The weather was cool, cloudy, windy and even a little rainy. We still had a great time. The music was amazing! The food was good, and served shortly after we left the dock. The boat provided protection from the elements. The crew was fun and friendly. When we arrived on the sandbar we were able to kayak, and paddle board. There was a large area of buoys they asked us to stay within. They had lifeguards in the water with us. They had us wait to snorkel and recommended a very specific spot to snorkel. I was confused at first, but they knew what they were doing. The sun came out, the tide came up a bit, the variety of fish was amazing. As soon I would drift out of the recommended area the coral and fish were less plentiful. Our group of 8 had a great time, and if the weather had been nice 5 wouldn't be enough stars. The music alone was work the price. Don't hesitate to book this trip.

We were so fortunate to have our guide all to ourselves. He was so informative, patient, and watchful to make sure we had the best experience. The kayaking was challenging but Fun!!, The Hike to the waterfall was also challenging!! Never crossed a small river hanging on to a rope!!! It was Amazing!!!! You haven't really lived until you have lived this Adventure!! 100% worth every minute and every penny!! This was a birthday present for our son and it wound up being a present for all of us.

I was a bit anxious because I saw some unsatisfactory reviews for the week I was participating, but it turned out to be great. There was music during the trip, and we got to do stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, and snorkeling—all for a very reasonable price. It was my first time seeing fish swimming up close in the ocean. It was truly moving. I actually wanted to go to the heavenly sea, but I was very satisfied with this experience. I was grateful that I was able to make a last-minute reservation. All the staff were very cheerful and kind. I want to participate again!

私が参加する週で、あまり満足のいっていない口コミを見かけたのでドキドキしましたが、とても良かったです。行き帰りは演奏がありサップ、カヤック、シュノーケル全て行いこのお値段はとても良かったです。初めて海でお魚が泳いでいるところを間近に見ました。感動です。本当は天国の海に行きたかったのですが、こちらでとても満足しました。ギリギリの予約でも間に合ったのでありがたかったです。スタッフのみなさんもとても愉快で優しい人ばかりでした。また参加したい！！

It was very early and quite cold, but it was beautiful and a great experience! I was very satisfied with the free canoeing and SUP, and the live performances of Aloha and The Beatles on the boat!

Went for a morning tour with my parents and two of my kids, everyone love it!!!! They give you some bread to feed the fish so that we see a lot of fishes swimming around during snorkeling. They have lots other activities for you to play around, and the most best part is: all the staffs are super nice, and they SING GOOD!!!

The parasailing I participated in previously in Hawaii took a long time as we had to take a taxi to a distant marina, board a boat, wait on a float, and then switch to the parasailing boat. However, here you can walk to the marina next to the Hilton and board the boat from there, which saves time. The staff was friendly. The wind was strong, the boat was very rocky, and there was some thrilling swaying during the parasailing. I think it's better to take motion sickness medication.

以前ハワイで参加したパラセイリングはタクシーで遠くのマリーナまで行って、そこでボートに乗り、その先でまたフロートで待たされ、パラセイリング用のボートに乗り換えて…と時間がかかりましたが、ここはヒルトンの横のマリーナまで歩いて行けばそこからボートに乗るので無駄なく時間使えます。
親切なスタッフでした。
風が強く、ボートはとても揺れるし、パラセイリング中も風で横揺れしてスリルはありました。
酔い止め飲んだほうが良いと思います

I participated with middle and high school children. They were thrilled and said it was the most exciting experience they’ve ever had. We were able to overlook the views of Waikiki, and it became a very good experience. I’m grateful for the photos we were able to take as well.

中高生の子どもたちと参加しました。今までで一番スリルがあったと大喜びでした。ワイキキの景色も見渡せて、とてもいい経験になりました。写真も撮ってもらえてありがたいです。

The weather was windy and the sea was cold, which was disappointing, but overall it was a good day.

It's a free plan where you can set your own schedule. I think it's a good idea to think about the places you want to visit in advance.

We first rented bicycles and snorkeling gear, and then headed to Lanikai Beach. It took about 10 minutes by bike.

They also told us the best spots for snorkeling, and we quickly jumped into the water. We borrowed life jackets, so even though it was windy, we were able to float and see underwater. I was surprised to see so many different kinds of fish swimming in the shallow water—I didn't expect to see that much! It was cold, so we got out quickly, but I want to try again on a hot day.

For lunch, we had the pizza included in the plan. It was very large and satisfying.

In the afternoon, we went to Kailua Town, but since I hadn't done much research on the shops and didn't have many places I wanted to visit, we just wandered around and ended up not doing much.

If the weather had been better, I would have loved to enjoy the sea more...

I want to try again.

天気が風強く、海も寒かったのが残念でしたが、
総じて良い一日となりました。

自身で予定を立てるフリーのプランです。
事前に行きたいところを考えておくといいと思います。

私たちはまず
自転車・シュノーケリングの道具をレンタルし、
ラニカイビーチまで行きました。
自転車では10分程で着きました。

シュノーケリングしやすい箇所も教えてもらい、
すぐに海に潜りました。
ライフジャケットも借りたので、風が強かったですが、ぷかぷか浮きながら海中を見ることができました。
浅瀬でもいろいろな種類の魚が泳いでいて
こんなに見れると思わなかったのでびっくりでした！
寒くてすぐ上がってしまいましたが、またいつか暑い日にリベンジしたいです、、

お昼はプランについているピザを食べました。
とても大きくて満足です。

午後はカイルアタウンに出向きましたが、あまりお店の下調べをしておらず、行きたいところもそこまでなかったのでぷらぷらして終わりました。

天気が良ければもっと海を満喫したかったです…

またリベンジしたいです。

I had such an amazing time. Not only was the sandbar and the bay gorgeous, the crew were so incredibly kind, friendly and helpful!

I tried surfing for the first time this time. I'm almost 50 years old and usually don't exercise much, so I was worried, but I chose a group lesson. First, we watched a video with various precautions at the shop. Then we walked to the beach, where I practiced the basic movements repeatedly with the instructor, Mr. Yamazaki. During about an hour, I was able to ride the waves 7 to 8 times while learning the tips and timing for paddling. At first, my waist was too high, and I couldn't ride the waves for long, but I received advice to stand up slowly without rushing, which allowed me to enjoy it thoroughly. I requested a drone video and photos during check-in (for $65 plus tax), and I was quite satisfied with the content, which was also well-received by my family.

今回初めてサーフィンにチャレンジしてみました。もうすぐ50歳で普段は運動不足気味なので心配でしたが、グループレッスンを選択。最初にショップで諸注意を含めたビデオを鑑賞。続いてビーチに徒歩で移動して、インストラクターのYamazakiさんと繰り返し基本動作を練習し、パドリングのコツやタイミングを教えてもらいながら約1時間の間に7〜8回波に乗れました。最初腰の位置が高くなり過ぎて、波に長く乗れずでしたが、焦らずゆっくり立ち上がるようにアドバイスをもらい、じっくり楽しめました。チェックインの際にドローン撮影ビデオ・写真（65ドルプラス税）を依頼しましたが、かなり満足できる内容で、家族にも好評でした。

It was a tour that successfully crossed Hanauma Bay while navigating around the reef during low tide in the morning. Unfortunately, the turtles couldn't come into view because the tide was too low. Instead, we were able to see many fish. We started after listening to Dan's easy-to-understand explanations. There was appropriate support for the children, and I was able to enjoy snorkeling while taking in the scenery.

午前中に最干潮が重なっていてリーフを迂回しながらうまくハナウマ湾を横断しながらのツアーでした。残念ながらカメは潮が低すぎるので、見える場所には入ってこれないそう。かわりに沢山の魚を見ることが出来ました。ダンさんの分かりやすい説明を聞いてからスタート。子供たちには適宜サポートがあり、自分も景色を楽しみながらのスノーケルができました。

We had so much fun doing outrigger canoeing! Our instructor (sorry, don’t remember his name) was so nice. He was good at telling us what we needed to do when we needed to do it. On our first run, we were able to coast almost all the way to the beach. We went out and back I think 4 times. We did have some problems finding where we were supposed to go because the directions were a bit u clear. But we planned ahead and still got there on time. So glad we did this. We would to do it again next time we visit Kaua’i. I wouldn’t mind taking surfing lessons from our same instructor too. All in all, great time had by all.

We participated at the request of my son, who is in the first year of junior high school.

There were about 20 participants, and we were the only Japanese. First, we headed to Diamond Head and fished at about four different spots. We were able to catch some fish, which made for great memories. We caught a magnificent fish about 40 centimeters long, and the staff grilled it for us, and it was delicious♪

I was worried about the lack of transportation, but it wasn't a problem. It took about 15 minutes by taxi from our hotel (Waikiki) to get there. On the way back, we walked to the nearby Ward Center to do some shopping, played at the arcade in the Ward Entertainment Center, and also stopped by the Whole Foods Market next door. I called Hanataxi (they speak Japanese) to pick us up from Whole Foods and take us back to the hotel.

I'm really glad we decided to participate. Thank you!

20人ほどの参加者で日本人は私たちだけでした。
まずダイヤモンドヘッドに向かいそこから4ヶ所ほどポイントを変えながら釣りをしました。
無事に釣れて良い思い出ができました。
40センチくらいの立派な魚で、スタッフさんがグリルしてくださりおいしくいただきました♪

送迎が無いのが心配でしたが問題ありませんでした。
行きはホテル(ワイキキ)からタクシーで15分ほど。
帰りはすぐ近くにあるワードセンターに徒歩で行き買い物をして、ワードエンターテイメントセンターのゲームセンターで遊び、隣にあるホールフーズマーケットにも寄りました。ハナタクシー(日本語でok)に電話してホールフーズに来てもらいホテルに戻りました。

思い切って参加して本当に良かったです。ありがとうございました

I participated with my 15-year-old and 12-year-old children. I was really looking forward to it and even changed our schedule after checking the business hours, but we were told that Kimo's was closed. We were directed to a nearby pancake place, but we had to go there on our own. Some lunch spots were also closed, and for lunch, we had to go and pick it up ourselves. Unfortunately, the pizza was just average. Other than the round-trip shuttle, we had to handle everything ourselves. Since the option for Kimo's was no longer available, we rented bikes, but riding right next to cars with rude drivers was particularly dangerous, especially with the kids.

15歳と12歳の子供と参加しました。一番楽しみにして、営業時間を確認して日程を変更したのにキモズが休みと言われ、近くのパンケーキを案内されたものの、各自で行ってくださいとのこと。ランチも空いてない店があり、そして、そのランチも各自で行ってピックアップということ。ピザも残念ながら普通。
往復シャトル以外は全て自分たちでどうぞということです。
オプションのキモズが無しになったのでレンタルバイクしましたが、車が走ってる真横、マナーのないドライバーの横を走るのは、特に子供とは危険でした。

Since it was a tour just for transportation, I participated in a tour without Japanese language support. There were no issues as a result. I was able to return around noon, so I had a meaningful day!

送迎だけのツアーなので日本語なしのツアーに参加しました。結果問題なしです。
昼ぐらいには帰ってこれますので一日有意義に過ごせました！

We participated as a family of four, including our 7-year-old and 12-year-old children. We took motion sickness medication beforehand, but before we even left the harbor, the other passengers started getting seasick one after another. It turned into a situation where some passengers were vomiting inside the boat due to motion sickness. The staff tried their best to lift the mood, but the energy among the other members plummeted, and eventually, the kids also started feeling queasy and expressed a desire to go home early. Fortunately, we managed to get some air while returning to port. It might not be advisable to do this on days with strong swells.

7歳と12歳の子供含めて家族4人で参加しました。事前に酔い止めを服用しての参加でしたが、港を出て沖に出る前に同乗していた方々が次々に酔ってしまい、同乗者達が波酔いで船内で吐いたりしてるなかでの催行となりました。スタッフたちはなんとか盛り上げようとしてくれましたが、他のメンバーはテンションがダダ下がり、次第に子供達ももらい酔いして早く帰りたいと言い出すほどでした。帰港しながらなんとか空に上がる事ができたのが不幸中の幸いでした。余りうねりが強い日にやるものではないかもしれません。

I was able to snorkel while holding the hands of my inexperienced children, which made the parents feel at ease.

Even in the shallow waters, we were able to see many vibrant fish and had a wonderful time!

There was a seal lounging on the beach, which seemed to be quite a rare sight, so we were lucky!

The guiding couple was very friendly, taking photos for us and providing detailed explanations, which was great.

If I have the chance to go to Hawaii again, I would like to request their services once more.

I was a bit disappointed because there were hardly any fish. The scenery is beautiful and the water is clear. However, if you're expecting to see a lot of fish at Hanauma Bay, it doesn't make sense to go since there are almost none. There may have been many in the past, but now...

Waiting for a long time to enter and paying a high admission fee just to catch a glimpse of a few fish here and there isn't worth it. The rental equipment is clean, even if it's reused, and the driver was nice. However, being crammed into a car with other guests isn't comfortable, and if there are no fish to see, it raises the question of the tour's value. I think the decrease in tours to Hanauma Bay is due to its diminishing appeal. Still, I believe it's great that such tours exist for those who really want to go snorkeling at Hanauma Bay.

少しがっかりなのは、ずばり魚がほとんどいないから。
風光明媚でお水も綺麗。
でもハナウマ湾にはたくさんのお魚を期待していくのであれば、お魚がほぼいないので、行く意味がずれます。
昔はたくさんいたのでしょうが、今は…。
ちらほらたまに見かける程度のお魚をちらっと見るために、長時間入場を待たされ、高い入場料は払い、というのは見合いません。
レンタル品は使いまわしとはいえ清潔感もあり、ドライバーさんも良い方。
でもゲストがギュウギュウに詰められた車は居心地は良くなく、お目当てのお魚がいないのであれば参加意義は？となってしまいそうです。
ハナウマ湾のツアーが減っているのは、魅力が減ってきてるからだと思いました。
それでもどうしてもハナウマ湾でシュノーケリングをしたい方のために、こういったツアーがあるのはありがたいのだと思います。

Others have mentioned it as well, but I thought it was a great tour where you could experience various activities if the weather was nice, so I took a chance and signed up. However, the seawater temperature was low, and the wind was strong, making it feel like a punishment despite the high cost. I was really disappointed. There were no sandbars either.

I chose this tour as a relatively inexpensive way to get to Hanauma, which has become difficult to access individually due to the lack of bus services and difficulty in making reservations.

Although the guide did not speak any Japanese, as long as you confirm the departure location and time from Hanauma, you'll be fine. Before arriving at Hanauma, we made a stop at a scenic viewpoint where we collected the entrance fee of $25 per person.

After that, we lined up until the designated entrance time, received snorkeling gear, and the guide informed us of the meeting location and time before leaving. A representative from the participants paid the entrance fees for everyone, and after a brief explanation of Hanauma and an 8-minute video, we were free to explore until we disbanded.

We enjoyed snorkeling and saw a lot of fish in the rocky areas. If you understand even a little English, this tour is very fulfilling to participate in.

なかなか予約も取れず、バスもない、個人では行き難くなったハナウマに比較的安く行く方法として、このツアーを選びました。
全く日本語は通じないガイドさんの送迎ツアーですが、ハナウマからの出発場所と時間さえしっかり確認しておけば、大丈夫です。
ハナウマ到着前に見晴らしの良い場所で途中下車した際に、ハナウマ入場料$25/人を集めました。
その後指定されたハナウマ入場時間迄並び、シュノーケル用具を渡され、そこでガイドは集合場所と時間を伝えて一旦帰りました。参加者代表の人が全員分の入場料を支払い入場、ハナウマ利用説明と8分間のビデオ視聴のあと各自解散まで自由に行動しました。
私達はシュノーケリングを楽しみました。岩のある場所では本当に沢山の魚が見られました。
少しでも英語が解るなら、充実に参加可能なツアーでした。

I had been curious about this activity for a while since it was featured in several TV programs, and everyone who watched it said, "It was fun!" I participated with another adult woman, but as mentioned in previous reviews, the minimum number of participants is "three," so we paid for three people to join. With fewer participants, a staff member will accompany you to paddle together.

Before we started, I was a bit anxious, but once we got into the canoe, all my worries disappeared. We all paddled hard out to sea, waited for good waves, and when the right wave came, we paddled hard again to start! The thrill of the canoe riding the waves was amazing! I felt like I understood why surfers get so caught up in the waves. We managed to ride the waves three times.

Next time I visit Hawaii, I will definitely repeat this activity!

いくつかのTV番組などで紹介されていて、どれを見ても「面白かった！」との感想だったので、前々から気になっていたアクティビティでした。
大人な年齢の女性二人で参加したのですが、前のクチコミの方がおっしゃっていたように、最低申込人数が「三人」となっているので、三人分の料金を払って参加しました。少ない参加人数だと、ちゃんと後ろに一緒に漕いでくれるスタッフの方が付いてくれます。
始まる前は少々不安でしたが、いざ、カヌーに乗り込んでしまえばそんな不安は吹っ飛びました。沖の方までみんなで一生懸命にカヌーをこいで、沖で良い波を待ち、乗れる波が来たら、再び一生懸命前に漕いでスタート！
カヌーが波に乗って走る疾走感！！最高でした。サーファーの方たちの波に夢中になる気持ちがわかったような気がしました。三回、波に乗れました。
次回、ハワイを訪れたら、絶対リピート、決定です。

On the day of arrival, I went straight from the airport. Since we had to change into swimsuits for the gathering, I changed in the airport restroom. It's very close to Hilton Waikiki.

We put on life jackets and boarded a small boat to depart. One group at a time was lifted up, and we were in the air for a little over five minutes. The view of Diamond Head and the town was beautiful.

The whole experience lasted about an hour, but be careful as I got sunburned on my thighs because I didn't apply sunscreen there. Also, the boat was small and rocked quite a bit; my friend got very seasick even after taking motion sickness medication, so it might be a good idea to take stronger medicine. Due to the rocking, it's easy to get splashed, so I think it's better to have your smartphone in a waterproof case. By the way, it would be good to check if photos come out well, including selfies, while in the waterproof case, as you can take nice pictures in the air. Mine turned out a bit dark!

You will change into swimsuits again, but you won't get completely soaked; it's just your backside that gets a little wet when you come down!

到着日に空港から直行しました。
水着に着替えて集合だったので、空港のトイレで着替えて行きました。ヒルトンワイキキのすぐ近くです。
ライフジャケットを着て、小さめの船に乗り出発しました。一組ずつ上げてもらい、５分強ほど上空でした。ダイヤモンドヘッドや町がよく見えてきれいでした。
全体で1時間ほどでしたが、太ももに日焼け止めを塗らずにいたらしっかり焼けたので気をつけてください。また船が小さくかなり揺れて、友人は酔い止めを飲んでいてもかなり酔っていたので、強めの薬を飲むなど対策するといいかもしれません。揺れもあって、水がかかりやすいのでスマホは防水カバーしたほうがいいと思います。ちなみに防水カバーした状態でインカメ含め写真がきれいに映るか確認したほうが、上空でいい写真が撮れるかと思います。私は少し暗い写りになってしまいました！
また水着に着替えますが、がっつり濡れるというよりは、降りてくる時にお尻だけ濡れる程度です！

There was a female staff member who spoke Japanese fluently. The briefing before boarding was perfect, but after boarding, she gave off a vibe that made it difficult to approach her, so I couldn't ask any questions. She was smiling and engaging with participants from other countries, but she didn't even smile at us. I wouldn't recommend this to Japanese people. However, all the other staff members were very kind.

日本語を流暢に話す女性のスタッフがいました。乗船前の説明は完璧でしたが、乗船後は話しかけにくい雰囲気を出していて質問があっても聞けませんでした。他の国の参加者には笑顔で自ら話しかけていましたが、私達には笑顔さえ向けてくれませんでした。私は日本人にはおすすめしません。他のスタッフの皆さんはとても親切でした。

Although it was only in English, the staff greeted us with smiles and used easy-to-understand words, so there was no problem.

The snorkeling equipment was also clean, and we had a great time. Thank you! ♪

We traveled for about 20 minutes on a large boat while listening to live music from the pier. At this point, I was already feeling deflated due to the strong winds (laughs). We used a banana boat and a tube, and the waves made it quite exciting. When we were on a two-person canoe, we encountered a large sea turtle, which was a very valuable experience.

Please be careful as it is very windy and cold.

桟橋から大型ボートで生演奏を聴きながら20分ほど移動。すでにこの段階で強風にさらされ萎えました（笑）バナナボート＆チューブを利用しましたが、波がそこそこあったこともありエキサイティングでしたし、２人のりカヌーに乗っていた時は大きなウミガメに遭遇し大変貴重な経験をさせてもらいました。
とにかく風が強く寒いので注意してください

Thirty years ago, entry was free and feeding the fish was allowed, so there were many fish at the beach, but it seems the system has changed now. Since it was February in Hawaii, the temperature was low, and it was a tough environment without a wetsuit. The guide was a very kind Japanese couple living there, but there were fewer fish than I had imagined, which was a bit disappointing. However, Hanauma is undoubtedly a wonderful spot that you should definitely visit.

30年前は自由な入場、餌やりOKだったのでビーチに魚がたくさんいましたが、現在はシステムが変更になったようですね。
２月のハワイということもあり気温が低く、スーツが無いと厳しい環境でした。ガイドさんは在住日本人夫婦で大変親切でしたが、想像していたよりも魚は少なく少し残念でした。
ただ、ハナウマは素晴らしいスポットですので是非訪れた方がいい場所には違いありません。

I was able to experience the beautiful sea and sky of Hawaii. I wasn't expecting much, but the speed of the boat to the site was thrilling, and the view from 150 meters was amazing! I will participate again next time.
