I was also able to download the photos. Thank you very much.

Mount Fuji has been registered as a World Heritage Site, but I don't think there's another mountain where you can drive up to such a high elevation.

The road conditions can be quite poor, so those who are prone to motion sickness should be cautious. (However, since it can be troublesome to feel sleepy at high altitudes, it's worth considering medication...)

The view is absolutely breathtaking; looking down at the clouds, the sunset, and fortunately, it was close to a new moon, so I was moved to see how many stars are actually visible. If I ever come back to Big Island or if someone I know is going, I would definitely recommend this tour. I think going on your own would be very difficult, so I recommend participating in a tour.

As for keeping warm, it can be quite cold even near the Onizuka Visitor Center. It's a good idea to bring long pants and an additional layer like a sweatshirt or hoodie. Wearing the provided cold-weather gear will also keep you warm enough.

ココ以外にないのではないでしょうか？？

道路事情は非常に悪い道も通りますので、酔いやすい方はご注意ください。
（ただ高地で眠くなると困るので、薬の服用は要検討で・・・）

非常に絶景で、雲を眼下に眺める景色、サンセット、幸いに新月に近い日だったこともあり
こんなに多くの星空が本当は見えるんだな、と感動しました。
またビックアイラインドに来ることがある、もしくは知り合いが行くことがあれば
絶対にオススメしたいツアーです。
なお個人で行くのは非常に困難だと思いますので、ツアーで参加をオススメします。

また防寒ですが本当にオニヅカビジターセンター付近でも十分に寒いです。
長ズボン＋１枚羽織れるトレーナやパーカー等の持参がよいです。あとは貸し出しの防寒具を
身に着ければ十分大丈夫ですよ。

We totally enjoyed our tour of Pearl Harbor, the BowFin, the Mo and the Aviation Museum. History of that day became so real and also remembering stories from my in-laws regarding the black out shades. The two young children and a teenager enjoyed the short movie before going over to the Memorial as it gave them more insight to what happened that day. We hope the Aviation Museum will be able to have more planes the next time we visit, as that is quite fascinating going through the choppers. The kids all loved going through the BowFin and the Mo, too!

It was a wonderful day with our grandkids and I feel that they learned a lot about WWll that they would have never learned in school.

Highly recommend this tour...hotel pick-up, comfortable narrated bus ride through Honolulu, no waiting in line for tickets! Very enjoyable and interesting tour. Back to hotel by 2 pm to enjoy the afternoon on the beach. Well worth spending the $ !!!!

Our family had a wonderful day on this tour. We were blessed to have Cousin Pete as our tour guide. Cousin Pete was born and bred in Hawaii. Heis so well read and knowledgeable sharing above and beyond what we expected. Fantastic

On the morning of August 3rd, around 8 AM, we went from in front of the Hyatt to Diamond Head. The driver's talk was excellent. I want to rate this as the best part of the trip. It was so much fun.

About eight years ago, I participated in a stargazing tour. As I was visiting Maui again after a long time, my entire family unanimously wanted to join once more, so we made a reservation.

On the day of the tour, there were some thin clouds, and I was worried about whether we would be able to see the stars, but when we looked up at the observation point, we were greeted with a sky full of stars. The beauty of the stars seen through the telescope was, of course, breathtaking, but I was truly moved by Mr. Yamauchi's explanations and stories.

During dinner, there was a question about what food you would want to eat as your last meal in life, and I can say without hesitation that if I could only visit one place before I die, it would be to see this starry sky. Of course, with Mr. Yamauchi's explanations... Thank you!

8年ほど前に参加させていただいた星空観測ツアー。久しぶりにマウイを訪れるにあたり、家族全員一致でもう一度参加したいとの思いで予約しました。
当日は若干うす雲が広がり、星空が見えるかどうか気がかりでしたが、いざ観測地点で見上げると一面の星空。
天体望遠鏡を通じてみた星々の美しさはもちろんでしたが、山内さんの解説や話の内容にただただ感激のひとときでした。
食事中に、一生のうちで最後に食べたい食べ物は何？などという質問がありましたが、死ぬまでに一カ所だけ行けるとしたら、文句なしにこの星空を見に行きたいと言えます。もちろん、山内さんの解説付きで…

Chief's Luau at Sea Life Park was definitely one of the highlights of my tour's while visiting Honolulu! The staff from beginning to end was just great. Chief was an incredible man and host and the music, the dancing, the ladies just made the evening something to never forget! The setting at Sea Life Park was great. You look in one direction you see the ocean, and another direction you have the mountain back drop. I totally enjoyed this show and food from beginning to end. Chief is the man, what he and the staff did with the fire torches at the end of the show was a nice way to conclude the program. I know there are a lot nice luau's being offered in Honolulu, but this one right here is right up there with all the others. Great show and I had a wonderful time and evening!

I thought I paid for the battleship Missouri tour but was never taken. Arizona memorial was just as I remember it.

On July 14th, which was exactly between the new moon and the full moon, we were able to see a wonderful sunset with no wind. This was my second trip to Maui, and I traveled with my family (including my 87-year-old mother), but this tour was attended by my six siblings. Since we used a car for the entire itinerary, there wasn't much walking involved, and I thought my mother could have joined us. I was moved by the amazing sunset and the romantic starry sky, and I was very satisfied with the explanations and personality of our tour guide, Yamapi. I would like to participate again during the new moon next time. I absolutely recommend it.

サンセットを見ることができました。今回マウイは二回目、旅行はファミリー（８７歳の母を含む）でいきましたがこのツアーは兄弟姉妹６人で参加しました。全行程車利用でしたのでそんなに歩くところもなく、これなら母も参加すればよかったと思いました。素晴らしいサンセットとロマンあふれる星空に感動、ツアーガイドのヤマピーさんの説明や人柄等とても満足のいくものでした。次回は新月の時にまた参加したいと思っています。
絶対おすすめです。

I participated in the beach horseback riding plan. The horses were all gentle, making it safe for beginners, and the ocean was very beautiful. The garlic shrimp at Macky's, recommended by our guide, was incredibly delicious. The guide also suggested the marinated tuna, which was tasty too! (It was available at a supermarket in Haleiwa.)

おとなしい馬ばかりで初心者でも安心・海もとてもきれいでした。
ガイドさんに案内されたマッキーズのガーリックシュリンプは最高に美味しかった。
ガイドさんおすすめのマグロの漬けもおいしいよ!（ハレイワのスーパーにありました。）

Next time I visit the Big Island, I decided to participate in the "Mauna Kea Summit Sunset & Stargazing Tour." It was cloudy and rainy in the morning, and I was worried about whether I would be able to see the stars, but at the summit of Mauna Kea, we were above the clouds and were able to see a beautiful sunset and many constellations. The guide's explanations of the constellations were enjoyable and easy to understand, and thanks to that, I had a wonderful time.

As a bonus, I saw Hawaiian geese on Saddle Road, and I was also able to see the Southern Cross in the Northern Hemisphere.

次回ハワイ島を訪れるときは「マウナケア山頂 サンセット＆星空観測ツアー)に参加しようと決めていました。朝から曇り空＆雨が降り、星が見られるか心配でしたが、マウナケア山頂は雲の上、綺麗な夕日と沢山の星座を見ることが出来ました。ガイドの星座の説明が楽しく、解りやすく、おかげですばらしい時間を過ごしました。
おまけはサドルロードでハワイアングースを見られたこと。さらに北半球で南十字星が見られたこと。

They lend you winter clothing (jackets, pants, gloves, hats), but it was good that I also prepared for the cold to some extent. Although the weather was nice and it was said not to be too cold, it was quite chilly compared to the ground temperature. I was torn between sunrise and sunset, but since it was a day when the moon was just starting to wane from full, it seems that sunset was the right choice. If I had chosen sunrise, it seems the moon wouldn't have set for a while, making it difficult to see the stars. Mauna Loa was beautifully visible, along with the sea of clouds, the shadow of Mauna Kea, the sunset, and the starry sky—it was perfect. The guide, Mr. Konno, explained the stars very clearly. It was a great memory to be able to climb a mountain higher than Mount Fuji. Thank you.

防寒着（上着、ズボン、手袋、帽子）を貸してくれるのですが、自分でもある程度防寒していってよかったです。お天気がよかったのでそれほど寒くないという話でしたが、地上温度と比べるとかなり寒かったです。サンライズかサンセットで悩んだのですが、日程的に満月から少しかけはじめた日だったのでサンセットで正解だったようです。サンライズにしていたら、月がなかなか沈まないので星が見えにくかったらしいです。マウナロアもきれいに見え、雲海、マウナケアの影、夕日、星空パーフェクトでした。ガイドの今野さんの星の説明はとてもわかりやすかったです。富士山よりも高い山に登ることができてよい思い出になりました。ありがとうございます。

Every time we take this tour we learn something new and we have done this at least 3 times and you still show that the best drivers and buses are on top of the line!! Would recommend to all

Great activity to do with a family, my 14 yr old son had a great time jumping off the waterfalls. Very fun and informative. Had Jeremy as a guide, he was wonderful.

The main activity was horseback riding, but I was taken to many other places as well.

I learned a lot about various things in Hawaii during the car ride, which was both educational and interesting. I really experienced a lot in just one day.

As for the horseback riding, the guide seemed to be in a bad mood, and whenever we stopped or got out of line, he would click his tongue and scold us, so I couldn't enjoy it very much.

I understand that it's to prevent accidents and injuries, but it would have been better if the horseback riding could have been a bit more relaxed.

メインは乗馬でしたが、その他にもたくさん連れて行って頂きました。

車内でもハワイの色々な事について説明して頂いたので勉強にもなったし、面白かったです。
この一日で本当に沢山の事を経験できました。

メインの乗馬については、ガイドの方の機嫌が悪いのか、ちょっとでも止まったり列が乱れると、舌打ちしながら注意されるので、あまり楽しむことは出来ませんでした。

事故や怪我がない様に・・・というので仕方がないことかも知れませんが、もうちょっと和やかな感じで乗馬が出来たらもっとよかったです。

Veltra was great. They called to make sure we were good with our reservations and faxed a copy of our reservation to Pearl Harbor when we were not able to print the voucher.

Pearl Harbor was a great experience. Pearl Harbor is a must for any American visiting Hawaii, great history lesson. I learned a lot of information I was not aware of.

Important information: the Passport does not include a ticket to the USS Arizona. Show up between 6:30-6:45 a.m. to get your ticket. Theses tickets are free (not included with the passport). The only thing I would say is a must is: USS Arizona, USS Arizona audio tour, and tour the USS Wisconsin.

My husband and I took our 11 and 10 year old daughters. We ALL loved this hike. It was longer than I expected, but definately worth it! I really recommend the boots to avoid ruining your shoes. The hike can get a little tough, but if I did it...anyone can! Have fun and wait for the big surprise.

I was worried about seasickness, but it wasn't a big deal and the boat was comfortable. The food was tastier than I expected. I was lucky to see whales multiple times and was able to take great photos. The onboard cultural programs were diverse, and I enjoyed participating in activities like lei making and hula dance lessons.

船酔い心配しましたが、たいしたこともなく快適な船でした。食事は思ってたよりおいしかったです。クジラ、ラッキーにも何度も見れ、写真もしっかりとれました。船内のカルチャープログラムも多彩でレイ作り、フラダンス講習など楽しんで参加できました。

The tour guide was the most personable, knowledgable tour guides I have ever had. She took the time to explain where we were, what was special about it and answered any and all questions. Would definitely use their services again!

We were blessed with good weather, and at the Mauna Kea summit sunset, we were able to enjoy a beautiful sunset. I was truly moved by the grandeur of nature. This was my second time stargazing, and I was satisfied to see the Southern Cross, satellites, the Milky Way, and shooting stars. It was also great to have photos taken as a keepsake.

お天気に恵まれ、マウナケア山頂サンセットではきれいな夕日を堪能できました。自然の雄大さには、本当に感動しました。星空観測は２度目でしたが、南十字星や人工衛星、天の川や流星も見れて満足です。また写真撮影をしていただいたのも記念になって良かったです。

The entertainment was wonderful. The food was a disappointment. in fact, the cheaper tickets that went through the buffet had it better because they got as much as they wanted. Also, there wasn't much difference between our seats and theirs. I would do it again but would buy the cheaper tickets.

The Arizona was great, the headphones were wonderful

The tour is early so don't b late because they will leave you. The pearl harbor part of the tour is nice and short but long enough to get pictures of the memorial, museum and to do some shopping. The rest of the tour around the city i did not like. It felt like we drove around forever. At the cemetery the bus just drives in and out. It does not stop or lets u get out so you just get a quick glimpse and thats it. I am glad it was a half day tour.

In the pitch-black night, the beautiful stars and the faintly glowing Kilauea volcano in the distance were breathtaking. It was a moment where even blinking felt like a waste, as we could see shooting stars.

The explanations from our guide, Mr. Yamamoto, were very clear and enjoyable! With the sunset and starry sky as a backdrop, we were able to take beautiful photos, allowing me to remember that scenery anytime, even while in Japan. He pointed out the stars with a laser, making it easy to understand which stars belonged to which constellations. We also had fun conversations during the car ride to and from the site.

Next time, I want to bring my parents along, and I would love to request Mr. Yamamoto as our guide again at Masashi Nature School!

真っ暗な夜の闇に、きれいな星と、遠くにぼんやりと赤く見えるキラウエア火山。
流れ星を見ることもでき、まばたきをするのがもったいない時間でした。

ガイドの山本さんの説明がとてもわかりやすく、楽しかったです！
夕日や星空をバックに、きれいに写真を撮っていただいたので、日本にいても、いつでもあの景色を思い出すことができます。
レーザー？で星を指し示してくれるので、どの星がどの星座のことなのかがはっきりとわかりました。
また、行きと帰りの車内でも楽しくお話をさせていただきました。
次回は両親を連れて行きたいのですが、次回もマサシネイチャースクールで、山本さんのガイドでお願いしたいです！！

You will not regret a single moment on this tour. The views are breathtaking, and amazing to experience. Waterfalls, exotic flowers, rainforests, trees, turquoise waters, and those cliffs and one lane bridges! Beautiful. I traveled with my husband, little girl, my mom and mother in law. We took with us many happy memories on this tour. A must see!

We had a blast!, great food, all you can eat crab legs. great service and great show! If you're still deciding what dinner cruise you should take, here's your answer! You can't go wrong! My suggestion take this event as your grand finale of your vacation, probably on the last day of your trip. Thanks so much hawaiian activities, they added Hanauma Bay trip as a extra bonus at no cost( but you need to pay for the entrance fee)which you can not missed! My family and I had a wonderful time.
