I was worried when I was told that my return flight was at 13:10 but the pickup time was set for 11:05, and I should have inquired properly. The bus arrived 10 minutes late for the pickup time, and it was raining, so the roads were a bit congested, which meant I only arrived at the airport just in time, 60 minutes before my flight. I almost missed my flight.

帰りの飛行機が13:10と告げて予約したのにピックアップ時間が11:05と指定されて大丈夫かな？と不安になった時にちゃんと問い合わせすべきでした。
ピックアップ時間にも10分遅れでバスが到着し雨で道も少々混んでいたので空港には60分前ギリギリにしかつかず
危うく飛行機に乗り遅れるところでした。

Our tour guide Alex (has been doing this for almost 30 years..) was absolutely amazing and informative.

I was picked up and dropped off at the hotel very smoothly. I was worried because the transfer in Kona was terrible, but there were no problems at all in Honolulu. I hope the Big Island can improve more. The large bus ride to the hotel was comfortable, and on the way back, I enjoyed a pleasant bus trip from the hotel to Honolulu Airport while taking in the views from my high seat.

I requested a transfer from Kona to Waikiki on a domestic flight to Honolulu. There was a staff member wearing a yellow aloha shirt at the baggage claim area, so I recognized them immediately. I was picked up without any issues.

コナからホノルルの国内線移動でワイキキまでの送迎を頼みました。
荷物の受け取り場所で黄色いアロハシャツを着た係の人が居ましたので、
すぐにわかりました。問題なくピックアップしてもらいました。

Chief Rob was the best driver he was funny and kept everyone happy. The tour we learned so much the show Hai was so good I could not take my eyes off of it everyone needs to go to this

This was my third visit to the Polynesian Cultural Center, but it was my husband's first time, so I was hoping for explanations in Japanese. I chose this tour because it also included visits to Hanauma Bay and the HITACHI tree in half a day. During the transfer, our guide, Kerina, shared a lot of local information about Hawaii, which was very enjoyable and informative.

Once we arrived at the cultural center, we were divided into small groups, and a Japanese-speaking university student guided us around the center. However, there wasn't much explanation, which was disappointing.

Additionally, I had signed up for a dinner course while watching the show, but due to a mistake by the guide, we missed it. I was surprised when I was told, "Please check for availability for the next session yourself. If there’s no availability, please return to the regular buffet." If it was a mistake, shouldn't they take responsibility to secure seats for the next session? I felt that the overall response was quite lax, considering it was a university student part-time job.

However, I am always overwhelmed by the shows at the cultural center! They are incredibly powerful and beautiful. Despite the issues during the tour, everything was forgiven after watching the show.

ポリネシ文化センターは私は3度目でしたが、主人が初めてだったので説明を日本語でしていただけるのを期待し、ついでに半日でハナウマベイやHITACHIの樹なども見れるこちらツアーを選びました。
移動中、ガイドのKerinaさんがハワイのローカルなことも含め、ずっとお話して下さり、とっても楽しく、ためになりました。
文化センターに着いてからは、少人数グループに分かれ、日本語を話す大学生が付いてセンター内を案内してくれたのですが、説明があまりなく…残念でした。
あと、ショーを見ながらのディナーのコースに申し込んでいたのですが、ガイドさんの手違いとかで逃し、「次の回に自分で言って空きを確認して下さい。空いてなければ通常のバフェに戻って入って下さい」と言われたのはビックリしました。ミスならば次の回で席を確保するまで責任を持つべきでは？大学生のバイトなので…といった感じで対応が全般的に甘いと思いました。
然しながら、文化センターでのショーには毎回圧倒されます！すごい迫力で、しかも美しいです。ツアー中、不備はありましたがショーを観た後はすべて帳消しになりました。

I was anxious because I didn't understand the airport situation, but I received confirmation a few days before the scheduled date, and the meeting place was easy to find on-site, so it was excellent.

I requested this transfer for domestic flights. They arrived around the scheduled time, and it felt like a standard drop-off. I think it was good since there were no issues. I also think it's great that you can use this service at any time, as many other travel companies have restrictions on late hours.

国内線利用でこちらの送迎にお願いしました。時間通りくらいに来ていただき、普通に送ってもらうだけという感じでした。別に困る事もなかったので良かったと思います。
他の旅行会社さんでは遅い時間は利用出来ないものが多かったので、いつの時間でも利用出来るのは良いと思います。

I informed them that my domestic flight from Kona Airport would arrive in Honolulu at 1:30 PM, and the pickup time was also set for 1:30 PM, so I was worried about making it on time. The flight was delayed by about 10 minutes, but there was a Roberts counter at the baggage claim area, and there were staff members present, so everything was fine. I received a necklace made of shells. I waited for my luggage, and in the end, I was able to board the shuttle bus close to 2 PM, but they had been waiting for us, so the departure time didn't seem too strict. Since we were the fifth and last group, those who boarded earlier might have had to wait quite a bit. I haven't used other companies, so I can't make a comparison, but I was glad to use this service.

コナ空港から国内線でホノルルに着く時間を13時半と連絡して、案内されたピックアップ時間も13時半だったので間に合うか心配でした。飛行機の到着が10分ほど遅れたのですが、集合場所の手荷物受取の所にロバーツのカウンターがあって、係の人もいたので大丈夫でした。貝殻で作ったネックレスをもらえました。荷物が出てくるのを待って、結局シャトルバスに乗れたのは14時近かったですが、ずっと待っていてくれたので出発時間は厳しくなさそうでした。私達が５組目で最後だったので、先に乗っていた方は結構待たれたのかもしれません。他社を使ったことがないので比較はできませんが、利用して良かったです。

I was surprised by the punctuality of the shuttle service, arriving five minutes earlier than promised. I also requested Roberts for the transfer from Honolulu to the hotel, and it was just as promised, which was reassuring. Although the conversation was in English, there were no issues. Even though my English was broken, I felt their kindness in trying to understand me.

I requested a transfer from Hilton Hawaiian Village to Honolulu Airport. The driver only spoke English, but I could sense their friendly demeanor. I would like to use this service again.

運転手の方は英語しか話していませんでしたが、フレンドリーな感じが伝わってきました。また利用したいと思います。

It had been a while since I visited Hawaii, and I couldn't find the pickup area right away upon arrival, but after that, boarding was smooth. When returning home, I ended up using the service I had reserved. I have plans to go to Hawaii again, and since the prices are reasonable, I think I'll use it again.

There was a slight delay during the pickup from the hotel to the airport, but we made it on time. The driver was friendly, which was great. I would like to use this service again.

I always use this service for round trips when I go to Oahu. This time, they arrived almost on time to pick me up. The drivers are all very kind. I will definitely use it again next time.

オアフに行く際はいつも往復で利用しています。今回もほぼ時間通り迎えに来ていただきました。運転手さんもみなさん優しい方ばかりです。
次回ももちろん利用します。

Since I arrived on a domestic flight in the evening, the shuttle service from the Japanese travel agency had already ended (I think it was until 2 PM?).

So, I asked Mr. Roberts for help.

I thought I would quickly go to pick up my suitcase, but the staff from Roberts was already calling my name loudly. (laughs)

If I had made a reservation, would I get a shell necklace? Just for the outbound trip, though. I received one in Kona as well. I don't need this, so I wish it could be cheaper by even a dollar.

We were picked up in order from the domestic & Hawaiian Airlines terminal to the international terminal. We waited until the van was full, so it took about 30 minutes until departure. If you're in a hurry, it's better to take a taxi.

The driver was a Japanese man. Mahalo!

This is quite large. If you don't speak English, you might not realize that the nuances can completely change the facts, and you may end up speaking broken English. With Robert & Hawaii's Japanese staff, they calculate the departure flight and specify the arrival time for you. This allows you to use your time effectively and arrive at the airport without rushing. I used it both on the way there and back, and I found the quality to be such that I would want to use it again next time.

これが結構でかいです。
英語喋らない方だと、ニュアンスでガラリと事実が変わってしまうことに気づかず、カタコトの英語しゃべってしまうので。ロバート＆ハワイの日本語のスタッフだと、出発便を逆算して到着時間の指定をしてくれます。そのため、有効に時間を使う事ができ、慌てる事なく空港に到着出来ます。行きも帰りも使いましたが、次回も使いたいと思えるクオリティでした。

The shuttle bus service and tours were well-organized, and I received thorough communication, so I was able to use them without any worries. The tours I participated in were all rich in content and exceeded my expectations, leaving me very satisfied. I would like to continue using these services in the future.

Although you can't expect much from Hawaiian time, the pickup was on time, even during the slightly eased rush hour. I appreciated that they took me right to the front of each airline. This was my third time using the service, and I'm always grateful for the pleasant assistance.

なかなかハワイアンタイムでは期待できませんが、ラッシュ時間帯もやや緩和された中での迎え、オンタイムでした。それぞれのエアーラインの前まできちんと送っていただき助かりました。3度目でしたが、いつも感じよい対応に感謝します。

Since there were no direct flights from Japan, I arrived in the evening. After waiting for about five minutes at the personal exit, I heard someone call my name. A cheerful lady in a yellow aloha shirt greeted me with a smile, and I felt all the fatigue from my long journey disappear (laughs).

After that, we picked up a couple from Australia and set off. Since there were only two groups, we arrived at the hotel without taking too much time. I will use this service again. Thank you very much.

日本から直行便ではなかったので、夕方到着。
個人出口を出て5分位待っていたら自分の名前を呼ぶ声がしました。
画像の黄色いアロハを着た陽気なお姉さんがニコニコ対応してくれ、
長旅の疲れも吹き飛ぶ気がしました（笑）。

その後オーストラリアからのカップルを乗せ出発。
2組だけだったので、それほど時間もかからずホテルに到着できました。
また利用します。

Upon arriving in Honolulu, I easily found the bus stop without any confusion, and the Japanese staff made me feel 100% at ease. There were no complicated procedures; I just had to give my name, and they guided me to the bus without having to carry my luggage. It took about 30 minutes to reach the hotel. Upon arrival, they kindly handled my luggage and greeted me with a polite greeting, just like a Japanese person would. On the return trip, I was a bit anxious about whether they would arrive on time, but when I checked out and went to the hotel entrance, they were already waiting for me, which relieved my worries. At the airport, they took us right to the front of our airline, and I was very satisfied with the taxi-like service. I’ve decided to use this service again next time!

ホノルル到着後、迷う事無く乗り場にたどり着き、日本人スタッフが対応してくれたので安心度１００%でした。面倒な手続きも無く、名前を告げるだけでバスまで案内してくれて、荷物を持つ事もなく乗車し、あとはホテルまで約３０分で到着。到着時も、丁寧に荷物を運んでくれて挨拶も日本人並みにきちんとした挨拶でした。帰りは、時間に来てくれるか少し不安もありましたが、チェックアウトしホテル正面玄関に行けば既に待ってくれていたので安心しました。空港では、自分達が乗る航空会社の前まで行ってくれるし、タクシー並のサービスには大満足でした。次回もここに決まりです！

I used the service alone in the morning, and the bus driver was waiting at the designated meeting point on time as instructed. After that, we picked up a couple of other guests from different hotels, but we didn't have to wait long and arrived at the airport with plenty of time to spare.

At one hotel, the guest who was supposed to board was missing, and the driver was checking with the front desk staff. Perhaps they overslept? The driver quickly contacted the company to inform them of the situation and proceeded to take the rest of us to the airport without waiting for that guest.

I felt reassured by the driver's diligence in confirming details with the company each time we picked someone up and prioritizing the passengers' flight times. I would like to use this service again.

一人で朝利用しましたが、案内通りの集合場所にバスドライバーさんが時間通りに待機してくれていました。
その後2件ほど他のホテルでお客さんをピックアップしていきましたが長く待たされることもなく余裕を持って空港へ到着できました。
一つのホテルでは乗るはずのお客さんが見当たらずホテル内のフロントの方に確認している様子でしたがおそらく寝坊？なのか、ドライバーさんはすぐ会社に連絡して状況を伝えそのままその方を待つことなく私たち他の乗客を空港へ送迎してくださいました。
ピックアップする度にきちんと会社と逐一確認を取り合っている姿勢や、乗客のフライト時間を一番に考えてくれている点に安心感がありました。
また利用したいと思います。

Due to living overseas, I used China Airlines from Taipei to Honolulu. My scheduled arrival in Honolulu was at 2 PM. The reservation confirmation stated to go to the Roberts counter at the group tour exit, but the notes mentioned that for flights arriving after 1 PM, staff would be waiting at the individual tour exit. I sent an email beforehand to clarify which was correct, but received no reply.

Upon arriving in Honolulu, I exited the individual tour exit but found no staff, so I walked to the group exit, only to find that the counter was already closed. I wandered around and asked people from other shuttle companies until I finally found a Roberts staff member, but I ended up walking quite a bit inside the airport.

Flights from Japan arrive in the morning, so it would have been fine at the group tour exit, but since there are also flights from other locations, I hope they can be more thorough regarding the meeting place.

海外在住のため、台北からホノルルのチャイナエアを利用。ホノルル到着は14時の予定でした。
予約確定書には、団体ツアー出口にあるロバーツのカウンターに来るよう記載してありましたが、注意事項のところには13時以降の到着便は個人ツアー出口でスタッフが待っていると記載あり。どっちが正しいのか事前にメールを送ったが返信なし。
ホノルルに到着し、個人ツアー出口を出たがスタッフがいなかったので、団体用の出口まで歩いたが、すでにカウンターは閉まっていた。ウロウロして他の送迎会社の人にきいて何とかロバーツスタッフを発見したが、空港内をかなり歩き回るハメに。
日本からの便だと午前中に着くので団体ツアー出口で問題なかったのだろうが、日本以外から行くこともあるので、集合場所については徹底してほしい。

I use this service every time I visit Hawaii. One of its attractions is that it has fewer pick-up points compared to other companies offering similar services. The shuttle bus arrived on time. The seats were full with passengers. We arrived at the airport in about an hour. When getting off, the driver announces the airline loudly, which is reassuring.

ハワイ訪問の際は毎回利用しています。同じくらいの送迎他社に比べてPICK UPの数が少ないのが魅力です。定刻にシャトルバス到着。座席はお客さんでフル。約1時間で空港に到着しました。降りるときは運転手さんが大きな声で航空会社を言ってくれるので安心です。

Keao Low was a very funny and interesting driver. He keeps us awake for telling us where we are going and histories of Hawaii. Thumbs Up Keao you are very great!!!!

We were picked up on time by a very professional and knowledgeable driver who explained everything we needed to know before entering Pearl Harbor. We had time to visit the museum buildings which included many relics from the era and the gift shop before entering the building where a short film is seen. We then boarded a boat piloted by military personnel who brought us to the memorial. Once we entered the memorial we we asked to keep conversations to a whisper to respect the souls below. It was a very humbling moment for us all. We were then taken back to shore and boarded our bus to head to the Missouri. We were told NOT to take any pictures while driving they the military base until we got to the Missouri, There are lots of places to have a quick meal before and after boarding the Ship. Once you're on the ship you can go out on your own or take a free guided tour which I would suggest. because all of the important areas like where the surrender took place. After the tour you will still have time to walk about the ship and to go beneath to view crew quarters and other areas of interest. After leaving the ship we boarded our bus, picked up our bags and purses at the locker area (not allowed at Pearl Harbor) and headed to the Punch Bowl for a short drive thru to pay our respects then to our hotels. This was a very informative tour done by a great drive who also acted as the tour guide. He didn't miss a thing and made us feel that we were back un the day with his presentation. His company would be very proud of him!!

It was a fantastic tour! Our guide/bus driver Larry was a wealth of knowledge on everything from Hawaiian history to all the buildings in the area and I learnt so much that I would have never known without him. He also told us plenty about Pearl Harbour too and made sure we knew what we were doing. He was very funny too and you could tell he was very experienced and qualified for his job, it was a fantastic experience and definitely worth my money.
