This was an event booking for my family. My 4 year old and 14 year old both equally enjoyed it. My for year old loved learning the hula. Food was plentiful and the story told was wonderful. All of the staff were efficient and super sweet.

I really enjoyed my experience. It’s not just snorkeling but they had paddle boats, water tube, a mat that allowed you to lay out in the ocean. The lunch cruise had grilled hornet burgers with soft buns. The drinks were tasty! Crew was friendly but very strict when it came to the rules, however, everyone made it back home safely. Great experience with my family!

On the specific date we went it rained, so that's a lost star that's in no way their fault! If we had wanted to leave and not stay in the rain they would have given us a refund or moved the tickets to a different date.

The show as very educational and the dancing was great! Our one year old was in a trance! Such awesome culture across the Pacific islands. The food was really good and big portions/as much as you want since it's a buffet. Before you leave check out the Hawaiian/Polynesian exhibit inside the hotel.

My kids LOVED this show!

As a parent of 7 year old twins, who seeks out kid friendly activities, I’m so grateful I chose this show. This was their first show since COVID. They offered a selection of kid friendly food which I appreciated. The rest of the food was amazing and the drinks were delicious! Now to the entertainment. This group of performers were so enthusiastic that the captured my kids attention the whole time. The story they told was beautiful. My kids were doing their best to follow the dancers moves and the waitstaff were so kind to compliment them. The fire dancer at the end got a standing ovation! From the music and performers to the food and staff, they all exceeded any expectations! Well done!

I have been on a whale watching tour in the past and the captain took us directly to where the whales were and we were so close and able to get great pictures for the entire tour. That was not the case here; we were constantly looking for whales and all we ever saw was the “blow” and some splashing from quite a distance. It was very disappointing. I would think these guys would know where to go since they do this everyday. We were in the boat for several hours and never saw anything to identify this as a good trip! I would have expected them to take us somewhere to see the whales, we seemed to hang out in the same area just hoping a whale would show up!
The boat was very nice and the people were nice too but the whales were missing!! This was the beginning of February, isn’t that the best time?

The weather was nice, and the waves were calm, allowing us to see many whales. It was moving to clearly see the shadows of the whales and the way they spouted water. Unfortunately, the explanations about the whales were in English, so I couldn't understand them very well, which was a bit disappointing...

I appreciated the guide who passionately continued to explain about the whales and marine life in Hawaii in English.

The crew kept explaining things over the microphone, so for those who understand English, it might have been a nice experience even without seeing whales. The weather was perfect, and it was a pleasant cruise. However, my wife seemed to be too seasick to enjoy the scenery.

The hula dance and fire show performed by the young male and female artists were beautiful and impressive. It was a satisfying show.

Also, when I tried to book, I wanted to sign up for the Tuesday evening tour, but I could only click on Wednesday evening. So, reluctantly, I clicked on Wednesday night, but I couldn’t make a reservation and was instead offered Tuesday afternoon, which I accepted... but I really wanted to go in the evening.

Then, two days later, while I was taking a walk on the hotel beach, I saw whales... (crying)

It was a bit disappointing that the sunset was partially hidden by clouds, but it was still a beautiful view. People who participated in the previous trip said they didn't encounter anything, so we were really lucky on our trip.
