It was my first experience, but the explanations and assistance were thorough, and I had a great time. However, I had some trouble understanding the directions to the meeting point since we gathered on-site.

初めての体験でしたが、丁寧に説明やアシストをしてくたさり楽しい時間を過ごせました。
ただ、現地集合で行ったのですが、集合場所の案内がよくわからなかったのが少し困りました。

The helicopter tour was wonderful and moving, with great weather. However, I had requested a Japanese guide, and that was not the case. I understood that it wasn't guaranteed, but I thought my request should have been communicated to the operating company, so it would have been nice to receive an explanation that "there is no Japanese guide." Perhaps I was expecting too much since I have always had enjoyable experiences with VELTRA, but I was really looking forward to having a Japanese guide, so it was disappointing.

ヘリツアーは天気もよく感動的で素晴らしかった。ただ、日本人のガイド希望でオーダーしていたのに、そうではなかった点。確約ではないことは承知していましたが、リクエストは運行会社に伝わっているはずですから、「日本語ではないです」旨の説明があってもよかったのかなと思いました 。今までVELTRAさんで楽しい経験ばかりだったので期待しすぎたせいかもしれませんが、日本語ガイドを楽しみにしていただけに残念です。

We participated in a snorkeling tour with our 5-year-old child. We often sign up for snorkeling tours when traveling, but this was our first time on a large boat, as we usually take speedboats.

Since the meeting point was local, we needed to park our rental car at the tour company's parking lot, but we were a bit confused about the location, so be careful with that. (It takes just under 50 minutes from Waikoloa.)

In this tour, we were the only Japanese participants, and the rest were Westerners, but they spoke in quite clear English, so we could get the gist of things from the atmosphere. Right after departure, there was a breakfast buffet, and soft drinks were available for free if you asked at the bar counter; our child enjoyed drinking juice. The waves were calm, so there was no spilling of drinks, and the stability was definitely different.

The snorkeling spot was quite deep (about 10 meters?), but the water was very clear, allowing us to see the bottom. While we weren't surrounded by a large number of tropical fish like at the Great Barrier Reef, we did encounter some colorful fish, which was enjoyable. The boat also had a slide and a diving board, but we didn't challenge ourselves with those... (The Westerners were diving in a lot, though!)

For lunch, we had handmade hamburgers. We could choose our own patties, buns, and vegetables to assemble our burgers. True to American style, the patties were very good and delicious, and drinks were always available, making for a comfortable and relaxing experience.

If you have small children, many snorkeling tours on the Big Island have age restrictions, often requiring participants to be 12 years or older, but this one was fine. Unfortunately, we didn't get to see any dolphins, but it was a very enjoyable memory!

5歳の子供を連れてシュノーケルツアーに参加。よく旅行先ではシュノーケルツアーを申し込んでますが、今までスピードボートばかりで、今回のような大型船は初めてでした。
現地集合のため、レンタカーを催行会社の駐車場に停める必要があるのですが場所がよくわからず戸惑ってしまいましたので、かなり注意です。(ワイコロアからだと50分弱かかります)

このツアーで日本人は私たちのみで残りは欧米人しかいませんでしたが、かなりクリアな英語で話してくれるので雰囲気で内容は察せそうです。出航後すぐに朝食のビュッフェがあり、ソフトドリンクはバーカウンターの方に頼めばフリーで出してくれますし、子供はジュースを好んで飲んでいました。波も穏やかだったせいかドリンクが零れるような揺れもなく、安定感はやはり違いますね。

シュノーケルスポットは水深は深い(10m弱くらいかな？)ですがかなり海の透明度が高く、底が見えます。グレートバリアリーフのような大量の熱帯魚に囲まれることはありませんが、カラフルな魚には割と出会えるので楽しめるかと。
船にはスライダーや飛び込み台もありますが、さすがにこちらは挑戦せず…(欧米人の方はめっちゃ飛び込んでました笑)
昼食は今はハンドメイドのハンバーガーです。パティやバンズ、野菜など、自分で取って組み合わせて食べるスタイルです。さすがはアメリカ、パティの肉感がとても良く美味しく頂けましたし、常時飲み物は頂けるので、快適に寛いで過ごすことが出来ました。


小さいお子さん連れだとハワイ島のシュノーケルツアーは12歳から等の年齢制限があるものも多く参加出来ないこともありますが、こちらは大丈夫です。
私たちはイルカには残念ながら会えませんでしたが、とても楽しい思い出となりました！

I think it took about 40 minutes from departure to see the dolphins. The day before, it took an hour and a half, so we were able to see the dolphins really quickly.

According to the guide, there were a lot of dolphins today—maybe around 200? They kept coming one after another, which was surprising!

Once we got into the water, we could hear the dolphins' sounds very clearly.

出港してからイルカに会えるまで約40分ぐらいだったと思います。前日は1時間半かかったとの事だったのですごく早くイルカに会えました。

ガイドさん曰く今日はすごい沢山のイルカがいるよ〜と、200頭とかいたのかな⁇次から次へとイルカがやって来てビックリ！

海に入るとイルカの鳴き声がすごく聴こえてました。

最高に素敵な体験をありがとうござます。

The cocktails were delicious, and the lady who made them was cute, so I ended up drinking a bit too much. The food was also tasty, and I enjoyed the dessert as well! The meat they served was tender, and the poke was delicious. The red bread was a bit on the sweet side, but it was fluffy. The pudding and tapioca desserts might be a bit too sweet for those who aren't fond of sweet flavors, but the papaya was delicious.

I watched the hula show feeling a bit tipsy, and the fire dance was incredibly powerful; it was the best show I've seen so far! I'm very satisfied.

カクテルが美味しくて、作ってくれたお姉さんも可愛くて、ついつい飲み過ぎました。
食事も美味しくて、デザートまで堪能しました！取り分けてくれるお肉は柔らかいし、ポキも美味しかったです。赤いパンはちょっと甘めでしたが、フワフワ。デザートのプリンやタピオカは甘いのが苦手な人にはキツいかもしれませんが、パパイヤは美味しかった。
ほろ酔い気分で観たフラショーですが、ファイアーダンスは大迫力で、今までに観たショーの中では最高でした！
大満足です

One of the best trips we have been on. JEFF was excellent both in the way he described the Island, his humour and knowledge.
Overall this created a memory that will last a life time.
We should also say that this trip would never have existed without pele. It made us realise how much we owe to nature and how much we take it for granted.

One thing that was a bit disappointing was that I couldn't see any lava. Even though I was looking down into the crater, it was just a big hole because it had calmed down. I thought I would be able to see the lava entering the sea, but it seems that either there was never a plan for that, or it was no longer possible due to the calm.

The optional trip down to the base of the waterfall was amazing. I can't really gauge the true scale, but it felt like being at the bottom of Kegon Falls, looking up from below. There was no one else around, so it felt like a private waterfall. There's only enough space for one helicopter to land, and I don't think you can get there by car. I highly recommend this optional tour.

The helicopter guide and pilot was a Japanese person. It seems that the group I happened to be with had booked through the guide's website, which is why a Japanese guide was assigned. Requesting a Japanese guide might not be very effective.

Lastly, it was my first time on a helicopter, and if you're prone to motion sickness, it might be a good idea to take some medication. The vibrations from the helicopter can make you feel queasy. The flight itself wasn't scary, and even though it was my first time, I didn't feel particularly moved by it (laughs).

少しガッカリしたことは溶岩が見れなかったこと。火口を上から見てるのに、沈静化したためにただの大きな穴でした。溶岩が海に入っていくところが見れるのかと思っていたら、もともとそんな予定がなかったのか、沈静化したことでなくなったなのか、見れませんでした。
オプショナルの滝の麓に降りるやつは凄かったです。本当の規模はわかりませんが、華厳の滝の滝つぼ付近に降りたってしたから上を見るような感じです。私たち以外誰もいませんのでプライベート滝？です。ヘリコプター1台が降り立つスペースしかないし、車では来れないと思います。このオプショナルはオススメです。
ヘリコプターのガイド兼操縦士さんは日本人の方でした。どうやらたまたま一緒に乗り合わせたグループの方がガイドさんのホームページから予約されたため、日本人の方がガイドに着いたようです。日本語ガイドの希望を出しても、あまり意味が無いかもです。
最後に、ヘリコプターに初めて乗りましたが、酔いやすい人は酔い止め飲んだ方がいいかもです。ヘリコプターの振動が酔いそうになります。飛行自体は怖くもなく、初めて乗ったのですが、あまり感動はなかったです(笑)

I participated in dolphin snorkeling for the first time on the Big Island of Hawaii. I thought it would be a diving boat, but it turned out to be a Zodiac. The captain and the navigator were humorous and taught us a lot. It seemed that other boats were also searching for dolphins, but most of them couldn't find any, and the main Spinner Dolphins were elusive. However, we did spot the endangered Hawaiian monk seal along the way! After that, we zoomed around in the Zodiac, holding on tight, and discovered a pod of bottlenose dolphins! Unlike the Spinner Dolphins, they don't approach humans, so when we got close, they would dive away. Thanks to the captain's determination, we were able to see about six of them up close, which was fantastic!!!

However, preparing and challenging myself multiple times was tough for a guy over 50.

初めてハワイ島でイルカシュノーケリングへ参加しました。
ダイビングの時に載る船かな～と思っていたらゾディアックということでした。とにかく船長にナビゲーターの方がユーモラスで色々と教えてくれました。今回は他の船もイルカを探していたようですがほとんどの船がイルカに会えずメインのSpinner Dolphinは見つからず、途中絶滅危惧種のハワイアンモンクシールを発見！その後もゾディアックでガンガン飛ばして落ちないようにつかまっているうちにバンドウイルカの親子の群れを発見！でも、Spinner Dolphinと違って人間に寄ってこないため近づくと潜ってしまいます。そこを船長の根性で無事6頭ほど間近で見ることができてよかった！！！

でも、何度も準備してチャレンジは50過ぎの親父にはきつかった～～。

Our Kayak and Snorkel tour was unbelievable! We saw spinner dolphins up close while we kayaked in a beautiful bay! They came up quite close to our kayak...we loved it soooo much! We then went over to the snorkel area near the Captain Cook memorial site. The reef is healthy and the colourful fish are everywhere! Our guide was Jay who was easy going and very pleasant and welcoming! I highly recommend this tour! I will for sure be back in the future!

The weather was great, and I was lucky to meet a lot of dolphins! Since the waves were strong, I recommend taking motion sickness medication if you're worried about seasickness. I took some and was totally fine. It seems that the timing of encounters depends on luck, so it’s best to schedule with some extra time.

天候、イルカさんの気分に恵まれ、たくさんのイルカさんに会えました！波が強かったので、船酔いや波酔いが心配な場合は酔い止めを飲むことをお勧めします。自分は酔い止めを飲んで全然大丈夫でした。遭遇のタイミングは運によるらしいので、時間に余裕を持ってスケジューリングしといたほうが良さそうと思います。

Awana, our guide was absolutely wondetful. He was so courteous, professional and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour. I think we best part besides the scenery, was the Hawaii Botanical Garden. It wasn’t user friendly, due to some health conditions, but I thoroughly enjoyed it, and could have spent a lot more time there. Awana got us back to the airport to catch our flight in record time, after a long day.

It was early in the morning, but it was fun. The flight was at 7 AM. The price is high, but it is satisfying. You can experience the magnificent scenery of the Big Island. Mr. Mochizuki's guidance is wonderful! You can regain a pure feeling.

朝早かったけど、楽しかったです。7時のフライトでした。値段が高いけど、満足感あります。ハワイ島の雄大な景色を体感できます。望月さんのガイドが素晴らしい！ピュアな気持ちが取り戻せます。

I was the only Japanese person, but the staff took photos for me, and other guests took photos as well, which was fun.

I was often asked how I found this tour.

There were slides, and they had floaties and other equipment ready, which made me feel very secure. It seems you can also drink alcohol if you pay extra.
For breakfast, there were bread, muffins, fruits, and scrambled eggs? For lunch, there were hamburgers and pasta.

The taste was okay.

You can have a great time even alone.

日本人はわたしだけでしたが、スタッフの人が写真を撮ってくれたり、お客さんが写真を撮ってくれたりして楽しかった。

やたら、どうやってこのツアーを見つけたの？みたいなことを聞かれてた。

滑り台があったり、浮き輪などもしっかり準備されていて、とても安心できました。お金を払えばお酒も飲めるようです。
朝食はパン、マフィン、フルーツ、卵焼き？、飲み物、お昼はハンバーガーとパスタ。

味はまぁまぁかな？

1人でも十分楽しめます。

I was so thrilled to encounter the dolphins during my first snorkeling experience. It was a mystical and incredibly beautiful experience that I can't put into words. Please be sure to try it out. Thank you, Daisuke, for your guidance. I think we were a bit of a handful, but we had a great time. I had a very good experience there. Everyone, please participate. If I go to the Big Island, I want to join again. Daisuke, you'll be fine at Kansai Airport. Have fun in Norway!

初めてのシュノーケリングで、めっちゃイルカちゃん達に、出逢えて感激です。神秘的で、言葉にできないほど、美しい経験が出来ました。是非、体感して下さい。インストラクターの大輔君ありがとうございました。。。私達夫婦足手まといやったと思うけど、すごい楽しませて頂きました。I had a very good experience there. 皆さん是非参加して下さい。ハワイ島に行ったら、また参加したいです。大輔君、関空大丈夫よん。ノルウェーで楽しんで来て下さい。

The Japanese female guide was very cheerful and pleasant. I felt reassured because I wanted someone who could speak Japanese to guide us, and her bright demeanor helped ease my tension.

I was a bit anxious about entering the sea at night, but the guide explained everything properly and went in first, which allowed me to follow and jump in as well. Once I jumped in, there was nothing to be afraid of, and I was able to grab onto a float right away.

In the end, five manta rays came to us, which was breathtaking. I don't think there are many opportunities to get so close to wild creatures.

It was an amazing experience. I believe this is one activity I would recommend to everyone.

ガイドの日本人女性がとても明るくて感じが良かったです。
アクティビティーは出来れば日本語の出来る方にガイドしてもらいたかったので安心出来ましたし、明るく接して下さったので、緊張もほぐれました。

夜の海に入るのは少し不安があったのですが、ガイドの女性がキチンと説明もしてくれて、先に入ってくれたので、私も続いてドボンと飛び込む事が出来ました。飛び込んでしまえば、怖い事はなく、すぐに浮きにつかまることが出来ました。

マンタは結局、5枚も来てくれて圧巻でした。
あんなに野生の生き物との距離が近くなるなんてなかなか無いと思います。

凄い体験でした。
これは皆さんに勧めたいアクティビティの一つだと思いました。

This is an activity you can experience near the lagoon pool at Waikoloa Village. An instructor will accompany each group, allowing you to interact with dolphins. Even if you can't swim, the life jackets provide enough buoyancy, so you'll be fine!

You won't be able to take photos with your own camera. A photographer will take pictures for you, which you'll need to purchase. We received all the photos (81 images) on a USB. It is a bit pricey, but since it's a rare experience that you can't usually have, it might be worth it.

ワイコロアビレッジのラグーンプール近くの場所で体験できるアクティビティです。インストラクターの方が、それぞれのグループ毎に付いてくれて、イルカと触れ合う事ができます。泳げない人でもライフジャケットが相当浮力があるので大丈夫ですよ！
自分達のカメラでは写真が撮れません。カメラマンの方が写真を撮ってくださるので購入する必要があります。私達は、全ての写真（81枚）のデータをUSBに入れてもらいました。少しお値段がはりますが、普段できない貴重な体験ですので、仕方がないかもしらませんね。

I originally had a tour booked, but two days prior, I received an email saying it was canceled due to the tour company's circumstances, which made me anxious to book this one instead. I felt very disappointed, but I had an amazing time! When I shared the series of events with the guide, they provided an explanation that made sense to us, saying, "This is probably what happened." I was so moved to see the manta rays up close, it was unbelievable! Next, I will also participate in the dolphin tour!

もともと予約していたツアーが２日前に急遽、ツアー会社の都合でキャンセルとメールがきて焦ってこちらを予約しました。気持ち的には非常に残念だったのですが、とてもとても楽しめました！ガイドに方に一連の出来事をお話したら、「恐らくこういうことだろう」と自分たちとしては納得のいく説明もしていただけました。マンタも信じられないぐらい近くで見れて感動しかありません！次はイルカのツアーにも参加させていただきます！

I really enjoyed this tour, and I think this is my fourth time participating. This time, the tour was especially amazing! There were about eight manta rays? There were so many that it was hard to keep track. In the past, there were times when they didn't show up at all, so since it's in the wild, there's no guarantee you'll see them, but I definitely think it's worth participating. Also, this boat is large, which makes it comfortable and gives a sense of security.

Previously, we borrowed wetsuits at the check-in office, but now the handover has changed to the boat boarding area. Additionally, the tour used to have only one departure per day, but now there are two, an early and a late option. We participated in the early departure.

このツアーはとても気に入っていて、これで4回目くらいの参加になるでしょうか。
特に今回のツアーは最高でした！
マンタの数も８枚くらい？とにかくいっぱいでよくわからないくらいでした。
以前、全く現れない事もあったので、野生だから必ず見れる保証はないですが、参加する価値は十分あると思います。
また、この船は大きいので落ち着くし安心感があります。

このツアー、以前はチェックインのオフィスでウェットスーツを貸していただいたのですがボート乗り場での受け渡しに変更になっていました。
また、ツアーも以前は1日1便でしたが、早めと遅めの2便になっていました。
私たちは早めの便に参加しました。

I should have checked the distance between my accommodation and the King Kamehameha Hotel in advance, but paying 200 for a round-trip taxi is just too far! Once I arrived, it was impossible to cancel. I had to participate, but both the show and the food were average.

The only good part was going early to explore the town of Kona and enjoying a Segway tour.

宿泊場所とキングカメハメハホテルとの位置関係を事前に確認しなかった自分が悪いんだけど 往復タクシーで200は 遠すぎ！
到着してから キャンセルしように無理！
止む終えず 参加したけど ショーも 料理も 普通

早めに行って コナの町を 散策し セグウェイツアーを楽しんだのが良かったぐらい

Our guide, Gordon, made sure the shuttle ride was comfortable and enjoyable. the stargazing and sunset views were amazing! It is well recommended to take this tour.

Lasagna was a bit salty for asian taste in my opinion. Browny, cookies and drinks were nice. Jumpers and gloves were provided but it was still cold, so it would be better if you brought more warm clothings.

One thing, i came on this tour with my wife (newly weds) but the seats were limited, so we had to sit separately :( it would be nice if there were seating plans or notice beforehand.

Nonetheless, i would take this tour again if I do ever come back to the big island!

I participated in the Segway Kailua Kona Sunset Tour (120 minutes) with a Japanese guide along with my parents.

Before riding on public roads, we practiced how to ride multiple times in the office with great care.

Even for someone like me who is not very athletic, our Japanese guide, Masako, patiently taught me until I felt comfortable riding without any hesitation. During the ride, she provided detailed instructions on what to watch out for, such as obstacles, bumps, and manholes. My retired parents were also very happy to participate, as there were explanations of the sights in Japanese, which made them feel at ease. The sunset tour included beautiful night views along the coast, a botanical garden, and riding on an old runway, making it a unique experience that you can't find in Japan. I highly recommend it.

セグウェイ カイルアコナ散策ツアーのサンセットツアー（120分）・日本語ガイドを体験。

両親と私の3名で参加させて頂きました。公道走行の前に、事務所内で丁寧に何度も乗り方の予行練習をさせて頂きました。

かなり運動音痴の私でも、嫌な顔一つせず、日本語ガイドのMasakoさんは、安心して乗れるまで丁寧に何度も教えてくれました。また、走行時には、障害物、段差、マンホールなど注意することを細かく走行中指示してくれました。
定年した両親も、日本語で名所説明などもあり、安心して参加できたと大変喜んでいました。サンセットツアーでは、海岸での夜景や、植物園、旧滑走路走行などもあり、日本では味わえない体験なので大変お勧めです。

After reading the reviews, I wonder if I got my hopes up too much...
Since it's a natural experience, be prepared for the possibility of seeing them or not!

自然の物なので、見れるときも見れないときもあることを覚悟して参加を！

It takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes from Royal Kona Resort. As soon as you arrive at the ranch, there is a parking lot on the right side. The gate is closed, so you need to open it yourself to park. The staff speaks very clear English, which is reassuring. Riding through the grasslands feels wonderful. You can ride the horse for about 50 meters three times. The horses are very well-trained, so you can ride with confidence.

ロイヤルコナリゾートから１時間20分。牧場に着き入ってすぐ右側に駐車場がある。ゲートは閉まっているので自分で開けて駐車。スタッフの方はとてもわかりやすい英語で話してくれるので安心。草原の中を乗馬するのはとても気持ちがいい。３回程、50m程馬に乗って走ることができる。とても調教されているので安心して乗馬が出来る。

We traveled by boat for quite a long time, and at various points, the captain provided explanations, but I could hardly understand anything with my limited English skills. At the first spot, we encountered a sea turtle at a distance within reach, and we were able to see another one at the second spot as well. The water clarity was quite good, but there weren't many fish overall. On our way back, we encountered a few dolphins swimming gracefully, which was also a nice experience.

結構長い時間ボートで移動し、要所要所で船長さんがいろんな解説をしてくれますが、英語を少しかじったくらいの自分ではほとんど理解できませんでした。最初のスポットで手の届くような距離でウミガメと遭遇し、2番目スポットでも遭遇することができました。海の透明度はかなりよかったですが、魚の数自体は多くありません。
帰り際にイルカ数頭に遭遇し、気持ちよさそうに泳いでいるのが見られたのもよかったです。

The meeting place is near the Sheraton Hotel, so I think it would be very convenient if you're staying at this hotel. We stayed in Kona, so we used Uber for round trips. I didn't realize that I had received several calls from our guide Noni the day before. We participated in the afternoon tour, but I heard that in the early morning, the waves are not as high and the water clarity is better, making it great for snorkeling. Due to our schedule, we could only participate in the afternoon, but I would like to join the early morning tour next time (*^^*).

シェラトンホテル近くが集合場所なので、このホテル滞在ならとても便利だと思います。私達はコナ滞在でしたので、往復Uberを利用しました。
前日から何度もガイドのノニさんから電話をもらっていたのに気がつかず。午後ツアーに参加したのですが、早朝、午前中の方が波が高くなく海の透明度が高くてシュノーケリングも楽しめるそうです。
日程の都合で午後しか参加できなかったのですが、次回は早朝に参加したいです(*^^*)

We had plenty of time at two snorkeling points and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. Along the way, a pod of 5 or 6 dolphins started swimming right next to the boat, and they performed big spin jumps several times—what a lucky experience! Since we were on a Zodiac, we were able to speedily enter deep into coastal caves, which was a lot of fun. We enjoyed a roughly 4-hour tour with an international mix of a family from Canada, a couple from Brazil, and just the two of us. The captain and staff were friendly. The guidance was in English, but I think as long as you can manage basic conversation, it shouldn't be a problem.

2カ所のシュノーケルポイントでの時間もたっぷり、存分に楽しめました。
途中5・6頭のイルカがボートの真横で泳ぎ始め、何度も大きくスピンジャンプしてくれて大ラッキー!!
ゾディアックなので、スピード感たっぷりで海岸の洞窟にも深く入ることができ、とても楽しめます。
カナダからのファミリーとブラジルからのカップルと私たち二人というインターナショナルな組み合わせで約4時間のツアーを楽しめました。
キャプテンはじめスタッフもフレンドリー。英語だけの案内になりますが、カタコト日常会話できれば、特に問題はないと思います。

It was my first time snorkeling, and it had been a while since I last went into the ocean, but I had so much fun that I forgot all about that! The staff were all very thoughtful in making sure everyone could see the dolphins, and it was especially enjoyable to watch Daisuke swimming with them. I was so captivated by the dolphins that it was hard to stay close to everyone. I definitely want to participate again if I come back, and if there's anyone hesitating about going alone, I really encourage you to join! In the session I attended, there were three people who came alone.

シュノーケリングは初めてでしたし、海に入るのも久しぶりでしたが、そんなこと忘れるぐらい楽しかった！
スタッフの方が皆さんイルカが見れるようにいろいろ考えてくださっていて、何よりダイスケさんがイルカと一緒に泳いでるのを見てるのも楽しかったです。
イルカに夢中になり過ぎて、皆さんと離れないようにするのが大変なぐらいでした。
また来たら是非参加したいですし、お一人の方で迷ってる方がいたら是非参加して欲しいです。

Riding on a slightly larger banana boat was thrilling. I even encountered dolphins and sea turtles. Even if you don't understand English, body language works just fine.

ちょいと大き目なバナナボートに乗ってる感じでスリル満点。イルカやウミガメにも出会えました。英語がわからなくてもボディランゲージで大丈夫。

I previously participated in a dolphin swimming tour on Oahu, but it was just getting on and off the boat while watching the dolphins swim quickly along the ocean floor from above. Based on that experience, I didn't have high expectations for this tour, but it was completely different!

The dolphins swam slowly beside us, going right, left, forward, backward, and up and down. It felt like I was right in the middle of a sea full of dolphins! Many dolphins appeared one after another, so once you get into the water, you can slowly enjoy your time with them. There were also lots of baby dolphins, and we even encountered a manta ray. We successfully encountered dolphins on every attempt! It was truly a wonderful time. Captain Ken's driving was exceptional, almost like an attraction, and his ability to anticipate where the dolphins would come from was outstanding. My daughter, who got to experience steering the boat, was thrilled. (In Hawaii, it seems that if a responsible person is nearby, you can experience steering the boat.)

Our guide, Kevin, was humble and kind, showing the dolphins to the little children nearby. The attention to guests, both on the boat and in the shuttle, was truly wonderful and made us feel happy.

This dolphin swim tour is the real deal! I highly recommend it! Don't hesitate to participate! Just so you know, there are no showers, so when you return to the port, you'll change in the restroom before dispersing.

By the way, our Mauna Kea summit tour was canceled on the day due to hurricane effects, and we urgently signed up for the manta night snorkel that same evening, and they kindly allowed us to join, which was very moving!

以前オアフ島でイルカと泳ぐツアーに参加をしましたが、ボートから降りたり乗ったりを繰り返すばかりで、イルカが海の底を速いスピードで泳いでいくのを上から眺めているだけでした。そんな経験から、今回も同じようなツアーかと期待はせずに向かいましたが、全く！違いました！
本当にイルカが右に左に、前に後ろに、下から上にと、ゆっくり私達のそばを泳いで行きます。イルカだらけの真ん中に自分が居る感じです！
沢山のイルカが次から次に現れるので、一度海に入ると、ゆっくり、イルカとの時間を楽しむことが出来ます。赤ちゃんイルカも沢山いて、マンタにも会えました。すべてのトライでイルカとの遭遇に成功！本当に素晴らしい時間でした。ボートキャプテン・ケンさんのアトラクション並みの運転やイルカの来る方向の先読みは抜群で、ボート操縦体験をさせて頂いた娘は大喜びでした。（ハワイでは責任者が傍にいれば、ボート操縦体験が出来るそうです。）
ガイドのケビンさんは、謙虚で優しく、小さいお子さんの傍に付いてイルカを
見せてあげていました。ボートの中でも送迎の車の中でも、ゲストに対する気配りは本当に素晴らしく、幸せな気持ちにさせてくれました。
ここのドルフィン・スイム・ツアーは本物です！
おススメです！迷わずに参加してみて下さい！
参考までに、シャワーなどは無いので、港に戻ったらトイレで着替えて解散です。
因みに、私たちは、マウナケア山頂ツアーがハリケーンの影響で当日キャンセルとなり、同日の夜、マンタ・ナイト・シュノーケルに急遽申し込みをしたのですが、快く参加をさせて頂き、感激致しました！

Among the many dolphin tours available, I read reviews and was unsure which company to choose, but in the end, I made the right decision with this tour. After participating in the first day's tour, I was so moved that I ended up signing up for an additional tour on-site. I was taken care of for three days.

The staff and captain conveyed their desire for the guests to have fun. Additionally, it's common for snorkeling tour equipment to be in poor condition, but the snorkeling sets here were well-maintained, clean, and safe to use. I think it's wonderful that they pay attention to even the small details.

I would love to go back to the Big Island to meet the dolphins again. Thank you very much!

数あるイルカツアーの中で、どの会社にしようか口コミを拝見し、悩んだ結果、こちらのツアーにして大正解でした。
1日目のツアーに参加後、感動しすぎて現地で追加申込みをしてしまいました。3日間お世話になりました。
スタッフ、船長がゲストに楽しんで貰いたいって気持ちが伝わってきました。
また、よくあるシュノーケリングツアーの器材って綺麗でない場合が多いのですが、こちらのシュノーケリングセットは手入れもよく、綺麗で安心して使えるものばかりでした。
細かな事にも気が使えるのって素晴らしいと思います。
またハワイ島で、イルカに会いに行きたいと思います。本当にありがとうございました。
