My kids, ages 11 and 13, were thrilled with meeting and engaging with several of the dolphins! We were impressed by the care given to them and the expertise of their trainers. We will be taking part in Dolphin Quest upon our next visit.

Wow just wow, Shane was our pilot and boy he had a lot of knowledge of the island and for him to give a good answer to everyone's questions was exceptional. The ride was smooth, we felt safe and it was longer than I expected. The views are amazing and beautiful. My grandkids and I truly loved this experience. Shane even let Liam shut the helicopter down once we landed.

This was our 1st time to the big island and this was our 1st time snorkeling. The captain and the crew were all exceptional and pretty funny at times. The vessel was clean and the cruise was smooth. We had 2 areas we stopped to snorkel and get a little history lesson. Breakfast and lunch was very tasty and well timed. Thank you for making this such a wonderful experience for my family.

I was moved by how many times the manta rays passed by nearby. It's close to the pier, and since you just float, even children can easily participate.

We moved to a spot where we could see manta rays while watching the sunset. Since a staff member who spoke Japanese accompanied us, I felt at ease. While floating around during snorkeling, a manta ray suddenly appeared right below me. It got so close that I could almost reach out and touch it, and I was extremely excited!

夕日を見ながらマンタの見えるポイントへ移動。日本語の話せるスタッフが同行してくれたので、安心。シュノーケリングでぷかぷか浮いていると突然真下にマンタが出現。手を伸ばせば触れそうな距離まで接近で大興奮でした。

I from the Mid-West so seeing a dolphin was never on my bingo card so I thought! This establishment was great and so helpful. The pictures were amazing and I will never forget the experience!

Mind blowing tour! Incredible crew: friendly, professional, knowledgeable, well prepared. The experience of a lifetime. Huge manta rays, swimming all around us! Gentle giants. Feeding on the plankton attracted to the lights. I know the crew told us that experiences may vary in numbers of mantas seen, but we were extremely lucky and saw close up mantas almost the entire time!

There were several manta ray tours available, and we were unsure which one to choose, but it was the right decision to go with this tour for the two of us, who are not very good at English!

Due to our schedule, we participated on a day when the Japanese-speaking staff was not on board, but they connected us with a Japanese staff member over the phone before boarding, allowing us to receive detailed explanations in Japanese, which made us feel secure about participating.

Additionally, there were only eight participants in total, which allowed us to receive attentive care from the staff, and I thought that was very nice.

As for the main event, the manta rays, there was a period when we couldn't see them after entering the water, but the staff guided us to the spot where the manta rays were, and in the latter half, about three manta rays came and circled right in front of us, which was incredibly impressive!

The hot cocoa after watching the manta rays was also very delicious! We had a valuable experience and were very satisfied!

いくつかのマンタのツアーがあり、どこにするか悩みましたが、英語が苦手な私たち二人にとってはこちらのツアーを選んで正解でした！
スケジュール的に日本語スタッフの方が乗船しない日での参加となりましたが、乗船前に日本語スタッフと電話をつないでくださって日本語で詳しい説明を聞くことができ、安心して参加することができました。

また、参加者は全部で8名という少人数でしたが、それもスタッフの方々から細やかな気配りを受けることができて、とても良かったと思います。

本題のマンタについても、海に入ってしばらくは見られない時間が続きましたが、スタッフの方がマンタのいるスポットまで誘導してくださり、後半は3匹ほどのマンタが入れ替わり私たちの本当にすぐ目の前まで旋回してくれて、ものすごい迫力でした！

マンタ鑑賞後のホットココアもとてもおいしかったです！
貴重な体験ができて大満足でした！

Three of my kids participated in the swimming with the dolphins and LOVED IT! One even said it was the best day of her life! It was very informative and Patrick had a really great personality and interacted with well with all the participants in the group. I highly recommend going to Dolphin Quest at the Hilton Waikoloa!

We had some great activity on our tour, and it was really easy to get the hang of flowing with these gorgeous animals!

Great place. My teens greatly enjoyed the experience and Grace was fantastic.

How often can you get a kiss from a dolphin!? For me, this is once in a lifetime experience.. at least until I I come back and do it again!! The dolphins were great to interact with, our dolphin handler really ensured we all had time to interact with the dolphins. And Jennifer made sure that we understood how to appropriately interact with them. Always wonderful when animal handlers ensure the welfare and safety of the animal is a priority.

We had an awesome experience with Blue Hawaiian. We weren't able to experience the complete experience because of poor weather over Volcano National Park but Blue Hawaiian did an excellent job of working with us to create an alternative tour for us. Dale was great as our pilot and tour guide.

Unfortunately, the weather on the day was not great, and we couldn't do the planned flight over the volcano, which was disappointing. However, the alternative suggested was a landing plan at the waterfall. When I signed up, I thought it was a bit pricey, so I didn't include the waterfall landing, but adding that option turned out to be a great decision!

The view of the waterfall from above and the experience of landing right next to it are completely different in terms of impact. Walking through the tropical rainforest after descending was refreshing, and it was fascinating to see various fruits along the way. Since we could land in places that only a helicopter can reach, I highly recommend the waterfall landing!

We had the helicopter to ourselves as there were five of us in the family. The seating arrangement is determined by weight, so those who got to sit in the front row or on the ends were lucky.

当日はあいにくのお天気で予定していた火山上空へのフライトは出来ず残念でしたが、代わりに提案いただいたのが滝の着陸プラン。
申し込んだときはちょっとお高いので滝への着陸はつけていなかったのですが、オプション付けて大正解！！
上から見たと滝と着陸して間近に見る滝とでは迫力が全然違うし、滝を降りての熱帯雨林のお散歩は気持ちよく、様々なフルーツも見れてとても興味深かったです。ヘリじゃなくちゃいけないところに着陸できるので、滝の着陸、おススメ！！
家族5人で乗ったので貸しきりでした。
体重などによって乗る場所が決まるので、最前列や両端に載れた人はラッキー。

What a wonderful experience to get close to dolphins! My daughter (11) loved it so much. She got to swim with the dolphins and work with the trainer to give commands to the dolphins. It was so exciting to see all the amazing knowledge these beautiful creatures have. The trainers provide so much information as to the care and conservation of dolphins.

I participated with my 69-year-old mother at the end of December. I was anxious because I couldn't speak English and it was my first experience with snorkeling, but thanks to the excellent support, I was able to participate in the activities with peace of mind.

First, they were able to confirm reservations and answer inquiries in Japanese over the phone. Additionally, although the boarding staff only provided English guidance that day, a Japanese-speaking staff member came to pick us up since we had requested hotel transportation. That person helped us prepare for boarding, provided us with important information after we boarded, and supported us after we disembarked.

Even though it was the end of December in Hawaii, which made me worry about the cold sea, I followed the staff's recommendation to rent a wetsuit, and I felt comfortable without feeling cold at all. During the activities, there were enough staff members watching over and supporting the participants.

Thanks to this, I had a wonderful experience seeing many manta rays and a beautiful sunset. Even if we hadn't encountered any manta rays, I still think just snorkeling in the waters of Hawaii would have been a fantastic experience. I highly recommend it!

英語も話せずシュノーケリングも初体験のため不安でしたが、手厚いサポートのおかげで安心してアクティビティに参加することができました。
まず、電話での予約確認や問い合わせに、日本語で対応していただけます。
また、乗船スタッフは英語ガイドのみの日でしたが、ホテルへの送迎を頼んでいたところ日本語スタッフの方が迎えに来てくださいました。
その方に乗船までの準備を手伝っていただいたり、乗船後の注意点も教えていただいたり、下船後のサポートもしていただきました。
ハワイとはいえ12月末の海ということで寒さが不安でしたが、スタッフの方のお勧めに従いウェットスーツを借りたところ、寒さを感じることはなく快適に過ごせました。
アクティビティ中も、参加者に対して十分な人数のスタッフが見守ってサポートしてくれます。
おかげさまでたくさんのマンタと綺麗な夕日を見るという素晴らしい体験ができましたが、もしマンタと遭遇できなかったとしても、ハワイの海でシュノーケリングするというだけでも十分に素敵な経験だったと思います。
とてもおすすめです！

We went with six participants and two staff members on a small boat. The staff provided great care, and the round trip to the snorkeling point was an enjoyable experience. At the manta ray spot, they moved us to a good viewing location, which increased our chances of sightings.

６人の参加者に２人のスタッフで小型船で行きました。スタッフのケアもよく、シュノーケリングのポイントまでの行き帰りも楽しい時間となりました。マンタスポットでは、見やすい場所まで移動してくれるので、発見の回数が増えます。

After the snorkel, the crew offered hot cocoa and snacks, which was a nice way to warm up and reflect on the experience during the ride back under the stars

A large manta ray came within just a couple of centimeters and circled around us more than ten times! We also encountered a few smaller manta rays. I could see inside its mouth and all its fins; it was truly a beautiful creature, and I was moved by the experience.

This tour accommodates a small group of up to eight people. On this day, there were two staff members with us. Being able to swim and having some snorkeling experience were prerequisites, as we needed to swim a bit to reach the best points where the manta rays were located.

The staff members were genuinely caring and fun to be around. I’m not very good at English, but I participated on a day when there was an English-speaking guide, and I managed to get by with gestures. There was also a thorough lecture about manta rays, so I think it would have been even more enjoyable if I had participated with a Japanese guide or had better language skills.

The meeting point was clearly communicated through several emails, so I found it easily. Additionally, I’m grateful for the videos and photos from that day!

大きなマンタが2枚数センチのところまで来て10回以上旋回していきました！他にも何枚か小さめのマンタにも会えました。
口の中もヒレの中も全部見えたけど、本当に美しい生き物で感動しました。
こちらのツアーは8人までの少人数制です。この日は2人スタッフがついてくれていました。
泳げてシュノーケル経験があることが条件で、海の中で少し泳いで移動するのでマンタのいるベストなポイントに行けるのだと思いました。
スタッフの方は本当に思いやりがあって楽しい方々でした。
英語が苦手ですが、英語ガイドさんの日に参加しましたが見よう見まねでなんとかなりました。
丁寧なマンタに関するレクチャーもあったので、日本人ガイドさんに参加するかもう少し私に語学力があれば更に楽しかっただろうな。
集合場所も何度も丁寧にメールを下さったのですぐわかりました。
あと、その日のビデオや写真もいただけて感謝です！

What an enchanting evening out on the water experiencing the wonderful manta rays of the Big Island!

Floating in the water with the lights attracting plankton which guides the the manta rays to glide gracefully just beneath us, it is truly magical.

The manta rays are graceful, peaceful, and totally mesmerizing. On the ride back, we enjoyed hot cocoa and tea, which made for the perfect ending to a truly unforgettable evening!

the manta rays glided beneath and around us, often coming within just a few feet, the tour felt very respectful and peaceful all at once.

Snorkeling with manta rays was absolutely unforgettable The boat was well-maintained, the sunset cruise beforehand was a beautiful bonus. Highly recommend this unique Big Island adventure.

I participated on a day when there were staff members who could speak Japanese.

They provided a thorough explanation, which made me feel at ease. I was very satisfied as I was able to see many manta rays. Since they don't feed them, the water was clear, which was great.

Perhaps because it was winter, the surface of the water was quite choppy, and I had to wait on the surface for a long time, which made me feel a bit seasick.

日本語が話せるスタッフさんがいらっしゃる日に参加しました。

丁寧に説明していただき、安心感がありました。マンタもたくさん観られて大満足でした。餌付けをしているわけではないので、海も綺麗だしよかったです。

冬の海だからか、水面がかなりうねっていて、結構長い時間水面で待機するので酔ってしまいました。。

Saw everything from volcanos to waterfalls and both sides of the island

We were the only Japanese participants. It truly felt like an overseas trip. The guide is also focused on environmental protection, practicing the balance between nature conservation and tourism on the Big Island.

Additionally, they pay attention to the safety of tour participants, allowing us to enjoy the experience with peace of mind. There were plenty of fish swimming around, and the water clarity was high, making it a fun tour.

Lunch and breakfast were simple but delicious. I would love to participate again when I come back to the Big Island.

日本人の参加は我々のみ。まさに海外旅行です。ガイドは環境保護にも注力しており、ハワイ島の自然保護と観光の両立を実践しています。
また、我々ツアー参加者の危険行為にも注意を払っており、安心して楽しむことができます。魚も沢山泳いでおり、透明度も高く、楽しいツアーでした。
ランチ、朝食も手軽だけど美味しかったです。
また、ハワイ島に来る時には参加したいです。

Nice cruise with excellent staff, especially the captain

I was told there isn't any. Other similar tours provided almost everything... It's disappointing. I should have researched in advance.
