As soon as I came out of the airport, I found the bus and got right on. Since it only goes to five hotels, I arrived at my hotel quickly and was able to make effective use of my time. It was easy (*^^*) I definitely recommend it for those who are not good at English!

空港から出てきてすぐに分かりそのまま車に。
もともと五つのホテルしか回らないバスだったのでホテルにもすぐにつき時間を有効に使うことができました。楽です(*^^*)英語が苦手な人は絶対に利用おすすめします！

I made a reservation for three people, including a one-year-old child. Normally, there wouldn't be a charge for the child, but since it was stated that if we paid an additional fee for the seat, the child seat would be free, I went ahead with the application. However, there was no child seat in the shuttle, and when I asked the staff, they said, "The information from Beltora is incorrect. Please contact them for a refund for the child's portion." After that, I sent an inquiry via email, but I haven't received a response. I'm worried about whether I will get a refund.

1歳の子供と3人で予約しました。通常なら子供料金はいらないのですが、オプションで席料を払えばチャイルドシート無料と記載があったため、申し込みしました。
しかし、送迎車にチャイルドシートは無く係りの人に確認したところ、
「ベルトラさんの表記が間違っている。子供分は、そちらに言って返金してもらって下さい」と言われました。
その後、問い合わせでメールを送りましたが、返答はなし。返金してもらえるのか不安です。

I was taught by a Japanese instructor. They were very kind, and even though it was my first time surfing, I was able to stand up right away. I want to surf again! I highly recommend it!

日本人のインストラクターに教えて頂きました。とても優しくて、初めてのサーフィンでしたが、すぐに立てるようになりました。サーフィンまたやりたいです！おススメです！

The pickup time was accurate, and although the driver was of Japanese descent and couldn't speak Japanese, we had a very enjoyable time during the ride to the pickup point.

The parasailing lasted just under 10 minutes, but it felt like we were flying in the sky for much longer. The instructor playfully dropped us just enough to touch the water. It wasn't like a roller coaster with a sudden drop; instead, it was a fun journey through the vast sky!

ピックアップの時間も正確で、運転手の方も日系の方で日本語は話せませんでしたが、乗り場までの道中とても楽しい時間を過ごせました。
パラセーリングも10分弱の時間でしたが、もっと長く空を飛んでるような感じがしました。インストラクターのノリで海に足が着くくらいにおとされたり。ジェットコースターのようなフワッとする感じもなく、楽しい大空旅行ができました！

It can only be described as amazing!!
I hoped to go up to 150 meters, but I wanted to go even higher!

I asked to have photos taken, but it seems you have to say it right before you jump, so they didn't take any, which is a bit disappointing... However, I was able to get some photos because I handed my iPhone to a college student on the same team, so that was great!
The instructor was also really nice, and I will definitely participate again!!! It was the best!!

150メートルを希望しましたが、もっと高いところまで行きたかったです！

写真を撮って欲しいとお願いしたのにも関わらず、本当に飛ぶ直前に言わないといけないらしく、撮ってくれなかったところが悔やませます…。しかし、同じチームだった大学生にiPhoneを渡して撮ってもらったため、写真はあるのでよかったです！
インストラクターの方もとっても良い人でまた参加します！！！最高でした！！

We had a great time on the sunset cruise, we got some awesome photos, met really cool people and did something we wouldn't normally do!
Only tips I would give is to go to the toilet first (the one on board is cramped and it can get bumpy, so more room for unlimited drinks) and make sure you check the meeting location carefully first because there's 2 Outrigger hotels and that confused us alot.

I was struggling to find a birthday gift for my husband which coincidentally falls on Valentine’s Day. As we were traveling to Oahu the next week form Australia I purchased 2 tickets for the Sunset Cocktail Cruise online, printed them and put them in his birthday card. WOW! What a great success that was, we had a wonderful time.
Weather was perfect, service and cocktail supply was 4 star and I would recommend this Cruise to all. The captain and his mate were attentive and entertaining, we were lucky enough to see whales in their natural habitat along with the magical sunset we were promised.
This was my 8th trip to Waikiki but I had never been on this Catamaran Cruise previously. We would definitely go again.
It was so easy to purchase online, prepay and print the receipt it made the perfect gift from the other side of the Pacific. Mahalo.

My daughter really wanted to try surfing, so we signed up together for a challenge. I had done bodyboarding when I was younger, but this was my first time surfing. Thanks to the instructor's great teaching, I was able to ride the waves in no time. At 57 years old, I usually don't do any sports, but I didn't feel tired or sore, and I made some wonderful memories. Additionally, they burned the photos from the lesson onto a CD and even gave us T-shirts, so I'm really glad I participated. I hope to join again next year at a higher level.

娘がどうしてもサーフィンをしたいと言うので、２人で申し込みチャレンジしました。私は若いころボディボードをしていましたが、サーフィンは初めてでしたが、インストラクターの教え方が良かったおかげで、あっという間に、波に乗れました。57歳で普段何もスポーツをしてませんでしたが、疲れ、筋肉痛もなく、楽しい思い出ができました、。また、レッスン中の写真をＣＤＲに焼付して頂いたり、Ｔシャツまで頂き、本当に参加して良かった。来年はレベルアップした形で参加したいと思います。

The flight was delayed by about 6 hours. Since I had made a reservation in advance and knew the flight number, I was able to avoid being left behind. It was definitely worth using.

フライトが6時間くらい遅れてました。事前に予約をしたため、便名が分かっていたため、置いてきぼりにならずにすみました。利用価値、有りです。

It was my first time surfing, and I was very satisfied! From the pickup to the way of riding the waves, I received thorough support, which allowed me to ride with confidence! Even as a complete beginner, I was able to do it, and since they teach in Japanese, those who are not confident in their language skills need not worry!

The weather was cloudy, but it wasn't too cold, and they also lent me a rash guard and shoes, making it comfortable! However, I got seasick from the waves, so I recommend that those who are prone to motion sickness take some medication before going.

They also took photos, creating wonderful memories of Hawaii. Thank you very much!

初めてのサーフィンでしたが大変満足でした！
送迎から、波の乗り方まで丁寧にサポートしてもらえて、安心して乗ることができました！
本当に初心者でも乗れましたし、日本語でも教えてくださるので語学力に自信がない方も心配はいらないと思います！

天候は曇り空でしたが、寒すぎることもなく、またラッシュガードやシューズも貸していただけるので快適でした！ただ、私は波に酔ってしまったので、酔いやすい方は酔い止めを飲んでいかれることをオススメします。

写真も撮って下さり、楽しいハワイの思い出になりました。

I immediately spoke to the person at the airport exit, but I had to wait quite a while for the bus to depart. They mentioned that it only goes to five places, but the waiting time at the airport is long, so I'm not sure about that. Just for your reference.

空港出口の人にすぐに声を掛けましたが、バスの発車まで結構な時間待たされました。五ヶ所しか周らないとの事ですが、空港での待ち時間が長いのでどうかなと。ご参考までに。

Boat captain and first mate were fab. Joined by three senior women on our boat which was inspiring. The day was cloudy and it was a lovely experience anyway - did not stop us from having an incredible view of Diamondhead. Mahalo!

There was absolutely no Japanese guide, and I could only understand a little of what was being said, but that doesn't really matter. Even without words, it's okay. When everyone sang the birthday song for the cute girl, it was the best.

日本語ガイドなんて一切なく、なーにいってるのか、ちょっとしかわからなかったけど、そんなこの、どうでもいい。言葉なくても、大丈夫。かわいい女の子のお誕生日のお歌を全員で歌ったときは、最高でした。

There were only two Japanese groups on this day, and the rest were international tourists. You can see the streets of Waikiki from angles that are usually not visible. It was cloudy, so I didn't feel it much, but when it's sunny, the sunlight can be quite strong, so it would be good to have a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen. Also, if you're worried about seasickness, it's better to take some medication beforehand. (There were about two people who got sick, haha.) If you go in the morning, you can return by early afternoon, making it easy to plan your schedule afterward and allowing for a relaxing time, which was really nice.

日本人は少なめでこの日も2組のみであとは海外の観光客でした。
普段見れないところからのワイキキの街並みを見ることができます。
曇りだったためあまり感じませんでしたが、晴れていると日差しがかなりくるので帽子やサングラス・日焼け止めがあったほうがよさそう。あと、船酔いが心配な方は酔い止めは飲んでおいたほうがよさそうです。
(2名ほどリバースしてました笑)
午前中からならお昼過ぎにはもどってこれるのでその後の予定も組みやすくのんびりと過ごせとてもよかったです。

I participated in the 150m course with my wife. All the other participants were foreigners, and of course, the boat staff were also foreigners. Most of the explanations were in English, but there were no issues with putting on the harnesses. Once we got out to sea, we moved out to the open water and took turns going up into the air. Since the ocean was all blue, even at the highest point, I didn't feel much height, and there was hardly any sense of fear, but the view was amazing!

The operating company mentioned to bring a larger towel (like a bath towel), and I recommend borrowing a bath towel from the hotel if possible. We each brought our own face towels, but I wished we had brought a larger towel. Also, the boat staff took pictures, and you can buy them later on an SD card (it was $30 in cash and $35 by card), so if you want those, it's a good idea to bring that amount of money.

150mのコースを妻とふたりで参加しました。
他の参加者は全員外国の方で、船のスタッフさんももちろん外国人。
説明とかもほとんど英語でしたが、ハーネスを着けたりするのには別段支障はありませんでした。
海に出ると沖まで移動して順番に上空へ。
一面青い海だったので一番高いところでも高さはそこまで感じず、怖いという感覚はほとんどありませんでしたが景色は最高でした♪
運営会社から言われていた準備物に、大きめのタオル(バスタオル等)ってありましたが、できればホテルのバスタオルを借りて持って行くことをおすすめします。私たちは自分たちのフェイスタオルをそれぞれ持っていきましたが、大きなタオルを持っていけば良かったと思いました…
あと、船のスタッフさんが写真を撮ってくれて後でSDカードに入れたものを買うことができるので(キャッシュで30ドル、カードだと35ドルでした)、欲しい方はその分のお金は持っていった方がいいです。

I felt it was a bit of a waste to use it without luggage, but for a solo traveler, it's cheaper than taking a taxi. You shouldn't compare it to The Bus. I think it's convenient for those with a lot of luggage. I needed to take the first flight (around 5 AM) due to Hawaiian Airlines' schedule, so I used this service. They picked me up from my hotel in Waikiki at around 3 AM, almost on time. After stopping at several hotels, we arrived at the airport around 3:45 AM, just a little before the terminal opened.

荷物なしの利用でちょっと勿体無い感はありましたが、1人利用の場合、タクシーよりは安いです。The Busとは...比べてはいけません。
荷物が多い方には便利だと思います。
ハワイアン航空のダイヤの関係で始発便(朝5時台)に乗る必要があり、利用しました。
ワイキキのホテルを朝3時にほぼ定刻のPickup。何軒かホテルを回り、空港には03:45ごろの到着。これでも空港ターミナルが開くちょっと前。

I requested a transfer from Hawaii Island to Oahu, but due to a misunderstanding, I realized at the hotel in Oahu that I had a return voucher instead of a transfer. I contacted Beltora from the hotel, and they kindly assisted me and arranged for a pickup at the return time. I will use this service again next time.

帰りのバウチャーがオワフについてホテルで気が付きあわてましたが、
ホテルからベルトラに連絡し親切に対応してもらい帰りの時間に迎えに

I used it for 150 meters. The scenery was so beautiful that words can't express it—blue ocean, horizon, Waikiki Beach, and more. Also, flying in the sky felt really good. I want to do it again. You need a swimsuit because you get a little wet when landing.

言葉ではいい表せないぐらい、きれいな景色でした。青い海、地平線、ワイキキビーチなど
また、空を飛ぶのがとても気持ちよかったです。またやりたいです。
着水のときに少し濡れるので、水着がいります。

I stayed at Aqua Palms.
First, I went around the Hilton across from the airport, then circled around the hotels in Waikiki, and finally arrived at Aqua Palms.
Since I was the first pick-up on the way back, getting dropped off in front of the Hilton or Ilikai Hotel allows you to check in 30 minutes earlier.
The service was fine. If you don't speak English, it's okay to show a printed document or your phone screen.

まず空港からホテル向かいのヒルトンを周り、ワイキキのホテルをぐるりと回って最後にアクアパームズ でした。
帰りも最初にピックアップだったので、ヒルトンやイリカイホテル前で降ろしてもらう方が30分はやくチェックイン出来ます。
サービスは問題ないです。英語が出来ない方は印刷か携帯画面を見せれば大丈夫ですよ。

I was worried about the guide not being able to speak Japanese, but the lively atmosphere made it enjoyable even without a common language.

After being driven to the location, we were quickly put on the boat, and after a brief explanation, we took turns flying for about 10 minutes each. Before I could even feel nervous, we were off (laughs).

At the end, there’s a surprise where your feet lightly touch the sea, but they make sure to lower you safely onto the boat.

I asked for the 150m option, and instead of fear, I was filled with exhilaration.

Unlike other tours, there was no awkward waiting around, and we could quickly do what we wanted and return, making it a great value without wasting time.

For $30, they take photos and provide the data, and with such a playful guide, it’s definitely worth it to ask for them. Compared to some parks where a single photo costs around 1000 yen, you get several shots here, making it far more cost-effective.

Overall, it was amazing, and I absolutely recommend it!

日本語の使えなさそうなガイドさんで
心配だったのですが、ノリノリな雰囲気で
言葉は通じなくても楽しくできました。

車で送られるとすぐ船に乗せられて、
簡単な説明があったあと10分位ずつ
順番に飛びます。どきどきする間もなく、
飛ばされました（笑）

最後は軽く海に足がつくくらいの
サプライズもありますが、ちゃんと
ボートにおろしてくれます。

どうせならと150mをお願いしたのですが、
怖さより、爽快感でいっぱいでした。

他のツアーのように変な場つなぎな
時間もなく、さっといってやりたいこと
だけやれて帰ってこれるので、時間を
無駄にせずにお得だと思います。

30ドル払えば、写真もとってくれ、
データをくれますが、遊び心いっぱいの
ガイドさんで、頼んだほうが絶対に
お得です。どっかのランドで1枚1000円
ちょっとするのに比べたら、何カットか
あり、はるかにコスパはいいです。

とにかく最高で絶対におすすめです！

何回も訪れているハワイですが、バックステージツアーまで付いていると言うのでとても楽しみにしての参加でした。
以前ショーだけ拝見させて頂いていたので雰囲気は解っていたのですが、楽屋裏が解っていると、又楽しさ倍増でした。
お出迎えの時からVIP待遇で、フラダンス&ウエルカムドリンク&おつまみ&何より素敵な控え室です。
当日は私達夫婦の他に5人のアメリカの方々でした。
カッコイイマネージャーが色々な説明をしながらバックステージを直接案内してくださり、その間スタッフの方々もフレンドリーにご挨拶、ショーで使われる衣装なども直接身に付けて写真を撮ってくださるなど、普段経験出来ない事にテンションが上がりました。
お食事もロブスターやステーキなどコースで美味しく頂き、充分な量で満足！
勿論、最前列での鑑賞でしたので出演者の表情まで楽しむ事ができました。
夢の様な時間が流れ、記念写真のプレゼントまで。
ちなみに、お隣のテーブルの方は25ドルの料金で記念写真をお買いになっていましたよ。
ハワイの特別な夜を過ごしてみようと思われる方には、少し奮発しても是非お勧めのコースです。
帰国してからの思い出の時間になると思います。

They will pick you up in a spacious bus. I think it's convenient because it's easy to adjust the timing. It's a bus marked with Roberts Hawaii, so it's surprisingly easy to recognize.

There is a reception area just as you enter the airport's arrival lobby,
and staff who understand Japanese are available to assist,
which was very helpful.
They seemed to take about 3 to 4 groups every 30 minutes or so
to head to the hotel.

The instructor was really fun, kind, and we were able to enjoy ourselves while having a good time. There were a lot of corals on the ground, and I got hurt when I fell, but the experience was so enjoyable that I forgot about it. Even someone like me, who isn't good at sports, was able to stand up a little, and my friends were getting up multiple times to do the aloha pose. I made the best memories!

インストラクターの方がすごく楽しくて優しくてわいわいしながらすることができました。地面にサンゴがいっぱいで落下時に怪我をしてしまいましたが、それを忘れるくらい楽しく体験できました。運動下手な私も少し立つことができ、周りの友達も何度も立ってアロハポーズをしたりしていました。
最高の思い出ができました！

We participated as a family of three (with a 6-year-old son). There are many reviews mentioning a high percentage of Westerners, but due to the timing, there were also a lot of Asians participating. The Mai Tais they served were very delicious. When our cups were empty, they would ask if we wanted a refill, and the staff's response was great. Each person also received a bag of snacks. We were blessed with good weather, and the sunset was beautiful. If we go to Hawaii again, I would like to participate again.

家族3人（息子6歳）で参加しました。欧米人率が高いという口コミが多いですが、時期もあってアジア人もたくさん参加していました。配られるマイタイがとても美味しかったです。コップが空になっているとお代わりを聞いてくれたり、スタッフの方の対応もいいです。スナックも一人一袋もらえます。天気に恵まれサンセットも綺麗でした。またハワイに行くことがあれば参加したいです。

The sunset was really beautiful.

However, when getting on and off, your clothes get wet! You have to be prepared to get into the water up to your knees, or it can be quite a hassle... My 5-year-old son fell into the sea when getting off and got completely soaked! He was rescued by a staff member! There are no restrooms, so be careful not to drink too much! They make sure to leave only after sunset, so you can definitely enjoy the sunset.

It was a family trip to Hawaii!
Although it wasn't my first time paragliding, as expected in Honolulu, when you go high up while paragliding, you can see the beautiful town of Honolulu and Diamond Head. The weather was cloudy, but it was amazing!!

パラセイリング自体は初めてではなかったのですが。
さすがホノルル、パラセイリングで高くあがると綺麗なホノルルの町やダイヤモンドヘッドが見渡せて、天気は曇っていましたが最高でした！！

I had a reservation for 16:00, but there was heavy rain and strong winds during the day. When I inquired around 13:00, I was told that the event was still scheduled to proceed as planned, so I waited in my swimsuit in the cold at the pickup time.

After waiting, I was called to the lobby, and sure enough, I received a cancellation notice from the operating company.

I think it was too late to notify us of the cancellation after the pickup time had passed. Even though the weather in Hawaii can change quickly, I would expect a decision to be made at least by the morning of the day. Thanks to this, I wasted my time.

16:00～でこちらを予約していましたが、お昼の時点で大雨・強風。
13:00ごろ問い合わせたときは「予定通り催行予定」とのことだったので、寒い中ピックアップ時間に水着の状態で待っていました。
待っていたらロビーの方から電話があるとのことで呼ばれ、出てみたら案の定催行会社から中止の連絡でした。

ピックアップ時間が過ぎてから中止の連絡は遅すぎると思います。
いくらハワイの天気が変わりやすいからといっても、せめて当日の朝には判断してほしいです。おかげで時間を無駄にしました。

At this price, I was a bit worried, but it was absolutely fine. The bus is very noticeable and easy to find. I was able to use it without any stress for both arrival and departure. I would use it again.

このお値段で、と心配になるものの、全く大丈夫です。バスもよく目立ちすぐ見つけることが出来ます。到着、出発ともにストレスなく利用できました。またお願いします。

The reception is at the counter, and the car is located on the left side of the arrival exit. I arrived at the hotel without any stress. The driving was also safe. I plan to request it again.

受付はカウンター、車は到着出口左側にあります。全くストレスなくホテルに到着しました。運転も安全です。またお願いする予定です。
