I chose this service because it was the cheapest. There was no mention of Japanese-speaking staff, but the person who picked me up at the airport spoke fluent Japanese, and the other passengers were all Japanese. (I used the same company for my return trip, but there were mostly foreigners.) As a result, I arrived smoothly at my hotel in Honolulu without any issues. I received a shell lei upon my arrival at the airport.

空港に迎えに来ていただいた方は日本語ペラペラ、
利用者も日本人ばかりでした。
(同じ会社を帰りも利用しましたが外国人ばかりでした。)
そのため、なんの問題もなくスムーズにホノルル市内の
ホテルまで到着しました。
空港での出迎え時に貝殻のレイをいただきました。

I usually ask a Japanese tour company for transportation, but this time I used a domestic flight in the United States and there was no transportation available due to the late arrival, so I requested this service. They called my name right at the exit and guided me. The shuttle had only an American couple besides me, and the driver was very upbeat, chatting with the couple the whole time. Occasionally, he would ask for my agreement or pose questions, but he spoke so quickly that I often couldn't catch what he was saying, which was a bit troublesome. However, I was glad that they delivered me first.

いつも日本のツアー会社に送迎をお願いしていましたが、今回はアメリカ国内線利用で時間が遅く、送迎がなかったためこちらをお願いしました。出口ですぐ名前を呼んでくれて、案内されました。シャトルは、私の他はアメリカ人のカップルだけで、運転手はずっとテンション高めでカップルと話していました。時々私にも同意を求めたり、質問したりしてくれましたが、早口で聞き取れないことが多く、困ってしまいました。でも一番に届けてくれたのでよかったです。

There were no Japanese people among the driver and passengers, but it was not a problem at all! They arrived to pick me up right on time. Thank you for your service!

Generally the tour is good, however, the tour guide didn't introduce other activities available at Pearl Harbor, such as Battleship Missouri Tour. We could organise the tours better if he told us how much time other tours take. The Battleship tour definitely worth it, we stayed behind for it.

This is my second time using the service, following last year. It was very smooth, just like before. I also arranged for a friend who came later. I plan to request it again, so I look forward to working with you again then.

It was very helpful that I was able to move smoothly from the front entrance to the airport, thanks to the ample time provided for the transfer.

This time it was on time. I will call a few hotels, so the pickup is three hours before. It feels just right.

今回は時間通りでした。いくつかホテルを呼びますので３時間前にホテルにピックアップです。
丁度良い感じです。

I often use this service because they usually arrive on time. However, this time, even though I was told to wait for the flight number, they were not at the promised location. I had to search around and finally found someone from the company, and I was able to meet with the person in charge. Their excuse was that today's flight might have arrived early.

They should normally be checking arrivals in real-time.

It seems that there may be more staff who are not doing their jobs properly.

Caution is needed.

良く利用するのは割と時間通りに来てくれるからです。
しかし今回は、時間じゃなくて　便名でお待ちしていますとのことなのに、
約束のとこにはいません。
こちらが探し回ってやっと会社の人を見つけて、担当にあうことができました。
言い訳は、今日の便は早く着いたのかな？だって。

通常はリアルタイムで到着を確認しているはずです。

ちゃんとしないスタッフも多くなったのかもしれません。

Toa was very knowledgeable about the history of the memorial and also very entertaining

The pickup was 10 minutes late, but it was within the expected range. There were only four groups, including myself, on a large bus, so it was smooth. However, I was dropped off quite a distance from the check-in counter, so I had to walk quite a bit while pulling two suitcases, which was a bit disappointing.

ピックアップは10分遅れでしたが想定の範囲内。大きなバスに私を含め4組だけでスムーズでした。ただチェックインカウンターから割と離れたところで降ろされたので、スーツケース２つを引っ張ってけっこう歩いたのが残念と言えば残念。

Due to the typhoon, my arrival time at the airport was delayed by about 5 hours, but they came to pick me up right on time. The transfer went smoothly, and I was able to reach my destination safely without any issues.

台風の影響で空港への到着時刻が5時間ほど遅れたが到着時間に合わせてしっかり迎えに来てくれました。移動も特に問題なく安心して目的地に着くことができました。

Good .The driver was excellent and very knowledgeable and funny. The different stops were quite interesting, and Hanauma bay very beautiful. Buffet dinner was good.

This tour was absolutely amazing. Our pilot Chris was fantastic and our entire family enjoyed the experience. I am terrified of heights however I would highly recommend this tour as a must do when visiting Honolulu.

This was by far the highlight of our trip. If you want to really see all of Oahu do it from the air. Our pilot Darren was terrific! I was seriously thinking about booking again for the next day....it’s that much fun.

First time booking a tour when visiting Oahu and was pleased with this company. Price was very reasonable especially because it includes transportation and advance tickets to USS Arizona. Bus was very spacious & clean & comfortable & on time! Our driver, John, was very pleasant & professional. Knocked off 1 star because I wish there was more time spent touring downtown. I thought this tour included Chinatown but we didn't even get close nor was it even mentioned. Honestly, Honolulu is not so big that more time can't be spent exploring. Overall, a very nice experience, mahalo!

Although the airplane arrived slightly early, I waited about 1 hour and 20 minutes at the shuttle station. The staff member was coordinating and communicating, but the delay was significant, and I couldn't go to Diamond Head!

連絡･調整してくれていましたが、遅れが大きくダイヤモンドヘッドに行くことが

It was great to be able to check in at the counter at the airport exit, receive assistance in Japanese, and have my luggage transported, allowing for a smooth arrival at the hotel.

空港出口のカウンターで受け付け後、日本語で対応してもらい、荷物も運んでいただきスムーズにホテルに到着できて良かった。

This trip was self-organized, and I was unsure about the transportation arrangements. Since it was in the Kahala area, I had trouble finding a service, but I was greatly helped by the smooth transportation while passing by the long lines for group tours.

今回の旅行は個人手配で、送迎をどうしようか。
またカハラ地区でしたので、お願いするところに困っていましたが、団体ツアーの大行列を横目に、スムーズに送迎いただき大変助かりました。

I think it's great that the hotel has limited pickup locations. The timing is also accurate, which gives me peace of mind. I plan to use it again next year.

ホテルのピックアップ先を限定しているのが良いと思います。

This was my second time using the service. The customer service is polite. If I had to say something, the reception counter is a bit hard to find. I will use it again next time.

On the day of my return, there was an incident where the pickup location changed due to a parade on Kalakaua Avenue, and I had to walk about five minutes from the hotel to the pickup spot. However, I received an email in advance about the location change, and the pickup arrived on time to get me.

帰国当日、カラカウア通りがパレードでピックアップ場所が変更になるアクシデントがあり、ホテルからピックアップ場所まで5分ほど歩かなければならなくなりましたが、事前に場所変更のメールを頂き、時間通りに迎えが来てピックアップしてもらいました。

I had a reservation in advance, but I was made to wait. How is it that same-day purchasers got to leave first?

The pickup time was quite early at 9:50 for a 1:00 PM flight, but they arrived right on time. The driver was a foreigner and did not speak Japanese, but he handled everything without any issues. There were only two groups of Japanese and one group of foreigners, so it was a small number of passengers. For drop-off, they first took the foreign group to the terminal for Hawaiian Airport, and then after a short drive, they dropped us off at the terminal for the other airport, splitting it into two trips. They dropped us off near the ANA counter, so there was no confusion. I would like to request this service again next time when arranging individually rather than through a tour.

13:00フライトで9:50ピックアップと、時間はかなり早めでしたが、ピックアップ時間ピッタリに来てくれました。
外国人ドライバーで日本語は不可でしたが、問題なく対応してくださいました。
私達を含めて2組の日本人、外国人1組と少人数で対応して頂きました。
降車は、まず外国人グループをハワイアン空港用のターミナルに、その後少し走行してその他空港用のターミナルと2回に分けて行いましたが、ANAカウンターの近くで降車してくださったので、迷うことはありませんでした。
ツアーではなく個人手配の際は、次回もお願いしたいと思いました。

It took about two hours to arrive at the hotel after arriving at Honolulu Airport. After clearing customs and checking in at the counter, I was told that the car would arrive in about 10 to 15 minutes, but I ended up waiting for about an hour. The person at the counter seemed to be Japanese, so they assisted me in Japanese, which was stress-free. They also apologized for the delays, which helped me feel more at ease. However, I noticed that the other tour guests who arrived on the same flight quickly disappeared, so I think I need to consider whether to use this service again in the future. The driver did not speak Japanese, but we had no issues getting to the hotel by just mentioning the hotel name, and since there were only four stops including ours, it was smooth once we got on the vehicle. If only the waiting time could be improved...

ホノルル空港到着から、2時間後にホテルに到着した形です。
関税等が終了して、カウンターで受付をしてから10~15分くらいで車が来ると言われて約1時間待ちぼうけでした。
カウンターの方は日本人？のようでしたので、日本語で対応して頂いたのでストレスはありませんでした。
また、随時、遅くなることを誤ってくれたりしていたので、心情的には落ち着くことができました。
ただ、同じ便できたツアー客がさ－っといなくなったので、今後使うかどうかは要検討かな、とは思いました。
ドライバーは日本語不可でしたが、ホテル名で問題なく行けましたし、私達を含めて4つしか回らない感じでしたので、乗り込んでからはスムーズでした。
待ち時間さえ何とかなれば……

I stayed at the New Otani Kaimana Beach Hotel, which was a bit away from the center of Waikiki, but I was able to get shuttle service without any additional charges. I had a hard time encountering the travel agency representative at Honolulu Airport. When I went to the Information Center, they kindly provided details about the travel agency's characteristics (like the color of their clothing) and even called the travel agency for me.

ホノルル空港で旅行会社の方となかなか遭遇できませんでした。Information Centerに行くと、旅行会社の特徴（来てる服の色とか）を教えてくれたり、旅行会社に電話してくれたり、大変に親切な応対をしていただけます。

I stayed at the New Otani Kaimana Beach Hotel, which is a bit away from the center of Waikiki, but they provided shuttle service without any additional charge. The area is full of nature, away from the noise of the beach. The photo is of a seal napping on the beach in front of the hotel.
