I received a clear explanation of the history of the Kingdom of Hawaii in Japanese. It was a meet-up at the location, but it was close to the bus stop, and since the area is residential, it was fine. I was able to reach the meeting point at the airport without getting too lost. The waiting time I was worried about wasn't too long, and I was able to get to the hotel comfortably. I waited in the shade for about 10 minutes. The bus was comfortable, and they dropped me off right in front of the hotel, which made it really easy. I always rely on Roberts when traveling from Honolulu Airport to my hotel in Waikiki. When I exited the airport, I was flustered because I couldn't find the staff who are usually there. I wondered if I had mixed up the group exit and the individual exit, but the final instructions indicated the individual exit... so I ended up wandering around. When I finally found a staff member, I was directed to a meeting point that was farther away than I expected. It made me realize how much things have changed since the pandemic.

I have visited Hawaii many times, but this was my first time using Roberts Hawaii's shuttle service. This time, I used it from Honolulu Airport to my hotel.

It's a shared ride, and they drop off at several hotels in order.

After getting off the plane, I quickly recognized a person wearing a Roberts Hawaii shirt at the baggage claim.

After the group of passengers I signed up with gathered, we moved to the bus stop and had to wait quite a while for the bus to arrive. During that time, there was no information provided (like how long we would wait or that the bus would be arriving soon), which I found a bit unkind.
