We watched a Japanese video at the shop beforehand and then headed to the beach. It was quite tiring, but since it was a longboard, I managed to stand up and ride the waves properly. Everyone was able to ride the waves. Paddling is extremely exhausting. They lend you rash guards and boots. They also burn the images taken at the shop onto a CD and sell them. 夫婦で参加しました。いろいろな所に行きましたが、カイルアは初めて！最近雑誌でもよく紹介されているエリアなので楽しみにしていました。出発してからはあっと言う間、予定時間より早く9時くらいには到着しました。最初に施設の事、注意事項、いろいろ説明があり少し時間がかかってしまいますが、安心して参加できます。9時30分～14時30分の短い時間ですので私たちは午前中海、午後買い物と思っていました。自転車は別途料金（＄10くらい）がかかるので悩みましたが、レンタルして正解でした。海と買い物、両方楽しみたい方は絶対にレンタルした方がいいです。海に必要な物は全てレンタル出来るので、ボディーボードを借りて張り切ってビーチに行きましたが、湖のような海。後でお店の人に聞きましたが、日によっては波もあるとの事。ボードをしようと思っている方は最初に海にチェックに行かれた方がいいかな。結局ビーチではランチを食べただけでしたが、きれいなビーチを眺めながらの美味しいランチは最高でした！皆さん書いていますがほうれん草のピザ美味しいです！でも、２人で行ったらお弁当とピザ一つずつがいいかもしれません。2人でピザだとあきそうです。カイルアタウンは自転車で廻るのにちょうどいい大きさでムダにうろうろする事もなく見やすいです。インテリアの可愛いお店がたくさんあり、私は結構買い物をしました。円安ですがセールのものがあればネットで買うよりお得だと思います。ショップの日本人スタッフの方、楽しく親切で、カイルアタウンにも満足で参加してよかったです。ただ、海に入っていたらやはり14時30分までだと時間が足りなかったかな。また、ゆっくり訪れてみたいです。

We rented bikes and went to Lanikai Beach, which is about a 15-minute ride away (probably currently ranked number one in the U.S.), and it was even more wonderful than Kailua! The water is shallower than in Kailua, and the waves aren't rough, so I definitely think it's worth the trip! We left Kailua early to go to Lanikai Beach, and it turned out to be great because we could spend more time there! I didn't see any turtles, but it was incredibly beautiful! I couldn't find any fish, but the beauty made me feel like that didn't matter! Overall, the ocean is amazing! It would have been even better if they could have shared more recommended spots. Also, the return bus at 2:30 felt a bit short!
初めてのカイルアでした！全米ナンバーワンになったこともあるビーチということで、シュノーケルも出きるし、楽しみにしていましたが、実際はただ、連れていってもらっただけ、という印象でした。ただ、行ったことがあって、慣れた人なら自由でいいかもしれないし、連れていってもらうだけなら、結構高いと感じました。シュノーケルセットや、ゴザ、ボディーボードも貸してもらえるし、ランチ付(ランチはメニューみて、楽しみにしていたのですが、実際は、通常メニューではなく、ランチ専用だったので、メニュー選んでから、レジで言われたので残念でした。)ですが、それでも、高いと感じました。ただ、うみも凄く綺麗だし、場所的にはいいものが見れたなと思いましたが、魚は見れませんでした。もちろん、少しはいましたよ。シュノーケルポイントも、教えてもらえなかったので、あるなら、教えてもらえたら、良かったかな。それとも、もともと珊瑚が少なくいないのか？わかりません。砂浜がとても綺麗です！スタッフの対応も日本語通じるし、とても、いいですが、慣れてない場所での、ツアーだったので、私からしたら、こんなに、放置(よく言えば自由)の割には高いな、と。ただ、海は本当に綺麗！自前になりますが、レンタル自転車を借りて、15分位行った、ラニカイビーチ(多分現在米ナンバーワン)は、カイルア以上に素晴らしかった！カイルアより、浅瀬だし、波も荒くないので、絶対足を伸ばした方がいいと思います！私達は、早くカイルアをでて、ラニカイビーチに行ったので、結果長く過ごせて良かったです！！亀には会えませんでしたが、とてもとても綺麗でした！魚も見つけられなかったけど、そんなの関係ないと思える程綺麗でした！まぁ、トータルでまとめると、海は素晴らしい。！！もっと、お勧めポイントを教えて頂けるともっと良かったかな。あと、２時半に帰りのバスというのも、短い感じがしました！

復路はだいぶ慣れてほぼスタンドで漕いで戻ってこれました。
次の日はワイキキビーチでSUPレンタルして2時間くらいSUPを楽しんだくらいハマりました。
このツアーで体験をしたおかげでワイキキで自分たちだけでもSUPが楽しめました。
ツアーでセットになっているランチは敷地内にある2店舗から選べます。
ピザは結構なボリュームでおいしかったです。オススメされたほうれん草とガーリックのピザにしましたがコレが美味でハマる味です。

As soon as we got on the trolley, we arrived at the sea.
After checking in at the boat dock and waiting for a while, we were taken onto the boat in order based on our parasailing height.
We were given a paper during check-in, so if you show it to someone near the boat, there won't be any mistakes.
Once on the boat, the explanation began right away. They spoke in simple English, which was easy to understand, and there was also a Japanese instruction sheet circulating, so it was fine.
I think the parasailing lasted about 5 minutes per group.
But it was very satisfying! In fact, for first-timers, 5 minutes might be tiring.
When we experienced it, the weather was great and the scenery was fantastic.

Snuba Diving was my first time very awesome experience. The guide made me feel very comfortable. After careful thought The only thing Which could have been improved was that the time is very less in which you are actually under water and actually doing Snuba. Our guide was fantastic. I'm an okay swimmer but I freaked out and couldn't get used to breathing through the snorkel gear. The guide and his wife help me a lot. I finally got the hang of it and snorkeled like a pro! Also I forgot my go pro and luckily the guide took pics and uploaded them on Facebook. Definitely coming back in the summer time!

What a highlite to a great family trip. Kevin was great!
We participated as a family of four. We chose the 120M height. Besides our family, there was a couple and one woman participating alone. I was a bit unsure when making the reservation, but I felt that the 120M height was sufficient. Even if it were 30M higher, I might not have noticed much difference. It was high, and the flying time felt quite long.
Due to weight considerations, my son was able to fly twice with the woman who was participating alone. I ended up giving her a tip as a thank you, but I regretted not being able to buy the photos when we got off the boat. It seemed like there were about 120 photos for $30. I wish I could get them now. I thought it would be better not to bring valuables, so I went without my wallet, but I realized there was a place under the seats on the boat to put bags, so it was fine.
Before landing, we were dipped in the water, which was fun, but during the last woman's turn, she only got wet up to her legs, and I thought, "Huh?" When I looked closely, I saw that she wasn't wearing a swimsuit. I was impressed by the thoughtful attention and skill.
The optional fee for a family of four isn't cheap, but it was truly enjoyable and memorable, and I'm glad we participated. Thank you to the staff.

家族４人で参加しました。高さは120Mにしました。私たち家族の他にはカップル１組と、女性が１人で参加されていました。予約の時に色々迷ったのですが、私としては１２０Mで充分な高さを感じられました。あと３０M高くなってもあまりわからないかも。高かったです。飛んでいる時間も結構長く感じました。
体重の関係で、うちの息子が一人参加の女性と一緒に２回飛ばせて頂きました。お礼にと思い、チップをはずんでしまい、船から降りた時に写真が買えなくなってしまったのが心残りです。３０ドルで１２０枚くらいあるようでした。今からでも欲しいです。あまり貴重品は持っていかない方がいいかなと思い、お財布を持たずに行ったのですが、船の席の下にバッグを置ける場所もあり大丈夫だったなと思いました。
着陸前にいったん水に浸けられて楽しいのですが、最後の女性の時は脚までしか水に浸からないかったので、あれ？と思ってよく見たら、彼女は水着ではありませんでした。細やかな心使いと、技術に感動しました。
家族４人だと安くないオプショナル料金ですが、本当に楽しくて思い出になり参加して良かったなと思います。スタッフの方々ありがとうございました。
P.S.沖に向かう途中クジラも見ることができてラッキーでした。

I mentioned this before on the phone. This was fun, but was only able to do one activity. Unfortunately the ad misleads you into thinking you can do whatever activities, whenever. You are allowed to swim, snorkel, bike ride or hike in the morning. Then you can either surf(which you cant cause it will cost you more when you never did it, apparently you have to take a lesson before using their boards), kayak, or stand up paddleboard in the afternoon. It just was a disappointment to have an expectaion of what to get for my day, then not do it. In other words, two spereate locations for the morning and afternoon activities, so majority of your time is traveling. Which is fine, but also would of have a different opinion. Knowing what i know now, i probably would never choosen this activity.
I missed the bus to go to the afternoon location, needless to say i was given the wrong time by tourist, but honsestly by the time i got there, i was out of time. One thing that is odd is the memory game, being dropped off somwhere and being picked up elsewhere. However, the people that works at the snorkel rental place, especially that young kid, clueless to his surroundings. Knew who i was & i who else i was there with in regards of the other party on the tour bus & couldnt inform me of the other party making it back. So knowing the time i had to be picked up, this kid not being observant and missing the bus is all my fault, right? So thanks for that! I had to wait for the city bus to pick me up to find out where the tour bus was to get back on it.
All in all, i only did one activity and did a lot of sitting & waiting around. Snorkeling was fun, but was my excitement was short lived with the turmoil. I had fun snorkeling, and thats about it. Oh yeah, dont worry, ill take care of that bus fare!
We are sorry you got the pick up times mixed up and were forced to catch a city bus to catch up , therefore missing your second activity. Normally we have other drivers on the North Shore and could have expatiated things so sorry for that too.PLEASE GIVE US A FUTURE DATE TO COMP YOU THE TOUR SO WE CAN SHOW YOU WHAT ITS REALLY LIKE.
P.S; FOR SAFTEY REASONS SURFING IS THE ONLY ACTIVITY WHICH IF YOU HAVE NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE WE REQUIRE YOU DO A LESSON. Those with some prior experience may surf with our basic package pricing.

Our cruise was very enjoyable, short though, didn't take long for the sun to go down. The boats captain was very friendly, knowledgeable, and did his best show us the sights in the area, but once the sun is gone, not much more to see after that. All-in-all we enjoyed our outing very much. Any day on the water is a good day.
At the beginning, I was told that there would be a bit of a stronger warning for safety in the ocean, and that was indeed the case. Even though I understood, it still made me feel a bit down. Surfing was fun.
I felt uncomfortable listening to some rather rude things said to another man, perhaps because they thought he didn't understand English. I wondered if men of the sea are just that foul-mouthed!?

The crew on the boat are total pro's. Extremely safe and a lot of fun! Did the 800 foot line ride, will definitely be doing it again next visit. Lots of great pics taken by the crew, cost under $30 for SD card. The boat ride was awesome too! Thank you!!!
Wonderful experience. Very friendly and experienced staff. Very precise instructions for a novice like me. We went as a family. Unique experience for the kids. There was a lot to see. Instructors were very patient and knew the job well. I wish they took some still pictures under water but they took a video which they said they would mail.
Our experience was excellent. The guides/Instructors were outstanding. Our family had an absolutely great time. From transportation to prep to time in the water at Hanauma Bay all went very smoothly. Dan Kelly was particularly wonderful instructing our grandchildren. We highly recommend this tour.
This was the high light of our trip to Hawaii. The ride and the operators were great! I would definitely recommend this company.
