On our last night in Hawaii, we wanted to create some memories, so we signed up for this. We had a specific place in mind for dinner, so we were looking for a plan that only included the cruise, and this one was perfect. The weather was great, and we were able to see a beautiful sunset. The staff was cheerful, and the atmosphere on the boat was warm. They kept making drinks for us right up until we arrived at the port, making for a wonderful experience that exceeded our expectations.

ディナーは別に行きたいところがあり、クルーズだけのところを探していたのでぴったりなプランでした。
天気も良く、素敵な夕日を見ることができました。
スタッフの方も陽気で船内は暖かい雰囲気。
港に着く寸前までお酒を作って頂き、期待以上の素敵な時間でした。

The actual parasailing time was less than 10 minutes, but it was a fun and very satisfying tour. I highly recommend this activity.

実際のパラセーリングの時間は10分も無かったですが、楽しくて大満足のツアーでした。オススメのアクティビティです。

Since my flight arrived from outside Japan, I used Roberts Hawaii's airport transfer service this time. The check-in was smooth, with staff available at the counter located at the group exit, and the guidance was polite (in Japanese). A few minutes later, the bus arrived to pick us up, and we moved smoothly to Waikiki. The driver spoke only English, which added to the overseas experience and was nice. The driver we had was very friendly, making our journey to the hotel enjoyable.

日本以外からのフライト到着だったので今回ロバーツの空港送迎を利用しました。チェックインも団体出口にあるカウンターにスタッフに方がいらっしゃりスムーズで、案内も丁寧。(日本語でした) その数分後にバスがお迎えに来てくれて、スムーズにワイキキへ移動。ドライバーさんは完全英語でしたが、その方が海外感があって良かったです。私達が乗車したドライバーさんはとてもフレンドリーでホテル到着まで楽しく移動できました。

The hotel pickup time was almost as scheduled, and we arrived at the airport smoothly from Waikiki. However, the driver of the bus we happened to board seemed very impatient, handling our luggage (suitcases) in a hurried manner, and the driving felt somewhat rushed. There was definitely an atmosphere of "hurry up, hurry up!" (I don't think there was any delay in time since the pickup was on schedule.) While I don't think the speed was excessive during the drive, the driver's impatient demeanor left a rather unfavorable impression on the passengers.

ホテルピックアップ時刻もほぼ予定通り、順調にワイキキから空港に到着出来ましたが、たまたま私達が乗車したバスのドライバーさんが非常にせっかちな様子で、荷物(スーツケース)に出し入れもすごく慌ただしく対応、運転もなんだか慌てている感じ、とにかく「早く早く！」という雰囲気をかもし出していました。(時間が押してる等はなかったと思います。ピックアップ時刻が予定通りだったので) 運転中はスピードの出し過ぎはなかったと思いますが、運転手さんのせっかちな様子はなんだか乗車している人からすると、あまり良い印象は持てませんでした。

I participated in a catamaran sailing departing from Waikiki Beach, facing the Sheraton Waikiki. The two-hour afternoon trip offered a pleasant view of Diamond Head and the hotels along Waikiki Beach. Blessed with good weather, seeing Waikiki from the deep blue sea provided a different atmosphere from the bustling streets, allowing me to fully enjoy the resort vibe.

シェラトンワイキキに面するワイキキビーチから発着するカタマランセーリングに参加。昼下がりの2時間はダイヤモンドヘッドやワイキキビーチに沿ったホテル群を気持ちよく展望。好天に恵まれ、紺碧の海から見るワイキキはまた賑やかな街並みとは違った雰囲気でリゾート地の気分を満喫できました。

I have a fear of heights and I'm not a good swimmer, so I was feeling anxious when I joined at my partner's invitation. We were on the same trip as a foreign couple, and the captain was also a foreigner, which made me worried about the language barrier. However, both the shuttle staff and the captain, despite their limited Japanese, were kind and communicated clearly!

When it was time for the main event, I wondered if it would be okay to sit in such a cramped space, but before I knew it, we were already flying up to the sky! It was so refreshing, and the enjoyment overshadowed any fear I had (laughs).

At the end, there was a splashdown into the sea, making it a tour that kept us entertained until we reached land! It was the best!

高所恐怖症、泳ぎが苦手で不安募る中パートナーの誘いで参加。外国人夫婦と同じ回で船長さんももちろん外国の方で言葉に不安を感じましたが、送迎担当の方も船長さんも片言の日本語ではあるものの優しく・わかりやすく対応していただけました！
いざ本番！こんな座るところもない感じで大丈夫なの！？と思いつつ、気づけばもう空まで飛んでいました^_^とても爽快で、恐怖感なんかよりも楽しさが前面に出ていました（笑）
最後は海にポチャンの演出もあり、陸に着くまで飽きないツアーでした^ - ^！！最高！

I would absolutely recommend this excursion! My husband and I had the best time. Breathtaking scenery, the staff was fun and made the whole experience enjoyable! If you have the opportunity, book this now!

The pickup to the boat ride and the activities were fine, but on the way back, I was forgotten and dropped off past the hotel. I immediately informed the driver, but I was taken back to the boat dock, resulting in over an hour of lost time! Since it was the last day and time was limited, I asked several times for a U-turn, but in the end, they didn't make the U-turn.

ピックアップからボート乗車、アクティビティまではOKでしたが、帰りに混載車から降ろし忘れられてホテルを過ぎてしまったのですぐにドライバーに伝えたのですが、そのままもう一度ボート乗り場まで連れて行かれて1時間以上のタイムロス！最終日で時間が限られていたので何度かUターンする様に話したが、結局Uターンはしてもらえず。

I was worried about being able to check in at the airport on time for my return flight. This time, I was picked up on schedule and arrived at the airport earlier than planned. When I boarded the airline, I mentioned my name, and it seemed the driver was checking it against a list, which made me feel reassured. The large bus had about five groups, and there was plenty of space for boarding and handling suitcases without any issues. I would definitely use this service again.

帰国便は、時間どおりに空港チェックインできるか不安。今回は、定刻に迎えにきてもらえ、予定より早く空港到着しました。エアラインを乗車の際伝え、ドライバーはリストの名前と照合していたようで、安心できました。大型バスに、5組ほどと、余裕がある乗車、スーツケースの出し入れ、問題無し。リピ有りです。

I was glad that they came to pick me up at the hotel and helped me load my luggage, including my golf bag. The pickup was early, but I was able to go to the airport with peace of mind. I would like to use their service again next time.

ホテルまで迎えに来てもらえ、荷物もゴルフバッグも積んでもらえてよかったです。
早めのお迎えでしたが、安心して空港へ行けました。
次も利用したいです。

I used it at 150m! However, the other members of the group were at different heights, but I didn't feel much of a difference. The staff may not speak Japanese very well, but they really know how to get everyone excited! It was cloudy, but the view from above was amazing! I was picked up at 8:30 and returned to the hotel just before 11, which I think is great because you can have a quick experience and still do something different in the afternoon.

They ask if you want to take pictures before flying, so if you request it, they will take photos for you with their camera. The photos cost $30, and you get a memory card. I'm not sure if that's expensive or cheap, but there are some fun pictures, and I don't think it's too high at all.

１５０mで利用しました！が、グループのほかの方達は違う高さでしたが、差はあんまり感じませんでした。
しかしスタッフの方たちは日本語うまくないですが、すごく盛り上げてくれます！
曇っていましたが、空からの景色は最高でした！8時30分にピックアップされホテルに戻ったのが11時前でサクッと体験して午後も違うことができるのもいい点だと思います。

飛ぶ前に写真とるか？と聞かれますので、そこでお願いすると(スタッフの一眼で)写真とってくれました。
写真は30ドルでメモリーカード一枚もらえます。高いか安いかわかりませんが、面白い写真もあるし全然高くはないと思います。

We participated with my 5-year-old daughter in the 90m experience. We rode together, and my daughter enjoyed it without being scared at all! It seems she had a great time even with the splashes from the sea! We also purchased a commemorative photo, making it a wonderful family trip memory. The driver was fun, which was great. I plan to book here again next time!

5歳の娘と3人で90mで参加しました。3人で乗りましたが、娘もこわがる事もなく楽しんでいました！海ぽちゃも手加減してもらえて楽しかったようです！記念になる写真も購入して、最高の家族旅行の思い出となりました。ドライバーさんも楽しい方で良かったです。次回もこちらで申し込もうと思います！

The catamaran sunset cruise was amazing! Unlimited Mai Tais! The sunset was also fantastic! I want to go again!

Last time, it was a wonderful sailing experience, so this time I brought my elderly mother and aunt along. It seems like they both really enjoyed it, which is great!!! I plan to repeat it again...

Best cruise!! So much fun, great lads creating such a great atmosphere, definitely one of our highlights of Waikiki! We were lucky enough to see whales also! I highly recommend this sunset cruise to anyone who wants to party and meet like minded fun seeking folks!!

The English guide was wild and interesting without being difficult to understand. The boat rocked quite a bit until we got out to sea, and there was a lot of thrill being pulled up into the air, but it was fun. The views of Waikiki Beach and Diamond Head from above were also amazing, making it a truly great experience.

英語ガイドの方でしたが分かりづらいこともなくワイルドで面白かったです。沖に行くまで船がかなり揺れて、また上空に上がるまで船で引っ張られるのでかなりスリルはありますが楽しかったです。そして上空からみたワイキキビーチやダイヤモンドヘッドも素晴らしく、本当に良い経験になりました。

With a little help from alcohol, I made friends with foreigners.
The sunset was the best.
The scenery and sense of openness were completely better than the cruise.
I will definitely use it again.

Our boys ended up doing the 650foot. They absolutely loved it. Company was professional and friendly. Boat was clean and nice. A wonderful experience even for the spectators.

The most awesome snorkelling experience at turtle canyon.
Sadly no whales to see(but v late in season) but we had spinner dolphins alongside the boat.
Great catamaran, fantastic captain and crew who helped us capture awesome videos.
Highly recommended! Great value for money. Book it!

The view of Waikiki from parasailing is exceptional!! I wanted to do it multiple times! They offered about 40 photos for $30, including an SD card, and the way they took the photos was great. Also, you can bring your smartphone and shoot your own videos. If you ask, they can also arrange for you to land in the water, or if you prefer not to get wet, they can accommodate that as well.

パラセイルから見るワイキキは格別です！！
何回もしたいと思いました！
30ドルで40枚くらいの写真をSDカード込みで販売もしてくれましたが、撮り方もよく最高です。
また、スマホなどの持ち込みも可能であるため、自分で動画も撮影したりもできますよ。
海水への着水もお願いしたらできますし、嫌なら濡らさないようにもしてくれます。

It seems that someone was late for the meeting time at the hotel, and since we were going around to a few hotels, it took a bit of time to arrive at the airport. I had some extra time, so it wasn't a problem, but I think I might take a taxi next time.

途中のホテルで集合時間に遅刻した方がいたようで、ホテルを何か所かまわっていたこともあり、空港に到着するのに少し時間がかかりました。時間に余裕をもっていたので問題ありませんでしたが、次回はタクシーにしようかなと思います。

After arriving at the airport, I wasn't sure where to check in and wandered around the bus terminal area, but I was able to check in with the staff from Roberts Hawaii without any issues. It takes some time as they visit several hotels, but it's a reasonable and reliable service.

空港に着いてからどこで受け付けてもらえば良いか分からず、バス乗り場周辺をウロウロしていましたが無事にロバーツハワイのスタッフに受け付けてもらえました。ホテルを何か所かまわるので時間はかかりますが、リーズナブルながら安心して利用できます。

I always use this service. They drop me off right in front of the hotel, and it's fine to wait in the hotel lobby for the return trip! I'm usually worried and end up wandering outside (laughs), but I can move between the airport and hotel with peace of mind, so I highly recommend it.

I participated in parasailing at the strong request of a friend. The staff were cheerful and efficient. We went up into the air from the boat, and when returning, if you wish, you can touch the water before getting back on the boat. It looked like a lot of fun. The ride was comfortable, and it was enjoyable to watch others take their aerial strolls. I think it would be a lot of fun for those who like heights.

友達のたっての希望でパラセーリングに参加しました。
スタッフの方は陽気でテキパキ。
船の上から空中に上がって、戻るときに希望すれぱ海に一度着水してから船に戻れます。楽しそうでした。
乗り心地悪くないし、他の方が空中散歩をするのを見るのも楽しかったけど、
高いところが好きな人なら楽しいものだとおもいます。

Not only was it pleasant to be on the boat, but the warm guidance and welcome from the staff made me feel at ease, making it the most enjoyable experience of my trip.

船に乗ることが気持ちいいだけでなく、スタッフの皆さんの暖かい案内とお迎えが安心できて、旅の中で一番楽しい体験となりました。

First, we had dinner. The server was kind and tried to liven up the atmosphere. They were more attentive than those at high-end restaurants, so I was satisfied with both the taste and the service!
I think the show is also worth seeing. Since I am a fan of Michael Jackson, it was amusing when the impersonator came out. The backup dancers were well-prepared, and the effects were impressive, making it a more authentic show than I expected!

まずは、夕食をいただきました。サーバーの方が親切で場を盛り上げようとしてくれました。高級レストランよりも気配りができるサーバーの方でしたので、味もサービスも満足でした！
ショーも見る価値があると思います。もともと私自身がマイケルジャクソンのファンでもあるので、偽マイケルジャクソンがでてきた時は面白かったです。バックダンサーもしっかりついており、効果もしっかりしており、思っていたよりも本格的なショーで楽しめました！！

I went parasailing for the first time and it was so much fun! The boat sways quite a bit, so my friend took some motion sickness medication and that helped a lot!

During the parasailing, Justin from the crew was very thorough in preparing everything, and we were able to take photos, which made it really comfortable and enjoyable. I definitely want to do this again when I go to Hawaii! Thank you so much!

船は結構揺れるので、友達は酔い止めを飲んで準備したら大丈夫でした！

The weather wasn't very good, and we couldn't see the sunset. The boat was rocking, and many people got seasick.

天気があまり良くなく、サンセットは見れませんでした。船が揺れてしまって、船酔いする人が多かったです。

They took me to the hotel without any issues. The pickup was in a clear style, so I was able to find it easily, which was good. Since my Japanese isn't very good, it seems best to clearly repeat the destination.

問題なくホテルまで送ってくれました。
ピックアップもわかりやすいスタイルなのですぐに見つけることができたのでまずまずです。
日本語はあんまり伝わらないので、行き先は確実に復唱したほうがよさそうです。

The greeting at the baggage carousel was friendly. The 25 minute wait for the shuttle to pick us up was unacceptable. Next time in HNL we'll not book and take out chances with whatever or whoever is available.
