My 7 year old was a bit worried. He's definitely afraid of heights and it took a bit of convincing to get him to even agree to try. Standing on a 65 foot platform ready to zip while dangling 150+ feet over a waterfall and rock river was a bit daunting but once we started there was no turning back. He wanted to do the course again but it was time to head back to Kona. The rest of us all had a blast as well (a 13 year old and 2 old fuddy-duddy parents :-)

The guides know how to have fun and make sure everyone is being safe. They were all really great.

And if you are driving from Kona take a few extra minutes to stop on the way. There are some amazing sights along the way that are very picture worthy.

We were lucky as the weather was cool and cloudy, but did not rain. Our guides were terrific. We had our "safety" talks and felt very comfortable with the safety harness and double clips used. Our party had ziplined before in Colorado and Costa Rica, so we had comparisons. Our guides were entertaining, knowledgeable and very patient. We did see wildlife - a hawk and of course, the mongoose. We did not want it to end.

At first, I was a little scared, but it was a lot of fun. I have a fear of heights, but I was okay. It was a bit chilly in the mountains, so I regretted going in light clothing.

I was a bit anxious about my English, so I requested a consent form in advance, filled it out, and brought it with me. We were the only Japanese participants, and the guide spoke entirely in English, but I understood the instructions, and even those who are not good at English can manage if they enjoy the activities. I also got along well with the other participants. After the tour, there was a photo sale, like at Disneyland attractions, and if there's one thing I regret now, it's not buying those photos.

英語に不安があったので、事前に同意書を送ってもらい、記入して持参しました。日本人は私たちのみ、ガイドもオール英語でしたが、指示はわかりましたし、英語が苦手な方もアクティビティが好きならどうにかなります。一緒に参加した方たちとも仲良くなりましたよ。ツアー終了後はディズニーランドのアトラクションのように写真販売もあって、今、後悔していることがあるとすれば、その写真を買わなかったことです。

This Zipline Adventure is fun family activity. It did not fulfill the adrenaline rush I was hoping for, but definitely a good experience!

The instructors were very kind, and the atmosphere was relaxed, making it enjoyable. There were few Japanese participants, and the event was primarily in English, but that was fun in its own way. The height of the zip line added to the grandeur of the experience, and I had a great time. I highly recommend it.

インストラクターの方々もとても親切で和やかな雰囲気で楽しむことが出来ました。日本人も少なく、英語主体での参加になりますが、それはそれで楽しかったです。ジップラインの高さもあり、とても雄大な感じを受けながら、楽しめました。お勧めですね。

I had a fear of heights, but by trusting the safety harness and the staff, my fear disappeared, and I was able to move through the jungle one after another. It was a very enjoyable experience. I absolutely recommend it.

高所恐怖症の私でしたが、命綱とスタッフを信じることで、恐怖心もなくなり、ジャングルの中を次々に移動し、とても楽しい経験になりました。絶対オススメです。

I made a reservation for the 9 o'clock session and arrived at the reception at 8:30. Since I filled out the liability waiver in advance, I measured my weight on the scale next to the reception, and the check-in was completed in just one minute.

I think the percentage of Japanese people is low, and no one speaks Japanese at all, so it's recommended to download the liability waiver from the e-voucher and fill it out beforehand. It takes time to translate on-site.

About 10 minutes before the start time, I received a harness, helmet, and gloves in a room at the back of the reception, and then we traveled to the zip line location in a six-wheeled vehicle used by the military. The zip line descends from a platform built high in the trees. The distance is decent, and we cross a suspension bridge between the wooden platforms, which might be scarier.

The staff are kind, and it's a good tour.

If you're only considering the zip line, Akaka has a longer one.

現地で翻訳してると時間かかるしね。
開始時間の10分前ぐらいに受付奥の部屋で安全帯の装着やヘルメットや手袋を貸してもらったら、軍が使う様な6輪車の車でジップラインの場所まで移動します。
ジップラインは木の高台に作った台の上から下ります。
距離的にはまあまあかな
木の台の間を吊り橋を渡りますがそっちの方が怖いかもしれません

スタッフも優しく良いツアーですよ

ジップラインだけを考えるとアカカだけの方が長いです。

The weather was great and it was absolutely wonderful. The hiking trails were well-maintained, so you can walk in jogging shoes. The dad from the American family who joined the tour was wearing flip-flops, but he was able to walk without any issues. (≧▽≦)

Insect repellent, sunscreen, water, and even towels and bags were available for rent.

Above all, having lunch on the grass with the backdrop of the Porn Valley after the hike made me very happy! !(^^)!

お天気も良くとても最高でした。ハイキングも道がちゃんと整備されておりジョギングシューズで歩けます。一緒にツワーに参加されたアメリカ人の家族のパパはビーチサンダルでしたが問題なく歩けていました。(≧▽≦)
虫よけや日焼け止めクリーム、水もバスタオルにかばんなどもレンタル可能でした。
何よりハイキング後のランチが芝生の上でポルノ渓谷をバックに食べてとても幸せでした

This was a very good Zipeline with great guides. Ziping through the trees is a great experience and beautiful views.

Our group of 6 people had a great time zipping thru the trees . the 2 guides were very knowledgeable and always safety conscious.

We had a great time, the guides were friendly and the equipment was well maintained. I would do it again.

This was the best experience and the guides made me feel so safe with their knowledge. This was a highlight of my trip I would definitely do it again with them!

This time, we had made a reservation for a family of four, but only one reservation was found. Since it wasn't specified whether the meeting place was the lower lobby or the main lobby, I asked the person at the tour desk, and that’s how I found out. I wonder what would have happened if I hadn’t checked in advance. It was a bit surprising. The optional content was good, so it's a shame. However, I do think that people who are proficient in English will enjoy it more.

今回、四人家族で予約していたのですが、１人分しか予約が入っていませんでした。
待ち合わせ場所がロウアーロビーかメインロビーか書いてなかったので、今回のツアーのデスクの人に聞いてもらったところ、それが判明しました。
事前に確認しなかったらどうなっていたか。
ちょっとびっくりです。
オプショナルの内容は良かったので残念です。
ただ、やはり英語が堪能な人の方がより楽しめると思います。

My entire family had a blast zip lining through the tree canopies! Chris and Cassie were our guides and they were hospitable, informative and patient. It was our first time zip lining in such an environment-hundreds of feet in the air and we felt completely comfortable and confident in their hands. They provided us with water and snacks midway and at the conclusion of our adventure, including freshly picked bananas! They shared knowledge about the vegetation and geographical landmarks, as well as, insight into local eateries! Not only did we enjoy the various zip lines, but there were also suspension bridges and a final rappel to the ground. You also get to ride in a really cool armory jeep of some sort as you travel to and from the excursion. It surpassed our expectations and we were so glad to have chosen that adventure during our travels on The Big Island.

The nature walk was just perfect. We were transported to the forest by a great big open truck with 6 wheels. It was to full capacity with 11 people on board plus our guide and driver, Noi. She was super experienced driving the truck (which didn't seem easy) and very knowledgeable about all that was around us in the forest. She went out of her way to make sure we all had captured the right pictures. The waterfall was super pretty and refreshing to swim in. The views were fantastic and the time went by super quickly.
I would definitely recommend this adventure to everyone who can easily walk for an hour or so straight.

Best experience ever. I was apprehensive once faced with the challenge, but the guides were awesome and very caring individual. Will definitely do it again.

Had a great time! Learned a lot about the environment and other tidbits along the way to and during the zip line. The safety lecture was very thorough. Brett and Rogan were very informative, friendly, knowledgeable, and funny throughout the day. We took a couple of our friend's young teenagers and we all had a great time. Would definitely do it again when we visit again. Thanks for an awesome day Brett and Rogan!

Chris, our guide was very knowledgeable, organized and encouraging. The hike was through a forest and green area with lots of water and waterfalls. We learned a lot about the plants, trees and animals, both native and those introduced from other places.
The swim at the end of the hike was very cold, but fun and refreshing. If you are young and healthty this will be a fun and easy hike, however, if you are long in the teeth,it will be moderate, lots of rocks and steps. If you have knee, back or hip problems don't take this hike. Otherwise, you will love it. Definitely worth the money. Ask for Chris to be your guide.

I participated with my family in mid-August.

Since the explanations are in English, it might be confusing for those who don't understand, but I think you can still enjoy it if you understand even a little.

Driving through private land that you usually can't access in a 6WD is interesting, but the bumpy ride made me hit my head on the ceiling.

After sweating from trekking in the grasslands overlooking Maui, swimming in the waterfall pool with other participants at the end was refreshing and fantastic.

The lunch sandwiches were quite good as well.

If I have the opportunity, I would like to study English and participate in this tour again.

滝めぐりの最後で参加者との滝壺スイミングは
気持よくて最高でした。

ランチのサンドイッチもなかなかのもの。

機会があれば英語を勉強してまた参加したいツアーでした。

Joel was the best tour guide. He shared so much INTERESTING info! He was accommodating to our son with autism as well. This was one of the major highlights of our trip. Great lunch too!

My wife and I were looking to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary in a special way and this was the perfect activity to make memories. Our zipline guides, Micah and Rog, too great care of us and made the entire experience outstanding and really fun!

This was my second trip to the Big Island. I was looking for something interesting to do with my parents and kids when I happened to become interested in a waterfall, which is a power spot, and decided to join a tour.

I was with a family from the West Coast of the United States during the tour. Although it was in English, we enjoyed nature by picking guava and kukui nuts, squeezing sugarcane juice, and discovering fish!

The highlight was swimming in the seventh waterfall pool and diving from a cliff, which truly felt like a return to childhood. The final lunch was at a breathtaking spot beyond a ranch. We were able to experience the grandeur of the Big Island, and both the kids and adults were very satisfied.

二回目のハワイ島。両親と子供と一緒に何か面白い体験はないかと探していましたら、たまたま滝＝パワースポットに興味をもち、参加。
ツアーには、アメリカ西海岸からきたファミリーと一緒に。ツアーの間中、英語でしたが、グァバやククイナッツの実をとったり、サトウキビの汁をすったり、魚を発見したりと、自然満喫！
極めつけは、七つ目の滝壺で泳いだり、崖からダイブしたり、なんとも童心にかえったようか体験でした。
最後のランチも牧場を過ぎた絶景スポット。ビックアイランドの雄大さを体験でき、子供も大人も大満足でした。

So many things make this the best zip line on the big island including NINE zips, the last one a tandem AND over 1100 ft long but the absolute best part was the tour guides Kalei and Kalani. In fact, Kalani was our ATV tour guide 4 years ago when we were last there. They made this a very fun adventure and encouraged my hubby who was fearful of heights; even he loved it, after the first one! Truly amazing scenery and very fun, patient, and experienced guides. Safety was definitely a priority for them but made our adventure extra special. Thank you Kalei and Kalani!!!

I chose activities that I could participate in together with my mother-in-law for our trip. Although I couldn't understand all the explanations about the sights and history in the English tour, I was glad to see landscapes that I wouldn't normally be able to experience. The waterfall was average, I think Japanese people don't swim there. The sandwich was quite delicious.

義理のお母さんと一緒の旅行のため、一緒に参加できるアクティビティを申し込みたく選びました。 英語ツアーで見所や歴史などの説明は全部は理解できませんてしたが、普段なら見ることのできないふうけいを見ることができてよかったです。滝は普通かな。日本人は泳がないとおもいます。サンドイッチはかなりおいしかったです。

The exhilaration of driving through breathtaking scenery is the best!
The hiking distance was just right, not too tough.
A 67-year-old American couple was able to walk it with ease.

However, I knew it was only in English.
During the hike, we stopped quite a bit for explanations, but we couldn't understand anything, so we felt a bit at a loss during that time.
It would definitely be more enjoyable if you could come with some English skills.

That said, the views are amazing, so that alone might be enough.
The meal with the stunning scenery was unforgettable.

ハイキングはキツクなくちょうどいい距離でした。
６７歳のアメリカ人のご夫婦も、余裕で歩けていました。

ただ、分かってはいたけど、英語ガイドのみ。
ハイキング途中、けっこう立ち止まり沢山説明してくれてたけど、私たちにはさっぱりわからず、その間手持無沙汰でした。
多少、英語で来たほうが、もっと楽しめるでしょう。


ただ、景色は最高なので、それだけでも十分かも。
絶景でのご飯はたまらなかったです。

Couldn't get all 10 spots so my wife and I stayed back for R&R, but those who went had a great time...loved it. Easy hiking, but not flip-floppable. Would do again.

We had a great time on the waterfall tour!! Chris G. was an amazing guide. The waterfalls were not as impressive as I imagined, just OK. The wealth of information that was shared by Chris was great! He knew about the culture and plants like he was born there! We had also learned that he was a guide on the Zipline we were going to do in a couple of days. We didn't have him as a guide on the zipline but we did get to see him again. We want to come back soon and go on the kyak ditch tour! Thanks Chris for a wonderfull day!!!

My kids and I had a great time. The best zip-lining we have ever done. The guides made us feel very safe and we would definitely do this again.
