This is the second time I go in this tour, since the first time was awesome!
This time the tour was delayed due to staffing issues: we didn’t have a captain and no one to take photos. The remaining of the tour was great once we got going, however the tour was cut short by 30 mins due to the initial delay, for 3 hours instead of 3.5 hours was described.

Three of our granddaughters became mermaids for the afternoon. The lived picking their Mermaid tails. The shoot shoot was fantastic we have so many great shots. Jennie was a wonderful instructor of all things Mermaid. Our granddaughters were thrilled!

Amid various anxieties about traveling abroad, the moment I got on and started talking, I was enveloped in a wonderful sense of relief. The gentle way of speaking draws you into a world that cannot be expressed in words. The ride in the Lincoln was also fantastic. Thank you very much.

Dinner was delicious with a good variety of Hawaiian favorite dishes. We had rear seating, but still had a clear view of the stage and all the action!

The performers at Mauka were truly amazing—especially the thrilling fire knife finale!!

The sunset at Ala Moana was wonderful. The weather was perfect, and I had a valuable experience. It was neither too hot nor too cold, and I enjoyed a pleasant breeze.

Seeing dolphins swim alongside the boat was such a magical moment, and snorkeling in those clear waters is so unforgettable!!!

The show was spectacular! The dancers were powerful, the storytelling was rich, and the fire knife performance was jaw-dropping.

We did the Royal Package with front row seating, and it was worth every penny. From the moment we arrived through the end of the show, the energy was amazing

I chartered a vehicle to make travel easier for my elderly parents. My mother, who has difficulty walking, was comfortable getting in and out of the car. We had a fulfilling and enjoyable day as we were taken to places and shops that regular tours don’t visit! I had been to Hawaii many times before, but it was my first time seeing a sea turtle, which was truly moving. The power spot I wanted to visit was closed, so we couldn’t stop there, but we were taken to another power spot where I was able to recharge my energy. Thank you very much!

高齢の両親のため、なるべく移動を楽にするためチャーターしました。足が悪い母も乗り降りがしやすい車で快適でした。普通のツアーでは立ち寄らない場所やお店に連れて行ってもらい充実した楽しい1日になりました！ハワイは何度も行ったことがあったのですが初めてウミガメを見ることができ感動でした。行きたかったパワースポットは閉鎖されており立ち寄れませんでしたが、別のパワースポットに連れて行って下さりエネルギーをチャージすることができました。ありがとうございました！

We booked a private Honolulu Sunset Cruise to celebrate my mom's birthday, and we all had a wonderful time. The crew was professional courteous and allowed everyone to enjoy the cruise. The next time we are in Honolulu, we will definitely book this cruise again!

We really enjoyed the setup and the music after was great.

First of all, Mason Captain's Japanese is incredibly good! I was surprised at how well he speaks, to the point where I thought he might be better than some Japanese people, as he learned it by ear.

We were the only Japanese people there, but he provided translations for all the announcements without slowing down the tempo, keeping everyone engaged. He is truly amazing.

The clientele was also great; there were elderly gentlemen and ladies who surprised me by snorkeling down to about 5 meters deep. Additionally, they opened the restrooms that were only for park members for us when we urgently needed them, which was very kind of them.

Before COVID, it seems that about 30-40% of the guests were Japanese, but after COVID, it appears that hardly any Japanese people have returned. However, even for those who are not good at English, there is really no trouble at all, and the food was delicious. It was the best activity, so I really hope everyone gets to experience it!

まず、メイソンキャプテンの日本語がめちゃくちゃ上手い！
耳で覚えたとのことですが、日本人より上手いんじゃないか、ってくらいのレベルでびっくりしちゃいました。

日本人は僕らだけでしたが、全部のアナウンスに和訳も添えてくれて、なのにテンポ落とさずに全員を盛り上げていて、本当にすごい人です。

客層も良く、高齢の殿方とご婦人もいらっしゃいましたが皆さんシュノーケルで5mくらいある底まで潜っていらっしゃったりしてびっくりしました。
あとパークメンバーオンリーのお手洗いを急を要していた我々のために開けてくれたりして、素敵な方々でした。

コロナ前までは3-4割は日本人のお客さんだったそうですが、アフターコロナはほとんど日本人が戻ってきてないそうです。
ただ、英語苦手な方でも本当に全く困らないし、ご飯も美味しくて最高のアクティビティだったので、是非みんな行ってみて欲しいです！

息子の初めて入る海！妻の初めての海外旅行！妻のご両親と一緒に初めての宿泊&40年ぶりのハワイ旅行！全てが楽しくなった1日でした！またハワイ旅行の時はツアーに参加したいと思ってます！

The atmosphere was full of aloha spirit, with performers who you can tell take so much pride in sharing the history.

I was torn between renting a car, taking a taxi, or chartering a vehicle, but considering the information about the carriage that allows you to see sea turtles, the left-hand drive, and having a 2-year-old child, I decided to go with the charter this time.

It was comfortable and smooth, and I was guided to a spot where I could see many sea turtles swimming up close. The little tidbits about Hawaii during the trip were also helpful, and I would like to request this service again next time.

レンタカーかタクシーかでチャーターかで悩みましたが、ウミガメを見れる馬車の情報や左ハンドル、2歳の子供もいるということもあり今回はチャーターにしました。

快適にスムーズに回れましてし、ウミガメが見れる場所にも案内頂き沢山の近くで泳いでるウミガメを見ることができました。
移動中のハワイの小ネタなども参考になり、また次回もお願いしたいと思います。

I was grateful that they had laid out yoga mats and were waiting in an easy-to-find spot. Doing beach yoga in the shade of trees was a wonderful opportunity that I can't often experience in Japan!

This show blew me away from the staff to the dancers it was absolutely a top notch show and would go again. I recommend this show to anyone it was absolutely amazing!

I was able to visit all the places I wanted to go. Our guide, Ken, was fantastic and taught us a lot about Hawaii. I can't write everything here, but he also shared some hidden gems with us. Hawaii isn't a place I can visit often, but when I do go again, I will definitely reach out for help.

全ての行きたい所に行けました。ガイドのKENさんも、色々ハワイの事を教えて頂き、サイコーでした。ここには書けませんが、穴場なども教えて頂きました。ハワイには、なかなか行ける場所ではないですが、行く時は、是非またお願いいたします。

On the first day, which I was very anxious about, I used the airport transfer service and headed to the meeting point. When I found the car and greeted the driver, KEN, who spoke fluent Japanese, welcomed me with a smile. After I communicated all the places I wanted to visit, he suggested an efficient order considering the store opening times. During the ride, he taught me various things about Hawaii, which was both educational and enjoyable. He also introduced me to many delicious local restaurants that tourists typically don't go to. The hamburger place he recommended was truly delicious. I was very glad to use this service and would like to use it again. Thank you, KEN!

とても不安だった１日目、空港送迎を利用し待ち合わせ場所まで向かいました。車を見つけ挨拶をすると日本語がペラペラのKENさんが笑顔で出迎えてくれました。行きたい場所を全て伝えると、お店のオープン時間なども考慮して効率の良い順番を提案してくれました。移動中はハワイの事をいろいろ教えてくれて勉強にもなり楽しかったです。観光客が行かないようなローカルの美味しいお店もたくさん教えてくれました。オススメしてもらったハンバーガー屋さんも本当に美味しかったです。こちらを利用してとても良かったです。また利用したいです。KENさんありがとうございました！

I have visited Oahu several times for free, but this time I wanted a local guide, so I requested this service. The driver was Ken, who is from Okinawa. He explained the tourist spots and recommended shops, allowing us to visit places we wouldn't have gone to on our own, which was great. It was also wonderful to visit places like Balanced Rock and other shops outside of the requested course. The Lincoln was beautiful, spacious, and the ride was excellent.

オアフ島は何度かフリーで訪れていますが今回現地のガイドが欲しいと思いコチラにお願いしました。
ドライバーは沖縄県出身のケンさんでした。
観光ガイド、お勧めのお店等説明してくれて自分達では行かないお店に行けてお願いして良かったです。リクエストしたコース以外もバランス岩やお店に行く事も出て最高でした。
リンカーンもキレイで広く、乗り心地も最高でした。

I’ve been to many luaus and this one was great. The warrior stories and performance was stunning. The food and drinks were good and authentic. The openness of the venue and seating arrangements were appreciated.

Only aspect that was a bit disappointing was the bus/shuttle that took us to the luau: 1) there were a lot of sick people on the bus coughing and sneezing, it would have been mindful to ask they were a mask or include instructions if sick not to take the shuttle 2) the shuttle stayed at the pickup locations for a long time, longer than they should have… this delayed our bus ride. Stick to the rules and please don’t delay other guests. 3) traffic and freeway accidents can’t be prevented or predicted, but if we left the bus stops on time it could have given us more time for pre luau activities.

I had communicated the places I wanted to visit when making the tour reservation, but one location was forgotten, and I couldn't go there. I realized this towards the end, so I take some responsibility for that... It felt like there wasn't a proper schedule set in advance, and it seemed like the places were decided during the car ride on the day of the tour.

Since the reservation form allows you to write down the places you want to visit, I wished they had paid more attention to that and kept it in mind. However, it was great to be able to visit the main tourist spots on Oahu in just one day. Lanikai Beach, in particular, was amazing.

ツアー予約時に行きたい所を伝えていたのですが、１箇所忘れらていて行けませんでした。終盤で気づいた私も悪かったのですが...。事前にスケジュールを立てている感じはなく、当日車での移動中に行く場所を決めているようでした。
行きたい所は予約フォームに書き込めるようになっているのだから、そこはちゃんと見て一応頭には入れておいて欲しかったです。
ただ一日でオアフ島の主要観光地を回れるのはとても良かったです。特にラニカイビーチは最高でした。

We chartered for 8 hours for our family of four, and I was impressed by the perfect scheduling after sharing our desired destinations in advance! (The burgers and fries at Five Guys, where we stopped for lunch, were delicious!) Ken was fluent in Japanese, very cheerful and fun, and had a wealth of local knowledge and topics, so we felt comfortable leaving everything in his hands. The car was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and he chose safe and clean restrooms at just the right times, making the long drive feel quick. I definitely want to request this again next time.

家族4人で8時間チャーターをお願いしましたがこちらの行きたいところをあらかじめお伝えしたところ、完璧なスケジューリングで感動しました！
(ランチで立ち寄った5GUYSのハンバーガーとポテト美味しかったです！)
KENさんは日本語堪能、とても明るく楽しい方でローカルな知識や話題も豊富でしたので、安心してお任せすることができました。
車も広く綺麗でゆったりしていましたし、トイレ休憩もタイミング良く安全で綺麗なトイレがあるところを選んで下さり、長時間のドライブもあっという間でした。
また次回も是非、お願いしたいと思います。

We prefer planning our trips ourselves rather than going with groups or package tours, and this private charter was perfect for us as a couple who value privacy! Our stay in Hawaii was very short, and we had to be creative with our time on Oahu. Ken made our wish to tour from the easternmost point to the North Shore a reality.

Of course, since the travel time was longer, our stay at each location was limited, but thanks to Ken, we were able to fully enjoy power spots, beaches, and gourmet experiences, creating many wonderful memories! The comfortable car ensured our privacy, and Ken's gentlemanly driving, along with his very interesting and engaging stories, made us both fall in love with him. We definitely want to see him again!

Next time, we would like to focus on fewer points and incorporate Ken's recommended spots into a carefully selected course. We will definitely return to Hawaii, so we look forward to seeing you then!

旅行では団体やパックツアーなどではなく、自身でプランニングするのが好きで、プライバシーを大切にしたい私たち夫婦にピッタリのとても贅沢な貸切チャーターでした！
今回のハワイでの滞在時間は非常に短く、オアフ島の滞在も工夫が必要でした。
今回は最東端〜ノースショアまでぐるっと回るわがままプランをKenさんが見事叶えてくださいました。
もちろん、移動時間が長くなるため１箇所あたりの滞在時間は制限されてしまいますが、そんな中でもKenさんのおかげでパワースポット、ビーチ、グルメなど目一杯楽しめたくさんの思い出が得られました！
プライバシーが確保された快適な車とジェントルマンな運転、車内でのとても面白く興味深いお話で、２人ともすっかりKenさんが大好きで是非またお目にかかりたいとおもっています！
次回はもっとポイントを絞って、Kenさんのオススメポイントも盛り込んだ厳選コースを考えたいです☆
また必ずハワイに帰ってくるのでその際は是非よろしくお願いいたします！

The food and entertainment was great! It was a great way to renew our wedding vows and the Captains were fantastic. Such beautiful views and the atmosphere and all the employees were fantastic.

We had a great time! The Mai tai was perfect and the music was everything it needed to be. Will rebook, soon!

I made a reservation based on reviews, but honestly, I feel like I made a mistake. The driver was most enthusiastic about sharing personal stories, while the information that Japanese tourists typically seek was mentioned only briefly and felt obligatory (it seemed like a line he says every time). There wasn't much local information shared, and when I asked questions, I felt like I was being brushed off. I'm sorry, but the conversation was not enjoyable at all. Due to a lack of consideration, several places I wanted to visit and things I wanted to do were not fulfilled. While it may have functioned as just a transportation service, I believe that one of the appeals of a private charter is to have local people guide you, and that aspect was not met. There were almost no arrangements made for taking photos after getting out of the car.

Additionally, although it was an 8-hour plan, it seemed like we wrapped up quite early, possibly due to a discount campaign. I was disappointed because we could have made a few more stops with the remaining time, but it felt like the driver wanted to go home early.

To sum up, I will definitely not be repeating this experience. It may depend on who the driver is and their mood that day, but for the price paid, I would definitely recommend choosing another option for this level of service. Overall, it was disappointing.

口コミなどを踏まえて予約しましたが、終わった感想としては、正直間違ったな〜と思っています。
ドライバーさんは自分の身の上話が1番テンション高く、日本人の観光客が求めているような情報は義務的にチラッと話す程度（毎回言ってるセリフなんだろうな〜という感じ）。現地情報もあまり出てこず、何か質問してもはぐらかされ。ごめんなさい、お話が全然楽しくなかったです。行きたかった場所ややりたかった事も、配慮のなさによりいくつか叶わず。ただの送迎としては機能していたかもしれないですが、こういう貸切チャーターって現地の人にガイドしでもらえるのも醍醐味の一つかと思うのですが、そこは満たされませんでした。車から降りて写真を撮ってくれるといった計らいもほぼ皆無です。
また、8時間プランでしたが割引キャンペーン適用になっていたせいか、結構早めに切り上げられました。余っていた時間でもう少し寄り道できたのに、と残念ですが、ドライバーさんは早めに帰りたかった感じを受けました。

長くなりましたが、リピートは絶対に無いです。ドライバーさんが誰なのか、またその日の気分にもよるのかもしれませんが、この値段払ってこのサービスなら絶対他を選んだ方が良いです。総じて残念でした。

Thanks to the comfortable ride and Ken's relaxed atmosphere, I had a very enjoyable drive. It was a lot of fun to be taken to the North Shore, Leonard's food truck, and Dole, all within driving distance from Waikiki. There was no motion sickness, and it was a comfortable drive while taking breaks for sightseeing.

車の快適な乗り心地とケンさんのゆるやかな雰囲気のおかげでリラックスしたドライブができました。ワイキキから車で行く距離にあるノースショアやレナーズのキッチンカー、ドールに連れて行ってもらえてとても楽しかったです。車酔いもなく観光がてら休憩もとりながら快適なドライブでした。
