This time, I used this service because my usual transportation was unavailable. Although it was a busy season, I was smoothly guided by the staff to the pickup location without any confusion after leaving the airport. There was a bit of a wait, but it wasn't bothersome, and I would like to use this service again next time.

今回いつも利用している送迎が取れなかったためこちらを利用させていただきました。繁忙期でしたが迷うことなくスムーズに空港でてから担当の方に案内されピックアップ場所まで移動できました。多少待ち時間はありましたが気になるほどではなくまた次回も利用させていただきたいと思います。

I sometimes use HIS, but I have mostly relied on this service for early morning flights on my return. Although Japanese is not spoken, I can use it without much English. The drivers are very kind and carry heavy luggage to the trunk without a hint of displeasure. The temperature inside the car was comfortable, and local radio played Hawaiian music, allowing me to feel the essence of Hawaii until the very end. I am very grateful for that. I will definitely use this service again!

HISを使うこともあるのですが、帰りは早朝の便に対応してくださるこちらでほとんどお世話になっています。
日本語は通じないのですが英語を使うことがほとんどなく利用できます。
ドライバーの方はとても親切で重たいトランクも嫌な顔ひとつせず荷台に運んでくださいます。
車内の温度も適温でしたし、地元のラジオが流れていたのでハワイアンミュージックを聴きながら最後の最後までハワイを感じながら帰ることができてとっても感謝です。
また必ず利用させていただきます！

I always use HIS, so the counter was a bit hard to find, and I had to ask someone from another company to figure it out. The boarding area was also a little far away and somewhat confusing, but at this price, it's totally okay. I've memorized it, so I will use it again.

いつもHISを利用していているので、少しカウンターがわかりづらく他社の人に聞いて判明。乗り場も少し離れた所でちょっと分かりずらかったのですが、このお値段なら全然オッケー。覚えたのでまた使わせていただきます。

The bus was so large that we couldn't reach the entrance of the Kahala Hotel and were dropped off before that. The bellboy didn't come right away, so we had to pull our heavy trunks up the hill and walk to the hotel. It was disappointing, especially since it was the Kahala Hotel.

バスが大きいためかカハラホテルのエントランスまで行けず、手前で降ろされました。ベルボーイもすぐ来なくて重いトランクを登り坂を引っ張っていき、歩いてホテル到着。せっかくのカハラホテルなのに残念でした。

Upon arrival, it was easy to identify the driver as they were holding a sign. When I approached them, they confirmed my name and provided smooth assistance. As for the driving, it seemed a bit slow... I was worried about making it to the tour I had planned for the arrival day, but I just barely made it in time.

到着後、プラカードを持っていたので分かりやすかったです。こちらから声をかけると、名前を確認してもらいスムーズに対応してくれました。
安全運転なのか、、？少しゆっくりめ運転で到着日に行こうと思っていたツアーがギリギリでなんとか間に合いました。

It was a solo trip, but the meeting place and other details were very clear according to the email instructions, so I felt safe using the service. Previously, I had to pay tips separately when using other companies' transfers, but it was great that this service included tips. I will use it again next time.

ひとり旅でしたが、集合場所などメールの案内の通りで、非常に分かりやすく安心して利用出来ました。
今まで他社の送迎を使って料金と別にチップが必要だったけど、こちらはチップ込みなのもすごく良かったです。
また次回も利用します。

I was told the hotel name by the receptionist before getting on. However, since the driver doesn't mention the hotel name, you might not realize it if you don't remember the general location of the hotel. Other than that, there were no troubles, and I was taken smoothly. The seats were spacious and comfortable.

受付の方にホテル名を言われて乗り込む形でした。しかしドライバーがホテルの名前までは、言わないので、ホテルの大体の場所を覚えておかなければ気付かないかもしれません。
あとはトラブルもなく、スムーズに送ってもらいました。広めの座席で快適でした。

On 11/09/2023 I went on this Pearl Harbor tour, and had a full day of education. This was my first time at Pearl Harbor, and I'm so glad I went with Polynesian Adventure Tours. They were on time for pick up, the bus was so comfortable, and the guide clearly enjoyed his job with how much information he shared on Hawaii.

When we arrived to Pearl Harbor we were given a map, that was so helpful! Each section of PH on the map was numbered, that kept me on track of the schedule of the day. Without this map I would have been so lost!

Each museum we were given plenty of time to read all the information, if you are a quick reader you may feel like it's too much time, but I felt like it was the perfect amount of time. My favorite was the submarine!!

Lunch was so yummy, and was a very generous proportion. Was served in the middle of tour which was perfect for giving me energy I needed for the rest of the day. Highly recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes, because there is a lot of walking throughout the day.

I would recommend this tour to anyone who enjoys a guided tour, and who isn't renting a car while on island.

The airport exit greeting was easy to understand, allowing for a stress-free boarding experience. There was no waiting from the greeting to departure, making it efficient in both time and cost.

空港出口の出迎えが分かりやすくストレスなく乗車出来た。出迎えから出発まで待たされることなく、タイパもコスパも良い。

I requested a shuttle to a not very famous hotel in Waikiki (I entered the hotel name correctly), but I was dropped off at a different hotel with a similar name. It took me 30 minutes to walk from that hotel to my actual hotel, and it was impossible to walk while carrying my suitcase, so I ended up having to call an Uber. Please be careful when using this service.

あまり有名ではないワイキキのホテルに送迎をお願いしたところ（ホテル名は正しく入力しました）、名前が似た違うホテルで降ろされてしまいました。
そのホテルから宿泊先のホテルまで歩いて30分もかり、スーツケースを持ちながら歩くのは不可能な為、ウーバーを呼ぶ羽目になりました。
利用する際はお気をつけください。

On the arrival date, I used another bus, but since it was closed on the return date, I used this service for the first time. I was relieved that we arrived almost on time. Since I was flying with Delta Airlines, most of the other passengers were returning to the mainland, which allowed me to enjoy the foreign atmosphere until the end. The driver spoke only in English, but he was very kind and accommodating. I would like to consider this service for my next trip's transportation.

到着日は他のバスを利用しましたが、帰国日は休業だったため、こちらを初めて利用させていただきました。ほぼ時間通りに到着したので安心しました。デルタ航空利用だったので時間的に他の乗客は本土へ帰る方々で　最後まで異国感を味わう事もでき楽しめました。ドライバーさんの会話は英語のみでしたがとても親切な対応をして頂きました。次回の旅行の送迎の候補に入れたいと思いました。

After arriving, we made a detour for about an hour, and when we reached the departure point, it seemed like they were waiting for us. Since we had informed them of our arrival flight, they must have been coordinating the transportation.

到着後、１時間ほど寄り道をしてから出発場所に着いたところ、私たちの到着を待っていたようでした。到着便を伝えてあったのだから、配車の調整をしていたのでしょうか。

How do I get from the airport in Honolulu to the hotel? If I could speak English fluently, I might be able to grab a taxi, but I made a reservation before leaving Japan, so I went straight to the hotel when I arrived. The pickup area was a bit hard to find, but it was okay overall.

ホノルルの空港に着いたら、どうやってホテル間で移動するのか?
英語が流暢に話せたら、タクシーを掴まえて乗れるかもしれないが、日本出国する前に予約して、着いたらそのままホテルへ、ちょっと乗り場が分かり難かったけど、まぁまぁでした。

I was able to travel comfortably between the airport and the Waikiki area! Thank you very much! The staff's service was also excellent!

I heard there would be traffic restrictions due to the motorcycle parade that day, so I was worried, but I was picked up with only a slight delay from the schedule, and after that, I was smoothly taken to the airport.

当日バイクパレードのため交通封鎖があると聞き心配してましたが、予定より少しの遅れでピックアップ　後はスムーズに空港迄送ってもらえました。

I used HIS for the airport transfer to the hotel, but it was a bit far from the hotel, so I arranged for Mr. Roberts for the return trip. However, on the day of the pickup, Kalakaua Avenue was closed, so I ended up moving with my suitcase to Kuhio Avenue, but they picked me up on time.

空港からホテルはＨISを利用しましたがホテルから少し離れている所で
pickupなので帰りはロバーツさんにしました。
しかし当日カラカウア通りがcloseのため結局スーツケース連れてクヒオ通りまで移動しましたが時間通りpickupしていただきました。

I use this service every time. It's convenient because you can board even without a reservation upon arrival. However, depending on the exit, the counter can be quite far, so I got a bit lost the first time.
I made a reservation for the return trip from the location, and they responded quickly to my questions, which made me feel at ease.
For the return, there are no specific instructions, so you need to check the terminal number yourself in advance.
They provide a very smooth transfer every time, so I can't imagine using anywhere else!

毎回利用しています。到着時は予約がなくても乗れるので、便利です。ただ、出口によってはカウンターまで離れているので、初めての時は迷ってしまいました。
帰りは現地から予約しましたが、質問にもすぐ返信下さり、安心して利用できました。
帰りは、特に案内がないので自分でターミナル番号を調べておく必要があります。
毎回とてもスムーズに送迎してくださるので、ここ以外には考えられません！

The shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel stopped in front of the escalator at Hokulani Waikiki, which made me happy.

空港からホテルまでのシャトルバスだが、ホクラニ　ワイキキのエスカレーター前に止まってくれて、嬉しかった。

I wasn't confident about booking a taxi, so I reserved this bus instead. However, due to the high number of reservations during the Honolulu Marathon period, I ended up waiting nearly an hour at the pickup point, and ultimately arrived at the hotel three hours after landing. I was tired of waiting and felt it was a waste of time. I also used the hotel-to-airport bus on the return trip, and as expected, it was late. When I asked locals, they said that a taxi is cheaper and faster. I'll do that next time.

タクシー予約に自信がなかったのでこのバスを予約した。しかし、ホノルルマラソン時期で予約者が多かったせいか乗り場で1時間近く待たされ、結局ホテル到着は着陸から3時間後。待つのに疲れたし、時間がもったいない。帰路のホテル→空港バスも利用したが、案の定遅刻。現地の人に聞くと、タクシーの方が安くて早いと言われた。次からはそうする。

The pickup time at the hotel was 10 minutes late. It might be normal in Hawaii, but I couldn't help but feel anxious about possibly missing my return flight. I'm glad I made it in time. The color of the bus was different from the photos; it was a dark green. There were also foreigners returning to their home countries on board. Since they drop passengers off by airline, it's necessary to inform them of your airline before getting on.

ホテルへのお迎え時間に10分遅れてきた。ハワイだと当然かもしれないが、帰りの飛行機に間に合わないかもという不安もよぎった。間に合ってよかった。写真と実際のバスの色は異なり、濃い緑だった。各国に帰る外国人も同乗する。航空会社別に下ろすので、乗る前に航空会社を伝えることが必要。

The layout after arriving at the airport was easy to understand, and the prices were reasonable. The staff was also friendly. I definitely want to use it again.

空港に着いてからの導線も分かりやすくて、値段も手頃でした。スタッフも親切です。是非また使いたいです。

Very early pick up but tour was well organised. Only concern was having lunch at about 11.15am in aviation museum - a bit too early. Not sure the 10 minute quick stop on the way back into Honolulu counted as a city tour. Otherwise a good tour highly recommended for a full day.

The pickup time was just right, and it was smooth arriving at the airport without having to go around many hotels. The driver was kind and it was great.

While waiting for my bag at baggage claim, a representative from Roberts Hawaii called my name. They helped carry my luggage and guided me to the meeting point with other passengers. After that, they escorted me to the bus. Although they didn't speak Japanese, I felt reassured knowing they would take me to my booked destination (Hilton Hawaiian Village).

baggage claimでbagを待っていた所、ロバーツハワイの担当者が名前を呼んでくれた。そして、荷物を運んでくれ他の同乗者との待ち合わせ場所まで案内してくれ待機する。その後、バスまで案内してくれた。日本語はできないが、予約時に申し込みしていた目的地（ヒルトン•アイランダー）まで案内してくれるので、安心だった。

With a feeling of excitement, I arrived in Hawaii after a long time. After exiting through the designated area for individual travelers, I saw a guide in a yellow shirt and thought, "Great, we can head to the hotel smoothly." However, after walking a bit, we waited for several minutes. During this time, I was just waiting and started to feel increasingly anxious.

Finally, a van arrived. Just when I thought it was our turn, they started calling out groups of travelers by hotel. I was hopeful that we would be next, but the van left without calling us. We waited a few more minutes and finally got to board!

For someone who doesn't understand English very well, I wished for some guidance on how long we would be waiting and the order of boarding. However, I can also see that this relaxed and laid-back vibe is part of what makes Hawaii special.

ワクワクの気持ちで久しぶりのハワイ。到着後個人旅行者用の出口から出ると、黄色の服を着た案内の方が✌️よしよしこれでホテルまで順調に向かえると思ったのだが
少し歩いた場所で待つこと数十分。この間ただ待っているだけで、だんだん不安になってきた。
ようやく1台のバンが到着。かと思ったら、何組かの旅行者をホテル別に呼び出し〜。次は私たちかと期待して待っていたが、呼ばれることなくバンは出発。
さらに数分待った。ようやく乗ることができた！

英語がよくわからない者にとって、どのくらい待つのかとか乗る順番はどうなのかとかの案内がほしいなあと思った。
もっともこののんびりとしたアバウトな感じがハワイらしいといえばそうとも思えるが

It's very convenient from the nearest pickup location. You can get off at each departure terminal, so there's no need to walk.

最寄りのピックアップ場所からでとても便利です。
出発ターミナルごとの降車するので歩くこともありません。

The driver was kind. Although he couldn't speak Japanese, he communicated in simple English. It was sad to see the last views of Hawaii from the bus.

There were few staff members who spoke Japanese, but the driver was kind. Since our hotel was the final stop, the driver guided us to the hotel lobby along with a restroom break. The scenery from the bus was beautiful.

日本語ができるスタッフは少なかったですが、運転手さんは親切でした。わたしたちのホテルが終点だったため、運転手さんがトイレのついでにホテルのロビーまで案内してくれました。
バスからの風景はきれいでした。
