I have used this service multiple times, but this time there were no other passengers besides us, and we went directly from the airport to the hotel, so we were able to arrive at the hotel very smoothly.

I always use it. I always stay at the Trump Hotel, so it's very good. Since I go from the airport to Hilton Village and then to Trump, it saves me time.

They picked us up on time. Since the route is Trump Hotel → Hilton Village → Airport, I think this hotel is great for those staying here.

I sent two hotels together without any waste, arrived earlier than expected, and was able to check into the room right away, which was great. I would like to use this service again; the driver provided guidance in Japanese as well, which was enjoyable.

I have used this service several times, but this time I used Hawaiian Airlines. However, the drop-off location was far from the Narita-bound counter. When I was boarding, I was asked about the airline, so I wish they had confirmed my destination before dropping me off. Other than that, the pickup was on time and smooth. I would definitely like to use this service again.

何度か利用していますが、今回ハワイアン航空の利用でした。
でも降ろされた場所が成田行きのカウンターから離れた場所でした。
乗るときに航空会社を聞かれたので行き先も確認して降ろして欲しかったです。
その他はピックアップも時間どおりでスムーズでした。

From the airport to Outrigger East. For some reason, I was told to get off at the Princess Kaiulani. When I communicated that it was the wrong place and that I needed to go to East, they said I had already passed it and that I should get off here. I walked along the bumpy sidewalk, dragging my suitcase. I wasn't feeling great upon arrival.

空港から、アウトリガーイーストまで。
何故だか、プリンセスカイウラニで、降りてと言われ。違うことと、イーストだと伝えると、通り過ぎたから、もうここで降りてと。
スーツケースをゴロゴロしながら、ガタガタの歩道を歩きました。
到着そうそう、いい気分ではありませんでした。

I used this service for transportation from Waikiki to the airport. Initially, the voucher did not specify the pickup time, and I was anxious because I still didn't know the time two days prior. I contacted the transportation company directly, and finally found out the pickup time. On the day of the transfer, they arrived on time for the pickup. The driver was also a nice person.

ワイキキから空港までの送迎として利用しました。
最初バウチャーにはピックアップ時間が書いておらず、2日前になっても時間が分からなかったため不安でした。
こちらから直接送迎会社へ連絡し、やっとお迎えの時間がわかりました。
当日は時間通りにピックアップに来ていただけました。
ドライバーさんも良い方でした。

There was a slight delay in the pickup time, but the trip to the airport was smooth and good. I usually make my reservation with Roberts through the hotel, but this time the pickup time felt unusually early (too much leeway?). I felt that there was less wasted time compared to usual, and I was satisfied.

お迎え時間に若干の遅れがあったものの、空港まではスムーズで良かったです。
いつもホテル経由でロバーツの予約を入れていますが、迎えの時間が異常に早く(余裕を持たせ過ぎ？)感じていました。今回はいつもに比べ無駄な時間が少ないような気がして満足でした。

The final wrap-up was enjoyable, so I was very satisfied with the trip. While not being particular about time may be part of the local lifestyle, it made us a bit anxious, so it was great that they picked us up on time.

最後の締めくくりも、楽しくできたので、旅行は大満足でした。時間にこだわらないのも、現地の人たちの生活スタイルでしょうが、私たちにとっては、不安になりますので、時間通りに迎えに来てもらって良かったです。

I requested a ride to the airport for the island trip. The pickup was at 4:25 AM, but they arrived right away when I was waiting in front of the hotel 10 minutes early. I always feel安心して利用させていただいてます!

I always use this service. Since they often arrive before the scheduled pickup time, I make sure to go to the pickup location (in front of the hotel) with some extra time to spare.

集合時間より前に 来てくれることが多いので、余裕をもって ピックアップ場所(ホテル前)に 行くようにしています。

After arriving at the location, the bus meeting point was a bit difficult to find, but afterwards, the driver helped carry all the luggage to the hotel front. They were very kind.

現地到着後、バス待ち合わせ場所分かりにくいですが、その後ドライバーさんはお荷物の運びホテル前まですべて手伝ってもらいました。親切でした。

I arrived at the shuttle meeting point about 10 minutes late, but everything else went smoothly. It's convenient that printing the voucher is not necessary.

Basically, the goal was achieved. However, I was scheduled to be picked up at the hotel at 10:35. According to the rules, if I was 5 minutes late, I was to call the company, but I arrived more than 10 minutes late. This delay caused me some concern during the trip. Additionally, around 10:37, another car from the same company arrived. I thought it was my car and confirmed with the driver, but he insisted, "This car is not yours; please wait a little longer." Since this is a business catering to Japanese customers, I hope for some improvements.

基本的には目的は達成です。
ただ10:35分にホテルに迎え予定。5分遅れたら会社に電話下さいとの規約の中で10分以上遅れて到着。旅行の中でこの遅れは少し心配になります。また37分頃に同じ会社の別の車が到着。この車だと思いドライバーに確認するも「この車は違う、もう少し待ってくれの一点張り」。日本人相手の商売なのでもう少し改善して欲しいです。

The place where we boarded was different, and the wait for other passengers was too long. The driver was chatting with other staff and we didn't depart for a while. They parked in a way that blocked the exit for other companies' cars and got scolded, which made me honestly feel anxious as an elderly woman.

The conversation was in English, but there were no particular issues. The pickup time seemed to be on Hawaiian time, so it wasn't as precise as in Japan.

I used Roberts for the first time. There were mostly foreigners around, and only one Japanese person, but the driver was a Japanese person who could speak Japanese, so I felt completely at ease. The microbus was quite large, so the interior was spacious. I would like to use it again next time.

初めてロバーツさんを利用しました。
周りは外国人ばかりで日本人は一人でしたが、日本語も話せる日系人ドライバーでしたので全く不安なかったです。
大きめのマイクロバスでしたので車内もゆったりでした。
次回も利用したいと思います。

This event was outstanding - an excellent way to see so many of the major sites on the island and experience all the Polynesian Cultural Center has to offer. The tour guide was exceptional- providing a lot of interesting information about the various places we visited. Our stops were just the right amount of time to allow us to take pictures and explore a little. My personal favorite was Hanauma Bay - such a beautiful view. The Polynesian Cultural Center is a must see when you visit the island - such interesting and lesser known facts about the history of the Center - and an outstanding luau and show.

The pickup at the Honolulu airport was timely and professional. It was very easy to identify the Roberts employee and he was very courteous and personable. The transport vehicle was outstanding - very clean and extremely comfortable. I highly recommend this as the best way to get to your hotel from the airport at a reasonable rate.

This time, we traveled to Hawaii with my wife's parents, our couple, and our 3-year-old son, making a total of five people! We used this service during our previous trip to Hawaii as well, and it was very reassuring. The price included tips, and even for someone like me who struggles with English, there were no issues at all. I highly recommend it!

前回のハワイ旅行時にも利用しましたが、とても安心できる内容でした。チップ込みの価格で英語が苦手な私でも全然問題ありませんでした。とってもおすすめです！

They arrived about 10 minutes later than the scheduled time for the pickup. The car was reasonably spacious. There were a few foreign passengers (from the conversation, they seemed to be from the UK), but it was not noisy and was comfortable. It took quite a while to reach the airport, possibly because there were many pickup locations, but in the end, we leisurely toured the main areas of Honolulu, so I felt like I was able to say goodbye to Hawaii before returning home. ^ ^

予定時刻より10分ほど後にピックくアップ先に来てくれました。
車内は程よく広い。
外国の方(会話からイギリス)も数名いましたがうるさくもなく快適でした。
ピックアップ先が多かったのか空港につくまでかなりかかりましたが、最後にホノルルのメインをゆっくり回っていたので、帰国前にハワイにさよならできた気分です^ ^

Please arrive 2 to 3 minutes before the scheduled hotel pickup time, and they will come to call you in the lobby. At the airport, they drop you off in order at the closest entrance for each airline, but even after getting off at the wrong place twice, they kindly informed me that it was still not my turn for ANA. I would like to use this service again when I go to Hawaii.

ホテルピックアップ予定時間の2〜3分前に到着されて、ロビーまで呼びに来て下さいました。
空港ではそれぞれの航空会社に1番近い入口で順番におろしてくれるのですが、2回も間違えて降りたにも関わらずANAはまだだよとにこやかに教えてくれました。
またハワイに行く時は利用したいと思います。

やはり待ちました。おかげで待ち時間にたばこを吸いすぎてしまい、ひどく家内から怒られました。車内も大混雑でした。まあ時期と時間が悪かったのかもしれませんが・・・・。

From start to finish the whole experience was phenomenal, prompt pick up from our hotel, safety briefing then off we went, the cab to the helicopter was nice and cool, be sure to wear dark clothing as recommended in the pre flight info, failure to do so will result in you being given a dark t shirt to put on over your clothing.

The music and commentary accompanying the flight really made it special. Our pilot ensured that there were plenty of photo opportunities and ensured everyone on board got a great view.

I would definitely recommend this trip, it was great seeing Oahu from the sky and would do it all over again if I could! Thank you Blue Hawaii Helicopters for an unforgettable experience! Mahalo

Other companies have meeting points at the entrance of nearby representative hotels, while Roberts has its meeting point at the entrance of the hotel where I stayed. Having some flexibility with the hotel checkout time eased the rush when returning home. I definitely want to use this service again next time.

他社は、集合場所が近隣代表ホテルの玄関口にて、ロバーツは、宿泊先ホテルの玄関口。ホテルのチェックアウト時刻等に余裕が出来て、帰国時の気ぜわしさが軽減した。次回も是非利用したい。
