It was my first time, but I enjoyed it! The garlic shrimp I had on the North Shore was delicious! The guide's driving was a bit too fast and it was a little scary.

Stargazing around 4,000 meters, it was an incredible starry sky that you can't experience in Tokyo. During the tour, our guide, Mr. Matsuzaki, took various commemorative photos for us, and I was surprised that we could download high-resolution images for free. I got so caught up in taking my own photos that I ended up with only a few, but participants should definitely have their photos taken. It makes for a great keepsake.

4,000m付近での星空観測、東京ではありえない満天の星空、感激でした。
ツアー中、ガイドのMatsuzakiさんは色々記念撮影してくれて、また無料で大画像をダウンロードできるのには驚きです。
自分で写真を撮るのに夢中になって、枚数は少なかったですが、参加者はぜひ撮ってもらった方が良いですね。良い記念になります。

We were very lucky to see the whales appear numerous times right in front of our window as we were eating our lunch. We chose a table furthest from the buffet line, but it was definitely worth it making the trip. It was a beautiful afternoon, the waves were calm and no body from our party got sea sick. Food was amazing! The ukelele, hula and lei making cultural activities on board gave people of all ages and cultures a chance to experience a taste of Hawaii.

I chose this tour because I wanted to go horseback riding by the beach and explore the town of North Shore, but based on my experiences with various other tours in Hawaii, I felt that the content for this price was frankly too high. The day started with anxiety as the tour bus did not arrive at the pickup time. It eventually showed up 10 minutes late, but the vehicle was old and dirty, and the guide spoke very quickly, making it hard to understand.

In Haleiwa, we weren't allowed to explore the town; instead, we could only take pictures in front of the food stalls while the guide bought garlic shrimp for everyone. It felt rushed throughout, and we ended up arriving back in Waikiki around 3 PM, which was a short time for a high price.

I had a coupon for garlic shrimp, and when I asked the guide to use it, he didn't cut it out or show it to the shop staff, but instead just refunded me $5. They charged the tour guests the regular price, but the guide bought it at a lower price, so he must be pocketing the difference.

For that reason, while I was satisfied with the views of the North Shore and the horseback riding by the beach, I cannot recommend this tour company.

海辺乗馬とノースの街を観光したかったため、このツアーを選んだが、ハワイで様々な他会社のツアーに参加した経験から考えると、この内容でこの値段ははっきり言って高すぎると感じた。この日は、ピックアップ時間になってもツアーのバスが来ず、不安になる朝から始まった。結局10分遅れで到着されたが、車は古くて汚いし、ガイドさんのトークは、とても早口で非常に聞き取りづらい。また、ハレイワの街では、街散策もさせてもらえず、ガーリックシュリンプをガイドさんがまとめて買う間に屋台の前で写真を撮るのみ。終始せわしなくて、結局ワイキキには15時ごろには着いていて、時間は短いのに高い。
私はガーリックシュリンプのクーポンを持っていたので、ガイドさんにこれを使って買ってくれと頼むと、そのクーポンを切り取ることもなく、お店の人にみせることもなく、5ドル返金してくれました。ツアー客からは正規の値段を取り、しかし、ガイドさんは安く買っていて、その差額はガイドさんが得ているのでしょうね。
そういうわけで、ノースの海を見たり、海辺での乗馬は景色もよくて満足だったが、このツアー会社はおすすめできません。

The sunset from 4,000 meters was breathtaking. The alpenglow after sunset was also mystical.
The lunch at the relay point, along with the miso soup, was delicious.

P.S. I was able to borrow a warm jacket, but it's necessary to prepare for the cold.

４０００ｍから沈む夕日は圧巻でした。日没後のアルペングローも神秘的でした。
中継地点でのお弁当、みそ汁もついて美味しかったです。

I participated in a tour that included breakfast. It was convenient to have a plan where they picked me up at the hotel. The breakfast was delicious, and I was impressed by the beautiful sight of the whale's spout and tail. I was back at the hotel by 11:30, which allowed me to do some sightseeing in the afternoon. I think it's a great plan.

朝食食付きのツアーに参加しました。ホテルまで迎えに来てもらうプランで移動も楽でした。朝食も美味しく、クジラは潮吹きと尾ビレがキレイに見えて感動でした。11:30にはホテルに戻れて午後の観光もでき良いプランだと思います。

I was about to give up when I couldn't find any whales and was preparing to return to port. Then, I spotted a whale spouting water. They extended the cruise time and slowed down the boat. After that, I was able to see it spout several times, and I also caught a glimpse of its distinctive tail. The excitement of finally seeing the whale was overwhelming. On top of that, a sea turtle swam by gracefully. The view of Waikiki from the sea was beautiful, and I think it's great to enjoy a leisurely cruise while waiting for the whales.

クジラはなかなか見つからず、間もなく帰港してしまうと諦めかけていた時でした。
クジラが潮を吹くのを見つけました。
クルーズ時間を延長し、船のスピードを落としてくださいました。
その後、何回か潮を吹くのが見られ、
あの特徴的な尾も見えました。
ずっと待っていたクジラの登場に、感動も高まりました。
おまけに、ユラユラ泳ぐ海亀も現れました。
海からのワイキキの景色も美しく、
のんびりとクジラを待つクルージングを楽しむのが良いと思います。

Enjoyed the bus tour, but it gets you there 2 hours after it opens.
The center itself focuses too much on entertainment and not enough on education. It is run by the Morman education system, so one would think if we are supporting the students we in turn would be educated about the various Polynesian cultures around the pacific.

I participated in my first trip to Hawaii with my family. We took a taxi from our hotel in Waikiki to the pier, checked in, and boarded the ship! I was a bit anxious about the language barrier since everything was in English, but there were Japanese announcements, so I didn't have much trouble. There were quite a few Japanese guests as well. The cruise started in the morning with great weather, and since we chose a plan without meals, we stayed on the top deck enjoying the sea and the scenery. As for the whales... we saw them! We could see the spouts and dorsal fins every few minutes, and it felt like we were cruising alongside them, which was very pleasant; I wanted to keep watching. I also hope to see them jump next time!

初めてのハワイ旅行で家族と一緒に参加しました。ワイキキのホテルからタクシーで船着場まで行きチェックインして乗船！英語ばかりだったらと少し不安でしたが日本語のアナウンスもあったので大して困ることもありませんでした。日本人客もけっこういました。朝からのクルーズで天気も良く、食事なしのプランにしたのでずっと一番上のフロアにいて海と景色を楽しみました。肝心のクジラですが、、、見えました！何分か置きに潮吹きや背びれが見えて一緒に平行してクルーズしているようでとても気持ちが良く、ずっと見ていたいなーと思いました。ジャンプも見てみたいと思いましたが次回に期待します！

I went to see the sunset on the last day while I was at the study group. It was incredibly beautiful. I was moved. I will definitely participate next time.

勉強会のついでに最終日にサンセット見に行きました。めちゃめちゃ綺麗でした。

Unfortunately, the weather was not great (>_<), so even though we made it to the summit, we couldn't see the starry sky. However, I appreciate that there is compensation for a free participation next time! I'm really looking forward to it! I wonder when I can go again＾＾

Thanks to Yamapi's friendly personality, everyone was able to chat and have a great time together. I was also happy to try the new items at Krispy Kreme Doughnuts on the way there; they were delicious!♪

残念ながらお天気が(>_<)というわけで山頂まで行ったものの星空を見ることはできませんでしたが、次回無料で参加できる補償つき！だったのでありがたい～。ぜひ次回に期待したいと思います！いつ行けるかなー＾＾

I'm glad I chose this tour where I could experience horseback riding by the seaside! The beach was very beautiful!

Horseback riding by the seaside was very relaxing. Although the horse stopped to eat grass a few times, the guide helped us along and we had a great time. There was also a couple in their 60s, so I think it's an activity that can be enjoyed by a wide range of people.

海辺の乗馬は癒されました。
途中馬が草を食べてしまったり止まったりもしたけど、ガイドさんが誘導してくれて楽しめました。
60代のご夫婦もいたので、幅広く楽しめるアクティビティーだと思います。

I enjoyed a leisurely breakfast while searching for whales and relaxing by the shores of Waikiki. There were staff members who took photos for us, making the experience even more enjoyable.

I stayed in Hilo, and I participated on this tour on the way to Waipio. It's only 20min drive from Hilo, and the place was beautiful. I loved the casual walk in the natural rain forest, and it was like being in the Jurassic Park movie. The waterfall was secluded and awesome. I'd recommend this to anyone and especially the ones with small kids.

I was able to see a lot of whales! The prior explanation by the tour guide was in English, and then there was an announcement in Japanese, which made it easy to understand.
The reason for the four-star rating is the weather. Unfortunately, it happened to be cloudy with rain, which was disappointing. Thanks to the meal plan, I was able to warm up my chilled body with coffee and tea, which was a great help!

たくさんくじらを見ることができました！事前の説明も添乗員さんが英語でした後に日本でアナウンスが流れ、分かりやすかったです。
☆４の理由は天気。たまたま天気が曇りのち雨と悪かったのが残念でした。食事付きプランにしたおかげでコーヒーや紅茶で雨で冷えた身体を温めることができ、助かりました！

I was in the front row and was overwhelmed by the powerful hula dance. Also, the witty and wonderful talk was entertaining. The audience's energy was enjoyable as well.

前の席でしたが、迫力のあるフラダンスに圧倒されました。又、ウイットに富んだ素晴らしいトークが面白かった。お客さんの乗りも楽しかった。

As everyone mentioned, the sunset was magical and wonderful. Additionally, we were lucky that it coincided with the new moon, so the stars were truly beautiful. We could see artificial satellites, shooting stars, and even the distant Kilauea volcano's crater glowing red in the darkness! I'm really glad I participated! In Masashi's tour, the bento provided was not in the usual takeout containers but in a traditional layered box, and instead of disposable chopsticks, we had real ones, and the miso soup was served in a bowl, which showed great thoughtfulness. Also, our guide, Konno, took some stylish photos that became wonderful keepsakes. Thank you!

皆さんの感想通り、サンセットは幻想的で素晴らしかったです。また、ラッキーな事に新月のタイミングだった為、本当に星が綺麗に見えました。人工衛星も流れ星も、また真っ暗な中に遠くのキラウエア火山の火口が赤く燃えている様子も見えるとは！参加して本当に良かった！マサシさんのツアーでは提供されるお弁当がよくあるテイクアウト容器ではなくお重に入っていて、お箸も割り箸ではなくて、お味噌汁もお椀で飲めて、心遣いが感じられました。また、ガイドの今野さんがセンスある写真を撮ってくれてとっても良い記念になりました。ありがとう！

Loved it. Kids lived it the entertainment was fun and the crab was endless.

Myself and two daughters (17,21) choose the Adventure package because we couldn't decide on which tour to do, so many options. We did the jungle expedition, Hollywood tour and the 800 year old fish pond. The guides were all very knowledgeable but most of all entertaining. The ranch has a deep history and the staff has done well to respect what was once there and is still being used today. Beautiful trip!

It was my first time reaching the summit in February, and the conditions for stargazing were perfect, so I was blessed with great timing and weather.
The travel time is long, but Stefan's entertaining talk makes the journey enjoyable.
Stargazing, one of my goals on the Big Island... it's something you should see at least once in your lifetime!

2月に入って山頂まで行けるのは初めてだったということと、
星を見るのに最高のコンディションだということで、タイミングと天気に恵まれました。
移動時間は長いのですがステファンのオモシロトークで道中も楽しませてくれます。
ハワイ島の目的のひとつだった星空観測・・・一生に一度は見るべきだ！

Great time had. I only wish I would have upgraded seating. The standard seats were good, but surrounding people talked way too much during the show. No fault of the luau by any means. Just a lack of common consideration by a handful of inconsiderate people. It could have happened anywhere and our family was able to move to avoid them.

I was able to see the whale's tail, back, and spouting. Four dolphins were jumping. It was moving.

クジラの尾びれ、背中、潮吹き、見れました。
イルカが4頭、ジャンプしていました。
感動しました。

I loved this trip. The helicopter pilot was excellent and we saw inside of the Haleakala Crater. Then onto our van ride from Hana back to the airport. I have always wanted to see Hana and never made it there on my own. This was a great way to go with someone else doing the driving.

We participated as a family of three!
We chose the Jeep Tour, Fish Pond & Garden Tour, and Movie Village.
The weather was great, and the scenery and air gave us goosebumps!
The guide was also entertaining, and our 5-year-old daughter had a lot of fun!

The dinner cruise was amazing and even though we had over cast of Vog and spinkles all day we still captured a beautiful sunset from the ships deck. The food was delicious and staff was wonderful - would highly recommend

On the day of my arrival in Hawaii, I was feeling jet-lagged and didn't have the energy to move around, so I decided to stay at the King Kamehameha Hotel. At first, it was enjoyable, but as the evening progressed, it got a bit chilly for the beach show, and the food was just average. I started to get bored with the show. The dancing was beautiful, but the time spent listening to the host talk while the dancers changed backstage was very dull. I guess it really is a language barrier...

ハワイ到着当日は時差ぼけもあるため動く気にもならず宿泊がキングカメハメハホテルだったので申し込みをしました。最初は楽しかったのですが、ビーチでのショーのため夕方少し涼しいのがだんだん寒くなり、ご飯も普通だしショーも飽きてしまいました。踊りは素敵だったのですが、ダンサーが裏で着替える間の時間稼ぎに司会者がしゃべるこの時間がとてもつまらなかったです。やはり言葉の壁ですかね・・・
