I received reminder emails as needed, which provided reassurance that my reservation was confirmed. Although I was 25 minutes late this time, they waited until the last minute. While being late is not ideal, their flexible response increased my trust in them.
We participated as a group of five, totaling ten people, and the activity took about an hour. Each group had a ride of about ten minutes. Due to significant swaying, those who are prone to motion sickness should definitely take anti-nausea medication.
It was certainly fun, and I can also appreciate the safety measures, including life jackets and support for two people.
Photos are $40. They asked if I wanted one, but there was no hard selling. The minimum tip was understood to be $20, and all five groups gave $20.

リマインドのメールが適宜届きます。ちゃんと予約が入っているという安心感にも繋がりました。今回25分遅刻をしてしまいましたが、ギリギリまで待ってくれました。遅れるのはダメですが、こういった臨機応変な対応も信頼度に繋がりました。
5組10名で参加し、1時間くらいの所要時間です。1組10分くらいのライドでした。横揺れがすごいため、苦手な方は酔い止め必須です。
楽しかったことはもちろんですが、救命胴衣や2名サポートを含め安全性も評価できます。
写真は40ドル。いるか聞かれて、無理な販売はありません。チップは20ドルが最低価格という先方の認識でした。5組とも、20ドルを渡しています。

It took just over 30 minutes to get to the hotel from Waikiki International Airport. Once I exited the airport, a staff member in a yellow jacket welcomed me. We waited for about 10 minutes until everyone was gathered, and then we departed right away, taking just over 30 minutes to reach Waikiki. It was a very convenient and economical bus tour.

ワイキキ国際空港からわずか30分余りで、ホテルまで連れて行ってもらいました。
空港の出口を出たら黄色い上着の係員さんが出迎えてくれます。
10分くらい出発迄待ちましたが、メンバーが揃ったら直ぐに出発、ワイキキまで30分余りです。
とても便利で経済的なバスツアーでした。

It was more enjoyable to see it in person than to watch it on YouTube. On the way back, there was a service where you could take photos with the performers, which was also a lot of fun. The Royal Hawaiian Center is located in the heart of Waikiki, making it very convenient to get to and from. There were videos, and the music and dance were enjoyable to watch. The fire performances were also amazing.

I received the voucher for the pickup time and location based on my departure flight from Honolulu Airport, along with a photo of the shuttle bus, which made me feel at ease. When I used the service, the driver confirmed my name before loading my luggage, and I was able to arrive at the airport smoothly.

I was very nervous before trying parasailing at a height of 150 meters for the first time, but the staff were kind and it was a lot of fun throughout. I didn't feel unsafe and would like to participate again. The motorboat swayed a bit on the waves, so I took motion sickness medication before going.

初めてパラセイリングで150mの高さは乗る前はとてもドキドキでしたが、スタッフ方たちが親切で終始とても楽しかったです。
危ないこともなくまた参加したいです。
モーターボートは時々波にのり揺れます。酔い止めは飲んで行きました。

The tour was fun, but the high waves in Waikiki and the simple life jackets that resembled airplane life vests seemed difficult for my 7-year-old child for snorkeling. We were able to see sea turtles while snorkeling, and it was enjoyable to sail out with the yacht's sails up. It might be fine for children who are strong swimmers and accustomed to snorkeling.

ツアーは楽しかったですが、
7歳の子供にはワイキキの高い波と、
飛行機の救命胴衣のような簡易ライフジャケットはシュノーケルには難しかったようです。
シュノーケルでウミガメも見れましたし、
ヨットの帆を張って沖まで行ったりして楽しかったです。
泳力とシュノーケル慣れのある子供なら大丈夫かも。

For group airport transfers, I usually use Uber, but for solo travel, the shared shuttle service is convenient, and I always make use of it.

グループでの空港往復はUberとかに成りますが、一人旅だと乗合送迎サービスが便利で何時も利用させて頂いてます。

Although we Japanese felt a bit anxious about everything being in English, the driver was a very kind woman who provided excellent service while announcing the history of the Ala Wai Canal and Waikiki. She was very attentive, and we had no worries at all since she was well aware of the arrival location and flight number at the airport.

全て英語で我々日本人からすると多少不安があったものの、とても親切な女性のドライバーで、アラワイ運河やワイキキの歴史などをアナウンスしながら丁寧な対応でとても良かったです。
空港の到着場所も便名をきちんと把握されていて全く心配なかったです。

When I used it four months ago, I had to wait for over 30 minutes, but this time I was able to board in about 10 minutes.

The windows are large, allowing for great views, and the seats are spacious, making it very comfortable. I will definitely use it again soon.

During our visit to Hawaii, we decided to book a tour to Diamond Head for Sunrise Hiking. It was the best decision we made. Blue Lei Hawaii Tours provided excellent customer service from the beginning to the end. The driver arrived early and was very kind and helpful. We also received a delicious donut at the end of the hike! I'm glad we chose Blue Lei Hawaii Tours, and I would highly recommend using them for any of your tour needs.

Best thing we could do !! Very lucky to see turtles and dolphins !!

The desk help me with my shuttle and even helped me get to my shuttle. They help me with my suitcase.
The drive even told me where to be for my return shuttle to the airport so I would not miss it.

I read experiences and took motion sickness medication before participating. I was worried seeing someone on the previous boat struggling with seasickness, but thanks to the medication, I was able to enjoy the entire experience until the end.

It was amazing to go higher than I expected and see Waikiki from the sea!

I rode with cheerful staff and a lively group of five American girls. The boat was high-speed, and parasailing offered a great view of Waikiki, which was fun. It was efficient with three people per ride. The Hilton grounds were too vast and felt far away.

陽気なスタッフと、賑やかなアメリカ女子5人組と同乗しました。船もハイスピードで、パラセーリングもワイキキ一望出来て、楽しかったです。

When I traveled to Hawaii before, I did a Segway tour and had so much fun, so I chose the same Segway Kaka'ako course again. I requested a pickup, and it was just my husband and me. The guide was friendly and engaging, which made the experience enjoyable. Since it was our second time, we were able to start right after the briefing.

We took a lot of photos just the two of us, and the conversations were fun. The thrill of riding the Segway combined with the great experience made it very enjoyable. I appreciate the attentive service as well. On the way back, we were dropped off at the Ala Moana Shopping Center, which was convenient. If I get the chance to travel to Hawaii again, I would love to do the Segway tour once more.

前にハワイ旅行したときもセグウェイして、とても楽しかったので、また同じセグウェイのカカアココースにしました。
お迎えもお願いし、私たち夫婦だけで、行く時もお話してくれたり丁寧で楽しかったです。
2回目なのでレクチャーしてもらってすぐ出発することできました。
夫婦2人だけで写真もたくさんとっていただき、お話も楽しく、セグウェイの爽快感と合わせてとても楽しかったです。
丁寧な対応にも感謝します。
帰りはアラモアナショッピングセンターまで送ってもらい、合わせてよかったです。
また、ハワイ旅行できたら、セグウェイまたなりたいです。

This activity involves flying a sail with a wire while running on a boat, similar to kite flying. You go quite high, but because the sail is large, the descent is slow, and you don't feel that floating sensation in your stomach. The view from above was beautiful and calm, with no swaying left or right except for the wind, but looking down brought a considerable sense of fear due to the height.

The check-in was quick, just a signature, but the waiting time before starting was about 30 minutes. We went quite far offshore, and with two people in each of the five groups, we each flew for about 10 minutes in turn. The boat keeps moving during the trip back and forth and while the other groups are flying, so I recommend taking motion sickness medication if you are prone to getting seasick.

On the way back, as the wire is reeled in, each group gets partially dipped in the sea, but we ended up completely soaked, so wearing clothes that can get wet is advisable. Three of the participants were travelers from the mainland United States, and two groups, including ours, were travelers from Japan.

凧揚げをするように船で走りながらワイヤー付きのセイルを飛ばすアクティビティです。
かなり高いところまで行きますがセイルが大きいため、降下時もゆっくりでお腹がふわっとなる感覚はありません。
上空も左右に振られず風以外は穏やかで美しい景色を見れましたが、足元を見ると高さで中々の恐怖感がありました。
受付はサインだけなのですぐに終わりましたが、始まるまでの待ち時間は30分くらい。
船でかなり沖合まで出て、2人×5組いたのでそれぞれ順番に10分程飛びました。
行き帰りと他の組が飛んでいる間、船は走り続けますので少しでも乗り物で酔う人は酔い止めを飲んでおくことをおすすめします。
ワイヤーを巻き取って戻ってくる途中、どの組も海に半分だけ漬けられるのですが、我々だけ全身浸かってしまいずぶ濡れになりましたので、濡れてもいい服装がおすすめです。
参加者は3組がアメリカ本土からの旅行者で、我々を含む2組は日本からの旅行者でした。

Since the local weather can vary, I arrived on-site and checked the weather forecast, making my reservation two days in advance. The arrangements on the day went smoothly, and the people I participated with said, "I want to ride this again when I come back to Hawaii!" I was really happy to hear that since it was an activity I suggested.

You can see the familiar shape of Diamond Head and even get to view the backside, which offers a fresh perspective of its shape. The cheerful staff and the excitement of the other guests made it a fun, American-style experience. I will definitely come back to ride again!

現地の天気もあるので、現地入りして、天気予報を確認して2日前に予約しました。
当日の段取りもスムーズで一緒に参加した方からも、またハワイにきたら乗りたいな！といってもらえました。自分が提案したアクティビティだったので、喜んでもらえて嬉しかったです。
よく見るダイヤモンドヘッドの形から、ぐるっと裏側まで回ってもらえるので、違ったダイヤモンドヘッドの形まで見えますので新鮮です。
陽気なスタッフさんと、同乗したお客さんのテンションもアメリカらしく楽しかったです。
また乗りに戻ってきます！！

As soon as you exit the personal export area, there is a staff member wearing a yellow aloha shirt, making it very easy to find them.

They handled all the luggage for us and dropped us off right in front of the hotel.

They made sure to inform everyone about which hotel it was. Even when it was on the opposite side of the street, they crossed the street to take us there.

I think it's reassuring that they can communicate in Japanese.

個人出口から出てすぐのところに黄色のアロハシャツを着たstaffの人がいてとてもわかりやすいです。

荷物も全て上げ下ろしをしてくださり、ホテルの目の前で泊まってくれました。

きちんとどのホテルかを皆さんに教えてました。通りを挟んだ反対側の時も通りを渡って連れて行ってました。

日本語も通じるので安心だと思います。

I felt a sense of security in all aspects, from the guidance to the meeting point for those waiting at the airport's personal exit, to the waiting at the meeting point and the operation of the bus. I definitely want to use this service again next time.

空港の個人出口で待機されている方の集合場所へのご案内、集合場所での待機、バスの運行等々、全てにおいて安心感がありました。次行くときも、ぜひ乗車させてもらいたいと思います。

I went with children who aren't very familiar with Elvis or Michael, but they had a great time. In addition, there are hula performances and fire shows, so I think it's a good show! Also, at the end, you can take photos with the performers and have conversations with them!

エルビスやマイケルをあまり知らない子供と行きましたがとても楽しんでいました。
それ以外にもフラやファイヤーショーなども見られるので良いショーだと思います！
また帰り際には出演者さんと一緒に写真が撮れ会話も交わせます！

Eight years ago, my daughter, who was in elementary school, said she wanted to see it again, so we participated. Unlike last time, we had a buffet meal before the show started. I think the content of the show was almost the same as before. We enjoyed the look-alike show, hula, and fireman show, among other things.

8年前に小学生だった娘がまた見たいと言うので、参加しました、前回と違いショーが始まる前にビュッフェでお食事、ショーの内容は前回とほぼ同じような感じだったと思います。そっくりさんショーとフラやファイアーマンショーなど楽しめました。

Generally, I think it's rare to encounter sea turtles while snorkeling. Here, they might be feeding them? I saw two sea turtles swimming normally, but there were more than five on the ocean floor, and I had a great time. The phrase "you will definitely see them!" seems to be true. You must wear a floatation device and cannot dive underwater, but I still had a lot of fun. If you can't speak any Japanese, it might be a bit challenging for those who don't speak English!

大概、ウミガメに会えるというシュノーケリングで、そうそう会えることもないのではと思う。
ここでは、餌付け？をしているのか、普通に泳いでいるウミガメは２匹だったが、海底にはそれ以上の５匹のウミガメがおり、楽しく過ごすことが出来た。
確実に会える！というフレーズは、確かだと思う。
浮きを必ず着用しなければならず、海中に潜水することは出来ないが、楽しく過ごすことが出来た。
日本語が全く使えないので、英語が話せない人は少し厳しいかも！

My first parasailing experience! I forgot that I get seasick and decided to give it a try... and off I went into the sky! It was stable up there, so it wasn't scary at all, and the view was breathtaking. I recommend taking motion sickness medication for those who get seasick. It was a wonderful experience.

I was worried because the online reservation couldn't be completed due to an app malfunction, but the staff on-site were very kind and helpful. The staff on the boat were also Japanese, and although we were the only ones, they were considerate and we had a great time.

オンライン予約が、アプリの不具合で完結しない状態で心配していましたが、現地にいたスタッフの方が親切に対応して頂きました。
船上のスタッフの方も日本人が、私たちだけでしたが、きをつかって頂き楽しい時間を過ごせました。

I initially thought it would be an ordinary show since it started with hula dancing, but I enjoyed the diverse content, including impersonators of Elvis Presley and Michael Jackson, fire attractions, and aerial descents reminiscent of Cirque du Soleil. The theater also had a retro feel, creating a nice atmosphere.

After the show, the dancers from the Elvis and fire attraction were waiting near the exit, and I was pleased with the hospitality as they were willing to take commemorative photos. In the U.S., where prices are high, I appreciate it when shows like this offer discounted tickets.

フラダンスから始まったので、最初は凡庸なショーかなと思っていましたが、エルビスプレスリーとマイケルジャクソンのそっくりさんのショーや、ファイヤーアトラクションやシルクドソレイユを思わせる空中からの人の降下など、多彩な内容で楽しめました。劇場もレトロ感があり、良い雰囲気でした。
ショーが終わった後、エルビスとファイヤーアトラクションのダンサーが出口付近に待機しており、記念写真の撮影に応じてくれるなど、おもてなし感にも満足しました。米国は物価が高く、今回のショーのように、値引き販売してくれると、うれしいです。

I participated with my husband, who has a fear of heights. It wasn't scary at all, and we had a great time! We arrived right on time for the meeting, but as soon as we got there, we hurried to sign in and boarded the boat. It seems we took the previous ferry. We were the only Japanese people, making a total of 10 participants. We were able to place our luggage at our feet. I brought a bath towel, but in the end, I didn't use it. We got off the bus at the Hilton and walked to the meeting point, but we got a bit lost on the way, so I think it's better to allow some extra time.

高所恐怖症の主人と参加。全く怖くなく楽しめました！集合時間ピッタリに着きましたが、着いた早々急いでサインして、船に乗りました。恐らくひとつ前の便に乗ったようです。日本人は私たちだけで合計10人でした。荷物も足元に置けました。バスタオルを持っていきましたが、結果使わなかったです。ヒルトンでバスを降りて集合場所まで行きましたが、辿り着くまでの道が少し迷いましたので、ゆとりをもって行った方がよいと思います。

ちょっと飛んでる時間ぎ短すぎです。準備が整っていないのに流れ作業のように飛べと急がせてくるし、満足度は低い。そのくせ写真を買わせようとしてくるのが不快でした。
