There are few hotels to pick up from, so I was able to be transported without being taken around for a long time, which was not tiring. The interior of the car was spacious and clean, and the seats were comfortable and roomy, making it very pleasant. I definitely want to use this service again next time.

There were us (my partner and I, along with our friends who are also a couple) and two other couples participating. I was the only Japanese participant (my husband and our friends are American). I wonder if Japanese people don’t participate much...

It seemed that we could have photos taken for an additional fee, but we weren’t informed about that service (we noticed it because the other couples were getting their photos taken). I had an underwater camera, so I was able to take some photos myself, but I would have liked to pay for professional photos.

The parasailing was very mild. I requested a dip, thinking it would be a light drop and a splash of water, but they really just slowly lowered us down, barely dipping our bottoms in the sea. I remember parasailing in Hawaii ten years ago being much more intense, but maybe it has changed or I’m just misremembering...

The service for the activity was neither good nor bad.

However, when I placed my underwater camera under the seat of the shuttle, it fell out of my bag and I left it behind. A few days later, when I contacted them and mentioned that I had no rental car on my return date, they kindly delivered it to my hotel. That was really helpful.

参加者はわたしたち（わたしたちカップルと友達カップル）と他に2組のカップルがいました。
日本人参加者はわたしだけ（夫と友達カップルもアメリカ人）でした。日本人はあまり参加しないのかしら・・・。

追加料金を支払うと写真を撮ってもらえるようでしたが、そのサービスの説明は私たちにはありませんでした（他のカップルが撮ってもらっていたので気づきました）。水中カメラをもっていたので自分でも写真を撮れましたが、わたしはお金を払って撮ってもらいたかったです。

パラセーリングは激しさ0でした。ディップを頼んだのですが、軽く落とされて水を浴びる感じかと思いましたが、本当にゆっくり下におろして、ちょんっとおしりを海につけるだけです。
10年前にハワイでパラセーリングをしたときはもっと激しかったと思いましたが、変わったのか思い違いをしてるのか・・・。

アクティビティのサービスには可もなく不可もなく。

ただ、水中カメラを送迎者の座席の下に荷物を置いた際に、カバンから出てしまい、置いてきてしまったのですが、数日後連絡し帰宅日でレンタカーもないと言うと、わざわざホテルまで届けてくれました。とても助かりました。

This is my second order. I am staying at the Hilton Grand Waikikian, but both times I was not able to have the car stop in front of the lobby. The driver's notes included what seemed to be an abbreviation for Hilton Rainbow Tower. When making the reservation, I provided the name of the hotel, but it seems meaningless... Does the driver not know? During check-in at the hotel, the front desk staff mentioned that normally, cars can stop in front of the lobby... The driver was actively pointing at the Rainbow Tower and gesturing for us to go there, so we pointed to the opposite side, indicating that we were over there. I wish the information could be communicated properly.

今回2回目のオーダーです。ヒルトン　グランドワイキキアンに宿泊なのですが、前回・今回ともロビー前に止めてもらえませんでした。
運転手の記載にはヒルトン　レインボータワーらしき略称アルファベットが記入されていました
申込の際に宿泊ホテル名を記入するのですが、意味がありません・・運転手は知らないのでしょうか・・
ホテルチェックインの際、フロントの人が言っていましたが、通常はロビー前に止めてもらえるのですが・・・
運転手は盛んにレインボータワーを指差し、行けと　ジェスチャーしていたので、私達はこちらだと反対側を指差しました
情報はキチント伝えて欲しいものです

There are few hotels that rotate, so it allows for efficient travel to the airport and saves time. The bus interior and seats are spacious, making it a comfortable shuttle service. The price is also very reasonable, and I definitely want to use it again next time.

回るホテル数が少ないので効率よく空港まで行けて時間の節約になります。
バスの車内もシートも広くて快適な送迎サービスです。価格も格安で次回も絶対に利用したいと思います。

It was my first lesson of surfing but it was great. Teachers was super positive and professional! I loved surfing from my first lesson, so I took another one few days later. Was amazing, I woud love to come back to Hawaii and practice more!

This time, I asked Mr. Roberts, who has been taking care of me on tours for a while, to pick me up. I was relieved that he was very punctual. Mr. Roberts has a lot of availability, so I felt comfortable using his service. The vehicle was clean, and I think it suits meticulous Japanese people well. I will use it again.

今回は以前からツアーなどでお世話になっていたロバーツさんにお迎えをお願いしました。
時間はとてもきっちりとされていたので安心しました。ロバーツさんは便数も多く、安心して利用することが出来ました。車体もきれいですし、きっちりしている日本人には向いていると思いました。また利用させていただきます。

My friend, who was supposed to take a taxi to the hotel after arriving in Hawaii, got lost at the airport... I found my friend safely, and when I explained the situation to the staff at Roberts, they quickly arranged for an additional person. They were very kind and it was a great help. Thank you very much.

空港で先にハワイについてタクシーでホテルに向かうはずだった友だちが空港で迷子になっていて。。。
無事に友だちを見つけて、ロバーツのスタッフの方に事情を話すと１人追加の手配をすぐにしてくれました。

I went to Hawaii with a large group, but due to work circumstances, we gathered and dispersed locally. I arranged for Roberts Hawaii for my friend who was returning alone. We all sent her off in a grand manner, and she was happy that she could go to the airport with peace of mind.

大人数でハワイに行ったのですが、仕事の都合で現地集合、現地解散でした。
一人で帰る友人に安心のロバーツでお願いしました。
みんなで盛大に見送り、彼女は安心して空港まで行けたと喜んでいました。

I have been taken care of by Mr. Roberts in various situations. The pickup time was almost as scheduled, which is great! I will continue to use your services in the future.

Viewing Waikiki and Diamond Head from a different angle, the ever-changing colors of the ocean—everything was just the best scenery! The ride was quite bumpy, and while it was fun at first, I started to feel a bit nauseous… I think a shorter duration would be better, but I enjoyed it at a reasonable price, so it was worth it.

いつもと違う角度から見るワイキキ、ダイアモンドヘッド、どんどん変わっていく海の色、とにかく最高の景色でした！途中揺れが凄くて、初めはそれも楽しかったのですが…少し気持ちが悪くなりました…。もう少し短い時間でもいいかなと思いますが、お手頃な値段で楽しめたのでよかったです。

I chose Roberts Hawaii's shuttle for my evening arrival on a flight from Guam to Honolulu. For the 6:30 PM arrival, the group exit was closed, and everyone was directed to the individual exit.

Once I passed through the exit, a staff member in a green uniform from Roberts was waiting right there, and I was able to board the shuttle smoothly. It was helpful to have a company that operates 24 hours.

グアムからホノルル着の便のため、夕方到着に対応してる、ロバーツさんのシャトルを選択しました。18：30着の場合、団体出口は封鎖されていて、全員が個人出口から出される形でした。
出口を通過したら、すぐにロバーツさんのグリーンの制服を着た係りの人が待機していて、スムーズにシャトルに乗ることができました。24時間対応の会社があって助かりました。

Since it was my first time using it, I was a bit worried, but everything went smoothly and on time without any issues. I definitely want to use it again next time.

初めての利用でしたので少し心配でしたが、時間通りで全く何の問題もありませんでした。
次回も是非利用したいです。

It was my first time parasailing. I participated in the 90m option, and the weather was great with calm waves, so it felt really nice. While we were up in the air, it was quiet and steady, so I was able to have a conversation with my wife without any issues. I had my smartphone with me and took videos from above, which turned out clear and steady. The photos taken by the staff from the boat were also very well done, so I was satisfied.

初めてのパラセイルでした。90mの参加でしたが、天気も良くて波も穏やかだったためとても気持ちよかったです。
パラセイルで上がっている時は、何も揺れなくて静かだったので隣の妻とも問題なく会話できました。スマホを持っていたので、上からの動画を取りましたが、ぶれずにきれいに撮影できましたし、スタッフがボートから写真撮影した写真はとても上手く撮れていたので、満足です。

I'd been wanting to do this the last two times i have visited Hawaii but had never gotten around to it... probably too many Mai Tai's! I'm so glad i managed to tear myself away from the local bars to give this a go this time. HHSS were great, the instructors were all really good even though 2 or 3 were clearly on their first day. I managed to catch a few waves and may have caught the surfing bug as well! Highly recommended!

We participated in parasailing with our family of seven during our honeymoon. It was stated that the activity is done in pairs, so since we had an odd number, we decided to book for eight people, thinking one person could fly twice. However, it seemed they thought we were canceling, and they prepared a setup for three people, allowing each of us to fly only once. If they had a setup for three people, we would have booked for seven from the start... In the end, since I couldn't communicate well due to the language barrier, I gave up on trying to explain. That was the only disappointing part.

They took photos while we were parasailing, which can be purchased for $30 per group. The small boat made me quite seasick, but while flying in the air, it was very stable and felt great.

新婚旅行で私達夫婦とお互いの家族の7人で参加しました。
パラセーリングは2人組みでやると書いてあったので、私たちは奇数人数のためどうしようかと悩んだ結果８人で予約、1人二回飛べば良いと思って予約しました。
しかし、キャンセルだと思われたのか３人用のものを用意され1人1回ずつしか飛べませんでした。
３人用があるなら初めから７人で予約したのに…
結局英語が話せないのでうまく伝えられず仕方ないと諦めました。
そこだけ残念なところでした。

パラセーリングを飛んでいるところは写真を撮ってくれて1グループ30ドルで購入できます。
小型の船で行くのでかなり酔いましたが、空を飛んでいるあいだはとても安定していて気持ち良かったです。

I saw 3 and one came up to the surface beside me! Very cool. Unfortunately there wasn't much else to see, some fish. Stay near the guides in the water as they know where turtles hang out. Crew was outstanding! Catamaran ride was fun!

All i can say is that me and my husband was thoroughly entertained. The food the service was second to none awesome show. I wouldn't hesitate to see it again.

Great to have a ride there and back to our hotel and water provided. Way too much time left in the park though. Our entire group was done the hike in about an hour and had to wait another hour and a half for him to return.

I was comfortably transported in a spacious car with roomy seats. Fortunately, I didn't have to stop at three hotels, so the travel time was short, and I arrived at the hotel quickly. I definitely want to use this service again next time.

かかる時間も短くて早くホテルに到着出来ました。

The scenery was absolutely beautiful. I was unsure whether to choose 120m or 150m, but it was the right decision to go with 150m. However, the day I had planned was canceled due to strong winds, and I received no notification. I found out about the cancellation only after arriving on-site. Since I had registered my phone number and email address, I would have appreciated a prior notification. Other than that, they made the changes quickly, and parasailing itself was a lot of fun.

ものすごく景色がきれいだった。
120ｍか150ｍで迷ったが、150ｍにして正解だった。
ただ、予定していた日は風が強く中止になっていたが、何の連絡もなく、
現地に行ってみて中止を知らされた。電話番号にメールアドレスまで
登録しているのだから事前に連絡が欲しかった。
それ以外は、変更はすぐしてくれたしパラセイリング自体はとても楽しかった。

The performances of Elvis Presley, Celine Dion, and Michael Jackson impersonators were impressive, especially Celine Dion's, who sang so well that it was hard to believe she was an impersonator. The Hawaiian dance was also great. The food was just okay.

本格的な舞台でエルビスプレスリー、セリーヌディオン、マイケルジャクソンのそっくりさんの歌（セリーヌディオンのそっくりさんの歌はそっくりさんとは思えないほどうまかったですね）や踊り、そしてハワイアンの踊り、良かったですね。食事はまあまあかな。

From the hotel in Honolulu to the airport. It's okay in terms of being affordable and convenient. However, I wonder why there is still a sense of something lacking for Japanese people.

ホノルルのホテルから空港へ。安くて利用しやすい点でOK。しかし、日本人には何か少し物足りなさが残るのはなぜでしょう。

Arrived in Honolulu on a domestic flight from Kona, Hawaii. Someone greeted us at the baggage claim area. We boarded with another group and safely arrived at the hotel, but there wasn't anything particularly impressive about the experience. Maybe next time, a taxi would be better.

ハワイ島コナからの国内線でホノルルに到着。荷物受取り場所で声をかけてくれました。私たちともうひと組が乗車、無事ホテルに到着しましたが、特に感動することもなく、次回はタクシーのほうがいいのかな。

We participated as a group of six! Since there were middle school kids with us, I thought they might be scared, so we chose the 45m option. However, after seeing the others on the much higher course, we felt like ours was low and we wanted to jump higher! It was so much fun! We wanted to capture the moment in photos, so we had two companions who didn't jump join us on the boat. We wore swimsuits, but since you basically don't fall, it wasn't really necessary. They also take photos for $30 and give you a memory card at the end. At that time, we could only pay with a card!

みんなで6人ンで参加しました！！中学生の子供たちもいたので怖がるかなと思い45ｍにしましたが、一緒に船に乗った方がすごく高いコースでそれ見た後の自分たちは低くてもっと飛びたかった～！！っていうくらい楽しかったです＾＾写真にも残したかったので飛ばない付き添いも2人船に乗らさせてもらいました。水着着てきましたが、基本落ちないのでまあいらないかな
向こうの方も30ドルで写真撮ってくれてメモリカードを最後にくれます。そのときはカード支払いしかできなかったです！！

It feels like you're floating as you rise higher and higher, and when you reach 150 meters, the people on the boat look like tiny dots. Once you're up there, it feels like you're just floating, and it's not scary at all—it's a very satisfying attraction.

ふわりと浮く感じでどんどん上昇して行って、150mまでいくとボートにいる人が点に見えるくらいに上昇します。一度上がってしまうと浮いているようで全く怖くなく、大満足できるアトラクションです。

This is my third time paragliding, and I'm a repeat customer. Every time, I enjoy flying so much. The instructions are mainly in English, but they provide a Japanese instruction manual. They entertained me with some broken Japanese. If I have the opportunity to go again next time, I will definitely participate!

3回目のパラセイリングで、リピーターです。
毎回気持ちよく飛んでいます。
説明は主に英語ですが、日本語の説明書があり渡してくれます。片言の日本語で楽しませてくれました～
また次回行く機会があれば参加しまーす。

The waves are small, but even without much paddling strength, you can ride them if you time your push on the board well, so anyone can catch a wave. If I could wish for anything, it would be to ride slightly bigger waves so that it wouldn't get boring until the end.

In the end, everyone was able to stand up and strike a pose with smiles.

Anyway, paddling is tough... At the end, I was able to purchase a CDR of the practice footage taken from the beach for $30.

Overall, I am satisfied.

小さい波ですが、パドルの力が無くてもタイミング良くボードを押してもらえるので誰でも波に乗ることが出来ます
欲を言えばもう少しだけ大きい波に乗れると最後まで飽きなくていいなーと思いますが

みんな最後には立てるようになり、笑顔でポーズを決めていました

This was just perfect for me and aside from the strong winds causing the visitor center to be closed , I was very happy I took the self guided tour and yet had the informative drive up to the drop off location with the added pointers, water and walking stick (it did come in handy but I could've done without it). It was a good value and our driver Romero , was great!

Since it was our honeymoon, we opted for a VIP dinner. We were first taken to the bar where we enjoyed cocktails, and then we moved to the dining area for dinner. The food was decent... The show felt like a fusion of a Polynesian show and impersonations. It seemed great for those who like Elvis Presley, Celine Dion, and Michael Jackson, but my husband didn't quite understand it and wished they would incorporate more from younger generations. I could barely recognize some of it, but it did feel a bit outdated if you didn't know.

ハネムーンという事で、VIPディナーにしました。初めにバーに通されてカクテル等を頂いた後、会場に移りディナーを頂きました。
お料理は、そこそこかな…。
ショーはポリネシアンショーとものまねの融合といった感じです。エルビスプレスリーやセリーヌディオン、マイケルジャクソンが好きな人や世代の方にはとても良さそうでしたが、主人はよく分からなかったようでもう少し若い世代の人のも取り入れて欲しいなと愚痴をこぼしておりました。確かに、かろうじて私は分かりましたが分からないと少し古いような感じもしました。

I never thought I would go parasailing but I can honestly tell you that these guys were amazing and I felt very safe the whole time. My sister and I had an awesome time!!
