I had gone kayaking once on a lake, but it was my first time in the ocean, so I was a bit worried. However, with the excellent guidance from Kevin and Noni, I was able to paddle smoothly without veering off course, and getting back into the kayak from the ocean was also seamless. I was thrilled to successfully navigate through the underwater cave as well. While enjoying the leisurely kayaking and snorkeling, with explanations about the surrounding scenery, I didn't even end up with sore muscles. It was the best experience!

It was a windy day, and there were moments when I felt a sense of fear as I was lifted up, but contrary to what I expected, I hardly felt any wind at altitude. I enjoyed the flight while watching the sea shining in the sunset. It was quite high, so of course, there was a sense of fear, but it was safe and enjoyable. I requested some photos, and I particularly liked the one where the captain posed with a shark trying to bite the rope. In the end, you just dip your backside into the water, but they quickly increase the boat's speed and pull you back up. It’s a great conversation starter and an attraction I highly recommend.

While cruising towards Diamond Head, we were able to enjoy beautiful scenery, and we were thrilled to see a sea turtle up close. Our group didn’t catch any fish, but they prepared and grilled the fish caught by others right there, and it was very delicious!

The only downside was that even though we arrived before the meeting time, we had to wait over 30 minutes before departing, which felt like a waste of precious morning time. I wonder if this laid-back attitude is just a characteristic of the country...

I would love to use this service again if the opportunity arises.

The first thing he said when he greeted us was "shorty," which is unacceptable. He claimed to be from Japan, but if that's true, wouldn't he know that "shorty" is not a nice thing to say? Is this how communication works in Hawaii?

I thought our child might be scared since it was their first time, but they are good with roller coasters and enjoyed it without any fear, saying they want to do it again! The boat does sway quite a bit, so it might be tough for those who get seasick.

This was the highlight of my trip! I loved it, so much fun and the view was amazing! Not for those without a strong stomach though or plenty of seasickness meds on board as the boat ride was a little rough. I think I was one of the only one’s who didn’t have a problem with it! Definitely worth trying especially since you can get hotel pick up and drop off as well as optional pictures which was nice.

On the third day of my stay at Sheraton Kona Resort, I signed up for the morning kayak experience! The session was originally scheduled for 9 AM, but it was changed to 7 AM due to the wave conditions, so I walked a few minutes to the meeting point. It was just the two of us Japanese guests, and our guide Noni was very kind and thorough in his instructions, and off we went!

You can put your belongings in a waterproof bag that you can borrow, but I wouldn't recommend bringing too much. Paddling the canoe while basking in the morning sun is wonderful, but sunglasses and a hat are essential due to the strong sunlight.

Paddling a considerable distance uses a lot of energy, but the wide, beautiful ocean and the refreshing breeze of nature without any noise are very pleasant. Even those who can't swim can float around with a life jacket while snorkeling, and there are lots of cute black and yellow fish, which is very soothing.

I panicked for a moment when I looked up and couldn't see the canoe, so it's important to be careful not to get too absorbed (laughs). Along the way, Noni shared some pineapple and chocolate muffins with us. Food tastes even better when eaten on the water.

Finally, Noni had a wonderful system where he emailed us various photos he had taken during the tour. I highly recommend this tour!

シェラトンコナリゾートで滞在して3日目にカヤック体験午前の部に参加申し込みしました！
9時からの体験でしたが、波の状態をみて7時からに変更になり、徒歩数分で待ち合わせ場所へ。
日本人私たち2人だけの貸し切りで担当のノニさんが親切丁寧に教えてくださり、いざ出発！
持ち物はお借りした防水バックに入れられますが、あまり多くは持ち込めないかと…。朝日を浴びながらカヌーを漕いで日差しが強いのでサングラスと帽子は必須。
結構な距離を漕いで体力使いますが、広くて綺麗な海と騒音の無い大自然の風が心地よい。
シュノーケルもライフジャケットを着てるので泳げない人でもプカプカ浮きながら黒や黄色の可愛い魚が沢山いて、これまた癒されます。
顔を上げたときにカヌーが見当たらなくて一瞬焦り、夢中になりすぎるのも要注意(笑)
途中、ノニさんがパイナップルとチョコマフィンのお裾分け。海の上で食べるものは、より美味しく感じます。
最後、ノニさんがいつ撮ってたのか色々な写真をメールで送ってくれるシステムがとても素晴らしかった♪
是非オススメしたいツアーです！

We had 2 adults and an 8 year old. Everyone loved it - the snorkelling was brilliant .... loads of fish and the water was so clear.

It was great having the other activities available also. The staff on the boat were friendly and helpful too. Great experience.

I made a reservation from Japan and participated on the morning of the third day of my trip to Hawaii. I only joined for the jet ski experience, but others were doing various activities! The jet ski was for two people, so we switched places while out on the water, which was exciting! I went for the 150m! The view was great, and it was just the right amount of thrill, so I had a lot of fun! The crew member on the boat didn't seem to speak Japanese and started with a strong "We're going to drop you in, okay?" I was dropped about two times to the point where my lower body got wet, haha. I don't think my makeup came off, so that's a relief.

I was able to hold my GoPro while riding, but I was told it was at my own risk not to drop it. I rode with a group of Japanese people and what seemed to be a Korean couple, and we were lucky to exchange photos via AirDrop. They were also selling the photos taken with a digital camera from below on the way back, and I could buy one for 3,000 yen after checking how it turned out! I usually get motion sickness easily, but I didn't feel sick at all this time, probably because the driver was really skilled! ⭐︎

一緒に乗ったのは日本人のグループとおそらく韓国人のカップルで、お互いに取り合ってエアドロップで送ってもらえたのでラッキーでした。下からデジカメで撮ったものも帰り際販売していて、写り確認してから三千円で購入出来ます！
普段酔いやすいですが、操縦が上手かったのか全然酔いませんでした⭐︎
