When entering Waikiki from the highway, there is usually quite a bit of traffic, but it seems I took a different exit this time and was able to drive smoothly through the city without feeling stressed by traffic, arriving without any issues.

ハイウェイからワイキキ市内に入るときいつもかなりの渋滞に
なるのですがいつもと違う出口で出たようで市内をスイスイ走り
渋滞でストレスを感じることもなく順調に到着しました。

I used this service to go from Maui to Waikiki. The meeting place was not far from Hawaiian Airlines, and we arrived at the hotel smoothly. They always give us shell leis, but it seems we have to wear them around our necks to distinguish ourselves from other customers, which is a bit embarrassing (laughs).

のですが他のお客様との見分けのためらしく首からかけなくてはいけない

I always ask Roberts for transportation in Hawaii, but this time they arrived about an hour late. I called the office several times but couldn't get through, which made me very anxious. Even though Roberts' car came to the hotel multiple times, when I explained the situation to the driver, I was coldly told that the passengers for each car were already decided. I've been to Hawaii 1-2 times a year, but this was my first experience like this. I'm glad I made it in time, but after arriving at the airport, I had to rush through the procedures and didn't have time to look at the things I wanted to buy at the airport, which made it a terrible trip.

ハワイでの送迎はいつもロバーツにお願いしているのですが
今回は迎えの時間より1時間位遅刻してきて何度もオフィスに
電話してもつながらず大変不安な気持ちでした。ロバーツの
車が何度もホテルに来ていたのにドライバーに事情を話しても
車ごとに乗せる人が決まっているからと言って冷たくあしらわ
れました。毎年1-2回はハワイに行きますがこういう経験は初めて
です。間に合ったから良かったですが空港に着いた後も大急ぎ
で手続きしなくてはならず空港で買おうと思っていたものも見る
時間なく最悪な旅行になってしまいました。

Our driver did a super job of pointing out points of interest and filled us in on local history. We were picked up on time and returned on time.

Roberts Hawaii has courteous staff.
The shuttle service was reliable and hardly ever late, which made me feel at ease.
I definitely want to use it again next time.

After picking up your luggage and exiting through the group exit on the left, you will immediately see the counter, which is easy to find. Once you hand over your voucher, they will guide you to the bus right away. You will depart soon and arrive at your hotel easily.

手荷物を受け取り左手にある団体出口を出るとすぐにカウンターがあり誰でもわかります。バウチャーを渡すとすぐにバスへ案内してくれます。すぐに出発し簡単にホテルへ到着です。

I was instructed to wait in front of the Hilton nearby instead of the hotel where I was staying. I waited for about 20 minutes before the scheduled time, but even 20 minutes past the time, the bus did not arrive. The Hilton bellboy, seeing my situation, contacted them and was told they didn't know when it would come. He arranged for me to wait in the hotel lobby instead of in direct sunlight. In the end, I was able to board a bus that was 35 minutes late (probably unexpected), but I believe this was a result of poor communication. However, the staff at the Hilton were very kind.

滞在したホテルの前ではなく近所のヒルトンの前で待つように指示があり、約束時間の２０分前から待っていたのに時間を２０分過ぎてもバスは来ず、見かねたヒルトンのベルボーイが連絡をしてくれたところ何時来るか分からないとの回答だったそうで、直射日光にさらされる場所からホテルのロビーで待つようにアレンジしてくれました。　結局３５分遅れの便(多分計画外)に乗車できましたが、これは連絡の不行き届きの結果だと思われます。　でもヒルトンの人は親切でした。

My flight from Maui was delayed by more than 30 minutes, but when I arrived at the baggage claim area, I was relieved to hear my name being called. I had been told that I couldn't be dropped off in front of the hotel, but thanks to the driver's kindness, I was able to get dropped off right in front, which I really appreciated.

マウイ島からの便が３０分以上遅れたのですが、荷物受取の場所に行くと、私の名前を呼ぶ声が聞こえて安心しました。　ホテルの前では降車できないと言われてましたが、運転手の好意で目の前で降ろしてもらい有難かったです。

I was disappointed that I couldn't stop in front of the hotel and ended up passing it. I don't have a good sense of direction and can't speak English, so that was a bit frustrating. However, I think it's better than taking a bad taxi.

The pickup was late, and I waited for about 20 minutes. It seems there was a problem, but I would have appreciated some communication.

The half-day tour took us from one end of Oahu to the other. I didn't have high expectations based on the reviews, but it was great to visit places that you can only reach by rental car. At Hanauma Bay, we only took photos from above, but the clear blue water was beautiful. There were many people snorkeling to see the dead coral reefs. Haleiwa had a rural town atmosphere and was very photogenic, so I took a lot of pictures. We stopped at the Hawaiian Coral Factory, and I thought it would be nice to enjoy trying on some items. I also found rings for about $15 at the edge and purchased one.

At the Polynesian Cultural Center, I learned about the differences in dances from various regions and had various experiences. The hula dance show on the boat was definitely the most wonderful part.

For dinner, I upgraded to the middle class, received a fresh flower lei, and enjoyed my meal while watching the show.

時間通りに迎えが来ず、20分ほど待ちました。トラブルがあったようですが、連絡が欲しかったです。
半日観光は、オアフ島の端から端まで連れて行ってもらいました。レビューからあまり期待してませんでしたが、レンタカーをしないと巡れないようなところばかりでよかったです。ハナウマベイは上からみて写真を撮るだけでしたが、透き通った青がきれい。死んだサンゴ礁？を見るためにシュノーケルしてる人がいっぱい。ハレイワは田舎町のような雰囲気でフォトジェニックだったので、たくさん撮りました。途中でハワイアンコーラルファクトリーに寄りますが、試着を楽しめばいいかなと思いました。端っこに15ドルくらいの指輪も並んでたので購入。
ポリネシアン文化センターでは、いろんな地域のダンスの違いを知り、いろんな体験ができます。船上のフラダンスショーがやっぱり一番素敵でした。
夕飯は真ん中のクラスにアップデートし、生花のレイをかけてもらい、ショーを見ながら食べました。

There was no waiting time, and everything went very smoothly. The bus driver provided a city tour guide until we reached the hotel. I would like to use this service again.

Both the outbound and return transfers were smooth and without any issues. The drivers were very nice people, which was great. I would like to use this service again.

I was nervous about the early morning flight pickup in front of the hotel, but even though there was a delay, they managed to pick me up safely, and I arrived at the airport with plenty of time to spare!

The shuttle service visits multiple locations, which can lead to some time loss, but I chose Roberts because they limit it to a maximum of five stops. It ended up going in circles around Waikiki, which has many one-way streets, but I treated it as a sightseeing ride. Since I wasn't in a hurry to arrive at the hotel, the time loss didn't bother me. The shuttle wasn't full, so I was able to ride comfortably. The check-in process was straightforward, and I felt secure using the service.

シャトルサービスは複数軒回るので、時間のロスがある、というデメリットですが、ロバーツはMAX5軒までということで選択しました。
一方通行の多いワイキキ内をくるくる回る形になりましたが、車窓見学というつもりで乗車していました。
ホテル到着を急いではいなかったので、時間のロスは気になりませんでした。
満席でもなく、ゆったりと乗車できました。
受付も判りやすく、安心して利用できました。

The hotel staff confirmed everything, so I wasn't worried, but we arrived 20 minutes late even though there were no passengers in front of us.

There was no Japanese staff, but the driver was a nice person, which was great! They also accommodated the total charter flight, and it was good including the tip!

日本語スタッフはいませんでしたが、ドライバーさんも感じの良い方でよかったです！

I used this service to get to the hotel from the airport, and the shuttle bus stop was close by, so I found it easily. It was also helpful that there was someone to guide us in the arrival lobby.

I made a round-trip transfer reservation from Honolulu Airport to the hotel in advance from Japan, and I was relieved that they were punctual, especially on the return day when I was concerned about the flight time.

I always use this service, and they always respond politely. Many of the staff are cheerful, which makes me feel the happiness of being in Hawaii. It's a very convenient shuttle bus.

The service during the transfer from the airport was great, so I requested it again for my return. I was surprised when they arrived even earlier than scheduled, with a precision that felt just like Japan. I was very satisfied with the price and service, so I gave the driver a little extra, even though it was already included in the tip. All the drivers and local staff provided wonderful service, making my stay comfortable until the very end. While these may seem like small things, I definitely want to use Roberts again in the future.

空港からの移動で対応もよかったので帰りも頼みました。
時間より前にお迎えにきてもらい、まるで日本みたいな正確さでびっくりしました。
この価格とサービスに大満足でしたので、チップ込みでしたがドライバーさんに多少渡しました。
どのドライバーさんや現地手配のスタッフの方もすばらしい対応なので、滞在最後まで気持ちがよくいられます。こういうことは小さいことですが、今後もロバーツさんを利用したいとおもいます。

The affordable shuttle service was really helpful. They delivered us efficiently both to and from our destination. I will use it again next time.

We had such a good time. There was 7 of us in our group. Some of us had been to Oahu before and some had not. We wanted to take a smaller, more personal tour. So we could all be TOGETHER and learn some of the history of the islands while seeing all the sights.
Our driver was insightful, and fun. He answered all of our inquiries with so much knowledge.
Everyone of us enjoyed the whole tour. It was nice to be able to talk, visit, take pictures and not have to worry about driving and finding the way ourselves.
We didn't feel rushed... got to see everything at each stop.

I booked a one-way shuttle service from the hotel to the airport in Japan. Despite the reasonable price, the driver's service on the day was courteous, and there were no delays, which was great. I would like to use it again.

Upon arrival at Honolulu airport, we made our way down to collect our luggage and immediately were met by the Robert's representative. After collecting our luggage,we we were then escorted to the van where Mike was waiting for us. A few minutes later, once the other clients had arrived, we left for the various hotels/condos. Along the way, Mike gave us plenty of information and helpful hints. We arrived at our condo within a very reasonable time frame. The whole process was stress- free and impressive.
