This was probably the best tour we went on during our trip. The snorkeling was arguably better than Hanauma Bay. There were less fish, but the corals were in way better shape and the water was a lot calmer. I probably spent most of my time just snorkeling. The kayaks and paddle boards were alright. There isn’t much to do on them so I didn’t really spend much of my time on those. I saw mostly a parent and their kids riding the kayaks. There is a platform in the middle that you can hang out in. The food was good, but I suggest bringing extra snacks as I got a little hungry after hanging out at the sandbar. For drinks they only served beer and hard seltzers, but they gave you the option to bring your own if you’re into that. We were there during high tide so there wasn’t much to stand on, but you can still get your feet on the sand in some parts. We opted for the banana boat and bumper tube and this probably was my favorite part. Banana boat was okay, but the bumper tube ride was insane. I got the opportunity to ride solo on one of the runs and I asked them to give me the crazy ride, and man did they deliver. BIG shoutout to the guy towing the tube. The staff was awesome and super accommodating. They let everyone have fun while keeping it safe. Definitely the best experience out of all the other ones we did in Oahu (cruise, Kualoa ranch, hanauma bay, shark swimming). Would recommend and is a 100% must do in my opinion.

We participated as a family of three. While cruising on the boat, the waves were quite strong, and the driver enjoyed riding the waves, resulting in most people getting soaked, which made for a fun time. I was trying to avoid the splashes, but my daughter was having a blast and making a lot of noise. I would love to participate again.

家族3人で参加しました。クルーザーで海を流していると、波が結構強く、運転手も楽しんで波にのり、大半の人がビシャビシャになり、楽しい時間でした。私はシブキを避けてましたが、娘は大騒ぎではしゃいで楽しんでました。また参加したいと思いました。

This activity is one of the best ! You get to swim in clear blue waters . The crew is very professional and they help you feel safe . The views are amazing and surreal. The crew is helpful and super nice. My kids felt safe and loved it

I experienced three activities: jet skiing, banana boat, and bumper tube. Each activity had plenty of time allocated, and I was tossed around so much on the banana boat and bumper tube that I was practically begging for help. I'm very satisfied.

ジェットスキー、バナナボート、バンパーチューブの3種目を体験しました。それぞれの体験時間も十分確保されていて、バナナボートやバンパーチューブはもう助けてってくらい引き回されました。満足です。

We didn't get to see any turtles but there were lots of fish. Overall we had a good time

I got lost and arrived late for the meeting time, but the staff kindly guided me. The moving boat was going quite fast, and I was filled with fear thinking about being pulled at that speed, but once I took off, I didn't feel the speed in the sky and was able to enjoy the scenery gracefully. Since the boat sways a lot, I think it's better to take motion sickness medication.

道に迷ってしまい集合時間に遅れて到着したのですが、スタッフさんが優しく案内してくださいました。移動の船はかなりのスピードが出ていて、この速さで引っ張られるのかとかなり恐怖心を煽られましたが、飛んでみると空の上ではスピードは感じず優雅に景色を楽しむことができました。
船の揺れがすごいので酔い止めは飲んだ方が良いと思います。

I was moved by the incredibly beautiful sea. There was transportation to the main points in Waikiki, and there was a Japanese guide on the boat who provided plenty of explanations, so I felt secure and enjoyed myself. I was able to try SUP, which I had always wanted to do, and I saw many fish while snorkeling (although I didn't get to see any sea turtles…). For snacks, there were donuts, and the soft drinks available were water, orange juice, and hot water. There is a changing room on the boat, so it's better to bring a change of clothes. You will end up freezing on the air-conditioned bus ride back.
It seems that you need to go with a different tour company to visit the so-called sandbar (a beach surrounded by the sea). The area we played in was shallow enough to stand, but it was a bit deeper in some spots.

とにかく綺麗な海で感動しました。ワイキキの主要ポイントへの送迎があり、船には日本人のガイドさんも乗っていたので説明も十分にしていただき安心して楽しめました。ずっとやってみたかったSUPもできたし、シュノーケリングではたくさんの魚が見れました。(ウミガメには会えませんでした…)軽食にはドーナツ、ソフトドリンクは水、オレンジジュース、お湯がありました。船の中に更衣室があるので着替えを持っていったほうがいいです。凍えながら冷房の効いたバスで帰ることになります。
いわゆるサンドバー(海に囲まれた砂浜)は別のツアー会社じゃないといけないみたいです。我々が遊んだ海は足がつくけどちょっと深めのところでした。

This is my second experience, following last year. At first, I feel nervous, but it's very pleasant and a fun activity.

去年に続き、2回目の体験です。
初めはドキドキしますが、とても気持ちがよく、楽しいアクティビティです。

Start from the beach at the Royal Hawaiian.
When you show the VELTRA voucher (on your smartphone screen) at the poolside reception of the Royal Hawaiian, your check-in is complete. You can take off your shoes and have your bag stored. There may be someone who speaks Japanese among the staff.

We participated as two adults and three children (a high schooler, a middle schooler, and an elementary schooler), and we all got on one canoe, along with the captain and the paddler, totaling seven people. Everyone except for the small children basically needs to paddle. It requires quite a bit of strength. It can be tiring.

However, the refreshing feeling of gliding smoothly over Waikiki Beach is wonderful. You typically make about three round trips. (There isn't much time to take photos, but I think it's possible to take selfies if you waterproof your device perfectly.)

Additionally, they take photos for you, and if you pay, they have a system to send them to you online. I think it was around $60.

ロイヤルハワイアンのプールサイドの受付にベルトラバウチャー（スマホ画面）を見せると受付完了。靴を脱いで、バッグも預かってもらえます。女性の日本語がわかる方がいらっしゃる場合があります。

大人2人子供3人（高校生、中学生、小学生）で参加しましたが、1台のカヌーにのり、船長と漕ぎ手が乗り合計7人でのります。小さな子供以外は、基本的に漕ぐ必要があります。結構な力で漕ぎます。疲れます。

ただ、ワイキキビーチを颯爽と滑る爽快さは素晴らしい。大体３往復くらいしてくれます。（写真を撮る余裕はあまりないですが、防水完ぺきにして自撮りすることは可能と思います）

なお、写真は先方で撮ってくれていますが、お金を払えばネットで送ってくれるシステムです。60ドルくらいだった気がします。

You don't need to speak Japanese fluently; just asking a few questions will be fine. You can show the voucher from Veltra (on your smartphone) at the store, and they will understand.

First, you'll put on surf boots and a rash guard. (The boots are bundled with rubber bands by size, so just pick a pair. The rash guard is yellow for those in the photo pack and navy blue for everyone else.)

After that, you'll watch a short video and walk to the beach. *You can't take your wallet or smartphone with you, as you'll need to leave them in the store's locker. If you want to take photos, it's a good idea to ask a friend who isn't surfing to help.*

Once you pass in front of the Honolulu Zoo and reach the beach, you'll carry your board to the sand. There will be about nine participants with three coaches. After a brief practice of getting on and standing on the board, you'll head out immediately. You'll paddle out to the ocean on your own, which can be quite tiring at this stage.

Once you're out in the water, the three coaches will help you catch the waves, making it easy to ride. You'll be able to stand up right away. After that, you'll enjoy surfing back and forth for about an hour. In the later part, I often practiced catching waves on my own without relying on the coaches.

It's perfectly fine for children aged middle school and older.

日本語は基本通じませんが、適当に聞いておけばOK。
店舗でベルトラのバウチャー（スマホ画面）を見せれば伝わります。
まず、サーフブーツとラッシュガードを着ます。（ブールはサイズごとにゴムで束ねてあるので、適当に掃きましょう。ラッシュガードは写真パックの人は黄色、通常の場合は紺色と決まっています）

その後、簡単なビデオを見て歩いて浜まで行きます。
※財布やスマホなどは店のロッカーに預けるので、持っていけません。写真を撮りたい場合は、サーフィンをしない仲間に依頼すると良いかと思います。

ホノルル動物園の前を抜けて浜についたら、ボードを担いで砂浜まで。大体9人くらいの参加者に3人くらいのコーチが付きます。ボードに乗ったり、立ったりする練習を簡単に行えば、即出航です。自分でパドリングして沖まで行きます。この段階で結構しんどいです。

その後、沖に出たらコーチ3人が波を読んで押してくれるので簡単に乗ることができます。全然一発で立てます。その後、1時間くらい行ったり来たりしながらサーフィンを楽しみます。後半はコーチに頼らずに自分で波をつかむ練習をしていることが多かったです。

中学生以上の子供であれば、全然OKです。

This is probably one of the best excursions we’ve done in Hawaii as it includes snorkeling, paddle boarding and canoes all in one price. At an additional charge we added tubing and banana boat for children and they loved it. We did the morning excursion and that includes donuts and punch which is a sugar overload, I would suggest bringing breakfast/snacks. We all had a great time

Just before getting on the banana boat, the children were scared of falling into the sea, but the staff noticed this and drove at just the right speed (fast enough, but without sudden turns or creating waves). By the end of the banana boat ride, the children were all smiles and very happy.

During snorkeling, another staff member casually chatted with the children, who were nervous about their first snorkeling experience, using a friendly Kansai dialect (they were a local). This helped ease their tension.

Thanks to this, we were able to create wonderful memories for the whole family.

バナナボートに乗る直前で、こどもたちが海に落ちることを怖がってしまったのですが、それを察知したスタッフさんが、ちょうど良い加減の運転（スピードはそこそこあるものの、急に曲がったり波を立てるような運転はしない）をしてくれて、バナナボートが終わるころにはこどもたちは笑顔で大喜びでした。
シュノーケリング時には、はじめてのシュノーケリングに緊張しているこどもたちに対して、別のスタッフさんが気さくに（関西弁でw 現地の方ですがww）話しかけてくれて、緊張をといてくれました。
おかげで、家族全員にとって楽しい思い出にすることができました。

We participated with our third-grade daughter as a family of three. We boarded the boat with two other families who also had children. I was worried that if we were paired two by two, one of us would end up with someone else, but all families were able to experience it together.

Since we were staying at Hilton Hawaiian Village, the access was excellent as it was just a short walk along the lagoon. On the day of the experience, it was quite windy and the waves were rough, causing the boat to sway a lot, but none of us got seasick. My daughter was nervous during her first parasailing experience and was screaming, but once it was over, she surprisingly said, "I can do it again," which is a typical response for a third-grade girl.

About ten years ago, I had gone parasailing in Cebu, but parasailing in Honolulu was at an overwhelming height! The beauty of the sea and the scenery was amazing! It was the best!!!

As promised, we splashed into the sea, but thanks to the captain's technique, only our feet got wet. I had expected to be soaked, but we were hardly wet at all, and by the time the boat reached the harbor, our feet were dry. The photos (40 dollars, cash or credit card accepted) were taken very well, and they became truly great memories! I would love to try it again next time, this time at 150 meters.

At the beginning, we paid a dollar each in cash for an environmental protection tax, and we gave a tip of 20 dollars when we disembarked (the tip was not mandatory, but there was a note on the boat saying, "Please give 20 dollars!"). We also purchased the photos for 40 dollars on the way back.

他にもお子さん連れのご家族２家族と乗船しました。
2人ずつの体験だと1人は別の人と一緒になるのかなと心配しましたが、いずれの家族も３人一緒に体験できました。
私たちはヒルトンハワイアンビレッジに滞在中だったので、ラグーン沿いに徒歩ですぐとアクセス抜群でした。
当日は風が強くて波も荒め、船は結構揺れましたが、誰1人船酔いすることはありませんでした。
娘は初めてのパラセイリングに緊張してキャーキャー叫んでいましたが、終わってみたら意外と楽しかったのか「またやってもいいよ」と小3女子らしい素直ではないお答え。。。
10年ほど前にセブ島でパラセイリングをしたことがありましたが、ホノルルでのパラセイリングは圧倒的な高さ！海のきれいさ！景色の美しさ！
最高でした！！！
お約束の海にバシャンも船長のテクニックで見事に足先だけ。ずぶ濡れを予想して行きましたが、ほとんど濡れず、船が港に着く頃には足も乾いていました。
写真（40ドル、現金でもクレカでもOK）もとても上手に撮ってもらって、本当にいい思い出になりました！
また、次回もトライしたいです。今度は150メートルで。

はじめに環境保護のための税金を1人１ドルずつ現金で支払い、チップを下船時に20ドル（チップなので絶対ではありませんが、船に20ドルチップが貼り付けてあって、『20ドルお願いね！』って感じでした。）、帰りに写真を40ドルで購入しました。

I had a wonderful experience and made a unforgettable memory with mom. I was worried about the height because mom is so sold enough. But mom said "if we do again later, choose the higher one. It was very exciting. I wanted to stay longer up there". Never miss this experience. You will not regret it. I want to thank all of the staff who gave us the opportunity to make a goooood memory. I recommend this activity very very much.

So amazing!! We loved every second of our snorkeling adventure. Our local guide made us feel very comfortable and made sure our safety was his top priority. We will never forget this trip!!

We enjoyed parasailing, banana boating, and bumper tubing as a family. The banana boat was for four people, while parasailing and bumper tubing were for two at a time (parent and middle school child).

Parasailing offered breathtaking views from high up and the feeling of the wind was wonderful. The banana boat and bumper tubing were fun with the speed, waves, and lateral G-forces. However, more seawater splashed on our faces than expected, so if possible, I recommend bringing swimming goggles. (We were advised by the staff at the sea base and rented them for a fee. It was a shame that we left our goggles in the room.)

There are staff members who speak Japanese for each activity. Since there were multiple activities, I was unsure when to give tips, but since parasailing and the banana boat/bumper tubing were on different boats, I handed tips directly to the staff when transitioning from the parasailing boat. Later, I placed tips in a transparent tip box when moving from the sea base back to the store.

While waiting for the activities, it’s nice if it’s sunny, but if the sun is hidden by clouds or if it’s windy, you might get cold. If you’re concerned, it might be a good idea to bring a beach towel or a jacket.

After returning to the store, photos and videos taken during the activities with a GoPro or similar will be displayed on a monitor, so you can check them and purchase any that you like before finishing up.

The kids had a great time, and we had a wonderful experience. Thank you!

家族でパラセーリング、バナナボート、バンパーチューブを楽しみました。バナナボートは4人で、パラセーリングとバンパーチューブは２人ずつ（親＋中学生の子供）でした。

パラセーリングでは高い場所からの圧巻の景色と、風を感じることができ気持ちよかったです。バナナボートとバンパーチューブはスピードと波と横Gで面白かったです。ただ、予想以上に海水が顔にかかるので、可能なら水泳ゴーグルなどを持参されるのがおすすめです。（海上拠点でスタッフにおすすめされ有料で借りました。ゴーグルを部屋に置いてきてしまったのはもったいなかった）

それぞれのアクティビティで日本語が話せるスタッフがいます。複数のアクティビティだったので、どのタイミングでチップを渡したらいいか迷いましたが、パラセーリングとバナナボート・バンバーチューブは別の船だったので、まずパラセーリングの船から移るタイミングでスタッフに直接渡し、その後バナナボート・バンバーチューブは海に浮かぶ拠点から店舗に戻る船に移る際に透明のチップ入れに入れました。

アクティビティを待っている間、晴れていればいいですが、太陽が雲で隠れたり風が強かったりすると体温が奪われて冷えてしまうこともあります。気になる場合は、ビーチタオルや上着を持参されるといいかもしれません。

店舗に戻った後、アクティビティ中にGo Proなどで撮影してくれた写真と動画がモニターに映されますので、それらを確認して、気に入ったものがあれば購入して終了です。

子どもたちもとても楽しんでいて、よい時間を過ごせました。ありがとうございました。

I was the only Japanese person, but the lecture was in video format with Japanese subtitles, so there were no issues. When I actually went to the beach, there was someone who spoke Japanese and was very kind to me. This was my third surfing experience in Hawaii, and it was the most helpful instruction I received.

日本人は私1人でしたが、レクチャーはビデオで日本語字幕もあり問題なしでした。実際にビーチに行くと日本語の話せる方がいて丁寧に付き合って頂きました。ハワイで３回目のサーフィン体験でしたが一番親切に教えて頂きました。

I was recommended by various people to definitely go, so I signed up. I have experienced snorkeling many times, but this was the most comfortable one yet. This was thanks to the thorough explanations and the dry snorkel. Above all, the instructor was a wonderful person, and I made some great memories. I was very moved when I saw a family of fish. I want to participate again‼️ Thank you, mahalo, and thank you very much‼️

Well organized, lots of things to do on the island or you can choose to relax and enjoy the beautiful beach and water.
We enjoyed the sand bar adventure, did some kayaking, played volleyball and ping pong.
Bathrooms are a great touch on this serene setting, they are clean and have AC.
The boat ride and back had wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. Everything was pristine and amazing. The staff were friendly. Highly recommend.

This was my second time in Hawaii. The marine sports were all enjoyable, and the service was good, allowing us to have a smooth and fun experience. I would like to use this service again.

I booked a tour with pickup from a nearby hotel to Hanauma Bay.

For the pickup from the hotel, I communicated to several drivers who seemed to be part of different tours that I was participating in the Hanauma Bay tour and shared my name to find my driver.

The entrance to Hanauma Bay opens at 7 AM, so we waited in line until then. For some reason, one participant from our tour acted as the representative to manage the entrance fee collectively. I wondered what would happen if this person ran away, but they managed to pay without issue.

Although it wasn't us, other tour participants were renting additional life jackets, but the driver said, "It's not on the rental list, so if you pay in cash now, I'll give you the life jackets." Since they couldn't communicate in English, I stepped in to negotiate on their behalf, and reluctantly, the driver handed over the life jackets.

Hanauma Bay was absolutely stunning. Since it was early in the morning, there were fewer people, and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

There is a place to store valuables at Hanauma Bay, so I left cash and other items there, keeping only my phone and the key to the valuables box in a waterproof case around my neck. I left towels on the beach, but they were safe. I think it's better to clean up a bit earlier than the meeting time since there are few showers available.

近くのホテルからハナウマ湾までの送迎付きのツアーを予約しました。

近くのホテルからのピックアップは、何人かのツアーのドライバーらしき人に、ハナウマ湾のツアーに参加している旨と名前を伝えて、ドライバーを見つけました。

ハナウマ湾の入り口が朝7時に開くので、それまで列に並んで待機でした。入園料は何故か、そのツアーの参加者の1名が代表者となり、まとめて管理してました。この人が逃げたらどうするんだと思いましたが、無事払ってくれました。

私達ではありませんが、他のツアー参加者がライフジャケットを追加でレンタルしていたのですが、ドライバーは、"レンタルリストに無いから現金で今払えばライフジャケットを渡す"と言っていました。英語でコミュニケーションできない方々でしたので、代わりに私が間に入って交渉したら渋々ライフジャケットを渡してくれました。

ハナウマ湾は絶景で最高でした。
早朝だったこともあり人も少なく満喫しました。

ハナウマ湾には貴重品を預ける所があるので、現金等は預けて、携帯と貴重品ボックスの鍵だけ防水ケースに入れて首からぶら下げてました。
タオル等は浜に置きっぱなしでしたが、無事でした。
シャワーの数が少ないので、集合時間よりも少し早めに片付けた方が良いと思います。

At first, I thought it would be scary, but once I took off into the sky, it was over in no time, and I was able to enjoy the scenery. It was the best experience. The staff at the reception were also friendly and easy to talk to.

最初は怖いと思いましたが、空に舞い上がってからはあっという間で景色も楽しめて、最高の経験ができました。受付の方も気さくに話してくれました。

It was my first time back at Hanauma in about seven years. It was beautiful and fun as always. The person who came to pick me up was also very kind. Unfortunately, the water was cold since it was early in the morning.

約7年ぶりのハナウマでした。やはり綺麗で楽しかったです。迎えに来ていただいたくれた方も親切でした。
朝早かったこともあり、水が冷たかったのが残念。

I enjoyed the banana boat and bumper tube. It was full of speed and thrills! It felt like the driver was watching our reactions while driving, increasing the speed and making turns along the way, making for an exhilarating experience.

My family and I took the morning tour. We were celebrating 2 birthdays and they made it the best experience. They had donuts, water and coffee as we arrived. The singers did amazing and even sang happy birthday to us! Overall, definitely would do it again. Loved all the activities provided as well.

Excursion to the Kaneohe Sandbar was so much fun. We booked the early session. Plenty of parking with the AM session. Check-in was easy. Staff were well organized and knowledgeable. My family of 2 adults and 4 children ages 11-14 had a blast. We had plenty of time to play on the kayaks, SUP and snorkel. We brought snacks and beverages onboard. Plenty of space to store our beach bag and small cooler.

Great experience, will definitely come back again!
