We had an awesome time parasailing. Aside from the grumpy front desk lady, we had an awesome time with the other staff members who helped us during our parasailing adventure!

Parasailing was amazing! We were a party of 8 including my 7 year old grandson. The experience was perfect for our family and our captain adjusted the ride appropriately for each group of our riders (some were gently dipped and others had a more thrilling experience). It was obvious our captain and crew knew what they were experienced. I recommend getting the pictures. We would definitely do again

Trip was great! The crew was very friendly and answered our random questions. I loved getting to sail for the majority of the time that we were on the water, and getting a view of Waikiki & Diamond Head from the water! We had a great view of sunset as well, and planes taking off from HNL. It was BYOB, but they also had drinks for sale on the boat ($5/drink or $20 bottomless). The boat had a decent number of passengers, but I don’t think it was sold out, so it didn’t feel too crowded. The attached photo is of the boat before we boarded and left the marina.

This sunset cruise was nearly perfect! My family and I were able to book our experience in the same week we took the cruise, I felt it was priced quite fairly and the process was very easy. The website's description was very helpful and I appreciated having the option to purchase dinner if I so wanted to. I did not buy the dinner package but the other guests who did seemed quite happy with their meals, though there weren't tables to place your food on. If you do choose to get the dinner, eat it before you get out to the open waters as you and your food can get pretty wet from ocean spray depending on where you sit. If you don't want to get wet there's plenty of seats that stay dry, though the catamaran can fill with many guests so arrive early if you want the best seating options. Overall, my family and I loved our experience, my mother was a bit worried as the crew didn't discuss emergency protocol but I never felt like this was a concern. The 90 minute trip had excellent views, wasn't too rocky, and I liked being able to bring my own drinks or purchasing drinks from the crew. I would highly recommend this activity to couples, families with older children, or friend groups. If I ever return to Oahu I would thoroughly like to do this again!

Even as a solo participant, the staff were kind and I had fun as a beginner. Those who are new to surfing can join with peace of mind. I will visit again when I go to Hawaii!

Great time on the catamaran, staff was super accommodating. We went as a non-drinking family and it was very nice. There was even a proposal on the boat while we were there. Mixed crowd there was some Shorts and t-shirt and a also people were dressed up.

Scared of heights but this is why i wanted to do it. The experience was fun and the view was breathtaking. Best part was getting dunked

This was an amazing experience! My husband and I went up with our 7 y/o daughter and she loved it! Would highly recommend trying it out! The guides were awesome s d helpful!

This was my family’s first time in Hawaii and first time parasailing. Let me first say how the booking experience was amazing. The day of our parasail adventure we checked in at the booth. The young lady working that morning was so helpful and had great customer service. When I checked in she explained the 2 pieces of paperwork each adult had to sign. Her phone rang handled her business with the customer on the phone and then apologized and thanked me for being patient. Next she explained everything we needed to know, where we needed to wait etc. Check in process smooth and straight to the point. Then our boat arrives I forgot the young mans name but he was so awesome. Captain Mac I believe his name was, was also amazing. What to expect was clearly explained, directions clearly explained and a sense of humor made our first time parasailing all worth it. Definitely a memory that will not be forgotten. Book with Xtreme an experience you won’t forget !!!!

Got to parasail 850ft in the air. Funny crew that will help you relax and enjoy the experience to the fullest. If you are lucky, they will dip you into the ocean with your permission.

It was our first time doing this and it was amazing and the crew was awesome.. wished it could have been longer . The view was breathtaking while up in the air.

The entire experience was wonderful but the crew really added to the fun. If you get a chance do this activity. I apologize that I cannot remember the names of the crew.

The actual tour was beautiful ! The company should be more accurate with boarding time so that customers aren’t waiting around for 45 minutes plus. Other than that I highly recommend, great crew, great service.

My teenage boys had nothing but good to say about this group! They had a enjoyable and memorable experience! They talked and laughed about it for hours! Don’t forget to buy the pictures they do an amazing job! My husband and I let the boys go on their own and they loved every minute of it!

Our experience was ok..we were greeted by a cranky woman at the desk she mentioned our boat would arrive soon, our reservation was for 11am and we didn't end up boarding the boat until approximately 11:20. The crew on the boat was rude, we brought our gopro to film and it was about to die so we politely asked if we could go next so we could get footage of us in the air..they made a big deal of it and told us no even though the people who were up "next" didnt mind. I will say parasailing experience was a lot of fun! Just beware they ask you if you want to be dipped into the water, the couple before us stated they DID NOT want to be dipped but the crew said to us that they have a "special dip" for people who say no and proceeded to dip them into the water multiple times.

I loved the crew and the whole vibe the Cruise offered!! We had beautiful music playing and the sunset was gorgeous! If you’re looking for one of the best evenings you’ll have in Oahu, book this cruise without any reservations. It was easy to find. There’s a direct bus that goes from the Waikiki area and lands you on the basin where you’ll find your catamaran docked! Do it!

After a 20 minute walk in the sun, we arrived just in time to board and were told it was cancelled. They did a refund but we were disappointed especially since everything else is booked weeks ahead of time.
