At the Hawaiian Airlines domestic baggage claim, there is a dedicated counter for Roberts, making it easy to find your shuttle service and head straight to Waikiki. Other companies drop you off at the Royal Hawaiian Center, and you have to make your own way to the hotel. Roberts provides transportation right to the entrance of your hotel. I will definitely choose Roberts again next time.

ハワイアン航空国内線のバッゲージクレーム（スーツケース受取場所）にロバーツの専用カウンターがあり、送迎担当を探す手間も無く、すんなりワイキキに、他社は、ロイヤルハワイアンセンターへ送迎され、ホテルまで自力で移動。ロバーツは、宿泊先ホテルの玄関口まで送迎。次回もロバーツ確約。

Everything was fantastic from beginning to end. The people, the experience, the venue. I would highly recommend.

It was English-only, but the driver was bright and cheerful, making the journey enjoyable until the end. When we boarded the bus, they also confirmed the airline, which made me feel at ease.

It's an average shuttle service, neither good nor bad. There's a counter very close to the group exit, so it's easy to find.

After arriving at the airport and collecting my luggage, I found a counter in front of the exit. When I provided my name, I was told to wait for a moment in a chair, but I was soon guided to the car. Since we stopped by other hotels, it took a bit longer compared to a taxi, but it was much cheaper, so I recommend it if you're not in a hurry.

空港到着後、手荷物を受けとったら出口前にカウンターがあったので名前を伝えたら少し椅子で待っててと伝えられましたが程なく車へ案内されました。他のホテルを経由するのでタクシーに比べると少し時間はかかりましたが、その分格安なので急ぎでない場合はおすすめです。

They picked me up almost at the scheduled time. It was very helpful that they easily carried my heavy luggage. The staff was also very friendly and even made a few jokes.

ほぼ予定通りのピックアップ時間にお迎えにきてくれました。重くなってしまった荷物も軽々と運んでもらえるのがとても助かります。ちょっとしたジョークなども言ったりしてスタッフの方もとても気さくです。

I was a little lost trying to find the group exit at the airport, but after that, I arrived at the hotel in no time without any issues! Since we took a route that didn't use the highway, I was able to enjoy a bit of sightseeing. This was my first time using it, and it was really convenient. I highly recommend it for individual travelers. I think it's reassuring that the staff can speak Japanese.

空港の団体出口がわからずちょっとだけ迷いましたが、その後は全く問題なくホテルまであっという間に着きました！高速を使わないルートだったのでちょっとだけ観光気分も味わえました。初めて利用したのですが本当に便利です。個人旅行にはおすすめです。受付の方は日本語ができるので安心だと思います。

Since it's not a tour, the transportation service is helpful. It's great to be able to follow the plan without worrying about time. Oahu has a lot of traffic, so it's more reassuring than renting a car.

The canoe show and night show at the Polynesian Cultural Center, as well as the hula lessons, were very enjoyable. Our guide, Kelina, was knowledgeable and made the tour both fun and informative. I felt that the bus driver's driving was quite wild, and I hope that can be improved. Overall, it was a highly satisfying tour.

ポリネシアンセンターのカヌーショウとナイトショウ、フラのレッスンがとても楽しかったです。ガイドのケリーナさんが知識豊富でとても楽しく為になる内容のツアーでした。バスの運転手さんの運転がかなりワイルドでそこだけは改善してほしいと思いました。トータルでは最高に満足度の高い内容のツアーでした。

They arrived on time to pick me up, but it felt a bit off that we waited in front of the hotel for about 15 minutes because one group of shared passengers didn't show up. The driver was a cheerful person.

I used this for transportation from the Big Island to Oahu and to the hotel. At first, I thought about booking the HIS bus, but I couldn't use it because it was outside of operating hours (after 2 PM), so I went with this option. It was average.

ハワイ島からオアフ島に移動しホテルまでの移動で使用しました。初めはHISバスを予約しようと思いましたが時間外（１４時以降）のために使えずこちらに。普通です。

It was clearly stated that there would be five hotel pickups, but there were more than five. I originally chose the evening flight with Hawaiian Airlines to extend my stay, but I was disappointed that the pickup took up so much time.

1台で回るホテルを5ヵ所と明記されていましたが、5ヵ所以上のピックアップでした。元々滞在時間を長くする為にハワイアン航空の夕方発便にしたのに、ピックアップで時間を取られ、少し残念でした。

They arrived on time to pick me up and even confirmed my check-in at the airport. I can trust them completely, which is reassuring. I always use this service for transfers on the Big Island. I made my reservation again this year right away.

時間どおりお迎えが来て空港でもチェックインまで確認してくれます。安心してまかせておけるので安心です。ハワイ島の送迎はいつもここ。今年も早速あ予約をいれました。

We started with sightseeing in the morning and entered the center at 1 PM. The daytime shows and the park tour were enjoyable, and both lunch and dinner were delicious. I watched the night show from the front row center and was moved to tears by the dancers' powerful performance. I will definitely go again next time. Thank you very much to the guide who took care of us during this tour. I hope to see you again next year.

午前中の観光から始まり１３時にセンターに入りました。
昼間のショーも園内ツアーも楽しく、ランチやディナーは美味しく、ナイトショーは、前列中央で見ましたがダンサーの皆さんの迫力に感動し、涙が出ました。
次回も必ず行きます。

I used this service to get from the hotel to the airport. Due to the one-way street, our hotel was the first stop, and then we headed to the airport after stopping at two other hotels. Since it was a shared ride, there were other passengers (including non-Japanese) as well, and we exchanged greetings in a friendly atmosphere. Since you can bring up to two suitcases for free, if there’s no reason to take a taxi alone (or with one other person), I would use this service again.

ホテルから空港に行くときに使用。一方通行の都合上うちのホテルは1番目だったのですが、その後2つのホテルを経由して空港に向かいました。混載ですので他の方々も（当然日本人以外も）一緒になり、挨拶交わして和気あいあいとした雰囲気でした。スーツケースも2つまで無料なので1人（または2人）でタクシーを使う理由がないのであれば、また利用すると思います。

As soon as you exit the airport, you can easily catch a ride, and there are many vehicles available. However, both drivers between the airport and the hotel had poor quality, so since the prices are similar elsewhere, I plan to use a different company next time.

空港を出てすぐに捕まえられるし、配車も多いんだろうけれど、空港～ホテル間のドライバーがどちらも質が悪かったので、値段は余所も大差ないし次回は違う会社を使う予定です。

I usually go with tours from major travel companies, but this time I tried arranging everything myself for the first time. After going through immigration, I immediately found a representative from Roberts Hawaii at the group exit, and we arrived at our destination after stopping at three hotels on a shared bus. The travel time was short, and even with a midday flight, we reached Waikiki quickly. It was very smooth and I felt secure using the service. I plan to use it again next time.

いつもは、大手旅行会社のツアーでしたが、今回は初めての個人手配にしてみました。
入国審査後、団体出口にて直ぐにロバーツハワイの方がおり、混在バスで3つのホテルを経由して到着しました。所要時間も短く、お昼着の便でも直ぐにワイキキです。とてもスムーズかつ安心して利用できました。また次の機会も利用しようと思います。

Every time I go to Hawaii, I use Roberts Hawaii for transportation. Their timing is always perfect, which gives me peace of mind. I look forward to using them again next time.

I was waiting at the front desk 15 minutes before the pickup time, but I was surprised when they arrived 10 minutes early! In my case, we only visited four hotels, so we arrived at the airport before check-in started. I was about fifth in line. Since it was JAL, many other shuttle buses and groups arrived afterward, and the check-in area was very crowded. However, once check-in started, I was able to check in right away, and the security check was also very smooth with hardly any wait! My English is at a basic level, but they just called my name loudly to confirm it, so it’s not a problem if you can’t speak English at all. The fact that they only visit a maximum of five hotels really saves time and reduces stress, so I highly recommend it! I would like to ask Roberts Hawaii again when I come to Hawaii.

ピックアップ時間の15分前にはフロントにて待機してましたが、10分前に迎えに来て頂き早すぎてビックリしました！
私の時は、自身のホテル合わせて4つしかまわらなかったのでチェックイン開始前に空港に到着しました。前から5番目位に並びました。
JALでしたので、その後続々と他社の送迎車や団体が到着しチェックインは大混雑の様子でした。
チェックイン開始後はすぐにチェックインでき、保安検査も大して並ばずとてもスムーズでした！！
私は英語は片言レベルですが、大きい声で名前を呼ばれて名前等を確認されるだけなので英語は話せなくても全く問題ありません。
ホテルを最大で5箇所しかまわらない点がかなり時短になりストレスも無いのでかなりオススメです！
また、ハワイに来る時はロバーツハワイさんにお願いしたいです。

The pickup was on time, so I was able to wait without feeling anxious. The staff were polite and cheerful, which was wonderful.

For a trip with two people, we will use the shuttle bus. Since there are only 2 or 3 groups sharing, we will arrive in Waikiki in the shortest time. Other companies' large buses (H○○) take quite a while for pick-up and drop-off. Mr. Roberts is polite, cheerful, and has a great vibe.
