The pickup time exceeded the scheduled time by 15 minutes. I was a bit anxious about the route to the airport as it wasn't the one I knew; it went through a downtown-like area and was explained almost like a city tour, mentioning Chinatown and art. As a result, it took 45 minutes to get from the Ala Moana area, which usually takes about 20 minutes. Honolulu Airport takes time for departures, so I was quite nervous. The driver seemed to be enjoying himself, but the other passengers, including myself, felt a bit cold. I think it varies by driver, but it was somewhat bothersome. Given the good service from the airport to the hotel, it was disappointing on the return trip.

ピックアップ時間は予定を15分超えてました。空港までの行き方も少々不安がありました。私が知っているルートではなく、ダウンタウン的な場所を通りまるで市内観光みたいに説明してました。チャイナタウン、アートなど。おかげでアラモアナ地区から通常20分程で行けるのに45分もかかりました。ホノルル空港は出国に時間がかかるのでヒヤヒヤ。運転手さんは一人で盛り上がってましたが私を含め乗客の皆さんは冷やかな感じがしました。ドライバーによって違いがあると思いますが迷惑と言えば迷惑ですね。行きの空港からホテルまでの対応が良かっただけに帰りが残念でした。

I arrived about 5 minutes earlier than the scheduled pick-up time at the hotel, but that was within expectations. Since it's a fixed rate, I feel reassured even if there's traffic. I would like to use this service again if the opportunity arises.

ホテルへの送迎予定時間より5分程早く到着しましたが、想定の範囲内でしょうか。
定額ですので、渋滞していても気持ち的に安心です。
また機会があれば、利用したいと思います。

On the day of my return, the pickup did not arrive even 15 minutes past the scheduled time, so I called the contact number and was told there was no reservation, which took quite a while to confirm. In the end, although the reservation was confirmed, the car arrived 40 minutes later than planned. It was quite nerve-wracking.

帰国の日、ピックアップ時間を15分過ぎても来なかったので連絡先へ電話をした所、予約が無いと言われだいぶ確認に時間がかかりました。結局予約の確認は取れたものの、予定の40分後に車が到着。ハラハラしました。

This tour was filled with lots of information about the history of the island and the people. Pearl Harbour is a must see.

I was able to chat with a staff member who spoke Japanese well while waiting for my ride at Honolulu Airport, so I didn't feel bored at all! The air conditioning in the car was also effective, making the trip to the hotel very comfortable.

ホノルル空港で送迎の車待ちの時間も日本語が上手なスタッフさんと世間話ができ退屈せず過ごしました~!!車内は冷房も効いてて快適にホテルまで行くことができました。

It's an ordinary shared taxi, but it was very useful since there was no transportation arranged for the return to the airport after the tour. Fortunately, it was available, and I was relieved to be safely delivered to the ANA entrance. It would have been nice if the driver could understand a little Japanese, as it seemed they couldn't speak it.

至って普通の乗り合いタクシーですが、ツアーに帰りの空港までの足がついていなかったので、重宝しました。
たまたま空いており、無事にANAの入り口まで送り届けてもらえて安心でした。
ドライバーは日本語できない人のようなので、少しだけ日本語が通じるとよかったです。

Great day. Whilst informative the tour guide did not stop talking for the whole time the bus was moving... He needs to review what he is passing on to the people.

Smooth pickup from the hotel (I was actually nervous since it was my first time).

The half-day tour of Oahu wasn't part of my original plan, but I'm so glad I went! It was amazing... especially Hanauma Bay, which has the most beautiful beach in the world and is definitely worth seeing.

The Polynesian Cultural Center is also a fantastic place to learn about Hawaiian and other regional cultures. I got to experience hands-on activities and demonstrations, and it was a day filled with laughter!

Japanese people... let's quickly throw away the feeling of embarrassment. There's no need to be shy; just be cheerful and enjoy! (laughs)

ホテルからスムーズにピックアップ(実は初めてだからドキドキでした)

オアフ半日観光は当初の予定外でしたが行って良かったぁ‼最高…特に世界一キレイなビーチ、ハナウマ湾は一見の価値がありですよ

ポリネシア文化センターもハワイや他地区の文化を学ぶには最高⤴⤴です。手作り経験や実演をさせてもらったり、笑い転げた１日でした‼

日本人よ…恥ずかしいという気持ちは早く捨てよう。陽気に朗らかに楽しくシャイなんて要らないよ(笑)

Pearl harbor is amazing, the tour around the city was good as well.Our tour guide was great and had lots of information to share about each site.

Wow what a wonderful day, the tour guide was fantastic and he made sure we were enjoying our Hawaiian experience. We were taken to many beautiful places and given plenty of time to experience them. He was very informative and made our day memorable.

City tour was very good. But no boat ride to the Arizona Memorial (hitide !!!!)

Was so pleased that we used this service to go back to the airport at the end of our trip.

英語のみの案内になりますと記載をみていたので少し不安だったのですが、何の問題もなくスムーズに利用することができました。時間通りのピックアップに。短い時間でしたが、車内でも大変満足できました。ありがとうございました。

As soon as we exited the group area, the reception was clearly visible on the right side. The staff guided us to the car, which made us feel at ease. The vehicle was a small Mercedes-Benz bus, and the ride was excellent. No tips were required. It was the best price for two people.

団体から出たらすぐ右側に受付があって分かりやすかったです。係の人が車まで案内してくれて安心でした。車はベンツの小型バスで乗り心地も最高。チップ等も不用でした。2人なら最安値です。

I used the service for the first time. There is a service counter right after you exit the gate, which is very easy to find and convenient. I had a lot of luggage, including a golf bag, but the shuttle bus was more affordable and comfortable than a taxi. I will definitely use it again next time!

初めて利用させて頂きました。ゲートを出て直ぐの所にサービスカウンターがありとても分かりやすく便利。ゴルフバッグもあり荷物が多かったのですが、タクシーよりも安くて、快適なシャトルバスでした。次回も利用させて頂きます！

I had a domestic flight transfer from the Big Island to Honolulu Airport, but there was no bus at the pickup location. While I was looking around, I happened to see a female staff member from Roberts, so I inquired, and she kindly guided me to the boarding area. The map I had in mind was a bit different, but everything turned out fine. I'm really grateful to the two staff members from Roberts. If I have the chance, I will use your services again.

ハワイ島から国内線でのホノルル空港送迎でしたが、ピックアップ場所にバスがいなくて探していたところ偶然ロバーツの女子職員をお見掛けしたので問い合わせしたら、乗車場所まで丁寧に案内していただきました。私が考えていた地図と少し違ってましたが、無事事無きを得ました。ロバーツのお二人さんには本当にマハロです。機会がありましたら又利用しますね。

We had to wait for other guests until departure (I was somewhat prepared to wait), but we waited for over 15 minutes. That was a bit too long. I guess it's just part of the price.

出発するまで他の客を待たされたが（多少待つのは覚悟していたが）、
１５分以上待った。ちょっと待たされ過ぎ。値段的に仕方ないということか。

Since it was early in the morning, there were only three passengers, including myself (all Japanese). The pick-up was at only two locations. We quickly got on the highway to the airport. It was probably due to some agreement with the airline, but the pick-up was more than three hours before the flight departure. We arrived at the airport about two and a half hours early. There are hardly any shops at Honolulu Airport, so it's quite difficult to kill time... I always think it would be helpful if the pick-up were a bit later. Therefore, for those who want to use their time efficiently, it might be better to use a taxi instead of a shuttle. Taxis can be a bit pricey for one person, but if you have family or a group, it could be more economical.

朝早い時間だったので，乗客は自分を含め3人（全員日本人）でした。
pick upは2カ所だけ。すぐに高速に乗って空港へ。
たぶん航空会社との約束とかなんでしょうけれど，pick upは飛行機出発の3時間以上前。空港には2時間半前くらいには着いてしまいました。ホノルル空港は店がほとんどないので時間つぶすのも大変なんですよね…。もう少しpick upが遅いと助かるなと毎回思います。
ですので，効率的に時間を使いたい人は，シャトルではなくタクシーを使った方が良いかもしれません。タクシーはひとりだと割高ですが，家族など人数がいるなら。

After arriving at the airport, I didn't get lost at all and safely reached the hotel. I can use it with peace of mind. I will use it again.

空港についてからも、特に迷うことはなく、無事ホテルに着きました。安心して使用できます。また使用させていただきます。

For transportation after arriving at Honolulu Airport from Maui, they will be waiting for you with a sign that has your name on it. Both the person holding the sign and the driver speak only English.

マウイ島からホノルル空港に着いてからの移動に。名前の書かれた看板持って待っていてくれます。看板持ってる方もドライバーも英語オンリーです。

It's been a while since I've been to Honolulu. I was able to take some vacation time and decided to go to Hawaii on a whim. The tour group was lined up in a long queue for check-in, but the shuttle bus was waiting, so we waited in the air-conditioned interior for departure. Fortunately, everyone gathered without delay, and we set off without having to wait. We arrived at the hotel safely. I would definitely return.

久しぶりのホノルルです。有給が取れ思い立ったが吉日ハワイへ。ツアーの方々は、受付順番の長蛇の列に並んでましたが、送迎シャトルバスは待機中でしたので、クラーのきいた社内で出発を待ち、幸いにも全員揃い待たされる事なく出発。ホテルに無事到着しました。リピーターありです。

The reception counter at the airport was easy to understand and good, but there was a bit of a disconnect between the staff at the reception counter and the vehicle dispatch staff, which caused some confusion with the boarding order. (Groups that checked in later ended up boarding before us, leaving us feeling puzzled.) It might have been due to overlapping arrival flights, but I think that if there were clearer on-site considerations, like handing out cards during the reception to indicate the boarding order, it could help both us and your staff operate more smoothly. It's not a major issue, but I wanted to comment on it since it caught my attention.

空港での受付カウンターはわかりやすくて良かったのですが、車の配車時に受付カウンターの方と配車の方の連携が少々上手くなく、乗車の順番がごちゃごちゃになってしまいました
（後から受付けたグループが多々先に乗車してしまい、こちらは？？？？？　って感じ）
到着便が重なったせいかもしれませんが、受付～乗車の間にわかりやすくカードを渡すなどの現場配慮があると、こちらも、貴社ご担当者もスムースに運営できるのではないかな？と思いました。　トラブルではないのですが気になったので、コメントします。

The staff welcoming us at the domestic terminal were very kind and helpful.
It took too long to get from the airport to the hotel (5 people at Hilton, 3 people at Sheraton).
I don't want to take that ride again because we passed by Hilton and went around from Sheraton.

I always use this service. When I ordered from other places before, I had to call them when I arrived, but Roberts Hawaii properly greets you at the exit. You might have to wait a little, but it's not bothersome.

いつも利用しています。以前他のところで頼んだ時は着いたらこちらから電話をしなきゃいけなかったのですが、ロバーツハワイはちゃんと出口でお迎えしてくれます。少し待たされますが気にはならない程度です。

I had a reservation at the Grand Waikikian lobby of Hilton Hawaiian Village, but they only took me to the Islander Pass Stop. I was also made to wait for the airport departure, and although the price is a few dollars higher, I should have gone with Speedy Shuttle or Charlie's.

ヒルトンハワイアンビレッジのグランドワイキキアンのロビーと予約していたのに、アイランダーのパスストップにしか行ってくれなかった。空港出発も待たされたし、料金は数ドル高いけどスピーディーシャトルかチャーリーズにすれば良かった。
