Participated with my husband and two boys (9 & 10). My children and I were nervous at first. But the two guides were awesome and very friendly. They explained the rules and prepared us for our tandem rides. Once we were up in the air the nerves went away.The view was so breathtaking. One of the guides also took some amazing photos of the whole experience (for purchase). I will definitely use Hawaiian Parasail again.

It was amazing. I was able to see the streets of Waikiki and the beautiful ocean from above. The height didn't feel as high as I expected, but it felt like I was a bird. I want to do it again. I also got to take a lot of pictures.

The pickup was on time, and we were brought by trolley. We were the only Japanese among those who boarded the boat, and the others were native speakers, so it was quite challenging to keep up with the English. However, the staff managed to convey the important points in broken Japanese, which helped a lot. I took motion sickness medication, but I still got quite seasick, and the second half was tough because I felt nauseous. The parasailing itself was very enjoyable.

We signed up for a fun activity for our family of four on the afternoon we arrived in Hawaii. I was worried we might be too tired, but it turned out to be such an enjoyable tour that those feelings disappeared. We were the only Japanese participants, but every time someone took off, both the staff and the others around us got excited. The staff were lively and skillfully entertained us while driving, making it a tour filled with laughter. Seeing Hawaii from above is amazing! While waiting for the boat, there aren't many covered areas, so I recommend bringing a hat and drinks.

今回は家族４人でアクティブに遊ぶという目的で、ハワイに着いた日の午後に申し込みました。疲れて大丈夫かな。と思っていましたが、そんな気持ちも吹き飛んじゃうほど楽しいツアーでした。日本人は私達だけでしたが、誰かが飛ぶたびに、スタッフの方も周りの方も盛り上がり、スタッフの方はきびきびしながらも、巧みに運転しながら楽しませてくれるので、笑いっぱなしのツアーでした。ハワイを空の上から見るのは最高です！船が来るのを待っているときは屋根のあるところが少ないので、帽子や飲み物など持って行くといいと思います。

I went to Flat Island with my daughter on a two-person kayak. At Flat Island, we were able to see seabird eggs, which was a wonderful experience. The sea was very beautiful, and it's a place I would like to visit again. Carrying the kayak to the sea was a bit tough, but the refreshing feeling afterward was exceptional. At the pizza place for lunch, little birds came by, and we had a great time.

I boarded a mixed bus from the Heideman office at the Waikiki Grand Hotel and headed to the beach. Everyone except me was part of a group, so I felt a bit lonely, but once I got into the water, it didn't matter about the group. I paddled on my own to reach the instructor, and when the waves came, they helped me. The instructor mentioned that if you're not used to paddling, it's difficult to ride the waves on your own.

The approximately two-hour lesson flew by, and depending on your stamina, you can ride the waves quite a bit! Since it's a less crowded beach (with a reef below), you can enjoy it without worry, and I highly recommend it.

All the explanations were in English.

I chose this tour because it was just a short walk from the Sheraton where we were staying. It was our first time sea kayaking with our two children, a middle schooler and an elementary schooler, but we were taught patiently, and the operation was simple, allowing us to have fun.

Paddling along the coastline of the endlessly blue sea was undeniably refreshing! The kids were also thrilled with snorkeling. I lacked the courage to jump from the big rock and gave up, but everyone else was jumping in one after another.

At one point, my wife unexpectedly got seasick, so we ate the pineapple snacks we had brought back, but it might have been even more special out on the water.

In any case, we were able to enjoy ourselves with clear instructions given in Japanese, which made us feel at ease. Thank you very much!

I would actually give this 3.5 stars instead of 3 if I could. The service was great and the people helping you with the jetskis were really nice and informative. The only gripe I have is that you can only ride around in a circle with the jet skis, and I expected it to be more open. You have to wait for enough people to board the ferry to take you to the jetski area, which can be annoying. For shuttle riders, you have to wait for enough people to ride that as well. Just a heads up!

This was a great tour because it covered three (3) sports in one (1) tour. Our tour guide Jamie was very good in all respects. I would just say be prepared to get a workout. For those that don't exercise, you might want to consider something else. You don't have to be a marathon runner, but if you are a couch potato this might be a stretch for you.

I was wondering what it would be like at 130 meters above ground, but the bright blue sky and ocean, the towering Diamond Head in the distance, and the cityscape of Honolulu, along with the round horizon, created a view that was even more amazing than I imagined!! I had a blast on the boat, especially with some playful performances that involved getting splashed with seawater ^_−☆

Even as a first-timer, I was able to participate without any anxiety because the staff taught us patiently. I was also impressed by the beauty of the ocean! However, it seems that the weather conditions were unusually good recently, so I felt a bit underwhelmed as we reached the uninhabited island without much difficulty. For those with kayaking experience, it might be more enjoyable to just rent a kayak and move around freely.

Also, the pizza recommended by the guide for lunch was delicious.

It was my first experience with kayaking, so I was worried it might be difficult to reach the uninhabited island, but it was no problem at all! Before getting into the kayak, we had a briefing on how to paddle, and even after we hit the water, our guide provided us with advice.

Due to my lack of exercise lately, my arms got a little tired (^ｰ^;), but the amazing views from the kayak made me forget all about that!!! On the uninhabited island, you can also snorkel if you wish. Next time, I want to challenge myself to a longer distance.

For the morning tour, we transported the kayaks from the shop to the beach, but since there was a cart, it was easy. Moving it from the cart to the sandy beach was a bit challenging (though it was just a short distance).

カヤック初体験だったので、無人島まで行くのは大変じゃないかな？と心配しましたが、まったく問題ありませんでした!カヤックに乗りこむ前に漕ぎ方のレクチャーがあり、海に出てからもガイドさんがアドバイスしてくれます。

We were excited to try snuba for the first time as a family of five, but the boat rocked quite a bit, and one of the kids ended up with severe seasickness, so we couldn't really enjoy it in the end.

Both my husband and I can speak some English, so we thought we would be fine without a Japanese guide. However, we couldn't keep up with the explanations and jokes about snuba due to the loud engine noise on the boat, and we regretted that decision.

The visibility of the fish wasn't as good as we had hoped, and we were imagining schools of fish around coral reefs like we saw in the Philippines, so it didn't reach the level of being impressive for us. I think it would have been the same with snuba. (However, there were participants who were amazed, so this is a subjective impression.)

Also, the seawater was quite cold, and we felt very chilly after getting back on the boat, so thick towels and warm clothing are essential.

On a positive note, we finally got to see a sea turtle from the boat towards the end, which was rewarding! It was adorable.

So, for us, the satisfaction level wasn't very high this time, but that doesn't mean the tour itself was bad.

The staff were really kind, cheerful, and cool, and they were considerate of our seasick daughter, which made our experience very pleasant. Other participants also seemed to be having a great time.

If you're not worried about English and seasickness, I think you'll definitely enjoy it!

スヌーバに初挑戦しようと張り切って家族５人で参加しましたが、船がかなり揺れたため、子どもの一人がひどい船酔いになってしまって、結局それどころではありませんでした。

夫も私もある程度の英語はできるし、日本語のガイドさんがいなくても大丈夫かな？と思って参加したのですが、スヌーバの説明やジョークなど、エンジンの音がうるさい船上では全くついていけず後悔しました。

期待したほどに魚影も濃くなく、フィリピンで見た様なサンゴ礁に群がる魚群を想像していた私たちにとっては、感動というレベルではありませんでした。
スヌーバでも、それは同じだったのではないかと思います。
（でも、参加者の中には、スゴイ！と感激している人もいました。これは主観的な感想なので、なんともいえません）

また海水が結構冷たくて、船に上がってからとても寒かったので、厚手のバスタオルや防寒着は必携です。

でも、ウミガメには、終わりがけにやっと船の上から会うことができたので、報われました♪可愛かったです。


今回、そんな訳で、私たちにとってはあまり満足度は高くありませんでしたが、ツアー自体が悪かったわけでは決してありません。

スタッフのみなさんは本当に親切で明るく恰好よく、船酔いした娘にも気遣ってくれたり、とても気持ちよく過ごすことができました。ほかの参加者もみんな楽しそうでした。

英語と船酔いに心配がない方であれば、きっと楽しめると思います！

I cannot begin to express how amazing our Snuba experience was. The instructor was super friendly and you could tell he loved doing what he does. He was more than accommodating to questions and made sure you understood and had a wonderful experience. The dive itself was great. There were so many beautiful creatures to see. The only thing I would change is to have been out there longer! If you are debating on whether to do this or another activity, I would strongly recommend this one over anything else Kauai has to offer!

I was wondering if such a large canoe could ride the waves, but I was completely wrong! It rides the waves over a longer distance than regular surfing. The exhilaration of riding the waves while looking at Diamond Head in the waters of Hawaii is incredibly refreshing!

Just follow the captain's simple instructions: paddle or rest, that's all. You don't need to speak English to enjoy it!

The weather was really nice, and overall it was amazing. The scenery and the color of the sea were truly beautiful, and I wanted to fly again. It felt natural and wasn't scary at all, both during takeoff and landing. The crew was friendly and had a great vibe, making it a lot of fun!!
