I stayed Waikoloa Village and my arrival was at night.
I planed to use rent a car from 3rd day of the stay since I didn't want to drive in dark and I knew I wouldn't go out from Waikoloa Village in first couple of days. So I booked Roberts Hawaii's Airport Shuttle.
I couldn't find the Roberts' Shuttle at Kona Airport at first since I went wrong place.
But the Roberts' stuff was at the luggage pick-up place(It's outside).
She put a shell lei around my neck. I felt it's very traditional and really nice.
And it went smooth after that. no long walk.
It's very good service.

After reading about the cost of a taxi from the airport to Kona I searched for alternatives and found this shuttle service. I was greeted as soon as I got off the plane and the driver was very pleasant and professional. I would certainly use this service next time I visit.

What more could you ask for in a shuttle? The lady was at the airport with a sign with my name on it, gave me a shell necklace, brought me over to the driver who helped me with my bags. The driver was friendly, told us some interesting facts and got us to our hotel safely. My toddler traveled free and the fees were reasonable compared to other options. Wouldn't hesitate to book with them again.

Requested pick up time not honored

My fight departure was 11:50pm, so I requested to be picked up at 9:45pm. However, upon confirmation I was notified the pickup time would be 7:45pm (take or leave it with no refund.) The ride took about 30 minutes, so I was at the airport around 8:15pm and had to wait more than 3 hours before boarding. So no complains about the ride itself, but it would be nice if my requested pickup time would have been respected.

They were on time, actually early. Smooth ride into airport, and seemed like I was there in no time! The driver had a water for me. Took my luggage immediately to make me comfortable. Will use again when I am on the Big Island

This is a MAHALO (Thank You) to VELTRA who made a reservation change of a departure point. Mahalo also to a previous Speedi Shuttle driver who gave me information when I was on a previous departure. The reservation approval only took a few hours after I requested it but it enabled me to relax and enjoy the few days of my stay knowing there would be a reliable departure pick up by Speedi. The driver was on time. I am being very spoiled by Speedi.

Visitors and I were greated by driver Brandon. He was friendly and personable and gave visitors bits of island information and pointed out shopping areas and multi cultural restaurants along the route. Since my stop was the last, he and I (local Oahu but frequent visitor) talked about the Big Island local restaurants. Friendly drivers are assets to any company.

The gentleman stood there with a lei, and a sign with my wife's name on it. She wasn't expecting anything, and when she figured out what was going on, a big smile spread across her face! It was well worth the price!
