Gentle giants for certain!! What amazing creatures to get to play around with in the water

Great crew, fun boat, and the sea caves were incredible to get to see!!!!

This day may be long, but you get to see all the island and find spots you want to go back and see more! The stargazing was unreal!!

Was a good evening, was smaller than I imagined but none the less the crew puts in the work!

Got to celebrate our anniversary on the Kona waters, very beautiful sunset and very good grub!

The crew was really nice, and we have such a great experience. I was scared at first, but swimming with the mantas was really cool. This is definitely a must do in your trip to Kona.

Great service and fantastic dancing! We loved the entire show and Dinner! Fire dance was great at the end!

I couldn't make it to the meeting place on time, but I felt a bit relieved that my husband and I were the only participants. The guide was someone I had met a few years ago, which was another relief. Getting in and out of the canoe was a bit challenging, but while paddling, I asked the guide various questions and he recommended a delicious hamburger place. It was great when we went there afterward! Thank you very much. As I get older, paddling the canoe is becoming more difficult. I would be happy if you could create some other tours as well.

待ち合わせ場所に時間にたどり着けなかったが、参加者が私たち夫婦のみで少し安心。ガイドさんも何年か前にお世話になった方でまた一安心。カヌーの乗り降りは少し大変でしたが、カヌーを漕ぎながらガイドさんにいろいろ尋ね、美味しいハンバーガー屋さんも教えていただきました。その後食べに行ったら美味しかったです！ありがとうございました。
年をとると段々カヌーを漕ぐのもしんどくなってきています。
他に何かツアーを作っていただけると嬉しいです。

This was the most perfect event. We has a great time celebrating our honeymoon.

I participated in this tour. With Tamae's guidance, I was able to experience the culture of Hawaii Island while traveling, watch dolphins at sea, and see sea turtles while snorkeling. It was a lot of fun.

当ツアーに参加させていただきました。Tamae様の案内もあり、ハワイ島の文化に触れながら移動し、洋上ではイルカウオッチングをして、シュノーケリングではウミガメをみることもきました。とても楽しかったです。

An absolutely amazing experience!!! Our guide Anderson was very nice and energetic, helped us took great photos. The stargazing is a wonderful experience, making me curious about the dark sky.

Awesome experience. The catamaran was very roomy with plenty of space to spread out. The Captain and 2 crewmembers were awesome. Always had a drink in my hand, they also served us teryaki chicken and a salad. Check in process was a breeze. Definitely recommend this cruise.

The evening manta ray tour was amazing!! Crew was great, Trevor, Scott, Mitch were all top notch. Diego? Well, okay, he was great too! Ha! Seriously, fun crew, AMAZING manta rays, once-in-a-lifetime experience. Thanks!

I had a wonderful experience on this tour. Thanks to our guide, Tad, the tour became even more enjoyable. This is a tour that I definitely recommend experiencing when you visit the Big Island.

We were the only Japanese couple, so we received dedicated care from a Japanese female guide, which allowed us to enjoy the experience without any worries. We were very satisfied with both the kayaking and snorkeling. She took many photos for us, and by the time we returned to the hotel, they had already been sent to us.

Before we left, she also provided information about a nearby Japanese-owned coffee plantation, making it a wonderful day. Thank you very much.

日本人は我々夫婦だけだったので、日本人女性ガイドさんに専属でケアして頂き、全く不安なく楽しめました。カヤックもシュノーケリングも大満足。写真もたくさん撮って頂き、ホテルに戻る頃にはもう送って下さってました。
帰り際に近くの日本人経営の珈琲園情報も教えて頂き、とても良い一日となりました。

It was a tour with an English guide, but they kindly explained things in Japanese as well! You have to ask for water and hot drinks yourself to get them. The sunset and starry sky were absolutely amazing on this tour! If I come back to the Big Island, I will definitely ask Masashi Nature School again!

英語ガイドのツアーでしたが、日本語を交えて説明してくれたり、とても親切でした！
お水と温かい飲み物は自分から欲しいと言わないと貰えません。

Caprain Lauren was great. Informative, helpful,and professional. We saw pilot whales, sea caves, a turtle, and of course...the snorkeling.
Both spots were great and we had PLENTY of swim time.

I arrived on time, but there was not much guidance, and I didn't know what to do. I was flustered and confused about the drinks as well. It's understandable that Japanese isn't spoken, but the staff didn't have any smiles either. After it started to rain, there was no guidance, so I returned to my room.
I think the meal was Hawaiian cuisine, but the taste was just okay. I was a bit disappointed.

時間通りに行きましたが、案内があまりなくどうしていいかもわからず、ドリンクも何も分からずあたふたしました。日本語が通じないのは仕方ないけどスタッフも笑顔もないし。雨が降り始めてからの案内もなく部屋に戻りました。
食事もハワイ料理だと思いますが、味もいまいち。少しガッカリでした。

The sea of clouds and the incredibly beautiful sunset created a wonderful starry sky. The scale and scenery were impressive. The driver guide, Tad, who provided guidance in Japanese, was excellent.

雲海と最高に綺麗な夕日に素晴らしい星空でした。スケールや景色も感度しました。日本語でも案内してくたドライバー案内係のタッドは最高でした。

One of the reasons I came to the Big Island for the first time was to see the starry sky! It far exceeded my expectations, and I was able to see a sky filled with stars. It was just July 7th, Tanabata, with Orihime and Hikoboshi, and the Milky Way was clearly explained by the tour guide using a laser pointer, making for a very satisfying stargazing tour. ^_^ Unfortunately, I wasn't able to take good photos of the starry sky, so I will only share the sunset photos. I'm sorry.

レーザーポインターで分かりやすくツアーの方が説明してくれて大満足の星空観察ツアーでした^_^
残念ながら上手く星空は写真が撮れず、サンセットの

The staff were very friendly. The water clarity at the snorkeling spot wasn't as good as I had hoped, but I was able to encounter sea turtles and manta rays, which made it a lot of fun.

スタッフ皆様、大変親切でした。シュノーケリングスポットの海の透明度は期待したほどではなかったですが、ウミガメやマンタにも遭遇できて、大変楽しめました。

The weather was favorable, and it was comfortable at the summit with light winds. At the top, we enjoyed a beautiful sunset, followed by a sky full of stars. The guide communicated with the group in both English and Japanese along the way, which made it very enjoyable.

天候に恵まれ、山頂でも風が弱く過ごしやすかったです。
山頂では綺麗なサンセット、そしてその後満天の星が見れました。
ガイドの方が道中も英語と日本語両方でグループに話しかけていて、とても楽しかったです。

The sea, kayaking, and snorkeling were all amazing.

Thanks to the attentive Japanese guide, I was able to enjoy everything without any stress.

It was a day without a Japanese guide, but I still had a great time.

I got to see manta rays up close, which was amazing.

The service at Dolphin University in Honolulu, where there was a Japanese guide, was much better, so compared to that, it was a bit disappointing.

We were a bit nervous about being in the water at night, but not to worry as the guides make the whole evening experience comfortable!

What a wonderful afternoon, the water conditions in Kona are better than I have seen in many islands!

It was such a fabulous and unreal experience, the scared part left my body right when we started seeing the rays as they are so gentle!
