I participated with my husband on our honeymoon. Although it was mentioned that masks were required, we brought them just in case but did not wear them.

The boat ride was very smooth, and even though I usually get seasick, I felt completely fine and was able to enjoy snacks without feeling nauseous! Even those who typically get seasick might be okay with this experience.

Before boarding, we had to sign something like a contract, but hardly anyone was dressed as stated in the document; most people were in casual clothing with their arms and legs exposed. So, it might not be as strict as the regulations suggest.

On the boat, they played live Hawaiian music, and we spent our time enjoying snacks like donuts and drinks. Once we arrived, we could swim right away, and there were free rentals for snorkeling and kayaking. There were also paid options like banana boats and jet skis available if there were openings on the day.

We had about two hours to enjoy the sea, which felt quite leisurely. On the return boat, they offered warm tea to help warm us up. The explanations were given in English, Japanese, and Korean, and although they were a bit broken, they were understandable.

Overall, the sea was not as impressive as I had imagined, but perhaps it was just the timing? Regardless, I appreciated the chance to relax, enjoyed the snacks as much as I wanted, and my husband seemed satisfied, so I rated it four stars.

One disappointing aspect was that the location is far from Honolulu, so we requested transportation, but both the outbound and return trips were delayed. In the morning, we were about 20 minutes late, but the return bus also took a long time to depart. The driver eventually returned to inform us that one group of passengers was still eating their snacks, and we couldn't leave until they finished. This was understandably frustrating. Other tourists were also getting impatient, and it seemed that someone went to talk to the couple eating to expedite things. We finally departed about 30 minutes later, which was unacceptable.

I would appreciate it if you could mention in the guidelines that eating is not allowed during the trip, or that transportation will not be provided if passengers choose to eat. The couple was apparently unaware that they would be departing soon, but their assumptions inconvenienced others. I also thought it was rude that they sat down without apologizing.

The staff, atmosphere, and service were good, but the transportation issues before and after really detracted from the experience.

道中の船はとても静かに進み、いつも薬を飲んでいても船酔いする私がまったくせず、軽食を食べても酔いもせず快適でした！普段船酔いする方でもこれなら大丈夫かもしれません。
事前に契約書？みたいなのにサインするのですが、そこに書かれているような服装の人はほぼおらず、普通にみんな足とか腕とか出た服装でした。だからいろいろ規約に書かれているほど厳しくないのかもしれないです。
船ではハワイアンミュージックを生演奏してくれるのでそれを聞いたり、軽食のドーナツや飲み物を飲んで過ごしました。
着いてからはそのまま泳げますし、シュノーケルやカヤックなども無料で貸し出しがあるのですることができます。有料のバナナボートや水上バイク？も当日空きがあればお金を支払って参加できます。
着いてからは丸々2時間ほどあったのでしょうか？かなりゆっくり海に入っていられた印象です。
帰りのボートでは暖かい紅茶もあるので冷えた身体を温められます。
説明は英語、日本語、韓国語などで片言ですが伝わります。
全体的に想像してたより海は普通で感動はしませんでしたがタイミングなのでしょうか？
とりあえずゆっくりできたこと、軽食は好きなだけ食べれたこと、彼が満足そうだったので、星4にしました。
１つ残念なこととしては場所がホノルルから離れているので送迎をお願いしたのですが、行きも帰りも遅かったこと。朝も20分ほど予定から遅れていましたが、まさかの帰りのバスも待っても待っても出発せず、運転手が戻ってきて告げたのは乗客の1組が現地で軽食を食べている。それが終わらないことには出られないとのこと。勿論イライラ。外人の観光客もしびれをきらしそのご飯中の１組のところへ行って話し合って来てくれたようで、なんとか30分後くらいには出発できましたがあり得なかったです。
申し訳ないですが注意事項に現地での途中飲食は出来ませんとか、途中飲食される場合は送迎致しませんとか書いて下さい。食べていたカップルはそんなにすぐ出発すると思わなかったと言っていたと運転手が言っていましたが、勝手な思い込みは他の人が迷惑です。乗車の際も謝りもせず普通に座って何様なのかと思いました。
スタッフ、雰囲気、サービスは良かっただけにその前後の送迎が足を引っ張った感じがします。

The two gentlemen running the operation that day were awesome! Super chill and laid back! The young blonde at the XTreme Watersports booth, where you check in, was super sweet! Checking in was easy! Wait time: minimal! Overall fun: 10 out of 10! Do yourself a favor and book your parasailing adventure with XTreme Watersports!!!!! Definitely would return again!!!!

Oh, and don’t forget to tip them!! They really are busting their butts all day to make your adventure memorable!!!!!

I participated alone, but the staff were friendly and often checked in on me, which I appreciated. The appearance of the sandbar depends on the season and time of day, so on the day I attended, the water level was up to my chest, and I couldn't see the beach. However, I had a great time doing activities like snorkeling, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding in the shallow water where I could stand. If you have flexibility in your schedule, it might be a good idea to check the tide levels and visit on a day when the sandbar is visible. The sun is very strong, so a hat is essential during activities. (My crown got quite sunburned, and the shower was painful...)

I went with my husband for this kayaking adventure. We are both very new to this so it was a bit hard at first. I think the hardest thing was understanding the map. However after a while it was great. The only down side is that is was windy and going back did take it out of us. However we did have so much fun at the sand bar. We weren’t able to go snorkeling because we we’re going to run out of time. So buy the 8 hours. It’s worth it

They divided the tables by nationality on the ship, and it was reassuring to have staff who could speak Japanese. There was live music, and the service of donuts and drinks was also nice. It was a bit disappointing that it was high tide that day, which was different from what I imagined, but the sea was very beautiful! I was able to experience snorkeling, stand-up paddleboarding, and kayaking, and I had a fulfilling day.

Was a Great day. Got to paddle by Coconut Island which is better known as "Gilligan's Island". Stopped and anchored to see reefs and the wildlife including turtles. Overall it was what we expected.

Beautiful view with lots to explore

First off, the employees there are very helpful and elaborate when explaining how the tour works. The views all around were absolutely beautiful, one of my favorite experiences during my Hawaii trip. The kayaking was definitely tiring, even though we only went around the closest nearby reefs and it wasn't a windy day. However, it was really cool to be able to anchor the kayak yourself and decide where you want to go. We were able to see lots of coral (even some new, colorful ones!), schools of fish, and 2 sea turtles! Overall, would definitely recommend this tour to others, and would like to come back one day.

This is a must if you are visiting Oahu. The sandbar is magical place and KBWS makes for a memorable trip. The staff is friendly and the musicians were outstanding. BYOB, snacks and floats! This tour has the perfect mix of activists to choose from or chill on their floating doc / cool water ankle to waist deep pending tide.

I participated in the morning session. The sea was emerald green and very beautiful! I was surprised at how deep and cold it was at first. I tried kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding for the first time, and it was really fun. Although I couldn't see the sandy beach due to timing, I had a great time overall.

It was my first time doing SUP, but they taught me very carefully how to hold the board and paddle. They praised me a lot and encouraged me. Once I was able to do a little, they taught me the next thing, so I was able to improve without feeling pressured. It's a shame that the videos and photos are $50 per person, as I would have purchased just the photos if they had sold them separately.

Vibe was great, music was awesome. They had live music on our trip to the location and played music while we played in the water. It was the best activity we booked on our trip. We enjoyed paddle boarding the best. But just hanging out in the middle of the ocean was so much fun. Would definitely recommend. I didn't book the extra activities and still had a great time. Don't forget to bring your reef safe sunscreen. The crew was great and very helpful.

The overall experience was amazing. It was the best part about our trip. The scenery is breathtaking. The best part was snorkeling in a hole that was bombed in 1942. When we snorkeled in the bomb hole we seen a couple turtles and other sea life. The only thing that I didn’t care for was that it is a workout to come back. I thought it was gonna be easy to kayak the way back but it was exhausting. So I would say give yourself some time to come back especially if you have young children because you will sweat.

Jasmine was our guide. She’s so fun and kind and the boats were great. We had plenty of time to snorkel, the coast was lovely, and it was all we could have wanted. We skipped the Cliff diving because the surf was rough. But the sunshine and company, fish and laughter made it all worthwhile.

My family enjoyed this tour. All staff are very nice and helpful. Elvin helped my 8-year old son in kayaking. The gentleman at snorkeling helped me when I couldn’t swim back to the boat. The bus driver was very nice too. Oh the staffs on the boat are all friendly. Thank you all for the wonderful experience.

Had the best time on this trip. From the moment we checked in to the end of the day, Staff were sooo helpful and friendly. Everything was explained and the trip was just so much fun. Not to mention the live music on the boat was sooo good. I will definelty book again on my next trip to hawaii.

Definitely the best bang for your buck.

Parking was easy if you got there early enough. The lunch was offered as we got on the boat, so if you miss breakfast you won't have to wait long to eat. We got to try the paddle board and chill in the middle lounge area. The tide was pretty high and the current was pushing, but we still had a great time.

This activity is something I would recommend to all my friends as a must do! The sand bar was recommended to me by a friend and when looking at photos it looked amazing and it lived up to that expectation if not more! This is a fun group activity that can accommodate a large group and super easy to change the reservation if needed. Half of the group have never kayaked before and half have. The conditions the day of was cloudy and we had passerby showers with some choppy waves as we kayaked to the sandbar. It took about an hour there and another hour back, but if you have experience kayaking and the conditions are good, you may get there quicker. Something I would recommend is everyone getting single kayaks instead of doubles because it was easier to navigate with a single versus a double. Definitely a must do if you are in Oahu!
