The pickup location I was worried about was easy to find. The staff at the desk were nice, and the transfer to the hotel was smooth. It was also good that it mentioned tips were included.

心配していた迎えの場所も分かりやすかったです。デスクの方もいい感じで、ホテルまでスムーズでした。チップ込みと書いてあったのも良かったです。

We arrived at the Inter-Island Terminal via Hawaiian Airlines domestic flight from Kona Airport. Staff were waiting in the arrival lobby with our names displayed on a tablet.

We were the first to board a 13-passenger van and waited for three other pairs of passengers. It took about 15 minutes until departure.

After stopping at two other hotels, we arrived in about 35 minutes. The staff assisted with loading and unloading our luggage, making the process smooth and easy.

There were other shuttle companies that were a bit cheaper, but since the hotel I used was somewhat minor, it wasn't on their list of pickup locations. However, Roberts was able to provide transportation, which was a great help. I would like to use their service again on my next trip.

コナ空港からハワイアン航空国内線でインターアイランドターミナル到着でした。到着ロビーでスタッフがタブレットに名前を表示して待機しておりました。
13人乗りのバンで我々が最初に乗車し、他に2名組×3の乗車を待ちました。発車まで約15分でした。
他のホテル2箇所に寄り、約35分で到着しました。
手荷物の積み降ろしはスタッフが手伝って頂き難なく利用出来ました。

他にもう少し安い送迎車の会社もありましたが、自分の利用したホテルが少しマイナーなのか送迎可能リストに入ってなく、ロバーツさんは送迎可能だった為助かりました。次回の渡航時もまた利用したいです。

I received a call from the hotel front desk about the pickup 10 minutes before the scheduled time. We stopped at three other hotels before arriving at the airport in about 40 minutes. However, one location was a no-show, and they left immediately, so it seems you should be careful to be on time for the pickup.

ピックアップ時間10分前にホテルのフロントからピックアップの電話が部屋に来て頂きました。
自分の宿泊していたホテルから他に3箇所のホテルに寄り、約40分で空港へ着きました。なお、1箇所はノーショーですぐに出発したので、ピックアップ時間に居ないと待ってくれなさそうなので気をつけた方が良さそうです。

They arrived on time to pick me up, which made me feel at ease. The pickup time felt a bit early, but I think it's good because it allows for a relaxed experience without rushing.

時間通りにお迎えに来ていただき、安心して利用できました。ピックアップの時間は少し早い気がしましたが、慌てず余裕が持てるので良いと思います。

I was guided in a polite, fun, and smiling manner. I walked quite a bit inside the center, but it was enjoyable and not burdensome at all. The shows were in English, but Atsushi provided simultaneous interpretation in Japanese, which helped me understand the content well. I was impressed to learn about the greeting with two fingers raised in aloha.

The canoe experience was enjoyable for both adults and children. The night show was enjoyable even from the back seats. I did feel a bit sleepy during the night show. It got chilly at night, so I was glad I brought a long-sleeve shirt.

The half-day tour of Oahu included places I had been to before, but coincidentally, I had the same guide as before. At Haleiwa, I was able to eat Matsumoto Shave Ice immediately without any wait. (With azuki... it was delicious!) Since it's a popular spot now, I wished we had a bit more time there.

丁寧に楽しく笑顔でガイドをしてもらいました。
センター内をかなり歩きましたが、楽しく苦になりませんでした。
ショーなどは英語ですが、あつし君が日本語で同時通訳してくれて、
内容が良く理解できました。
アロハの2本指を立てての挨拶の始まりなど、そうなんだーと納得でした。

カヌーも体験でき大人から子供まで楽しめる内容でした。
ナイトショーは、後方席でしたが十分楽しめました。
ナイトショーは途中ちょっと眠くなりました。
夜は冷えましたので、長そで持参してよかったです。

オアフ島の半日観光は、一度行ったことのある場所ばかりでしたが、偶然、以前と同じガイドさんでした。ハレイワではマツモトシェーブアイスを待ち時間なくすぐに食べられました。（あずき入り・・・・おいしかった♪）
今、人気の場所なのでもう少し時間があればなあと思いました。

I used an option from a certain airline last time and it was great, so I requested it again this time. The number of hotels on the route was limited, and they delivered us promptly! I especially recommend it for individual travelers.

We were picked up at our hotel right on time. Our driver was a very pleasant lady who kept us all informed on who else was to be picked up and where we were going. It made the trip back to the airport very pleasant.

As I expected, I was able to smoothly get to the bus stop after picking up my luggage. The bus stop is a bit far, but there are signs, so it's okay.

This was my first time arranging transportation from the airport to my hotel in Waikiki. The meeting point was in an easy-to-find location right outside the airport, and the transfer went smoothly.

今回初めて空港からワイキキのホテルまで頼みました.
空港でてすぐの分かりやすい所に集合場所はあり、スムーズに移動できました

I usually rent a car from the time I arrive until I leave, but this time I returned the rental car early and used it for my departure. I think it was great to save the time and effort that would have been spent on returning the rental car. I would like to use this service again if I have the opportunity in the future.

いつもはレンタカーを到着したときから帰るまで借りて移動していましたが、今回初めてレンタカーを早めに返して帰国時に利用しました。
レンタカーの返却に掛かってしまっていた時間や、手間も省く事が出来て良かったど思います。
今後も機会があれば利用したいと思います。

This was my first time using this service, so I was a bit anxious, but there was a slight delay in timing, and they came to the designated place and time both on the way there and back. I couldn't communicate in Japanese at all, but it was fine.

こちらにお世話になるのは初めてでしたので少し不安でしたが、多少、時間の遅れはありましたが行きも帰りも指定の場所、時間に来て頂きました。

I was definitely not disappointed. At the airport, I was very happy to receive a lei made of shells, which they called an aloha, and to be accompanied to the pickup location.
However, one thing that differs from a taxi driver is that I couldn't discuss information at that time; while online information gives a general overview, I couldn't find out what was published in the local newspaper. (I gather information through conversations with taxi drivers.)
But I am satisfied. I think it's a very good service for those who are not fluent in English-speaking countries. We also believe that the transportation service was excellent without any issues.

決してがっかりでは無いですよ。空港では貝で作った、レイ、(レイって言うのか？) を、アロハと言って首に掛けていただき、ピックアップ場所まで同行してもらい大変嬉しく思いました。
ただ一つ、タクシードライバーと違うのが、その時の情報などお話し出来ない事、ネット情報は、全体的に大きな事が分かるが、地元紙に掲載される事は、分からない、と、言う事。
(それをタクシードライバさんとのお話しで情報を、入手する。)
でも、満足です。
英語圏が堪能ではない人には、とてもよい送迎だと思ういます。
私たちも、送迎に関しては問題なく素晴らしいって、思っています。

When leaving the airport, you can quickly find the pickup location, and there are many staff members to guide you. It's a great shuttle service that saves a lot of time, allowing you to reach the hotel quickly! Highly recommended!

I was recommended the all-day plan by the travel agency and decided to participate. To be honest, I was disappointed. It might be a matter of luck, but the bus guide was very loud and talked non-stop. About 80% of her content was pushing us to buy at the wholesale stores for gold and peridot that we stopped at under the guise of restroom breaks. By the way, the breaks at these stores were the longest until we arrived at our destination.

The items often had designs that would look tacky on someone in their early 40s in Japan (though I think they would suit those in their 50s and above).

I hope this helps those who plan to participate in the future. There was a lot of exaggeration in her stories, and as someone who works in the jewelry industry, I found it very unpleasant. She claimed that necklaces combining 18k gold, pink gold, and white gold do not exist in Japan, but they do. While I believe the gold accessories sold on the streets of Hawaii are plated and can tarnish, it is true that white gold, even if it's 18k, can tarnish due to platinum plating (the base metal color can show through), yet she made it sound like tarnishing was impossible, which is quite the opposite of what is acceptable in Japan.

Since my mood was already lowered before arriving at the Polynesian Cultural Center, I recommend participating only in the afternoon.

終日プランを旅行会社の人にも勧められ参加しました。
はっきり言ってガッカリです。
当たり外れの問題かもしれませんが、バスガイドのおばちゃんがうるさい。しゃべりまくりです。
その内容の8割は途中でトイレ休憩と称して寄る地金とペリドットなどの卸のお店での購入を煽る話です。
ちなみに、このお店でさせられる休憩が現地到着するまで最も長いです。
品は40代前半でも日本でつけたらダサいデザインが多いです（でも50代前後からは似合うと思うデザイン）

今後参加される方の参考になればと思いつらつら記載しますが
話の中身に誇張が多く、ジュエリーの仕事をしている私は大変不快でした。
18金のゴールド、ピンクゴールド、ホワイトゴールドを組み合わせたネックレスは日本にはないと言いますが、存在します。
ハワイの道の道又で売られている金のアクセサリーはメッキで、変色するという話は本当だと思いますが
ホワイトゴールドは18金でもプラチナメッキをしているので変色する可能性はある（地金の色が出てくる）のにいかにも変色はないような言い方をされるのは、逆に日本ではありえません。

ポリネシアンカルチャーセンターに着く前にテンション下がるものでしたので
午後だけの参加をオススメします。

I was able to travel back and forth between Daniel Ken Inoue Airport and Hilton Grand Islander without any worries.

Ｄａｎｉｅｌ　Ｋｅｎ　Ｉｎｏｕｅ　Ａｉｒｐｏｒｔ　と　Ｈｉｌｔｏｎ　Ｇｒａｎｄ　Ｉｓｌａｎｄｅｒ　の　往復を不安なくやっていただきました。　

The tour bus driver Genshin was punctual, friendly, and informative. We fell a bit behind schedule on the way back but that was due to traffic and Genshin was nice enough to wait an extra 5-10 minutes for the late passengers. The guided tour portion at Pearl Harbor was brief but it gave everyone a chance to explore the Arizona Memorial and USS Missouri for themselves. A good experience overall.

I was staying at a hotel that was not applicable at the time of booking, but I was grateful that they came to pick me up! The driver was kind and friendly. I would like to use this service again when I go to Honolulu.

申し込み時に該当しないホテルに滞在していましたが、ホテルまで迎えに来て頂き、有り難かったです！

I looked for several airport transfer options, but I decided to go with Roberts, which offered great cost performance and peace of mind! When I arrived at the airport and went out to the exit, I quickly found Roberts' counter among several other groups welcoming passengers. A Japanese resident was there to guide us, making it very easy to understand.

The foreign gentleman who was with us also communicated in broken Japanese, which helped create a friendly atmosphere.

There were a few other individuals and couples besides us, but I think we were able to depart without waiting for more than 30 minutes.

The transfer goes to hotels in Waikiki in order, and while it might take longer depending on the sequence, I enjoyed observing which hotels other guests were staying at during the ride.

I will definitely use this service again when I go to Oahu!

空港送迎をいくつか探しましたが、コスパもよく安心なロバーツさんにお願いしました！
空港に着き出口に出るといくつかの団体さんが迎えるなか、ロバーツさんの窓口もすぐ見つけることができ、現地在住の日本の方が案内してくれてとても分かりやすかったです。
一緒にいた外国人の男性のかたも片言の日本語でコミュニケーションしてくださり和ませていただきました。

私たちのほかにも、おひとりさまやカップルなど何組かいらっしゃいましたが、３０分も待つことなく出発できたと思います。

ワイキキのホテルを順番に回りますが、順番によっては遅くなるかもしれないですが、ほかの方がどんなホテルに泊まってるのかとか観察しながら楽しく乗車することができました。

オアフ島へ行く際は、また利用させていただきます！

The bus motor coach narrator was excellent. Humerous all the way. Will book again with my family! Very educative and informative experience!

I arrived around 1 PM, so I was worried about being late for the last HIS at 2 PM, so I asked for help here.

１３時ころの到着でしたので、１４時が最終のHISさんだと遅れた時に不安があったのでこちらにお願いしました。

I had only booked tours with transportation until now, and I remember waiting for about an hour each time. However, this time, there was almost no waiting! The pickup point was right outside the airport, which made it very convenient. Since it was just transportation and not a fun option, I gave it four stars, but I plan to use this service again next time.

I couldn't find the pickup location for my car at the HOKULANI Hotel in Waikiki, but I quickly figured it out when I spotted the Roberts vehicle and the driver came towards the lobby. Although we couldn't communicate verbally, they were very kind and it was a great help.

We enjoyed the event. Our driver Patrick was very pleasant and knowledgeable. For the price you can’t go wrong! I would recommend for those that want to experience Pearl Harbor and Honolulu in an efficient yet enjoyable way.

I contacted them because they hadn't arrived by the scheduled time, and I was told that there were eight other people waiting. In the end, they were 45 minutes late. It was just in time for check-in. Please arrange for an earlier pickup next time.

There is a pickup location right outside the airport, which is convenient. I brought a printed reservation form, so the staff was able to understand everything quickly, which was great.
