This is my third time requesting a pick-up service here, and I was the most disappointed this time.
1. First of all, there was no confirmation of my name during the pick-up.
2. Even though I said "Thank you" when receiving my luggage at the airport, the driver didn't make eye contact and got into the car in silence...
It was clearly intentional. Is this racial discrimination? We are customers, after all.
There are plenty of pick-up companies available, so I would like to reconsider using this service in the future. By the way, the driver who came to pick me up at the hotel on September 30 at 8:05 was the one involved. I think they should receive further training.
こちらで送迎をお願いするのは三回目なのですが、今回一番がっかりしました。
1先ず送迎時、名前の確認も一切しない。2 空港で荷物の受け渡しにThank Youと言ったのにも関わらず目も合わせないし、無言で車に乗り込んで行ったりと....
明らかにあれはわざとですね。人種差別でしょうか????こちらお客様なんですけど????
いくらでも送迎会社はあるので今後はこちらを利用するかは再度考え直したいと思います。
ちなみに9/30に8:05分にホテルに送迎に来た運転手です。再指導されたほうが良いと思います。

The bus was delayed for over 15 minutes, possibly due to delays from other customers or because it was crowded, but the driver did not offer any apologies. While it was understandable that my luggage was heavy, I was repeatedly told how heavy it was, and there was a clear vibe that they wanted a tip. It arrived at the airport without any issues, which was good, but the overall experience wasn't particularly pleasant; it left a neutral impression, neither good nor bad.
Additionally, for some reason, this time the passengers received a mug.
他の顧客の遅延があったのか、もしくは込み合っていたのか15分以上遅延をしたが、バスの運転手からは特に謝罪の言葉もなかった。
また、自分自身の荷物が重かったのが仕方ないが、重い重いと何度も言われて、チップを欲しいという雰囲気を前面に出してきた。
問題なく空港まで届いたので良いが、そこまで気持ちの良い対応というわけではなく、良くも悪くもないイメージだった。
また、なぜか今回の搭乗者にはマグカップがもらえた。

The line I was directed to at immigration was moving slowly, and it took quite a while, but I was greeted with a smile, which made me feel at ease.

入国審査で振り分けられた列の進みが遅く、かなり遅くなったのですが、笑顔で迎えてもらい安心しました♪
Upon arriving in Honolulu, I was quickly guided to the bus by the staff waiting at the counter to the right of the exit. While I don't think there's much difference compared to taking a taxi, considering the need to explain things in English to the taxi driver, this option is much easier. Plus, since you can make a reservation in advance, you won't have to deal with any stress after a 7-8 hour flight. I definitely plan to use this service again in the future.
ホノルルに到着し、出口右横の窓口で待っているとすぐにスタッフの方がバスまで案内してくださいました。
タクシーでもあまり変わらないとは思いますが、タクシーの運転手さんに英語で説明したりすることを考えると、こちらのほうが楽ですし、事前に予約しておけるので7~8時間のフライトの後のフライトでしんどい思いをすることもないので、これからも使用したいと思います。
It's spacious and comfortable! I was dropped off at the domestic check-in counter for Hawaiian Airlines at the airport on my way back, which was a bit confusing for me since I don't speak English. By the way, the international check-in counter is No. 3.
広いし快適!
帰りの空港で降ろされる場所が、私はハワイアンエアなんですが国内線チェックインカウンターに降ろされたのが英語が出来ない私は少し戸惑いました。
ちなみに国際線チェックインカウンターはNO.3です。
The pickup was on time, making for a smooth trip to the airport. I received a souvenir cup, but struggled with carrying it. For two people, it ended up being more expensive than a taxi, but the smartphone booking was easy.
時間通りの送迎でスムーズに空港へ。土産のカップももらったが、ハンドキャリーに苦しんだ。2人だとタクシー代より高くつくがスマホで簡単予約。
The guide's explanation was very good and I learned a lot. The potatoes in the curry were large and very delicious.
ガイドさんの説明が大変良くて、大変勉強になりました。
カレーのジャガイモが大きくて大変おいしかった。
Best island tour I have ever been on. Our driver was so imformative. He made the trip a pleasurable one.
I had to wait about 20 minutes because I was in the same vehicle as passengers from another flight, but since I couldn't check in early with the morning flight, I relaxed while waiting. Once we departed, there were no particular issues, and since the tip was included, it was nice to be at ease on the day of arrival.
他の便のお客さんと同じ車だったので、20分くらい待ちましたが、
朝早い便でチェックインも出来ないので、のんびり待ちました。
出発してからは特に問題も無く、チップ込みなので到着日には
気楽で良かったです。
My first time in Hawaii.
As soon as I landed at Honolulu Airport, I was able to spot the Roberts Hawaii sign right away.
They gave me a necklace as a gift, which really boosted my Hawaiian spirit!
I had a lovely conversation with a young man who spoke Japanese quite fluently, asking me where I was from and my name, making the start of my trip very special.

ホノルル空港に降り立ったらすぐにロバーツハワイのプラカードを見つけることができました。
ネックレスをプレゼントしてくださり、ハワイ気分が早々に上がりました!
どこからきたの?名前は?など、日本語がかなり流暢なお兄さんにたくさん話しかけて頂き、
旅の始まりがとても素敵なものになりました。
The bus design was eye-catching, so it was reassuring to be able to find it quickly among the tourist spots. I ended up being about two minutes late for checkout and was waiting at the hotel entrance, but even after 30 minutes, it still hadn't arrived. When I called Roberts Hawaii, I was told that the bus had already left the hotel. (laughs) I know it was my fault for being late, but if I had received a call, I could have given up and left early by taxi, which would have saved me a painful time loss. Fortunately, I made it to the airplane on time, but it was a bit nerve-wracking. I had thought that time in Hawaii would be relaxed, but it turns out that punctuality is definitely important. I apologize for the inconvenience. However, I was actually impressed by their strict adherence to the schedule.
バスのデザインが目をひくので、観光地のなかでもすぐに見つけられるのは安心でした。
チェックアウトに手間どり2分ほど遅れてしまって、ホテルの入り口で待っていたのですが
30分たっても来ず、、
ロバーツハワイに電話で問い合わせると、もうホテルを出発してしまったとのことでした。笑
遅刻したのがわるいのですが、連絡一本くださっていたら、あきらめて早々にタクシーで出発できたのに、痛いタイムロスとなりました。。
飛行機には間に合ったので良かったですが、ひやりとしました。
ハワイはのんびり時間かな~と勝手に思っていたのですが、時間厳守ぜったいですね。
ご迷惑をおかけして申し訳なかったです。
でも、時間厳守で運行されるのは逆に好印象でした。
I had plans to play golf in Hawaii and brought my golf bag from Japan. Many other companies and taxis charge extra for golf bags, but this one did not, so I chose it. The tip was also included in the fare, so I didn't have to pay anything on-site, and I arrived at the hotel smoothly without any waiting. I plan to use this service again next time.
ハワイでゴルフの予定があり、日本から持参したのですが、他の会社やタクシーはゴルフバックは別料金が発生するところが多くここはそれが無かったので選びました。チップも料金に含まれてたので現地で払うことはなく、待つこともなくスムーズにホテルまで辿り着けました。また次回もお願いしようと思います。
I used the shuttle service from the airport to the Royal Hawaiian. It was a shared ride with foreigners, but I was grateful for the comfortable transport to Waikiki.
空港からロイヤルハワイアンまでの送迎に利用。外国人との乗り合いだが、快適にワイキキまで送迎してもらえて助かった。
I used it until the airport on the way back. It was not limited to Japanese people; it included foreigners as well, but I had no worries and was able to use it comfortably.
帰りの空港までで利用した。日本人限定ではなく、外国人の方を含めた送迎だったが、何も不安なことはなく気軽に利用できた。
On September 20th, I requested a transfer from Honolulu Airport to Sheraton Waikiki Hotel. Since it was my family's first visit to Hawaii to attend my child's wedding, I was a bit anxious, but the friendly staff came to greet us, and we arrived at the hotel smoothly. Thank you very much.

Great experience. Bus driver very knowledgeable of Arizona memorial. Standing on the memorial floor was very humbling. Recommend this experience to my friends and family.

The bus driver was very courteous and very helpful. He was polite and made sure that we had everything we brought with us. He dropped us at the right terminal spot and reminded us of the agricultural restrictions and where to go to have our luggage checked.
They arrived on time to pick us up, allowing us to end our trip to Hawaii on a pleasant note. Since the tip was included, we didn't have to think about any extra details, so I will definitely use their service again next time.

I was worried about whether I would be able to meet the person picking me up at Honolulu Airport since they only spoke English, but they waited for me at baggage claim and called out to me, which relieved my worries. There were no other passengers, so we went straight to the hotel, and I arrived quickly. The service was good, and I recommend it.

I used Roberts Hawaii again this year. The prices are reasonable, and they provide reliable pick-up, so I feel安心. I plan to continue using Roberts Hawaii for round trips between the airport and the hotel in the future.

It was a late arrival, but they greeted me with a smile. They also placed a lei made of shells around my neck, which made me very happy. I would like to use their services again.
遅い到着便でしたが、笑顔で出迎えてくれました。さらに貝殻でできたレイをかけてくれ、とても嬉しかったです。また、利用したいです。
Although they said they would prepare a shuttle according to the arrival time, the shuttle bus did not come, and I had to wait quite a while standing outside the airport (it was in the shade, though). It's disappointing because the person who came to greet me was there and responded properly.
到着時間に合わせてシャトルを用意するとのことだったのに、シャトルバスが来ず、空港の外(日陰だったが)で立ったままかなり待たされた。出迎えの人はいてきちんと対応してくれたのに残念。
The flight was delayed, and I was the only Japanese person there. As for the location, it was indeed hard to find, and someone from a different tour helped me out. However, I was able to get to the hotel without any issues, so I think I will use this service again since it was inexpensive.

場所ですが、やはり分かりずらく、その場にいた違うツアーの方に呼んでいただきました。

I was able to manage my time well, and I felt secure during the bus transfers in an unfamiliar country. The uniforms were easy to recognize. The cup souvenir I received on the way back was a bit of a hassle to carry.
時間管理もできていて、慣れない異国で安心したバス移動ができた。制服がわかりやすい。帰りにもらったカップのお土産はハンドキャリーに困った。
I arrived on ANA flight 186 on September 6, 2017. I used the shuttle service for a one-way trip from the airport to Waikiki.
I usually take a taxi, but this time I had some time, so I decided to try the shuttle service for the first time. Since I booked it online just before my trip from Japan, my name wasn't on the list, and I had to wait a little, but the staff member who spoke Japanese made sure I didn't feel uncomfortable at all.
During the ride to Waikiki, I chatted with the driver. Although we spoke in English, they didn't show any displeasure at my middle school-level English, and we had a great time until we arrived.
Next time, I will use the service for a round trip.
2017年9月6日ANA186便で到着。空港からワイキキまでの片道で利用しました。
いつもはタクシー移動でしたが今回は時間もあったのでシャトルサービスを初めて利用。
日本からネットで直前に申し込んだこともあり?リストに名前が記載されておらず少々待ちましたが、日本語ができるスタッフの方の対応で嫌な気持ちになることはまったくありませんでした。
ワイキキまでの道のりはドライバーの方と談笑。当然英語でしたがこちらが中学英語でも嫌な顔ひとつせず到着まで盛り上がりました。
次回は往復で利用させて頂きます。
I have been to Hawaii more than a dozen times, but this was my first time using a shuttle bus. I booked Roberts because I had seen it around Waikiki for a long time (back when their logo featured a rabbit) and was familiar with it. The price is affordable, and since it's a shared ride, I was prepared for it to take a reasonable amount of time to reach my accommodation, but I was very satisfied as it went smoothly without any worries. The driver was also kind, so I would like to use it again.

I used the round-trip service. I was worried since it had been decades since my last visit to Hawaii, but both the outgoing and return drivers were friendly, making for a pleasant experience. The service only stops at a maximum of five hotels, and the fact that tips are included is reassuring. I will use it again next time!

Since we stayed at the Ala Moana Hotel, we headed straight to the airport. I was a bit nervous not knowing what kind of vehicle would come, but right on time, a large bus arrived. The driver confirmed our names, loaded our luggage, and we got on. There didn't seem to be any Japanese people, but there were 3 to 4 groups of foreigners. Since we were using AirAsia X, we were able to be the first to get off when we arrived at Honolulu Airport, which was very quick. I would like to use this service again!
アラモアナホテル宿泊でしたので、
乗り込んですぐ空港へ向かいました。
どんな車が来るのか分からなかったのでドキドキしましたが、時間ちょうどか少し過ぎて大型バスが来ました。
運転手の方が名前を確認すると、荷物を乗せてくれて私達は乗り込みました。
日本人はいなかったようで、
外国人の方が3~4組乗っていました。
エアアジアX利用でしたので、
ホノルル空港に着いたら1番に降りることができたのでとても早かったです。
また利用したいと思います!
As soon as I exited the group exit, I saw a staff member from Roberts wearing an aloha shirt, so it was easy to find. When I informed them of my reservation, they checked it on their pad and placed a shell lei around my neck. I hadn't signed up for the lei service, so it was a pleasant surprise. After waiting for about 10 to 15 minutes, I was guided to a beautiful vehicle that could hold around 10 people, and we departed right away. Since we were at the Ala Moana Hotel, we were the first to be dropped off, which was very quick. I had already paid in advance, including the tip, so there were no issues at all. I would definitely like to use this service again!
団体出口を出てすぐ左側にアロハシャツのロバーツスタッフがいて、すぐに分かりました。
予約していることを伝えると持っているpadで確認して、貝のレイをかけてくださいました。
レイのサービスは申し込まなかったので、サプライズで嬉しかったです。
10~15分程待って綺麗な10人乗りくらいの車に案内され、すぐに出発しました。
私達はアラモアナホテルだったので、
1番に降りることが出来てとても早かったです。
チップも込みで先払いしているし、何の問題もありませんでした。
また利用したいと思います!
