I have used various shuttle buses from Honolulu, but "Roberts Hawaii" provides the most peace of mind. The staff waits for you outside the airport (you need to call out to them), and you can get on the bus surprisingly quickly, with transportation to your hotel. I highly recommend it for beginners.

　ホノルルからいろいろなシャトルバスを利用したことがありますが、「ロバーツHawaii」が一番安心感があります。スタッフも空港の外で待っていてくれます（声かけは必要）し、案外早くバスに乗車し、目的のホテルまで送迎してくれます。初心者の方には、ぜひ、お勧めします。

This time, the hotel was Holiday Inn, and the airport transfer was the first drop-off.

So, I thought the airport transfer would likely be last and might be delayed, but they arrived five minutes before the meeting time. (This was thanks to everyone on board being punctual.)

As expected, Holiday Inn was the last stop, and the large van was full with about 15 people.

The ride to the airport was very smooth, and we arrived in about 20 minutes.

I didn't feel any inconvenience, so I definitely plan to use Roberts again next time.

空港からの送迎は1番最初の降車でした。

なので、空港行きは最後の可能性が高く遅れるかな？
と思っていたのですが、
集合時間の5分前には来てくれました。
(乗車されていた皆さんが時間を守られた結果ですね)

予想どおりホリディインが最後で、
大型バンに15名ほどが乗っており満席でした。

空港まではとてもスムーズで、20分ほどで到着。

特に不便さは感じなかったので、
次回もぜひロバーツを利用しようと思います。

I was torn because H○S was cheaper, but choosing Roberts was definitely the right decision! Before COVID, I used H○S because they advertised "no more than a 30-minute wait," but I ended up waiting exactly 30 minutes before moving to the bus, and by the time we departed, 40 minutes had passed. There are still many reviews saying it takes a long time.

This time, I decided to go with Roberts, which was a few dollars more, and it was incredibly smooth.

I got outside the airport at 11:20 and was on the bus by 11:25. We departed the airport at 11:35.

It seems that Roberts departs as soon as a few passengers arrive from international flights. So, there were only about ten people on a large tour bus, and all the conversations I heard were in English.

The driver was very cheerful, and the in-vehicle explanation had everyone laughing out loud.

Since my hotel was the Holiday Inn, I was the first to get dropped off. I arrived at the hotel by noon.

I think the time difference for just a few dollars is quite significant. Even if you can't speak English, it was completely convenient, so for those who want to get to Waikiki as quickly as possible, I definitely recommend Roberts.

H○Sの方が安いので迷ったけど、やはりロバーツにして正解でした！
コロナ前に「30分以上お待たせしません」に釣られてH○Sを利用しましたが、きっちり30分待たされてからバスまで移動、出発する頃には40分経過していました。
今も時間がかかるといった口コミが多いですね。

で今回、数ドル高いけどロバーツにしてみたところ、
何とまぁスムーズだこと。

11:20に空港の外に出て、11:25にはバスに乗車。
11:35には空港を出発していました。

ロバーツは各国からの到着便で数名集まれば即出発するスタイルのようです。
なので大型観光バスに10数名しか乗っておらず、
聞こえてくる会話はみな英語でした。

ドライバーさんがとても陽気な人で、
送迎説明では車内が大爆笑でした。

今回、ホテルがホリディインだったので一番最初に降車。
12時にはホテルに到着しました。

数ドル差でこの時間差はかなり大きいと思います。
英語が話せなくても全く不便はなかったので、
少しでも早くワイキキに行きたいという方は、
ぜひロバーツをオススメします。

I wasn't very interested in the show at first, but I made a reservation anyway. However, once I participated, I had a great time and I'm glad I went! My family enjoyed it as well! It was also nice to have time to take photos with the performers after the show!

あまりショーは興味がなかったのですが、とりあえず予約しました。
しかし参加してみるとすごい楽しく、参加して良かったです！家族も楽しんでおりました！
ショーの後に演者と写真をとれる時間もまたよかったです！

I participated with my brothers and their daughters, a total of five of us. We received a lecture on how to board and paddle, and together we cooperated to push the canoe into the sea and board it. We worked hard to paddle out to the open water, and when the crew confirmed good waves, we turned direction, increased our pace to ride the waves, and successfully caught some amazing waves. That feeling was the best!

兄弟とその娘の５人で参加しました。乗り込み方、漕ぎ方のレクチャーを受け、皆で協力してまずはカヌーを海に押し入れて乗船。頑張って沖に漕ぎ出し、クルーがいい波を確認したら方向転換、波に乗るためピッチを上げて漕ぎ、見事波に乗ることが出来ました。その感覚は最高でした!

I used a service from Daniel K. Inouye International Airport in Hawaii to my hotel in Waikiki. I traveled with about 10 people to the hotel. Even though we had to stop at other hotels before reaching mine, we arrived smoothly and without any stress. The pickup location was a bit hard to find, but the Japanese guidance was helpful.

ハワイ　ダニエル井上空港からワイキキのホテルまで利用しました。10名程度一緒にのって、ホテルまで。他のホテルを回ってから自分のホテルに行くことになっても、全くストレス無くスムーズに到着しました。乗り場が少しわかりにくかったですが、日本語の案内もあり、助かりました

This was such a great time and the crew was amazing. We got to see the most beautiful sunset on the ocean while listening to the best music. This was our first girls trip to Hawaii and I would highly recommend Holokai Catamaran.
Note...dont recommend sitting on the floor close to the front unless your okay with topping your drink off with saltwater...lol. The entertainment, to the drinks, to the beautiful view....5 big s!!

The meeting place is conveniently close to the hotel, making it easy to get there without a shuttle. The staff was kind and attentive, allowing me to enjoy parasailing with peace of mind.

Upon arriving at the airport, I was able to find the counter right away and got on the shuttle immediately after confirming my name. The driver was cheerful, and I could feel the Hawaiian atmosphere from the very beginning. I would like to use this service again next time.

空港に到着して、すぐにカウンターを見つけることができ、名前確認後すぐにシャトルに乗ることができました。
運転手さんも陽気な方で、ハワイの雰囲気を最初から存分に感じることができました。
次回も利用したいと思います。

They arrived at the hotel almost exactly at the meeting time, and I was able to ride comfortably to the airport. I would like to use this service again next time.

集合時間ほぼぴったりにホテルに迎えに来ていただき、空港まで快適に乗車することができました。

The level of dancing was high, and even the children who didn't know the era enjoyed it. The adults had a great time in a tipsy mood after dinner.

踊りのレベルが高く、時代を知らない子供達も楽しんでいました。大人はディナーの後のほろ酔い気分で最高でした。

The show was wonderful, but I was disappointed with the waiting time from check-in to being seated and the quality of the food.

ショーは素晴らしかったですが、チェックインタイムから着席までの待ち時間と料理の質にゲンナリしました。

I thought there would be many Japanese participants, but about 80% of the group was non-Japanese. With so many people, I expected the buffet to be more crowded, but everyone maintained order, and we were able to enjoy our meal without chaos. The taste was average, but since it's a buffet, the portions were generous, and the two included drinks made it feel like a good deal.

The show is recommended for those who might get bored with just hula, as well as fans of Elvis and Michael Jackson. While the impersonations of Elvis and Michael Jackson don't go beyond imitation, the stage is luxurious, the sound quality is good, and they perform classic hit songs, so I think you'll enjoy it. The hula performance was impressive from the VIP seats. Please see the photos. You can take pictures freely without flash (video and recording are not allowed).

Here are some points to note: The reception staff can speak Japanese, but once you enter the dining area, it's in English. The meal is outdoors, while the show is indoors with air conditioning, so it's advisable to bring a jacket. The show ends after 9 PM, and there are no trolleys for the return; you'll need to walk, take a taxi, or use The BUS if you're able. For those staying nearby, it shouldn't be a problem.

Overall, it's a comfortable evening event.

参加者は日本人が多いかと思ったら、8割くらいが日本人以外の団体でした
。人数が多く、ビュッフェがもっと混雑するかと思いましたが、皆さん秩序を守っていて、混乱なく食事をとることができました。味は、まあ普通ですが、ビュッフェなのでボリューム満点で、ドリンクも2杯ついてくるのでお得感はあります。
ショーは、フラだけだと飽きてしまう人、プレスリー、マイケルジャクソンのファンの人にお勧めです。プレスリーとマイケルジャクソンは物真似の域を出ないですが、舞台が豪華で音響もよく、定番のヒット曲を披露するので、楽しめると思います。フラも、VIP席でしたので迫力がありました。写真をご覧ください。フラッシュなしなら、自由に撮影できます。（ビデオ、録音は不可）
以下、注意点です。受付の人は、日本語大丈夫ですが、食事会場に入った後は英語です。食事は屋外、ショは屋内で冷房が効いていますから、上着持参が望ましいです。ショーの終了は9時過ぎですので、帰りは、トロリーはなく、徒歩、タクシー、使える人はThe　BUSになります。ホテルが近い人は問題ありませんが。
全体に、快適に過ごせる夜のイベントです。

My catamaran experience was so much better than what I expected. The crew were fun and made you feel very comfortable and taken care of. Just relax, enjoy and have a good time. I certainly did. Plenty of sunshine, music and drinks. Time just floats by.

The view of Honolulu and the sunset was breathtaking! It became an unforgettable memory. Since we were on our honeymoon, we were able to take many wonderful photos and spend the best time unique to Hawaii.

My cousin and I booked this snorkeling tour as it was her first time and she didn't feel comfortable being out in super deep in the water or in a very open area. The lagoon where this snorkel tour is hosted is great as it has rock barrier walls all around to protect it from large waves. Our tour guide, Micki was so knowledgeable and was able to tell us so much about the fish and coral that we could see. This is a great tour for beginners or families with younger children who want to try out snorkeling! Would highly recommend it!

Although I couldn't connect to Wi-Fi and the voucher couldn't be displayed, they kindly assisted me. I recommend taking a screenshot in advance.

It was my first experience, and it was very refreshing and became a great memory. The instructors were fun to talk to, and they took a lot of photos for us.

初めて体験しましたが、とても爽快で良い思い出になりました。インストラクターのお兄さん達のお話も楽しく写真もたくさん撮ってくださいました。

We had a great time with Captain Jenna and Kainoa! We were happy we were able to bring our own drinks and snacks. The sunset was beautiful and it was absolutely amazing to share it with the people I love!

We had a great time on our trip with a Island Splash Tours! The captain and crew were very knowledgeable, fun, and very safety conscious.
We had a very peaceful morning out at turtle canyons- heading out we got a great view of Waikiki from the water, which was beautiful! We saw a lot of turtles, and even had some dolphins swimming right next to the boat on our way back!
I highly recommend this company and their tours. Their semi-private tours make for such a fun, relaxing, and personalized experience!

Upon arriving at the airport and stepping outside, I was immediately greeted by a guide from Roberts Hawaii, who escorted me to the car. There was no chance of getting lost.

The driver was a local, so speaking Japanese was not an option, but it wasn't a problem at all. As long as I could say my name and the name of my hotel, that was enough. The driver was very safe on the road.

It took about 30 minutes to reach the hotel in Waikiki, stopping at various hotels along the way. This time, we were transported in the order of Ala Moana (the one closer to the airport) → Hilton Village → Waikiki.

空港に到着して外にでると、すぐにロバーツハワイの案内人がいて、車まで案内してくれました。迷うことはありませんでした。
ドライバーは現地の人なので日本語はＮＧですが、特に困ることはありませんでした。名前と宿泊ホテル名を言えればＯＫです。安全運転のドライバーさんでした。
ワイキキのホテルまでは約３０分ほどで到着し、各ホテルを巡ります。今回はアラモアナ（空港に近い方）～ヒルトンビレッジ～ワイキキの順で送迎されました。

We were the only Japanese participants, but after the overall explanation in English, they provided individual explanations in clear English, which made it very considerate and easy for us to participate.

参加者の中で日本人は私達だけでしたが、全体で英語で説明した後に個別にわかりやすい英語で説明してもらえたり、とても気にかけてくれて参加しやすかったです。

Before returning on the round trip, we encountered a pod of wild dolphins. The sailing boat was spacious, and the staff were friendly, which made for a great experience. As we headed out to the open sea from around Diamond Head, the waves became higher, so those who are prone to seasickness might feel unwell. The view from the sailing boat is absolutely stunning.

往復の帰り着く前に野生イルカの群れに遭遇しました。
セーリングボートも広く、スタッフの方も親切でとても良いです。
ダイヤモンドヘッド辺りから外洋に出て波が高くなりますので船酔い
しやすい方は酔うかもしれません。
セーリングボートから見える景色は最高です。

They arrived to pick me up almost on time, and I was able to get on smoothly.

Considering it was a large vehicle like a bus, it shook a lot, so as someone who easily gets car sick, I was worried about feeling nauseous.

It's a bit disappointing that the location has changed to the rooftop parking lot; it used to be in the courtyard. As a result, the space feels smaller, and the scale of the show seems reduced. The fire dance has also become smaller. Perhaps it's due to the high cost of living.

場所が駐車場の屋上になったことが、少し残念。以前は中庭でした。
その分スペースが小さくなり、ショーの規模も小さい気がします。
　ファイヤーダンスも規模が小さくなってしまった。

I saw something I thought I was too old to try. This being a birthday weekend of celebrating I thought I'd step out on faith and try something new. When the opportunity came, I said, signs me up, I'm all in. Though a little nervous the crew Russell and Sharky, made you feel relaxed and offered instructions that had you moving along as if you were a pro. There was, laughter, gentle corrections and so much fun. Before you knew it you were getting strapped in and sailing in the air at 1000 ft. Who would have known it would be so much fun. I'd do this again if and or when the opportunity comes around again.

I've always wanted to try outrigger canoeing! The first wave was a bit small, and since I had heard there would be three challenges, I thought there would be two more to go... However, the small ones didn't count, and I was able to ride three big waves. The thrill of riding those big waves and getting close to the shore was absolutely amazing! I ended up getting splashed more than I expected. (laughs) But I highly recommend this activity.

Next time, I definitely want to ride even bigger waves than this time! ♪

ずぅーと体験したかったアウトリガーカヌー！初めの波は少し小さくて、挑戦は3回と聞いていたのであと2回なのかなーと思っていましたが、、、
小さいのはカウントされずに、3回大きな波に乗せてもらうことができました。
本当に、大きな波に乗れて岸近くまで行く快感は最高に気持ちいいです！
思ったより、全身水をかぶりました。笑
でも、おすすめのアクティビティです。

是非、次回は今回以上に大きな波に乗りたいです♪

It felt like I was floating in the air, and it was very pleasant! It was higher than I expected, but the view of Waikiki was amazing! There wasn't much of a floating sensation, so it swayed a bit, but even those who are scared will be fine. At the end, we made a splash into the sea, which was also fun.

Here’s what I experienced: After checking in, we waited for about 10 minutes before boarding the boat, and then we went straight to parasailing. I recommend taking care of restrooms, motion sickness medication, and changing clothes before checking in. There was a public restroom nearby. Also, since you will be getting a little wet, wearing a swimsuit is a good idea.

In my group, there were 3 pairs of us, and we flew shortly after traveling about 10 minutes by boat. By the way, we were instructed to put sandals and bags under the boat seats.

Before flying, they asked us to remove our hats, but it was okay to hold onto our smartphones in waterproof cases (we could take photos from above).

Right before flying, the crew asked if we wanted to buy photos (for $40), and if you request it at that time, they will take over 100 pictures for you. The payment was made at the check-in hut after getting off the boat (credit cards were accepted).

The boat swayed quite a bit, so it's recommended to take motion sickness medication beforehand.

空中をふわふわ散歩してるかのような気分で、とても気持ちよかったです！
思ったより高かったですが、ワイキキも見渡せて、最高です！
そんなに浮遊感もないので、多少は揺れますが、怖がりでも大丈夫でした。
最後に海にジャパーンするのですが、それも面白かったです。


以下、私が体験した内容です。
チェックインしたら、10分くらいその場で待った後にすぐ船に乗り、そのままパラセーリングでした。
トイレや酔い止め、着替えは済ましてからのチェックインがおすすめです。なお、公衆トイレみたいなのが近くにありました。また、海にちょっぴり浸かるので、水着が良いと思います。

私の回は2人×3組だったのですが、船で10分くらい行った先で、すぐに飛ぶことになります。
ちなみに、サンダルやカバンは船の座席の下に入れるよう指示がありました。

飛ぶ際に、帽子は取るように言われましたが、防水ケースに入れたスマホは持っててOKでした（上から写真もとれました）。

飛ぶ直前に、写真（40ドル）を買うかどうかクルーの方に聞かれて、その際にお願いすると、100枚以上写真を取ってくれます。
なお、お会計は船を降りたあと、チェックインした小屋にて支払いました（カードもOKでした）。

船はかなり揺れるので、酔い止めを飲んでおくほうがオススメです。

The catermaran was easy on the eye. Check in was quick and pick up conveniently located outside Outrigger Hotel. A great way to see the fireworks.

Book this tour now! You can check around for other tours but you are wasting your time. Island Splash Tours is the best! Me and my girlfriend had a blast with Preston and Kris. Very private experience! Only us and one other group onboard. They are very safety oriented and make sure that everyone is having a good time. We saw so many turtles, too many to count. Kris found us an octopus and a collector urchin.
