Family trip with 3 teenage boys. Everyone loved it. Water slides were a fun addition. Good breakfast and lunch including vegetarian options. Snuba on trip was not as fulfilling. Overpriced ($69 additional to cruise charge) and too short(30mins). For the price, they should have included that free with the cruise as others do. Otherwise, great trip. Thanks~

I participated on August 25th. As Mr. Nawata cheerfully said, "Dolphins are natural creatures, so there's no 100% guarantee, but we will do our best!" we entered the water at just the right moment to see many dolphins, and when they disappeared, we boarded the boat again. He also created many opportunities by saying, "This way!" while observing their movements.

The staff members were wonderful. I was very impressed by their proactive support for elderly participants and children. They made sure each participant felt satisfied by bringing us close to the dolphins, saying things like, "You were really close just now, [Name]!" The teamwork was outstanding, with Maddy on the boat loudly informing us, "They are coming toward us from 20 meters away." It was heartwarming to see how much they love dolphins and enjoy their work, conveying their desire for participants to experience this joy.

Meeting so many dolphins up close felt like a dream.

It was so much fun that I participated again during my stay. Mr. Nawata mentioned, "The last time was so great, so don't expect too much this time," but the second time exceeded the first! Right beneath us, a pod of 5 to 6 dolphins danced multiple times. At one point, our swim guide Daisuke joined in on the dolphins' play. It was a very happy sight to witness.

The boat swaying felt like an attraction and was enjoyable, but for those who are not confident with even a little motion, I recommend taking motion sickness medication in advance. It's a wonderful opportunity, after all.

　8月25日に参加しました。「イルカは、自然の生き物だから100％はないけど、ウチは粘るよ～」と縄田さんが明るく笑顔でおっしゃっていた通り、イルカの動きをよんで「さあ、今！」と海に入り、いっぱいイルカに会って、いなくなると、再び乗船。また、動きを見て「こっちだよ」とたくさんの機会をつくってくださいます。

　素晴らしいのが、スタッフの方々。高齢の方や、お子さんを積極的にフォローする姿勢に、大変好感をもちました。また、参加者一人ひとりに、「〇〇さん、さっきすごく近くだったね」「〇〇さんも」とみんなが満足できるように、イルカの近くまで連れていってくださいます。チームワークも抜群で、船上からマディさんが「20m先からこっちに向かってきているよ」など大きな声で教えてくれます。そして、イルカが大好きで楽しんで仕事をしていて、参加者に「この楽しさをぜひ味わってもらいたい」という気持ちが伝わってくることを嬉しく思いました。
たくさんのイルカと、ものすごく近くで会って、夢のような時間でした。

　あまりに楽しかったので、滞在中に再び参加しました。縄田さんは、「前回が良すぎだったから、期待しすぎないでねー」とおっしゃっていましたが…、
2回目は1回目以上！
私たちが浮いている真下で、イルカが5～6頭の群れになって何回も踊って（？）いました。
途中からは、スイムガイドのダイスケくんもイルカたちの遊びに加わっていました。
見ていて、とても幸せな光景でした。

　船が揺れてアトラクションみたいで楽しいのですが、
少しでも揺れに自信がない方は、酔い止めの薬を事前に飲まれることを
おすすめします。せっかくの楽しい機会なので…。

　アロハコナーズの皆様、一緒に乗船した皆様、イルカちゃんたち、ハワイ島の大自然、
とても楽しい時間をありがとうございました。

Crew was awesome and the snorkel site was one of the best we've experienced!

We participated as a family with our three children, aged 11, 8, and 5.

The snorkeling location was quite deep (over 10-15 meters?), and since our youngest child couldn't swim, we had some concerns. However, they provided children's life jackets, and with the floaties we brought, the kids were able to float and enjoy themselves. The older two were initially scared, but as they got used to it, they enjoyed snorkeling in the clear sea. The staff were also very friendly, and the freshly made hamburgers were delicious. We even got to see dolphins along the way, making it a very satisfying tour overall.

Since the boat ride to the snorkeling location is quite long, it's advisable for those prone to seasickness to take motion sickness medication beforehand (the older child got seasick). If you have small children, bringing floaties would enhance their enjoyment as well.

Despite a few challenges, it was a very enjoyable tour, and I can definitely recommend it for families.

シュノーケリングする場所は結構深く（10～15ｍ以上？）、
下の子供は泳ぐことができない為、多少不安もありましたが、
子供用のライフジャケットも完備されており、持参した浮き輪を使って
ぷかぷかと浮かんで楽しんでいました。
上の２人も最初は怖がっていましたが、慣れてくるとシュノーケルを使って
透き通った海を楽しんでいました。
スタッフの方も非常に親切で、焼き立てのハンバーガも美味しかったです。
途中イルカにも会うことができ、ツアーとしては非常に満足できるものでした。

シュノーケリングする場所まで結構乗船する為、船酔いする方は
酔い止めを必ず飲んでいった方が良いです。（上の子は酔いました）
また小さな子供がいるようであれば、浮き輪も持参した方が楽しめると
思います。

いろいろとありましたが、ツアーとしては非常に楽しめるもので
家族連れの方にも十分おすすめできます。

I participated with my husband and our 9-year-old daughter. Since my husband speaks English, we decided on this affordable tour, but I think it’s fine even if you can’t speak difficult English, especially if you have snorkeling experience. However, we had to move to the port by ourselves from the tour reception desk.

My daughter, who gets motion sickness easily, took some anti-nausea medication beforehand, and thankfully, she didn’t get seasick. However, it was quite cold floating in the night sea (we participated in August). Even though she wore a long rash guard top and bottom, after floating for nearly 20 minutes and only seeing one manta ray in the distance, she started saying, “I’m cold; I want to get out!” While I was trying to calm her down, a group of five giant manta rays appeared! We forgot about the cold and were just captivated. It felt like we were floating in space. They swirled around us within reach. The staff were friendly and fun, and we had a wonderful experience unique to the Big Island of Hawaii.

夫と９歳の娘と３人で参加しました。夫が英語を話せるので、安いこちらのツアーに決めましたが、シュノーケル経験者の方なら特に難しい英語が話せなくても大丈夫だと思います。ただしツアー受付デスクからは自分達で港まで移動しなければいけません。
酔いやすい娘は、事前に酔い止めを飲ませまた効果か、船酔いはしませんでしたが、とにかく夜の海にずっと浮いてるために冷えます。（８月の参加で）上下ロングラッシュガードを着込んだにもかかわらず、20分近く浮いて、まだ１匹遠くにマンタを見ただけで、「寒くてもうあがりたい〜」と言い出す始末・・・。なんとかなだめていると、そこへ５匹の巨大マンタの群れが〜！！寒さも忘れてただただ見入ってしまいました。まるで宇宙に浮いてる感じです。クルクルと手の届くような位置で回ってくれました。スタッフも気さくで楽しくて、ハワイ島ならではのとてもいい経験が出来ました。

On the boat, they ask for your fin size and provide you with the appropriate ones. They also have snorkeling gear available. They lend you a type of life jacket that wraps around your waist (suitable for both children and adults), so you don’t need to bring your own goggles.

It takes about an hour to reach Cook's Tower by boat, and even though our family took motion sickness medication, we felt a bit queasy. The BBQ cheeseburgers were incredibly delicious, just as mentioned in other reviews! The breakfast muffins were tasty, reminiscent of Costco's.

This was my family's first time participating after visiting the Big Island six times, and we were more satisfied than with any other tour. The beauty of the ocean was amazing.

船の上で、フィンのサイズを聞いて、サイズにあったものを貸してくれます。シュノーケリング道具も。
浮き輪も腰に巻くタイプの（子供から大人まで）ライフジャケット（？）浮きを貸してくれるので、ゴーグルなどの持参も必要ないです。
クックの塔まで１時間くらい船に揺られるので、私たち家族は（酔い止め薬を飲んでいても）少し酔いました。
ＢＢＱのチーズバーガーは他の書き込み通り、とっても美味しかったです！朝食のマフィンはコストコのかな？って感じで美味しかったです。
６度目のハワイ島で、初参加でしたがどの観光よりも満足で、海の綺麗さが素晴らしかったです。

I used this service on August 3rd for my honeymoon. While I was excited to swim with the dolphins, I also had some fear about the ocean. Thanks to the thorough explanations about ocean safety and how to enjoy it, I was able to overcome my fears and have a great time! On the way to meet the dolphins, I also encountered manta rays, and I was able to see over 200 dolphins! It was truly exhilarating! Thank you for the wonderful memories! I will definitely participate again! *\(^o^)/*

ハネムーンで8/3に利用させて頂きました。
海のイルカと泳ぐのが楽しみな反面、海に対して少し怖い気持ちもあった私に、しっかりと海の安全性や楽しみ方を教えてくださったおかげで、恐怖心から克服出来、楽しむことが出来ました!!
イルカに会いに行く途中、マンタとも会うことが出来、目的のイルカには200頭以上に合うことが出来ました!!本当に大興奮!!楽しい思い出をありがとうございました！また絶対参加します*\(^o^)/*

It was my first dolphin tour on the Big Island. I had tried three times on Oahu, but I wasn't lucky with the weather, so this was my fourth attempt!

It was absolutely amazing!! From the moment we got in, we could see dolphins up close! Even without searching hard, dolphins were swimming nearby, and it was so moving! I could hear their sounds the whole time!

Compared to Oahu, the travel time on the boat was shorter, and we didn't have to get on and off the boat multiple times. Dolphins kept coming to the same spot, so it felt like we could see them the whole time we were swimming.

Even if you're not a strong swimmer, they lend you a noodle, and the guide, Daisuke, pulls you to the dolphins, so it's very reassuring! Daisuke's dolphin talks during the car ride were also a lot of fun and really added to the tour! (By a strange twist of fate, he even shared some local stories!)

I definitely want to go back to the Big Island for this tour again! Thank you, Captain and Daisuke!!

ハワイ島での初めてのイルカツアーでした。
これまでオアフ島で３回チャレンジしましたが、
なかなか良い日に恵まれず、今回４度目のリベンジ！

とにかくすごかったですっ！！
入った瞬間から間近にイルカが見れました！
その後も必死に探さなくてもすぐにイルカが近くに泳いでいて、感動しきりでした！
イルカの声もずっと聞こえていました！

オアフ島に比べ、船に乗って移動する時間も短く、
何度も船を乗り降りしなくても、同じ場所でどんどんイルカがやって来てくれたので、
泳いでいる間ずっと見れたという感じです。

泳ぎが苦手でもヌードルを貸してもらえますし、
ガイドのダイスケさんがイルカの所まで引っ張って行ってくれるので安心です！
行き帰りの車の中でのダイスケさんのイルカトークもとっても楽しく、
ツアーを盛り上げてくれました！
（不思議な縁で、地元のローカルネタもしゃべれました☆）

このツアーのために、またぜひ！！ハワイ島に行きたいです！

We participated as a couple in our 40s, with a child and my mother in her 70s who cannot speak English. The boat has two levels; the first floor has shaded areas and tables, but all the seats were "reserved," making it difficult to find a place to sit. We were the only Japanese family, and all announcements were in English. There was one men's restroom, one women's restroom, and one unisex restroom.

When we first arrived, there was a small breakfast buffet with about two types of muffin-like bread and fruit. Water, coffee, and soft drinks were free, but alcohol cost extra.

Right after departure, we were able to see a pod of dolphins swimming quite close to us, which was thrilling. There were no sea turtles, but flying fish were gliding through the air like birds, which was exciting! Upon reaching the snorkeling point, everyone gathered on the first floor for a detailed safety briefing about the snorkeling area. There seemed to be a class for those snorkeling for the first time. Unlike Japanese snorkeling tours, there was no selection of fins or goggles; it was self-service. Most people swam without lifeguards, so the number of lifeguards was limited, but there were long styrofoam rods that everyone seemed to hold onto while swimming.

For lunch, there was a buffet with bread, hamburgers, vegetables, and fruits, where we could take our favorite ingredients and make our own sandwiches. It was very delicious under the blue sky.

I thought we would arrive at the port by 12:30, but that was actually the end time for snorkeling. The water temperature was not too low, and the sea was deep, allowing us to see many fish. On the way back to the port, we were thrilled to see another pod of dolphins. The foreign participants were friendly and approachable, and I was particularly surprised that the customers were kind to my mother, who was flustered and unable to speak English, offering her their place in line. I thought this aspect of foreign culture was truly wonderful. By the way, my elderly mother stayed on the boat without swimming, but she said she had a great time without any worries.

After the tour, there were many small shops like stalls at the port, and I unexpectedly bought a Kona coffee bag that I had wanted for a long time, which was a nice bonus. I was filled with anxiety before signing up, but I would love to participate again.

40代夫婦、子供、70代英会話できない母親と参加。船は1階と2階があり、1階は日よけスペースとテーブルつきの席がありますが、どれも「reserved」で座れず、席を確保するのが大変でした。日本人家族は私たちだけ、アナウンスは全部英語です。トイレは男性用1、女性用1、男女兼用1でした。まず最初に行くと、朝食バイキング(小規模)をやっています。マフィンのようなパン2種程とフルーツ等。水、コーヒー、ソフトドリンクは無料。アルコールはお金がかかります。
出発してすぐにドルフィンの群れを見る事ができました。かなり近くまで泳いできてくれて感激。ウミガメはいませんでした。でもトビウオが鳥みたいにスイスイ飛んでいて感激！ポイントに到着し、全員1階に集合して、シュノーケルで泳いでいいエリア、安全確認の綿密な説明を受けます。シュノーケル初めての人のための教室もあったようです。日本のシュノーケルツアーのようにフィンやゴーグルを選んでくれることもなくセルフサービスです。ほとんとの人がライフセーバーなしで泳ぐので、ライフセーバーの数も限られていますが、ライフセーバーの代わりに細長いスチロール棒があり、これにつかまって皆泳いでいたようです。
ランチは、パン、ハンバーグ、野菜、果物などがバイキング形式に並んでいて、好きな具を自分で取ってはさんで食べる方式でした。青い空の下、とてもおいしいお味でした。
12時半に港に着くのかと思っていたら、シュノーケル終了が12時半でした。水温もそれほど低くなく、海が深くてたくさんの魚を見る事ができました。港に戻る途中、またイルカの群れを見る事ができて感激しました。参加している外国の人たちも、気さくに声をかけてくださったり、特に驚いたのは、英語が全然できなくておろおろしている母に、お客さん達が優しく接してくださり順番を譲ってくださったりしたことです。こういった外国の文化は本当に素晴らしいと思いました。ちなみに高齢の母は、泳がずにずっと船の上にいましたが、気兼ねなく楽しかったと話していました。ツアーが終わって、港の停泊所にはたくさんの屋台？のような小物のお店が軒を連ねていて、以前から欲しかったコナコーヒーのバッグを思いがけず購入することができ、二度特でした。申し込む前は不安でいっぱいでしたが、また参加したいです。

What impressed me the most was the thoughtfulness of Captain and the swim supporter, Daisuke, towards the participants. Their humorous orientation and the way they interacted on the boat created a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere for the entire tour group. It was a tour that clearly conveyed their desire to prioritize customer satisfaction. Perhaps it was also because we were all Japanese.

Now, regarding the dolphins, we spotted a pod just three minutes after departing from the harbor and quickly dropped in. We were able to see many dolphins up close. We chased the pod multiple times, dropping in ahead of them repeatedly, enjoying dolphin watching countless times. While on the boat, we also got to see adorable baby dolphins (the size of skipjack tuna) performing spin jumps, and we truly had a wonderful time surrounded by dolphins.

Meeting the dolphins greatly enhanced our satisfaction, but above all, it was the friendly and kind nature of Captain and Daisuke that filled our hearts during the tour. Thank you very much. It was fun.

最も印象に残ったのは、キャプテンさん、スイムサポータ（ダイスケさん）の参加者への心遣いです。ユーモアを入れたオリエンテーションや船上での対応など、お二人のお人柄もあってツアー客全体が緊張感ほぐれリラックスした居心地の良い雰囲気になりました。随所にお客さんの満足を優先させたいという思いが伝わるツアーでした。日本人同士ということもあったのかもしれませんね。

さて肝心のイルカちゃんですが、船上、3分。ハーバーから出発した直後から群れを発見して早速、ドロップ。たくさんのイルカを間近に見ることができました。その後も何度となく群れを追いかけ、先回りしてはドロップを繰り返して数えることが出来ない回数、ドルフィンウォッチを楽しむことができました。また船上にいるときも、かわいい赤ちゃんイルカ（カツオサイズ）のスピンジャンプを見ることができたり、本当にイルカに囲まれた楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。

イルカと会えたことが満足度を引き上げましたが、何と言ってもキャプテン、ダイスケさんの気さくで優しいお人柄で心が満たされたツアーでした。ありがとうございました。楽しかったです。

We participated as a family of four!!

On that day, we were moved to encounter many dolphins. Above all, the staff's response was wonderful. My child was afraid to swim, but Captain and Daisuke persuaded them, and we managed to get in the water.

Now, my child talks about dolphins every day. Even for those who can't swim, Daisuke will pull and guide you, and it was touching to see the dolphins playing with Daisuke.

They also sell DVDs and will ship them to Japan. I was so moved that I couldn't stop crying. We will definitely come back, so please take care of us again.

Captain, Solomon's flow was perfectly captured too (laughs).

I highly recommend this to everyone when you come to the Big Island!

私たちは家族４人で参加しました！！

その日は多くのイルカ達に出会えて感動しました。
何よりもスタッフの対応が素晴らしく子供が泳ぐのを恐れていましたがキャプテンやダイスケさんが説得して何とか入る事が出来ました。

今では毎日イルカの事ばかり子供は話しています。
泳げない方でもダイスケさんが引っ張って誘導しますし、イルカとダイスケ君が遊んでいる姿は感動しました。

DVDの方も販売していて日本まで発送してくれます。
凄く感動して涙が止まりませんでした。また遊びに来るので是非宜しくお願いします。

IT WAS THE BEST HELICOPTER TOUR WE HAVE BEEN ON, (OUR 3RD ONE)
THE POILOT NEW WHAT HE WAS LOOKING FOR AND MADE SURE WE SAW WHAT WE CAME FOR. THE DOORS OFF WAS MORE FUN THAN WE HAD THOUGHT WE LOVED IT!

I read experiences about the high encounter rate with dolphins and decided to book this tour. As the captain mentioned, the number of drops was higher than other tours, and I was able to see many more dolphins up close than I expected! Since I can't swim, Daisuke was there to help me, allowing me to see the dolphins really closely and listen to detailed explanations about their behavior, which made me very satisfied. Thank you for taking photos as well.

イルカとの遭遇率が高いという体験談を読み、こちらのツアーを申し込みました。キャプテンのおっしゃっていた通り、ドロップ数が他のツアーよりも多く、イルカを期待していた以上に沢山、そして間近に見ることができました！泳げない私にはダイスケさんがついて下さって本当に近くでイルカをみることができ、イルカの生態などの説明をしっかり聞くこともできて、大満足です。写真も撮ってくださり、ありがとうございました。

The manta rays drifting in the night sea were enchanting, but it was very cold and the waves were quite high. The snorkeling lasted about an hour, which was pretty exhausting. I had no energy at all due to the cold and seasickness. It was scary to try to return to the boat on my own after getting separated from the group in the night sea, so I recommend being in good health before participating.

夜の海に漂うマンタは幻想的で良かったですが…
とても寒いしけっこう波が高いです。
１時間ほどのシュノーケリングだったのでかなりしんどかった。
寒さと波酔いでまったく余裕がありませんでした。
夜の海で自力でグループから離れて船に戻るのは怖くてがんばりましたが、
体調を万全にしての参加をお勧めします。

We really enjoyed ourselves on this cruise! the Captain and crew were friendly and the bay we snorkeled in was beautiful! This was our favorite activity during our stay. Cant think of anywhere we would rather be! Highly recommend this actiivity!

great snorkel- always worried about putting my ears in water. Alot of ear aches but realized didin't even have to stick head in water to much to see fish! Staff/guides were real helpful and had such an amazing time!Snorkel time went by too fast!

Excellent cruise service by Fair Wind. Captain Kirk and his crews are very nice and friendly. Great lunch on the ship. My family and I enjoyed this cruise so much. We will join again. Give 5 stars service.

I went kayaking with my mother, sister, and husband. It was my first time kayaking, but Kevin and Noni taught us patiently, and we were able to paddle happily. The snacks and pineapple during the break were also very delicious, making it a wonderful experience. When we got back, even though I applied sunscreen, my skin turned really red. I felt the intense Hawaiian sun even for just a few hours. Our advice is that you should definitely bring a shirt or jacket that covers your whole body. Otherwise, your skin can get close to a sunburn. I think it would be even more considerate if King Kayak included such advice on their website, which would improve their ratings. I would love to participate again when I visit the Big Island. Thank you very much.

母、妹、主人そして私とカヤック体験しました。
カヤックは初めてでしたが、ケビンさんとノニさんが丁寧に教えてくださり楽しく漕ぐことができました。
休憩時のスナックやパイナップルもとってもおいしくて、とても良い体験ができました。
帰ってきたら日焼け止めを塗っていても肌がまっかになりました。
ほんの数時間でもハワイの熱い太陽を実感しました。
私たちからのアドバイスですが、絶対全身覆えるシャツや上着を持っていくべきです。
そうしないと肌が火傷状態に近くなったりします。
キングカヤックさんのHPでもそのような文面を入れられてるとさらに丁寧で評価も上がると思います。
またハワイ島に行ったときは、参加したいです。

Wasn't sure how we would like this since we don't normally like touristy things, but we really enjoyed the show. Food was good and I would recommend paying the premium upgrade amount as it helped us skip the line and then sit up front to watch the show. My son who just turned 14 really liked the activities and the show -- he even tried poi. My daughter who is 18 enjoyed the show -- especially the fire dance. Overall, the hosts and staff were very nice and accommodating. The performers were wonderful and even funny at times. I would highly recommend this event if you have never been to a Luau.

It was my first time snorkeling, but they provided the flotation devices and followed us closely in the water. There was also someone watching from the boat, so I felt safe and enjoyed myself. Since we moved to where the dolphins are, I think the encounter rate is close to 100 percent. I participated alone, but they were very considerate, helping with everything from getting on and off the boat to taking photos. I highly recommend it!

はじめてのシュノーケルでしたが、浮き具もかしてくれるし、海の中でもしっかりフォローしてくれました。船からも一人、見ていてくれるので、安心して楽しめました。イルカのいる場所まで移動するので遭遇率は100パーセントとに近いと思います。ひとりでの参加でしたが、シュノーケルだけでなく、船の乗り降りから、写真から何かとお気遣いいただしました。おすすめです！

On our honeymoon, we participated in this tour on our first day in Hawaii Island. We arrived at the location, rubbing our sleepy eyes since it was early morning. The moment we got there, we were amazed by the stunning blue ocean that made us forget our sleepiness!

We were greeted by a lovely couple who were our guides. Before we set off, they gave us a clear briefing, and then we headed out into the vast Pacific Ocean! It was a private ocean just for us and the guides.

They mentioned that we might be lucky enough to see dolphins, but unfortunately, we didn't encounter any this time, which was disappointing... However, we were taken to a hidden snorkeling spot where we enjoyed the coral reefs and tropical fish to our heart's content.

Overall, we had a fulfilling time, and it helped us get some exercise, making it a win-win tour!

新婚旅行ではじめてのハワイ島、その初日にこのツアーに参加しました。早朝との事で眠い目をこすりながら現地に到着。その途端、眠気なんて吹っ飛ぶほどの青い海にまず感動！
アクティブな奥さんと素敵な旦那さんの夫婦のガイドさんが出迎えてくれました。
出発の前に分かりやすくレクチャーしてもらい、いざ太平洋の大海原へ！
あたりは私たちとガイドさんだけのプライベートオーシャン。
運が良ければイルカに会えるらしいですが、この時は会えず、残念・・・
それでも、シュノーケリングの穴場に連れて行ってもらい、サンゴ礁と熱帯魚を満足いくまで楽しむことが出来ました。
とにかく充実した時間を過ごしながら、運動不足も解消され、一石二鳥のツアーでした！

We participated in this tour for our honeymoon. Since it was just the two of us, we could enjoy ourselves at our own pace without worrying about others.

The tips for kayaking were taught very well, and we were able to paddle at a comfortable pace, so we didn't get tired or sore.

The snorkeling had high visibility with plenty of fish, and it was incredibly beautiful. We spent a long time underwater, but our kind guide Kevin was always watching over us without rushing, and he took many photos for us. Since it was our honeymoon, we were happy to receive lots of couple photos.

We were able to see a pod of dolphins and explore a mystical cave, making for a unique experience that could only be done by kayak.

We truly felt rejuvenated by the kind Kevin and the beautiful sea, creating wonderful memories, and we are glad we participated in this tour.

カヤックのコツも上手に教えていただき、また休み休み漕ぐ事ができたので疲れたり筋肉痛になることもなかったです。
シュノーケリングは透明度が高くお魚も沢山いて、すごくキレイでした。長い事潜っていましたが優しいガイドのケビンさんは急かすことなくずっと見守ってくれていて、写真も沢山撮って下さいました。新婚旅行だったのでツーショット写真が沢山もらえたので嬉しかったです。
イルカの群れも見ることができたり、神秘的な洞窟を見たりとカヤックでしかできない貴重な体験ができました。
本当に優しいケビンさんとキレイな海に癒され素敵な思い出ができ、このツアーに参加して良かったです。

If you want to see dolphins, Hawaii Island is the place to be! That's why I joined this tour. Actually, I couldn't get a reservation for another tour, so I chose this one, and it might be the best on Hawaii Island, just as the reviews said. I think the facilities and attentiveness were very suitable for Japanese people. Both our guide Leo and Captain Ichiro were friendly and made us feel very secure on the water. We encountered more dolphins than I had expected. It seems that the experience can vary depending on the day's conditions, but I felt like we had ample time. Also, since I got sunburned from kayaking the day before, they recommended some aloe gel from ABC on the way back. I really appreciated their help. I can confidently recommend this tour!

イルカを見るなら大自然のハワイ島だ！ということでこのツアーに参加しました。
実は、他のツアーで予約が取れずこのツアーにしたのですが、
口コミどおり、ハワイ島で一番いいかもしれません。
設備・気遣いともに日本人向きのイルカツアーだったと思います。
ガイドのレオさん・キャプテンのイチローさんともに気さくに接していただき、海の上では非常に頼もしかったです。イルカたちにも期待していた以上に出会うことができました。
その日の状況にもよるようですが、時間も多めにとって頂いた印象です。
また、前日のシーカヤックで日焼けをしすぎた私には、帰りにABCでお勧めのアロエジェルを紹介していただきました。その節は、大変お世話になりました。
このツアー自信を持ってお勧め出来ます。

I never imagined I would be able to see wild dolphins up close like that. My husband, who was initially not very enthusiastic, ended up being very satisfied. It was amazing to see so many dolphins swimming happily in the clear blue sea! Daisuke and the captains' deep love for the dolphins really came through, and it made us happy too. This became our best memory of the Big Island. Thank you very much!!

野生のイルカがあんなに近くで見られるなんて想像もしていませんでした。最初はなかなか乗り気じゃなかった旦那も大変満足していました。透明のブルーの海で仲良く泳ぐイルカたちがたくさん見られて最高です！ダイスケさん、キャプテンたちのイルカへの深い愛が伝わってきて、こちらまで幸せになりました。ハワイ島一番の思い出になりました。ありがとうございました！！

My wife and I participated together. Since my wife can't swim, we decided to skip snorkeling and go for the submarine tour instead. We had just visited the "Bunasé Underwater Park" in Okinawa last month, so we weren't too impressed by the fish, but we were amazed that the submarine went down to 30 meters.

妻と二人で参加しました。内の奥さんはカナヅチなのでシュノーケリングへの参加を諦め潜水艦ツアーに決めました。先月沖縄の「ブナセ海中公園海中展望台」に行ったばかりでしたので、魚への感動は余りありませんでしたが、潜水艦が３０ｍも潜水したのには感動しました。

I experienced a two-hour course starting at 2 PM. The first hour was kayaking, followed by 30 minutes of snorkeling and 30 minutes of paddleboarding. Kayaking requires a lot of strength and can be surprisingly tiring, so I was quite satisfied with just one hour. Once you head out to sea, it can get quite bumpy, so I recommend taking motion sickness medication if you're not confident. Since it was just the two of us that day, we were able to go at a leisurely pace, which was very enjoyable. I think it's a great course that allows you to experience a variety of activities in just two hours.

午後14時からの2時間コースを体験しました。初めの1時間はカヤック、そのあと30分シュノ―ケリング、30分パドルボードという感じでした。カヤックは力が必要で意外と疲れるので1時間で十分満足でした。沖に出ると結構揺れるので自信の無い方は酔い止めを飲むことをオススメします。この日は自分たち二人だけだったので、のんびりペースで出来とても楽しかったです。
いろいろ体験出来て2時間のちょうど良いコースだと思います。

We had a very nice time at this luau. The setting was beautiful, the food delicious, plenty of drink available with fast service when refilling, and friendly staff. Something we really liked about this luau compared to one we attended on Maui is that this is a much smaller crowd which was very conducive when refilling beverages and getting your food at the buffet.

I read in reviews that there would be a long line, so I arrived more than 30 minutes early, but there was already quite a queue. I was a bit worried because it was drizzling, but by the time we were allowed in, it had cleared up, which was a relief. Once seated, all the announcements were in English, so I didn't understand much and just followed the movements of others. At first, we passed by the food line to get drinks like Mai Tai and fruit punch, while others were happily chatting, dancing, and checking out the whole roasted pig. I couldn't join in the conversation due to my limited English, which left me feeling a bit bored. About an hour later, everyone finally started to get their meals, so the two of us went to get ours. There were local dishes like ahi poke and poi, making for quite an enjoyable meal. The luau show that finally started featured a person dressed as King Kamehameha and various dances, and I thought it was well done, just as the reviews had said. As an impatient Japanese person, I felt the pace was a bit slow, but I came to understand that it allowed for a more leisurely enjoyment. I believe it was a show worth the price.

クチコミでかなり並ぶと書いてあったので受付時間より３０分以上早く行ったけれど既にかなりの行列になっていた。少し雨がぱらついていたので心配だったけれど入場の頃にはなんとかやんでホッ。席についてからの案内は全て英語なのでよく分からないまま他の人を動きを見ながら最初は食べ物の並んだところを通り過ぎてマイタイとかフルーツポンチなどの飲み物を取りにいき、他の人は楽しくおしゃべりしたり踊ったり豚の丸焼の見学にいったり楽しんでいるけど、こちらはカタコトの英語で会話には加われず、暇を持てあましてしまった。１時間くらいしてからやっとみんなが食事を取り始めたので、私たち二人も取りにいった。アヒポキやポイなど郷土料理もあってなかなか楽しい食事だった。やっと始まったルアウショーはカメハメハ大王に扮した人の入場や各種のダンスなど評判どおりなかなかよくできていたと思う。せっかちな日本人にとってはあまりにも流れが悠長だと感じたが、それはそれでゆっくり楽しめるということでもあると納得。値段に見合ったショーだと思う。

In late April, I joined a tour because I wanted to see wild dolphins. I was amazed at how many there were! I was able to see several baby dolphins as well. The sight of Spinner jumping while spinning was so wonderful and exciting. The captain and the swim guide, Daisuke, were very kind, and the tour was a lot of fun. On the way back, they also showed us a manta ray, and I was moved to see a different side of the manta ray at night. I highly recommend both the night manta ray tour and the daytime dolphin tour! 😊

4月下旬、野生のイルカを見てみたくて参加しました。こんなにたくさんいるの！？と驚いてばかり。赤ちゃんイルカも数頭みることができました。スピナーちゃんが回転しながらジャンプしている姿がとっても素敵で興奮しました。キャプテンもスイムガイドのダイスケさんも親切にしてくださり、ツアーがとても楽しかったです。また帰りにマンタも見せてくれて、夜のマンタとはまた違った姿を見ることができ感動しました。夜のマンタツアーと昼のイルカツアー、両方おすすめです＾＾

It was a tour with very few Japanese people, but I was extremely satisfied with the wonderful service from all the staff. The hospitality of the staff, who were always smiling, was the best!! I wonder if it's the captain's personality that makes the staff's service so outstanding...

日本人がとても少ないツアーですが、スタッフ全員の素晴らしい対応に大満足しました。
