I originally wanted to go horseback riding, but there were no openings, so I booked a buggy ride instead. Once I actually tried it, it was thrilling at times, and the scenery was beautiful with the magnificent nature; I had an amazing time!!

Everything was in English from the pickup, but the instructions for operating the buggy were in a Japanese video, so that was fine. It rained during the trip and we got soaked, but that was fun too.

It felt more like enjoying nature rather than just visiting movie filming locations. At the filming spots, the guide was very friendly and took photos for us, which was great.

We had some time before the bus, so we ate a hamburger, but it was expensive (we couldn't use our JCB card).

Being by the sea, the wind and rain were so intense that I felt like I was in a survival situation. I was shivering from the cold, completely soaked, and worried about getting injured because the horses nearby were not compatible and were acting up. Looking back after returning home, it has become a funny story, but I really wanted to give up at one point. However, I believe this is just a matter of luck with the weather, so it can't be helped. Had the best time!! Recommend everyone do the ATV raptor tour, you get to see so much of the ranch which is just beautiful. The history of the ranch (staff is very knowledgeable about the ranch and a pleasure to have as guides) and stops that we did were great and the icing on top was that we got to see some dinosaurs! Can’t wait to go back as I would do it again.

We visited three filming spots.
I was looking forward to the Jurassic Park area, but we couldn't film at the places we wanted to go.

Personally, I thought this tour was great! I was able to watch a video explaining the tour in Japanese, and I felt reassured as I learned how to use the bicycle while going around the tour. It was good. When it started to rain, there was no mudguard on the bicycle, so my clothes and shoes got very muddy. I recommend going in clothes that you don't mind getting dirty and bringing a change of clothes.

We did the ATV raptors tour: Staff is great and shares their knowledge on the sights at the ranch. Book well in advanced as the tickets get sold out quickly as its difficult to get tickets the day before or the day of! All you need for the ATV tour is to have a license from wherever you're from.

Great Trail Ride!

The trail itself was fun and took us around the entire ranch and valleys. Saw a lot of movie sites and historical locations. Well worth the cost!!!
