We had a great experience. Joshua communicated well. We needed to make a last minute venue change, due to the weather. Everything worked out perfectly!

Joshua was great at setting up everything and communicating. The charcuterie plate was good too. We had a lot of fun during the photoshoot. I only wish we had access to all the photos taken (we only received a selection of them).

Lots to see and taste, really good evening of Hawaiian culture!

Our favorite way to end of trip in Hawaii is at Mauka Luau, I love the new location!

The dancers and team are so talented, what an amazing show they pull off!

My kids loved all the pre-show fun they have included, and the food was actually pretty stinking good!

Originally, I had a reservation for a different SUP yoga class, but it was canceled three days prior due to reasons from the organizers. I decided on this SUP yoga class, which was in English. The instructor was a muscular adult male. There were only Japanese participants, just us, but that might have been nice in a way because it allowed us to feel the Hawaiian vibe. In a good way, they left us alone, so as someone who tends to get nervous, I was able to experience it in my own way.

本来は別のsupヨガを予約済みでしたが、３日前に急遽催行側の理由によりキャンセルされ、英語でしたがこちらのsupヨガに決めました。
インストラクターさんはムキムキな大人の男性でした。英語が飛び交い、日本人は私たちだけでしたがそれはそれでハワイを感じられて良かったかもしれません。いい意味でほっといてくれたので、緊張しがちな私は好きなように体験できました。

There was a captain who could speak Japanese, and he made the conversation very entertaining with jokes. I was very satisfied because we could see not only dolphins but also whales and turtles! The lunch was a buffet style and very delicious. The snorkeling was the same as in Japan!

日本語話せるキャプテン（船長さん）がいて、ジョークを交えて話してくれるのでとても面白かった。イルカだけでなく、クジラやカメも見ることができて大満足でした！
ランチもバイキング形式でとてもおいしかった。シュノーケルは日本と同じです！

The meeting place was easy to find, and they provided mats, so I thought, "Let's enjoy the view of the ocean!" But then there was strong wind and a downpour ☂️. We ended up doing yoga under a big tree. However, the freedom and the comfort of the grass gave an indescribable sense of liberation. The shade of the tree, the blue sky, and the chirping of the birds were just perfect!

The instructor mixed English and Japanese, making it very easy to understand. I enjoyed the experience in a friendly atmosphere with locals and regulars. The final massage was also amazing. My daughter, who wasn't used to yoga, felt completely refreshed and was very satisfied. I'm really glad I participated in yoga in Hawaii, which I've always dreamed of. It was so healing. I will definitely join again when I go to Hawaii!

大きな木の下に移動してのヨガでした。
でも、その自由さと、芝生の心地よさが何とも言えない解放感。
そして、木陰と、青空と、鳥のさえずり。最高です！
先生は英語と日本語を交えてくれますのでとても分かりやすいです。
地元の方、常連の方も交えフレンドリーな雰囲気の中満喫できました。
最後のマッサージも最高。
娘は、ヨガに慣れていなかったのですが
整った！と大満足でした。
憧れのハワイでのヨガ参加して本当によかったです。癒されました。
また、ハワイに行く時は絶対参加します。

The fireworks and dinner created wonderful memories. I was expecting a course meal with each dish served separately, but aside from the salad and dessert, everything was served on one plate, which was disappointing. When the dessert was served, coffee and tea cups were prepared, but they were served to the table next to us. Unfortunately, due to time constraints, they never made it to us before the disembarkation time, which was a letdown.

花火にディナー良い思い出となりました。
料理は一品ずつコースを期待していましたが、サラダとデザート以外、ワンプレートでがっかりしました。デザート提供時に、コーヒー紅茶のカップは用意されていたが隣までサーブされて来たのですが、時間の関係なのか私達まで周ってこないで下船時刻となり終了したのが残念でした。

Had an amazing massage with a combination of styles! It was exactly what I needed after a long flight. The ladies did a great job in relieving my back pain. Loved it!

I usually do yoga indoors, so doing yoga while looking at the ocean and sky in Hawaii was very liberating. There were many locals, but everyone was very kind, and I had a great time. I would like to participate again.

普段は室内でのヨガをやっているので、ハワイの海や空をみながらのヨガはとても解放的でした。地元の方が多かったですが、みなさんとても親切でとても楽しめました。また参加したいです。

I was late to the meeting place on the day, but the staff was kind and attentive even though I joined midway! The yoga under the shade of the trees was comfortable, as the heat and sunlight from the beach weren't too strong, allowing me to relax and enjoy it! It was reassuring to have a Japanese instructor ♡ I was very happy that they took many photos and videos!

当日集合場所に遅れてしまいましたが、途中参加でも親切、丁寧でした！木陰でのヨガはビーチの暑さや日差しも強くなく安心して落ち着いて行えました！
日本人の先生で安心♡写真や動画もたくさん撮って頂きとても嬉しかったです！

The night view of Waikiki and the New Year's fireworks were truly beautiful and moving. The number of people (about 50) was just right, and we could see the scenery from all 360 degrees without any obstruction from crowds, which was great. On the boat, there were nine members of my family and just one person participating alone; the rest were all foreigners. The atmosphere on the boat was lively, with music playing loudly and everyone dancing, making it incredibly fun!

ワイキキの夜景＆ニューイヤー花火が本当にキレイで感動しました。
人数（50人くらい）もちょうど良く、360°景色が見え、人が多くて観れないことがなかったので良かった。
乗船している日本人が私達家族9人、1人で参加されている方くらいで、後は外国人の方ばかりで、船上で音楽をガンガンかけながら皆が踊るノリがよくてメチャ楽しかったです！

The amount of food is sufficient, and you can enjoy the dance show up close. They also provide goods to enjoy the countdown. For wheelchair users, they offer barrier-free guidance. You can watch the fireworks from the rooftop deck. If you don't go to the deck early, it might be difficult to find a good viewing spot.

If the wind is strong, they will put up a vinyl shield, making it hard to see the night view outside. Additionally, you will often be seated with other groups. Since there is a possibility of sharing a table with other Japanese guests, if you're expecting an overseas experience, you might be disappointed.

　食事の量も十分、ダンスショーも間近で見られる、カウントダウンを楽しむグッズも用意してくれている。車椅子の利用者でも、バリアフリーで案内してくれます。花火も屋上デッキで見られます。早めにデッキに行かないと、よく見られる場所は難しいかも。
　風が強いとビニールシールドをかけられてしまうので、外の夜景が見えにくくなってしまいます。また、座席は他のグループの相席になることが多いです。他の日本の方との相席の可能性があるので、海外体験！！を期待しているとガッカリしちゃうかもしれません。

Kevin and Sabrina took really good care of us. The boat was clean, explanations/safety rules were well covered, and everything was catered to how we wanted our ride to go! Whale watching together with our friends was such a precious experience and we would recommend it for everyone. They even gave us local recommendations for restaurants and more whale watching locations. We highly recommend it! (And by we, I mean party of 9 girls to celebrate our bride to be!)

Ken-san has the appearance of a foreigner, but his fluent Japanese and ability to communicate made it very reassuring for our family, who cannot speak English, to enjoy the tour in this foreign land. While it's comforting to have someone who looks Japanese working in Hawaii, this is still Hawaii. Ken-san's tour was fantastic. He included little quizzes and interesting tidbits throughout, so we learned a lot as well. I would love to have his assistance again!

けんさん、見た目は外国の方。だけど、日本語が流暢で、話が通じるというのは、異国の地で英語が話せない一家にはとても安心してツアーを楽しむことができました。見た目が日本人で、ハワイで働かれている方も安心しますが、やはりここはハワイ。けんさんのツアー最高でした。ちょこちょこためになるクイズやうんちくも挟んでくださるので、学びもいっぱい。またお世話になりたいです！

It was stated that there would be staff available who could speak Japanese, but after the initial greeting, everything was in English. There were no staff members who understood Japanese.

日本語対応可能スタッフがいると記載があったが、最初の挨拶以降は全て英語。日本語がわかるスタッフはいませんでした。

Great evening with my Husband. Food and entertainment was awesome. I normally don't do well on boats, but this was a nice smooth ride, stayed focused on my husband all evening and made it through.

Under the blue sky, I was able to experience the best SUP yoga with very little wave action. I was able to do various poses, but I ended up falling during the final tree pose 💦. The meeting place was hard to find, and I got lost, but I had a great time and I'm glad I participated.

青空の下、波も余りなく最高のsupヨガを体験できました。色々なポーズができたけれど、最後の立木のポーズではジャポンしてしまった💦
集合場所がわかりにくく迷いましたが、

New Year's Eve cruising is quite a unique experience, and at midnight, you can enjoy fireworks from the ship.

The meals, including the main steak and lobster, were delicious as well.

年越しのクルージングはなかなか体験できないもので、0:00になったら船からは花火を見ることもできます。

食事もメインのステーキとロブスターも美味しくいただきました。

The cocktail party is held on the 2nd floor of Halekulani, but it lacks excitement; the dance party on the 1st floor is better. It's a waste of money.

カクテルパーティーはハレクラニの2Fに案内されますが盛り上がりも欠け1Fのダンスパーティーの方が良いです
お金の無駄です

We had a large group in town for a sort time over NYE and this ticked all our boxes. The crew were great fun and made us all feel very welcomed.

There were too few staff members for the number of guests. The service was very poor. First, when I ordered an additional wine, they took my credit card and didn't return with either the wine or the card for about 20 minutes. When I went to ask about it, I found out that the wine had gone to another table. Furthermore, they said it was sold out, so they handed me two other bottles of wine instead.

Including us, the food service for the surrounding tables was very slow, and even at 11 PM, the main dishes of lobster and steak had not arrived. Some people didn't even receive their drinks. Since our drinks hadn't come, we had to go get them ourselves. I was starting to think we would welcome the New Year without eating the main course, but finally, around 11:30 PM, the main dishes arrived.

After the fireworks, they served dessert and coffee, but it varied by table. The enjoyment was halved. It was very disappointing.

サービスがとても悪かった。
まずは、追加のワインを頼んだら、クレジットカードを持って行ったまま、ワインもカードも20分ほど帰って来なくて、聞きに行ったら、そのワインは他の人のところへ行っていた。
更に、売り切れたので、同じ物がないからと他のワインを2本渡された。
私たちを含め、周りのテーブルの料理の提供がとても遅く、23時になってもメインのオマールエビとステーキが来なかった。サービスのドリンクも来ない人がいた。我が家はドリンクが来ないから、こちらから、取りに行った。
このままメインを食べずに新年を迎えるのかとも思ったくらい、23時半ごろようやくメインが来た。
花火の後で、デザートとコーヒーの提供。
テーブルによって違っていた。楽しさは、半減。とても残念だった。

Since I participated in the party, I realized that being lively isn't really my nature. If you enjoy a bustling atmosphere, this might be great for you. I think it's especially recommended for those attending in larger groups.

⚫︎ Pickup
It was very smooth. The return was also easy to understand.

⚫︎ Seating
We participated as a pair but were seated at a table for eight. Perhaps out of consideration, we were guided to a table where only Japanese people were seated. There are also two-person tables, so if you arrive early, you might be able to get a two-person table.

⚫︎ About the servers
Everyone working on the ship was kind. However, there were some issues, such as the bread that was already placed on other tables not being prepared for ours (even when we asked, it took a while to be provided), and there was quite a difference in the speed of food service. I felt there might not have been enough servers for the number of participants. The servers had a considerable workload, so it seems that either there were too few servers or too many passengers for the service to keep up.

⚫︎ About the food
We were served one drink, salad, lobster and steak, and dessert. The lobster and steak were quite delicious! The meat was tender! The dessert was just okay, I would say. However, as mentioned earlier, there was a significant difference in the speed of food service at our table, with some people finishing their main course while others had not yet received theirs. The post-meal drinks did not arrive in time and were not served before disembarking.

⚫︎ About the show
It was wonderful to see various ethnic dances!! I have great respect for the performers.

⚫︎ About the countdown
Everyone gets up from their seats when the fireworks go off. I was a bit worried about tipping over since everyone gathers on one side. The fireworks were beautiful, and it was great to see the passengers getting excited at the moment of "Happy New Year." The fireworks might look bigger from Waikiki Beach.

⚫︎ About tips
I might not have researched enough, but I didn't know when to give a tip, so I didn't.

⚫︎ Other
There is a service that takes photos. The photos are quite nice and are sold on board for $32 (the staff comes around to sell them). Payment is by credit card only.

柄にもなくパーティーに参加したため、やはりワイワイするのは性分じゃないなと感じました。
賑やかなのが好きな方は良いかと。大人数で参加する場合はよりおすすめだと思います。

⚫︎ピックアップについて
非常にスムーズです。帰りも分かりやすかったです。

⚫︎座席について
2人で参加しましたが、8人がけのテーブルに相席でした。気を利かせてか、日本人だけが座るテーブルに案内してくれました。
2人席もあるため、早めに入れれば2人席に案内してもらえたのかなと思います。

⚫︎サーバーさんについて
船内で働く人は皆親切でした。しかし、他のテーブルには最初から置かれているパンが自分たちのテーブルには用意されていなかったり（声をかけてもなかなか提供されなかった）、料理の提供スピードにかなり差があったりと、参加者に見合った人数のサーバーがいないのかなと感じました。
サーバーの皆様はかなりの仕事量であったため、それでもサービスが追いついていないのはサーバーの数が少ないか乗客が多すぎるかのどちらかではないでしょうか。

⚫︎料理について
ドリンク一杯、サラダ、ロブスターとステーキ、デザートが提供されました。
ロブスターとステーキは結構美味しかったです！お肉が柔らかかった！デザートは普通に美味しいかな、という感じでした。
ただ、先程記載した通り、同テーブル内で料理の提供スピードにかなり差があり、メインを食べ終わっている人もいるなか、メインが提供されていない人もいる、という状況でした。
食後のドリンクは間に合わず、下船までに提供されませんでした。

⚫︎ショーについて
様々な民族のダンスを見ることができてとても良かったです！！パフォーマーの方に敬意を表します。

⚫︎カウントダウンについて
花火が上がるタイミングでみんなが席を立ちます。片側に集まるため転覆しないか少し心配になりました。
花火は綺麗に見えましたし、何よりハッピーニューイヤーのタイミングで乗客の方々が盛り上がっているのが良かったです。
花火はワイキキビーチで見る方が大きく見えるかな。

⚫︎チップについて
調べ不足かもしれませんが、渡すタイミングが分からなかったため、渡していません。

⚫︎その他
写真を撮影してくれるサービスがあります。写真は立派なもので、32ドルで船内での販売があります（スタッフが席を回って販売にきます）。お支払いはクレジットカードのみです。

I was able to welcome the New Year with the best Countdown at an affordable price. We departed from Kawehewehe and disembarked in front of the OUTRIGGER Leaf on the way back. It felt like it was quite popular and full (around 48 people?), but it wasn't cramped at all, and we enjoyed a comfortable cruise while fully enjoying the fireworks. I highly recommend it!

The view of fireworks was great however there was no NYE vibe on the boat. Crew could have make the environment more engaging and fun. No count down, no happy new year announcement. complete silence as if we didn't check our watches we didn't even know its the time. I wouldn't recommend them for NYE.

We had a great experience onboard. Adrian and Kyle alongwith the other crew onboard kept everything neat, clean and very organized. They kept the party active and stopped the boat exactly at a spot where we could see the fireworks 🎆. I would highly recommend people to seriously consider this catamaran experience for their year end celebration.

I couldn't speak any English at all, but everyone was very kind to me. Watching the fireworks from the boat was a great experience.

Ken's stories were really interesting, and he gave us various recommendations, allowing us to make the most of our limited time! The quiz on the bus was a lot of fun! Be sure to look for Dewazakura!
