It was a beautiful day and the crew was friendly and funny. Gear was provided and they had snacks available before lunch. The guava juice was especially delicious.

The swim itself was fantastic. There were so many colorful fish and one of the crew showed us a starfish. We enjoyed the adventure so much that snorkeling is officially our new favorite hobby.

Our guide Devin was very accommodating and knowledgeable! He was thorough when discussing safety in the reef and how best to use the equipment. He seemed to enjoy the experience as much as we did even though we know he does this every day! We were thrilled to be able to commune with sea turtles as they relaxed in the sunshine. He then navigated us through the coral reef and pointed out a bunch of wildlife we might have never have seen on our own. The snacks and drinks at the end of the tour were exactly what we needed after swimming for an hour and a half. We appreciated the personalized experience and would absolutely do this again!

This was by far the best excursion we did on our trip. The crew was so accommodating and put this adventure over the top. This was my first time snorkeling and they were able to provide excellent training as well as guidance throughout the swim. They dove down to bring up starfish, sea cucumbers, & other creatures for us to check out. We were served lunch and delicious drinks after spending time in the water. The boat was clean, & we had a comfortable ride to and from the snorkeling location. This is a trip you can’t miss!

The whole crew was awesome very knowledgeable and the nicest people I have ever come across in the whole world. Captain Eddie help me with my dizziness advice best way to feel better so I could continue to enjoy our trip. Loved the whole experience and I would recommend this crew to anyone and everyone if they truly want to enjoy their trip.

The crew was excellent. We saw dolphins on the way out. Only disappointment was we were expecting to go to Kealakekua Bay for snorkeling as advertised, but due to weather conditions, they chose to go north of the airport. We went to a beach area that you can only access with 4 wheel drive or by boat. Beautiful location. The crew took us to shore, and took us over to the queens bath for a bit. Nice time over all.

Must Do in Kona!!

Wonderful, cheerful, professional staff. Lovely, clean NEW boat. This trip was a thumbs up. We were greeted by Joshua who was happy and briefed us well. On board were Asia, Jesse and Capt. Mike Morgan. This team worked well together to keep us entertained, fed, schooled on area history and safe. All of the gear was in good condition, the food was healthy and served efficiently using pandemic protocols. We were clearly informed of where to snorkel and attended by one or two employees while in the water. We were able to make part of the trip back under sail which was a silent treat. This is a top snorkel area on the island and the Sea Paradise trip is top notch! Top this off with seeing spinner dolphins and five different whales ….. a wonderful way to spend the morning.

Despite a windy day, Captain Cindy was able to find a great place to snorkel. The briefing provided by the captain described the best ways to snorkel. I learned something new! I felt safe as the crew had a member who went on a surfboard to watch over the participants.

I can’t believe the hospitality of the crew— serving drinks, food and snacks with ease.

This was one of the highlights of our trip.

The boat and crew were great! The snorkeling equipment was first class. We didn't see that much wildlife at the two stops. A lot of small fish. The second stop was better. Didn't notice in the sign-up that the BBQ was vegan. That is nice for folks who like it but it would have been good to offer non-vegan food as well. We paid extra for the food on the cruise and I would have liked some regular food. Overall, the bar and drinks offered were very good and served with a smile. My wife thought the boat and seating were the best. The crew were very informative and happy to share their knowledge and culture with the guests. Would do it again!

Captain Tony and his crew were so wonderful! They were funny and so informative. I would definitely do it again! They were so sweet to our two year old who was part of the snorkeling also. Make sure you take cash to tip them well because they definitely deserve it! The whole trip the captain and his trip hangout with everyone and cut up fresh fruit for everyone while serving drinks and making sure everyone is comfortable and has what they need. Definitely one of our top favorite things we did on the Big Island

So much fun. The location was beautiful, the crew was friendly and the service was great...oh and the plant based menu was delicious. Seeing dolphins made the day. I learned that orcas pass through Hawaiian waters and as a result the dolphins were swimming in and we were lucky enough to see them. Would have been fun to have paddleboards. We all loved it! The day on the Spirit of Aloha was amazing! Doug, the captain was great! He is fun and funny, and he made us feel safe the entire time. Faith and Cole are two of the crew that work on the boat! What great people! We saw a turtle, eel, and spinner dolphins who swam alongside the boat! I definitely recommend this trip for anyone wanting to have a great day!

My husband and I had a great time. He was 12 weeks out from recovering from a pelvic reconstruction surgery and the staff were so accommodating! He enjoyed the boat ride and made it into the water for one snorkel spot! I even got inked on by an octopus! Great day on the water with attentive staff!

I really enjoyed my experience. It’s not just snorkeling but they had paddle boats, water tube, a mat that allowed you to lay out in the ocean. The lunch cruise had grilled hornet burgers with soft buns. The drinks were tasty! Crew was friendly but very strict when it came to the rules, however, everyone made it back home safely. Great experience with my family!

My husband and I participated with our 5-year-old child. It takes about 30 to 40 minutes to reach the snorkeling spot, but the waves are quite high, so I think it's essential for those who are prone to motion sickness to take anti-nausea medication. On the way to our destination, we even saw whales, which got our child very excited.

At first, our 5-year-old was scared of snorkeling, but there was a bodyboard-like device with a transparent section, and they enjoyed peeking through it. The sea was also very beautiful, and our family was extremely satisfied. This is definitely a tour we would like to participate in again.

Snorkeling in the crystal-clear, calm waters of Kealakekua Bay was enjoyable for the kids as well. We were lucky enough to encounter a pod of dolphins, and they were playing chase with our boat. It was adorable!

The second deck of the boat offers fantastic views, but it sways quite a bit more up there. During the one-hour ride to the snorkeling spot, even passengers who usually don’t get seasick were feeling pretty worn out.

Lunch was a simple barbecue on board. It had an American-style flavor, but if you embrace that, it can be enjoyable. However, I was surprised that the soft drinks were only carbonated and that what was labeled as tropical fruit juice was actually a tropical cocktail (an alcoholic drink).

This tour has a predominantly English-speaking, mostly white crowd, so if you're feeling a bit weary of tours filled with only Japanese people and want to experience being abroad, I recommend it. Additionally, the snorkeling spot has calm waves, making it a good option for first-time snorkelers and families with children aged preschool and up.

英語オンリーの白人多めのツアーですから日本人ばかりのツアーにちょっと辟易して、海外に来たぞという気分を味わいたい方にはオススメです。
あと、シュノーケル場所は波が穏やかなのでシュノーケリング初体験者や幼稚園児以上の年齢のお子様がいらっしゃるご家族にもいいかもしれません。

While we were snorkeling in the water, it was fine, but once we got back on the boat, the seasickness returned, and we both struggled until we returned to port. That said, the crew's performance and the tour itself were completely fine. The low rating is simply due to our own physical condition. The meeting place was at the beautiful port in Kona, which was also convenient for sightseeing.
