It was easier to ride than I expected. After just a few minutes of instruction, we were able to ride and set off with a small group!

Two staff members were assigned to lead and ensure safety, allowing us to move smoothly. The leading staff also took videos and photos of our group with our personal cameras, which was great because it meant we had proper records of our experience, not just riding.

We took various explanations and commemorative photos along the way, and the time flew by.

I still wanted to ride more, so I thought I would like to come back again.

After we finished riding, we were grateful to receive cold drinks and fruit. However, on the final survey form, there was a note about tipping, and some people in our group said they hadn’t been informed about it until the very end. While I understand that tipping is customary in Hawaii, I believe this should be clearly stated somewhere, and the survey form, which seemed to demand a tip of 20-30% of the tour fee like a restaurant, should be revised.

If this information were communicated clearly to customers before they sign up, I don’t think we would have had complaints like those from our group. It’s also important to ensure that the fun mood at the end isn’t dampened.

The tour itself was excellent.

二人のスタッフが先導と周りの安全確認するのに分けれていてくれたので、私達はスムーズに移動でき、先導スタッフが個人の携帯のカメラでグループごとの動画や写真を撮ってくれていたので、ただ乗るだけではなくきちんと記録が残るので良かったです。

所々で色んな説明や記念写真も撮ったりしてあっという間の時間でした。

まだまだ乗り足りない、もっと乗っていたかったのでまた乗りに来たいと思いました。

乗り終わったら冷たい飲み物やフルーツも頂き有り難かったですが、最後のアンケートの用紙にチップが記載されており、私以外は団体グループで最後の最後に聞いてないと言う人達がいました、たしかにハワイでのチップはあると思いますが、チップの件はどこかに記載するべきだと思いますし、レストランのようにいきなりツアー料金の20〜30%のチップをよこせと言わんばかりのアンケート用紙も変更した方が良いと思いました。

まずは申し込む前のお客さんにしっかり伝わるようにしていただいていたら、今回の団体さんみたいな苦情までは行かないとは思います、最後の最後に楽しかった気分をかえさないようにするのも必要ですね。

ツアー自体は最高でした。

I had imagined a cheap tourist show featuring Presley and Michael Jackson, but I was captivated by the powerful acts of the dancers. Both Presley and Michael embodied entertainment and performance, and the female singer was wonderful as well. Personally, I was particularly impressed by the performance of a Japanese woman who seemed to be in charge of percussion and keyboards in the music cast.
The dinner before the show was buffet-style, making it easy to enjoy a meal, and on top of that, the children were able to receive a simple hula dance lesson, which was a nice touch.

I was supposed to meet at the main entrance of the hotel at 1 PM local time, but it seems I was waiting at the back entrance, and without the hotel accommodation card, I couldn't enter or exit. It appears the driver skipped me, and since they didn't come for the pickup even after the meeting time had passed, I called the local company listed on the voucher and requested another pickup. Due to weight restrictions, two participants are required (it seems that if you're over 80kg, you can participate alone), so we joined as a family of two. The meeting point was at the boat harbor, just a few minutes' walk from the Hilton Lagoon, which made it convenient without any hassle or loss of time, allowing us to fill our free time easily.

We were worried about dropping our phones, so we participated with a waterproof camera attached to a strap, but there were others in a different group who were taking selfies with a selfie stick (of course, at their own risk...).

The 150m height is truly impressive, with all the buildings visible below and a fantastic view of the surroundings. Also, if you wish (?), it seems they can provide some bouncing near the water's surface.

Although not much Japanese is spoken, I think you can manage since there are other groups around.

自分たちは携帯は落下させそうで怖かったので防水カメラにストラップ付けて参加しましたが、別の組では自撮り棒で頑張って撮影されてる方もいました（もちろん自己責任…）

150mというのは本当に高く建物は全て眼下に見え、周囲が一望できる点が素晴らしいです。また希望すれば（？）、水面付近での乱高下などもして貰えるようです。

あまり日本語は通じませんが別の組も居るので勝手は分かるかと思います。

I participated with my daughter. Everything was in English except for the reception. On the boat, they seemed to think we didn't understand English, so we were a bit neglected, which was a little disappointing. The explanations were somewhat lacking, but we could understand by watching others, so I wasn't too worried. The parasailing was fun with great views. Since we go out to sea on the boat for parasailing, I recommend taking medication if you are prone to motion sickness.

It was just amazing.
The weather wasn't great, but I still had fun.
When we took off, it felt exhilarating, and as we gained altitude, I could see the ocean, Diamond Head, the beach, and the hotels, which was really nice.
I took the bus round trip from Sheraton Waikiki, so I told the captain that there was no need for a Japan trip.
I have over 100 photos and received them as data.

天気がイマイチでしたが楽しめました。
飛び立つ時がウォーという感じでしたが、どんどん高度が上がると海、ダイヤモンドヘッド、ビーチ、ホテルと見えて気持ちよかった。

I arrived at the meeting point at 10:15 for my 10:30 reservation. However, I was told the start time was 10:45, so I bought a hot dog and a pineapple smoothie from a nearby stall for breakfast!

Unfortunately, we were the only Japanese people there (there was one group before us). There were 12 of us who boarded the boat and headed out to sea. There is a place to store your belongings at the feet of the boat! With 12 people, a sense of teamwork naturally develops, so I thought theft was unlikely. If there had been other Japanese people, we could have taken pictures together... what a shame! Just before jumping, the crew asks if you want to take a picture. 撮ったやつ(130枚くらい)をあとで受付のところで見て、気に入ったらSDカードと携帯にそこで入れてもらえます。これが40ドル。そこで買わない選択肢も出来ました。

とにかく他の組が飛ぶのを待つので、船酔いする人は絶対に酔い止めがいります。

First day in Hawaii. My son and I were looking forward to the Segway tour. The moment I met the person who came to pick us up and greeted them, I had a good feeling that today would be a great day! That feeling was spot on! We got to see the beautiful ocean, and the guide and staff were very kind. The conversations during the Segway ride were really enjoyable, creating wonderful memories. It was my first time, but there was plenty of practice time, and they provided support and consideration for the order when moving alongside others, which made me feel safe. Thank you very much. I had such a great time this time that I would like to request it again next time.
