I think it depends on the time of day, but I was able to board without much waiting. The boarding area was a bit hard to find, and I was guided by staff from another company's shuttle service.

時間帯にも寄ると思いますが、あまり待たずに乗れました。乗り場がちょっとわかりにくく、他の会社のシャトルサービスのスタッフに案内されました。

I had been using Ilima Tours, but since they can only be used for groups of two or more, I opted for this service instead. They were easy to spot at the exit with a board displaying names. There were about four to five groups sharing the ride, and although I was the last to be dropped off at my hotel, everything went smoothly.

これまではIlimaツアーズを利用してましたが、2名以上でないと利用できなくなったのでこちらを利用しました。出口にて名前の書いたボードを持っているのですぐにわかりました。４～５組の混乗で、自分は最後に着くホテルでしたが順調に到着しました。

I was a bit anxious because the bus was delayed, but once I got on, the interior was spacious and I was able to relax. Considering going on my own, the price was good, so I'm glad I made the reservation!

少しバスが遅れて不安になりましたが、中も広くのった後はゆっくりできました。自分で行くことを考えると値段も良く予約して良かったです！

When heading to the hotel, I had to wait for over 30 minutes, and after waiting for the domestic flight pickup, it took more than an hour and a half to arrive at the hotel after checking in. I was already tired, and it made me even more exhausted.
When going to the airport, we were over 10 minutes late, and instead of stopping right in front of the hotel, the bus stopped a little further away. It was hard to determine if it was the pickup bus, and since they called out one group at a time, I felt anxious.

ホテルに向かう時は、３０分以上待たされ、国内線のピックアップで待たされ、受付してからホテルに着くまで１時間半以上掛りました。疲れている上、もっと疲れました。
空港に向かう時は、１０分以上遅れた上、ホテル前のはずが、少し離れた所に止まったの
迎えのバスかどうか判断しにくかった上、1組ずつ呼ぶので不安になりました。

I used both the airport transfer to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport. The pickup arrived on time. Since there were two of us, it was more economical than taking a taxi, which was great.

空港からホテルとホテルから空港への両方とも利用させてもらいました。
ピックアップは時間通りに来てくれました。二人なのでタクシーよりも経済的でよかったです。

The half-day tour of Oahu included visits to Kailua, the North Shore, the Moanalua Gardens (the tree of life), and the Dole Plantation, which felt repetitive and led to a poor choice. The Polynesian Cultural Center was great as it offered an efficient tour led by Japanese students. The night show was impressive, especially the final fire dance, but the guide repeatedly emphasized the return bus time, causing several people to leave for the restroom before it ended. Since the departure wouldn't happen until everyone was present, I wished they had explained that we could enjoy the show without worrying about the restroom. Additionally, I had booked a deluxe seat in the front, but for some reason, I ended up in a seat at the back, so I rated my experience as unsatisfactory.

オアフ島の半日観光はカイルア、ノースショア観光とモアルナガーデン（この木なんの木）、ドールプランテーションの見学がダブってしまい選択ミスをしてしまいました。
ポリネシア文化センターは日本人学生によるセンター内の見学ツアーで効率的にまわれてよかったです。ナイトショーは最後のファイアーダンスは迫力があり良かったのですが、ガイドさんが帰りのバスの時間を何度も念を押すので、最後まで見ないでトイレに行く人が何人もいました。
全員揃うまで出発はしないのだから、トイレを気にすることなく最後まで見るよう説明して欲しかったです。
また、自分が申し込んだ席は前方のデラックスのはずでしたが、なぜか後方の席でしたので評価は不満としました。

At the airport exit, there was a representative from Roberts Hawaii right in front of me, so I was able to board the shuttle bus without any confusion. However, the bus was old and had leaks. The seat I sat on was wet, and water was dripping from the ceiling while we were driving, which was quite unfortunate. It was a disappointing tragedy right after we arrived.

空港の出口で目の前にロバーツハワイの担当者がいたので迷うこともなくシャトルバスに乗ることができました。ただし、バスが古く雨漏りがしていました。座った席も濡れていて、走っている時も天井から水が垂れてきて酷い目にあいました。着いた早々の悲劇で残念でした。

This is the only place with a wide range of service hours. Especially since flights arriving from the mainland United States often come in the afternoon, this service is very convenient.

対応時間の幅が広いのはここだけ。特に米国本土からの到着便は午後になることが多いので、こちらのサービスがとても便利です。

It was a pickup a little earlier than the scheduled time, but it was better than being late and feeling anxious. The car was full, mostly with foreigners. Everyone was in high spirits and it was very lively.

予定時刻より少し早めの迎えでしたが、遅くて不安になるより良かったです。
車内は満席で、ほぼ外国人の方でした。
みなさんテンションが高くとても賑やかでした。

This time, I came to Hawaii alone, so instead of a tour from a travel agency, I purchased a flight ticket to enter Hawaii.

When I searched for how to get to my accommodation, I found Roberts Hawaii's shuttle service.

Although I was the last in line, since they narrowed down the drop-off locations to five, I was able to arrive at my accommodation smoothly and comfortably.

I will use this service again!

今回は、ひとりでハワイに来たので、旅行会社のツアーではなく、航空券を購入してのハワイ入りでした。

宿泊先までの移動をどうしようか？と検索したところ、ロバーツさんの送迎サービスを見つけました。

順番は最後でしたが、送迎先を５か所に絞っていることもあり、スムーズに、そして快適に宿泊先まで到着することができました。

また利用します！

I have been using it without any major troubles so far, and I feel safe using it. I will definitely use it again next time. I often find myself with foreigners, and many of them have high energy, which is quite enjoyable.

今まで大きなトラブルもなく、安心して利用させてもらっています。
次回も必ず利用するでしょう。
外国人の方と一緒になる事がほとんどです。
テンションの高い方が多く、それがまた良かったりします。

During my stay in Hawaii, I used the shuttle service six times. They always greeted me warmly and politely by name. I appreciated the friendly conversations. However, I felt that the pickup time for my return was a bit too early. I arrived at the airport too early and ended up waiting for a long time, which was exhausting. I hope that aspect can be improved.

今回のハワイ滞在中にシャトルサービスは６回利用させていただきました。　いつも丁寧に気持ちよく名前を呼んで迎えてくれました。　話しかけてくれたり、嬉しかったです。　ただ、帰国のときの迎えの時間はやはり早すぎるように思いました。　空港に到着が早すぎて、くたびれるほど待ちました。　そこが改善されれば良いな～と思うくらいです。　

The timing is reliable. Unlike some tour companies that only stop at a few places, you won't be cramped or have to wait excessively to reach your hotel. The driver and the staff at the airport are attentive and thorough in their checks and assistance.

時間は確実です。某ツアー会社の送迎と違い、いつのバスが数カ所しか回らないので、ぎゅうぎゅうだったり、ホテルに着くまでやたらと待たされたる事がありません。ドライバーも、空港でのスタッフも細かく確認や面倒を見てくれます。

I arrived in Honolulu and left about 10 minutes later. I also arrived at three hotels quickly. The prices were low, and I think it was really good. The tip was included as well. I'm glad I requested a round trip.

It was raining but with Ernell that day was a wonderfull day.

I was able to use the service with peace of mind this time as well. Since it was a shared service, it couldn't be helped, but there was quite a bit of waiting time for other customers.

今回も安心して利用させていただきました。混載ですので仕方ないのですが、他のお客さんの待ち時間が結構ありました。

Although there was a one-hour delay at immigration, it took a little time, but I was kindly taken to the hotel. It was a tight schedule visiting three hotels, but the conversation during the transfer eased my worries.

入国審査で１hr遅れの送迎にも、少し時間はかかりましたが、ホテルまで丁寧に送っていただけました。３つのホテルを回る強行軍でしたが、話をしながらの送迎、不安が取り払われました。

About 20 of us went to the airport, and they took us around five places while providing attentive service! They were very accommodating to Japanese people, those from the mainland United States, individuals from New Zealand, and those with mobility challenges.

20人くらいで空港へ、５か所をぐるっとまわって、丁寧に対応してくれました！日本人、アメリカ本土の方、ニュージーランドの方、足の不自由な方にも丁寧に対応してくれました。

Last time I used a different shuttle service, it was ANA, but I was dropped off at a different location, and I was quite anxious wandering around the airport! This time, I was guided smoothly, and I was glad. I would like to use it again.

前回別のシャトルサービスを利用した時に、ANAだったのに、別の場所で下され、空港内をウロウロしてかなり不安だった！
今回はスムーズに案内されて、よかった。また、利用したいと思う。

I was told to wait here and sat on a bench when a large bus stopped right in front of me! I thought, "No way this is my bus," but when I was told to get on, it left immediately!
Two more people got on along the way, but with only four of us in the big bus, I felt a bit guilty. However, I was glad that I didn't have to wait and that I was taken to the hotel quickly in the spring tide.

こちらでお待ちくださいといわれてベンチに座っていたら、目の前に大きなバスが止まった！まさかこのバスじゃないだろうと思ったら、どうぞ！と言われて乗ったらすぐに出発！
途中で2人乗ったが、大きなバスに4人だけで、申し訳なく感じだが、特に待つこともなく、春潮にホテルまで連れて行ってもらえて、よかった。

We were picked up on time. The driver was pleasant, and the spacious vehicle allowed us and an elderly couple from Dallas to ride comfortably. With the driver's skillful atmosphere creation and conversation, we arrived at the airport in no time. On the other hand, the shuttle we took from the airport had a bit of a wait and guidance issue, but based on this experience, I will use their service again next time.

時間通りにピックアップ頂きました。ドライバーさんの感じも良く車内はダラスから来られてた老夫婦と我々の４名とゆったり乗れたのに加え、巧みな雰囲気づくりと会話で’’アッ’という間に空港に到着しました。一方、空港から送ってもらったシャトルは、案内、待ち時間にチョイト、、の感じがありましたが、この体験で次も利用させてもらいます。

The driver was a fun person, very pleasant and kind. The car was full, but it was clean and comfortable inside.

ドライバーさんは楽しい方で、とても感じよく親切でした。
車内は満席でしたが車内はきれいで快適でした。

A person who was good at Japanese guided me to the bus stop, which made me feel relieved. However, it was crowded, so the bus took a while to arrive, and I felt like I waited quite a bit.

日本語の上手な方が乗り場まで案内してくれたので安心でした。
ただ、混んでいたのでバスがなかなか来ず、結構まったような気がしました

Right on time. A friendly and cheerful driver welcomed us with a loud voice.
I wasn't too impressed with the shuttle bus on the way there, but the return trip was much better thanks to the cheerful and kind driver.

時間ピッタリ。声が大きく親切、ノリノリのドライバーさんが出迎えてくれました。
行きの送迎バスの印象はイマイチだったのですが、帰りは陽気で親切なドライバーさんで印象がだいぶ変わりました。

Unfortunately (or fortunately?), it seemed that the president was in town that day, causing quite a traffic jam. The bus was moving so slowly... It took over an hour to get from the airport to the hotel. I was also concerned that if I hadn't mentioned I wanted to go to this hotel, the bus might not have stopped. Anyway, it was quite nerve-wracking... I barely made it for hotel check-in. Also, since it was a domestic flight from the Big Island, I was the only Japanese person on board. I think it was late at night, but I would have felt more reassured if there had been Japanese staff available upon arrival.

この日は運悪く（良く？）大統領が来ていたらしくなかなかの渋滞っぷり。
そしてバスの速度が遅い遅い。。空港からホテル到着に１時間以上かかりました。
あとこのホテルに行きたい！という声をかけないと止まってくれなかったかもという懸念もありつつ・・・とにかくヒヤヒヤしました。。ホテルチェックインがギリギリだった。。
そしてハワイ島からの国内線だったからなのか日本人も私だけ。
夜遅かったのもあると思いますが日本人スタッフが到着の際にいてくれたら心強かったなぁと思いました。

I was immediately recognized when my name was called at the baggage claim after arrival. After waiting for about 10 minutes for others, I was quickly taken to the hotel, making the journey very smooth!

到着後のバッゲージクレームのところで名前を呼んでくれていてすぐわかりました。
その後も10分ほど他の人を待った後すぐにホテルまで送って頂きとてもスムーズにホテルまで来ることができました！

They arrived to pick me up about 10 minutes late. It was just before noon, but the roads were quite congested, and it took a total of about an hour to get to the airport from the scheduled pick-up time. However, taking a taxi would be quite expensive, so this option is reasonable and recommended.

ホテルには10分ほど遅れて迎えに来ました。お昼の12時前の時間でしたが道がかなり混んでおり迎えの予定時間から空港までトータル1時間はかかりました。
でもタクシーで行くとかなりお金もかかるのでリーズナブルでおススメです。

Full day of very interesting activities. Excellent show at Polynesian Cultural Center.
I strongly recommend this tour to everyone with limited time on the island.

I had never used the shuttle service before, but there were no issues with the airport pickup or the hotel pickup. I felt a sense of security. I would like to use it again next time.

これまでシャトルサービスを利用したことがなかったけれど、空港でのピックアップ、ホテルでのピックアップともに問題なく。
安心感がありました。
次回もまた利用したいと思います。

The pickup location was easy to find, but I think the arrangements could be improved. We had to wait quite a while until departure. The air conditioning in the car wasn't very effective either.

送迎場所はわかりやすかったですが、段取り的にはイマイチかと思います。
結構出発までまたされました。車内も冷房の利きが良く無かったです。
