I used the service for the first time. There is a service counter right after you exit the gate, which is very easy to find and convenient. I had a lot of luggage, including a golf bag, but the shuttle bus was more affordable and comfortable than a taxi. I will definitely use it again next time!

I had a great time! If I could wish for anything, I would have liked to relax a bit more in Haleiwa. My stay in Haleiwa was only about an hour as I was heading to go horseback riding. The garlic shrimp place I was aiming for opened about 15 minutes late, so I had to hurry and scarf down the garlic shrimp. It was delicious, but I wanted to savor it more and check out other shops as well.

Since it was early in the morning, there were only three passengers, including myself (all Japanese). The pick-up was at only two locations. We quickly got on the highway to the airport. It was probably due to some agreement with the airline, but the pick-up was more than three hours before the flight departure. We arrived at the airport about two and a half hours early. There are hardly any shops at Honolulu Airport, so it's quite difficult to kill time... I always think it would be helpful if the pick-up were a bit later. Therefore, for those who want to use their time efficiently, it might be better to use a taxi instead of a shuttle. Taxis can be a bit pricey for one person, but if you have family or a group, it could be more economical.

pick upは2カ所だけ。すぐに高速に乗って空港へ。
たぶん航空会社との約束とかなんでしょうけれど，pick upは飛行機出発の3時間以上前。空港には2時間半前くらいには着いてしまいました。ホノルル空港は店がほとんどないので時間つぶすのも大変なんですよね…。もう少しpick upが遅いと助かるなと毎回思います。

This was a tour I had been interested in for a long time, recommended by a senior colleague. It was my second time at Haleakalā.

The first time, I visited Maui for a day trip and drove there. I saw a sky full of stars, but since I didn't have any knowledge about stars and had to catch a flight back, I only looked at the stars for about two minutes while descending, thinking, "Wow, it's beautiful!" before quickly returning to the car.

This time, for my second visit to Haleakalā, I knew from the beginning that it would be a full moon, and I participated in the tour for the first time. I could only see bright stars with the naked eye, but through the telescope, we were shown various stars, searched for Mickey in the full moon, and since we lacked knowledge about stars, we learned a lot from the explanations. 今回の2回目のハレアカラは、初めから満月だと分かっていてツアーに初参加。明るい星しか肉眼では見えませんが、望遠鏡で色々な星を見せてくれ、満月の月にミッキーをさがしたり、やはり星の知識がない私達は星の解説を聞けて勉強になりました。またガイドさんの話を聞いて心がリセットされました。色んなことを経験されてきた方からのお話は為になります！

た行けたらいいなと思います。

I participated with three friends.
The process: Since there were participants coming from various resorts on the island, we took a welcoming car and met up with other participants at the meeting point.
After that, we stopped by a supermarket for dinner, where we bought souvenirs like coffee and almond chocolate at a cheaper price than ABC Mart, and then headed to Haleakalā!
During the journey, we climbed the mountain while listening to the guide's explanations and interesting stories.
We took a bathroom break along the way, and since we ascended gradually, I didn't really notice the changes in air pressure and oxygen levels!
Also, the scenery we saw while climbing was very beautiful, and I was taking pictures the whole time!

The summit was very cold, and without the provided warm clothing, it would have been impossible to go outside and enjoy the view.
At night, there were no streetlights at all, and since there were no guardrails on the mountain roads, those who came individually returned before sunset.

I got the impression that going individually is almost impossible.

The sunset and starry sky were more beautiful than anything I had ever seen, and I kept looking up at them (*^_^*)
During the viewing, the guide also provided explanations.

また夜になると全く街灯がなく、さらに山道にガードレールなどもないため、個人でいらしてた方々はサンセット前に帰っていました。

個人で行くのはほぼ無理だなという印象です。

サンセット、星空は今まで見たことない程の綺麗さで、ずっと見上げてました(*^_^*)
また鑑賞中はガイドさんの説明もあります。
友達達も、大満足で、参加して本当に良かったです。
このツアーのために、わざわざマウイ島に行きたくなるようなツアーでした。

The meeting point is immediately to the right after exiting the group exit. I thought it was on the right side in front of the exit, but… it was different(^^; It was more like turning back after exiting. There was a counter on the wall of the building, and there was a Roberts Hawaii reception there.
The reception and shuttle guidance were provided in Japanese, which was very reassuring.
There was hardly any waiting time for both the service and the guidance. I think we departed from the airport about 10 to 15 minutes later.
Half of the passengers on the shuttle were foreigners. The driver spoke only English, but there were no particular issues.

Last time, I used a shuttle from a different company. They also provided service in Japanese, which was convenient (the driver was still English-speaking), but I remember waiting about 30 minutes from the reception until getting on the shuttle. This time, there was a long line at the reception, so choosing this service was the right decision.

This isn't related to the evaluation, but since it was a shared shuttle, the first stop was the destination, so it really didn't take much time (this can vary depending on the accommodation, though…). I have also requested the return trip, but I guess that will be the first stop in reverse. In that sense, on average, everyone shares the same burden, right?

シャトル内の半数は外国人。運転手も英語のみ。でも特に問題はありません。

前回は，別の会社のシャトルを利用しました。こちらも日本語対応で楽だったのですが（やっぱり運転手は英語），受付後，シャトルに乗るまで30分くらい待たされた記憶があります。今回は，受付に長蛇の列だったので，こちらを選んで正解でした。

評価とは関係ないですが，混乗シャトルですが最初の停車が目的地だったので，本当に時間がかかりませんでした（これは滞在先によって違うので何ともですよね…）
帰りもお願いしていますが，帰りは逆に一番先になるんでしょうね。そういう意味では，平均すればみな同じ負担ってことですよね。

ホノルル空港からワイキキまでの送迎は、いつもロバーツハワイさんを使用していますが、今回も丁寧に対応いただきとても感謝しております。
ただ、今回はカウアイ島からオアフ島に来たため、往路はインターアイランドのターミナルでの待ち合わせでした。そのため、いつもと違って、どこにロバーツハワイさんのスタッフさんがいるかわからず、少し迷ってしまいました。空港にいた方に聞いて教えてもらいましたが、事前に、黄色のTシャツを着ているスタッフが目印など、待ち合わせ場所がわかりやすいように工夫してもらえると、さらによいと思います。
次回もまた利用させていただきたいと思っていますので、よろしくお願いいたします。
