When I inquired via email whether it was okay not to speak English at the time of booking, I was told, "Don't worry, we will provide a Japanese instruction manual in advance." However, there was no guidance in Japanese at all. Upon being picked up, we were only asked to sign a sheet that seemed to be a list of participants, which only included Japanese attendees (other foreign participants had a book with explanations and a consent form). As soon as we arrived at the sea, we were immediately put on the boat and set off without understanding what was happening.

Even after departure, the explanations were only in English, and I was completely lost... I felt anxious as we took off with only gestures and broken phrases to communicate. Moreover, although there were two of us women participating, we were forced to have a man who came alone placed between us, creating an awkward atmosphere in the air. I was really glad I didn't ask for any photos.

While parasailing itself was very enjoyable, I don't think I will use this tour company again.

予約時に英語が話せなくても大丈夫かメールで問い合わせしたところ「事前に日本語の説明書を渡すので心配ない」との事でしたが、日本語の案内は一切なく、ピックアップの車で日本人だけ参加者一覧のような用紙にサインをされられたのみで（その他の外国人の参加者は説明の記入してある本と同意書が有った）海に到着後すぐに船に乗せられ訳もわからないまま出発しました。
出発後も英語での説明のみでチンプンカンプン・・・
ジェスチャーと片言のみで飛び立ったので不安でした。
しかも女性２人で参加したのに強制的に１人で来ている男性を私達の間に入れられ３人で飛ぶ形となったので上空で微妙な雰囲気でした。写真を頼まなくて本当に良かったと思いました。
パラセイリングというもの自体はとても面白かったのですが、この催行会社はもう利用しないと思います。

Very friendly and professional staff from the van driver to the guys on the boat! Best fun and best bang for the buck!

I was able to walk in the beautiful sea around Molokini Island. There were about four types of fish, but their beautiful colors captivated me. Near the coast, about 30 minutes away from Molokini Island, I heard there are sea turtles, so I went full throttle... There they were (+｡+) Oh no, there were five turtles resting on the ocean floor. The depth was about 10 meters, I think? One of them, for some reason, started coming towards me... I remembered the staff's advice not to touch them... but I wasn't trying to touch it... (^o^)/ As it kept getting closer, I managed to take a close-up photo of the turtle. Thank you, turtle.

The staff were very cheerful and responded quickly and accurately. However, their English was a bit fast, and I had to really concentrate to understand... But they were very kind. It was a very satisfying tour, and the thrilling cruising was the best!

One last thing, the cruiser sways quite a bit while anchored. It might be better to take motion sickness medication beforehand... Americans seem to have very tough stomachs. As for Japanese people?? I noticed that we are quite sensitive to such things.

モロキニ島のとても綺麗な海の中を散歩できました。
魚の種類は４種類ぐらいでしたが、綺麗なカラーでついつい見とれてしまいました。
モロキニ島から、ちょっと３０分程度離れた海岸近くには、ウミガメがいるとのことで、そこまでフルスロットル・・・・
いた、いた(+｡+)ｱﾁｬｰ｡カメさんが５匹も・・・海の底で休んでいます。そう深さは１０ｍ程度か？
そのうちの一匹が何を思ったのか・・・こっちに向かって来るではないですか・・・さわってはいけないとのStuffの話・・・いやいやさわりたいんじゃないんだけれどもね・・・ﾍ(^o^)/・・どんどん近づいて来るので、アップを一枚撮らせてもらいました。カメさん。ありがとう

Stuffのみなさんの明るいことﾍ(^o^)/対応も素早く、的確でした。でも、ENGLISHはちょっと早口で、理解するのに頭をフルに使わないと・・・でもでもとても親切でした。
とても満足のできるツアーでした。そして迫力のあるクルージングは最高！

最後に一言、クルーザーは停泊中はかなりゆれます。乗り物酔い止めの薬を飲んでいった方が幸せかも・・・
アメリカの人々のstomachはとってもタフです。日本人は？？けっこう繊細なことにも気が付きました。

The parasailing was fun and everything I expected and wanted. The jet skiing on the other hand was in simple terms lame. Going around a simple, and I mean simple course was not what I was expecting and wanted.

I read in another review that someone got sick at the summit, and I completely understand how they felt. Even with motion sickness medication, it was quite tough. The foreigner I was with seemed fine.

If you can, having a pick-up service would be easier. It was quite a walk from Ala Moana Center, and there are many similar shops, so we ended up being a bit late.

By the way, both my friend and I are slim, so it was a bit dangerous, and we rode with the foreigner, making it three of us. Joining with a group of friends could be fun.

他のかたのレビューで頂上で吐いたと読みましたが、気持ちがよくわかりました。酔い止め飲んでもかなり辛かったー。一緒になった外国人さんは平気そうでした。
写真は日本人の方が一緒になれば取り合いっこでもいいような出来かもしれません。レンズ覗いて撮ってないから笑。
できれば送迎付きの方が楽です。アラモアナセンターから歩いたら結構とおくて、しかもいくつも似たようなお店があるから、少し遅れちゃいました。
ちなみに、私も彼も細いので、危ないからと、外国人さんと3人乗りしました。3人組のお友達なんかの参加は楽しいかも。

Was Awesome!

We had a beautiful afternoon for our parasailing adventure. The bus picked up right on time at the location specified. There were three of us in our party plus another mom and her son. Two crew members for a total of 7 on board the boat. The crew of 2 were very friendly and made us all feel at ease. Waters were pretty smooth considering our adventure started at 3pm.
The guys did have trouble deploying the parasail as the cords kept on tangling as they delpoyed it. Sort of made us feel a little uneasy, but you could tell the crew had experianced this issue before as it was quite windy and they did not get flustered at all. We all joked a little about the situation which made the time go by pretty quick. After the 3rd attempt, we were good to go. The views were wonderful and my wife and daughter and I all enjoyed our rides, one tandem and one single. Great experience.

Fun! I went with my 15-year-old daughter, and neither of us had done Snuba before. The guides were wonderful-- interactive, informative, good-humored. I'd recommend going on a trip earlier in the day when the tides are gentler and there are generally more fish to see (we went at 1:30).

On July 30, I participated in the "Stand-Up Paddle Beginner Plan." On the day of the event, I arrived at the meeting point by the poolside of the Royal Hawaiian Hotel at 9:30. After checking in, I waited until the lesson started at 10:00. The staff provided some instructions, and the lesson began. It was my first experience with stand-up paddle surfing, and we started with a simulation on land before finally heading into the ocean. I was nervous at first, but gradually got used to it and was able to stand up and paddle. It was an hour-long lesson that flew by.

7/30「スタンドアップパドル初心者プラン」に参加しました。当日は9：30に集合場所のロイヤルハワイアンホテルのプールサイドに行きました。受付後、10：00時のレッスン開始までスタンバイ。スタッフの方から注意を受けレッスンが始りました。初めて経験する「スタンドアップパドルサーフィン」ですが陸上でシュミレーションを行いいよいよ海に入ります。最初は緊張していましたが、徐々に慣れてスタンドアップ＆パドリングすることができました。あっという間の１時間レッスンでした。

I experienced kayaking for the first time. At first, I was scared, but once I got the hang of it, it was really fun. I didn't realize how much arm strength it would require.

I was moved when I encountered dolphins along the way (twice!!). Since I had only seen them in aquariums, it was truly wonderful to see wild dolphins up close.

It was also my first time snorkeling, and I was amazed by the beauty of the ocean. I was thrilled to see beautiful fish up close.

Kevin and Noni were both very kind and gentle. They took a lot of photos for us since we didn't bring a camera, and they even shared the data with us. They were incredibly helpful until the very end. Thank you!

初めてカヤックを経験しました。最初は怖かったけど、できるようになったら楽しかったです。
腕の力があんなにいるとは思いませんでした。
途中でイルカに会えて感動しました（２回も！！）
水族館でしか見たことがなかったので、野生のイルカを傍で見れて本当に良かったです。

シュノーケリングも初めてで、海の綺麗さに驚きました。
綺麗な魚を近くに見ることができ、大興奮でした。

ケビンさん、ノニさんお二人共とても親切で優しくて、
カメラを持って行っていなかった私たちの為に写真をたくさん撮ってくれて、データまで頂き、最後までとても親切でした。

I participated with my husband. It was my first time, but the staff were very kind and taught us well, which made me feel at ease. It seems that the plan was to practice in a nearby river first and then head to the beach once we got used to it, but unfortunately, on the day we participated, we couldn't go to the beautiful beach in Kailua due to strong winds. However, the river was fun, and we had a course where we went upstream and then came back down. While enjoying the scenery around us, the staff provided guided explanations, making it feel like an adventure, and it was really enjoyable. I would like to participate again.

初めてでしたがスタッフの方が丁寧に教えてくれるので安心。
最初は近くの川で練習して慣れてきたらビーチに出るという行程のようですが
参加日は残念ながら強風でカイルアのキレイなビーチには出られませんでした。
でも、川も楽しくて下流から上流に上りまた戻って来るコース。
周りの景色を楽しみながら　スタッフの方のガイド説明もあり冒険みたいな感じでとても楽しかったです。
また参加したいです。

This was definately one of the best activities on our vacation. Our kids had a blast. My wife and I went along just to watch and had a lot of fun also. We were so glad that we had them take pictures for us as they turned out great. From our shuttle driver, to the office personnel, to the boat crew, everybody was wonderful. Highly recommend it!

I've been to Hawaii many times, but this was my first time surfing. The lesson was conducted in Japanese, and they provided advice on timing to catch the waves, so even as a beginner, I was able to ride the waves and had a lot of fun. The lesson lasted for one hour, which was just the right amount of time physically.

ハワイに何度も行っているが、はじめてのサーフィン。
レッスン内容は日本語で指導してくれて、波に乗るタイミングをアドバイスしてくれるので、はじめてだも波に乗ることができてとても楽しかったです。
レッスン時間が1時間でしたが、体力的にはちょうどいい時間でした。

very unique & exciting activity

The experience was amazing. The only complaint I have was that we were staying at the Mariot Waikiki and the van driver went to the Waikiki resort to pick us up. We could not find the driver or him us. When I talked with staff trying to locate himshe was rude and said if we did not find the driver in 2 mins he would leave us and there would be no refund.
We ended up finding him in about 10 mins. with the help of valet parkers from out hotel. He did not leave us Thank goodness. The van driver knew we were lost and waited. He was very nice. The staff on the boat were amazing. My 73 year old mother even parasailed and they acommadated her needs. : ) We were there on a make a wish trip, they allowed my 12 year old son who fought cancer last year to go up twice and to drive the boat. They were just amazing!

This was my second time surfing in Hawaii. I was drawn in by the cute name and made a reservation. I signed up for a group lesson, but there was only one student, so it turned into a completely private session! Yay~~ (*^^)v

The instructor was a boy who spoke a little Japanese, but it was so much fun. Even though I was a poor student, thanks to the instructor, I was able to ride the waves!!!

A photographer rode on a board and took pictures, so they were very dynamic and full of life.

My friends had separate plans for the day, but next time they said they would join this school too.

かわいいネーミングに魅かれ、予約しました。
グループ・レッスンに申し込んだのですが、生徒はたった１人だったので、完全プライベート☆やったぁ~~(*^^)v

先生はボーイズで、日本語が少しでしたが、
とっても楽しかったです。
出来の悪い生徒だったのに、先生のおかげで波にも乗れました！！！

写真もカメラマンの方がボードに乗って撮ってくれたので、
とても臨場感あふれる写真でした。

友達とバラバラな１日だったのですが、次回は友達もこちらの

All the explanations beforehand are in English, but since each person is allowed to practice on the board on land, I think it will be understandable. The board is large and buoyant, and the staff will push you on the waves, so you will definitely be able to ride it. It would have been even better if there were several types of boards to choose from.

事前の説明はすべて英語ですが、陸で一人一人ボードに乗せて練習させてくれるので、理解出来ると思います。
ボードは大きなボードで浮力があり、波にはスタッフが押してくれるので、必ず乗れます。
板が数種類から選べれば尚良かったと思います。

A trolley came to pick us up and took us to the site, where we departed on a boat with ten people. Since we had to wait while others were flying, it was a good idea to take motion sickness medication beforehand.

I was unsure about the height difference, but I was glad I chose the 110-meter course. I probably wouldn't have noticed a difference even if it were increased by 20 meters...

Everyone made a slight splash in the sea. Some people only got their feet wet, but we ended up soaking our shirts. I heard that with a Dry Landing, you can avoid getting wet, but no one requested that.

Everyone bought an SD card for $30 for 40 photos. A total of 68 photos were taken, but the ones that were in focus...

It became a great memory.

トロリーで迎えが来て現地まで送ってくれ、10名ボートに乗って出発しました。他の人が飛んでいる間待つことになるので、酔い止めを飲んでおいたのは正解でした。

高さの違いで悩みましたが、110メートルコースでよかったです。おそらく、20メートル増やしても違いがわからない・・・

全員、海に少しだけ着水していました。足だけの人もいたけど、私たちはシャツまで濡れてしまいました。Dry Landing といえば、水に濡れずに済むみたいですが誰も頼んでいませんでした。

SDカードは40枚30ドルで全員買ってました。全部で68枚撮られていたけど、ピントが合ってるのは・・・

いい思い出になりました。

I think everyone should experience this at least once. It can be expensive, especially for the length of time you're actually gonna spend in the air. But if you're looking for something new (and does not easily get sea sick), this is for you.

This was my first time both in Hawaii and parasailing. The crew was efficient, and kind. The pictures they took were both well done and affordable. If I had to complain about anything, it would be the lack of life jackets for those who are in the boat. I would recommend this company to anyone planning a trip to Hawaii or looking to parasail.

I had requested a pickup and arrived at the designated location 10 minutes early, but even after waiting for 25 minutes, no one came to pick me up, which was very stressful. The voucher mentioned to call if they hadn't arrived 10 minutes after the scheduled time, but I didn't have a mobile phone that could make calls overseas, so I was really in a tough spot. However, after waiting a bit longer, they finally came to pick me up, and the lesson was so enjoyable that I forgot all about the morning's mishap! I took the lesson in a group, and since most of the participants were Japanese, we were able to chat and have fun together! Of course, whether it was the teacher's guidance or the wave conditions, I was able to stand up and had a great time!

ピックアップをお願いしていて、指定の場所に指定の時間の10分前に行って待ってたのに、25分待っても一向に迎えが来ず、とてもハラハラしました。
指定の時間の10分が過ぎて来なかったら電話するようにとバウチャーに書いてあったけど、まず海外で電話出来る携帯を持ってなかったので、とても困りました泣
でも、もう少し待ったら迎えに来てくれて、朝のそんなハプニングを忘れてしまうぐらい楽しいレッスンでした☆
グループで受けたのですが、ほとんど日本人だったので、なんとなくみんなで話しながら楽しめました！！
もちろん、先生の指導？波の状態？が良かったのか、立つことも出来てとっても楽しかったです◎

The service is only available for foreigners except during the document submission before boarding. After boarding, they seem to have memorized the explanation in Japanese and provide a brief explanation in broken Japanese. You can store your luggage at your feet on the boat. Since you may get splashed with water during the latter part of the parasailing, it's better to leave anything that shouldn't get wet at your feet. They don't insist on tips; they just casually say, "If you had fun, please consider tipping!" We paid a total of $40 for two people, including the $30 photo fee.

The acceleration of the boat at departure was fun, and I didn't feel any motion sickness at all.

The view from above was amazing!! I definitely want to do it again!

乗り込む前の書類提出時以外は外国人の方のみの対応です。
乗船後の説明も日本語の説明は暗記しているらしく、片言の日本語で説明してくれます。
荷物は船の足元に入れれるようになっています。
パラセーリング終盤に海に浸けられるので、頭から水をかぶる人もいるので、濡れては困るものはこの足元に置いて行った方がいいと思います。
チップは必要に要求してくることもなく、『楽しかったらチップお願いしまーす』と声かけしている程度でした。
30ドルの写真代と合わせて二人で40ドル払いました。

出発時の船の加速も楽しいし酔いも全くありませんでした。

空からの眺めは最高！！
また絶対やりたいです！

We were on our honeymoon and decided that we wanted to go snorkeling for our 1st time so I did research and this just sounded amazing to have a 2 in 1, snorkel & kayak! Kayaking is something that neither of us had done before either. We got there nice & early and all of the staff were very friendly. The adventure on the ocean was real cool too, the view from the ocean was beautiful along the coast. When we parked our kayaks, we snorkeled and the coral reefs were so pretty and the fish were bright colors like you see in magazines, it was awesome! We got out of the water and climbed the lava rocks and explored the tide pools in the immediate area while other people on our tour were still in the water watching sea turtles. We were asked if we wanted to climb some rocks & jump off the cliffs and I did it in a heart beat cause it looked like fun and it was. If you are taking your own transportation to Oahu Parasailing, leave early in order to be on time. It is easy to get lost or stuck in traffic. The staff is very friendly! If you get motion sick then you should take some Bonine or Dramamine before. You will be on a boat with 3-5 other groups. You might get motion sick waiting for everyone to take their turn parasailing. The boat Captain and riggers are really nice. They will prepare you and give you all the rules and safety precautions before. They take safety very seriously here so don't be offended if they yell at you for not following the rules. It's their job to make everyone feel safe and get everyone back to shore in one piece. This is very fun for everyone! It is a nice boat ride and parasailing tour. Do not bring expensive cameras out, you will be splashed by the waves. You won't be soaked after the boat ride, but it’s not worth the risk of ruining your expensive camera. We had an excellent time. My husband got sea sick but the staff took good care of him. It was a great experience and worth the money.

I previously went to Kailua by bus, and with the waiting time and transfers, it took about two hours from Waikiki. The tour shuttle bus arrived in about 30 minutes from the hotel, which I thought was a significant advantage for making effective use of time.

It was a guided kayak tour, so I had to go on my own after watching a video, but I couldn't remember everything perfectly since I needed to pay attention to both the visuals and subtitles. However, when I later asked the staff about things I didn't understand, they kindly explained everything, which made me feel at ease before setting off.

Carrying the kayak to the water was quite challenging for two women and took some time, but we managed. The launch site for kayaking was designated, and the staff helped us out.

We kayaked to the nearest uninhabited island, landed, and surprisingly stayed longer than expected because there were birds and great views. We even encountered a turtle along the way, and we completed the round trip to the uninhabited island without capsizing. For lunch, we could choose from several places, and I picked pizza, which I heard was popular among locals, and it was a satisfying meal.

After that, I really wanted to go to Lanikai Beach, so I rented a bike for $10 and got there in less than an hour, hurriedly took some photos, and dipped my feet in the ocean before heading back. The cycling route was fantastic, allowing me to enjoy the sea and greenery.

Although I didn't use them, I was pleased that snorkeling gear and mats were available for free, and bike rentals were half price. Overall, it was a tour that my friends and I were very satisfied with.

カイルアには、以前、自力でバスで行きましたが、待ち時間や乗継入れると、ワイキキから2時間くらいかかりました。
ツアーの送迎バスでは、ホテルから30分程で到着し、時間を有効に使えるのは大きなメリットだと思いました。
ガイドなしのカヤックツアーだったので、ビデオをみて自力で行くのですが、映像も字幕もみないとなので、完璧には覚えられませんでした。後から、スタッフの方にわからないことを聞くと親切に教えてくれたので、安心して出発することができました。
カヤックを水辺まで運ぶのが女2人だとなかなか大変で時間もかかりましたが、どうにかなりました。海でのカヤックの発着場所が決まっていて、スタッフの方が助けてくれました。
カヤックで、一番近い無人島までいき上陸、鳥がいたり、眺めがよかったりで意外と長居しました。途中亀に遭遇することもできて、転覆することなく無人島の往復でカヤックは終了しました。お昼は何店舗からか選べて、地元でも評判だと聞きピザを選び、満足なランチでした。
その後、どうしてもラニカイビーチに行きたかったので、10ドルで自転車を借り、1時間足らずで行ってあわただしく写真撮って少し海につかって帰ってきました。サイクリングコースも海や緑を感じられて最高でした。
使う機会はありませんでしたが、シュノーケルやゴザなど無料で借りられるのはうれしく、レンタサイクルも半額でした。
友達ともども大満足のツアーでした。

My family of 6 really enjoyed the kayak and snorkeling trip on the Big Island. The guides were extremely friendly, informative, and supportive. We had a couple of stops on the trip out, where we learned more about the island and its history. The snorkeling was great. It also provided a sense of how deep the water was, which made jumping off the cliff much easier. The guides provided plenty of refreshments, which made the trip back a little easier. Kayaking does require physical activity, so be prepared and drink water (which they will provide).
