Wonderful Day

This is my second time with this tour. Dawn was our guide, she is very friendly, funny, kind and knowledgeable about the area, the vegetation and the threats to the eco- system in Hawaii. She did some cliff diving, took us on an off the beaten path hike that was something I would never do, including going in twice into freezing water up to my chest. We were exhausted but it was an amazing day. The fresh fruit on the trip and the openness to do things that the group waned to do, such as stopping at both the black and red beaches and getting Hulihuli chicken was great.

Awesome

This is my second Zipline tour with Piiholo Ranch. Amazing every-time. Safety is the number one priority but the guides are friendly, at ease and patient with those that have a fear of heights. I was definitely more at ease this time. I was sad to know that the owners are selling the ranch which includes the Zipline, hopefully the new owners will continue on.

Blue Hawaiian Helicopters Kauai Eco Adventure Flight from Lihue / Eco-Star [50-55 min]
Beautiful

This is my second trip with Blue Hawaiian while in Hawaii. The pilot was very friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel confident with his skills. The day was very windy and rained off and on but he ensured our safety. It is clear that safety is very important to this company. The scenery was breathtaking.

Smith's Family Garden Luau - Polynesian & Fire Show, Dinner and Open Bar / Tropical Paradise Garden Luau Package
Very Good Luau

It was a little daunting at first as this was a very rainy day in the area. Was thrilled to know that almost all of the time we would be covered. The place is in need of renovation, the chairs and other structures are in need of an overhaul, it's definitely 1970's 1980's looking. I have attended two luau's (not this one) in the past but this was the best one. It seems like a very good family and they are very attentive to taking care of everyone at the luau. The gardens are beautiful. I do think that telling everyone to be there at 4:30 and then sit around until 5:45 after a short tram tour thru the gardens is not a good use of time. The food was abundant and most was good. The drinks were not good at all. The Mai Tai was like iced tea and the other drink seemed like a glass of maraschino cherry juice. The show was excellent, very creative and spoke about the various cultural influences that make up Hawaii. It was a little cheesy but that is to be expected as it is a family event. There was definitely some excellent musical talent and singing during the luau and the dinner. I would recommend this luau to anyone. I love being at the beach at a luau but the weather is a factor and this was covered so it worked out great. The area where this luau is held is gorgeous
