Everyone was very friendly and made us feel so welcome. All staff including the bus operators were wonderful. We learned so much about the Hawaiian culture, very proud people. We visited all the villages with a tour guide, had lunch. We attended the luau and celebrated our 50th anniversary on the stage, we were presented with a lei and we danced with other couples that were also celebrating their anniversary . We went onto see their wonderful indoor show. We really had a great time.

On the fourth day in Hawaii, I went in the evening after spending the morning elsewhere. While the travel time was long, the guides kept us entertained with their creativity during the journey. As for dinner, it was a buffet style. I felt that the food wasn't very delicious. Regarding the fire dance, since it was in English, I couldn't quite understand the early episodes and only grasped the general idea. However, the main fire dance was impressive in terms of speed and the amount of fire! Unfortunately, photography was not allowed during the show! Overall, I think it is worth seeing!

午前中他所に遊んで夕方から行きました。
移動時間が長いのは仕方ないですが移動中はガイドさんたちが工夫しながら楽しませてもらえます。
夕食の方ですがバイキング形式でした。
料理は私はあまり美味しくないと感じました。
肝心のファイャーダンスですが英語なので最初の方のエピソード等がわからなくてなんとなくしかわかりませんでした。
メインのファイャーダンスはスピードと火の量には圧巻でした！
残念なのはショーの最中はカメラで撮影が出来ません！

A university student near the Polynesian Cultural Center served as our guide on the bus, and they were very articulate, sharing various stories about Hawaii, making the approximately one-and-a-half-hour drive feel like no time at all.

The show itself was conducted in English, so the story was a bit hard to follow, but there were many dancers, and it was quite impressive.

It was very good. Thanks to a limited-time campaign, I was able to get a great seat at a low price and see a wonderful show. The food may vary for each person, but I enjoyed it deliciously. The atmosphere of the restaurant where I dined was also lovely. I wished I could have stayed longer.

The staff's talk on the bus that came to pick us up was great. They explained the meanings of Hawaiian words, history, and the lives of the local people in an easy-to-understand way. At the Polynesian Cultural Center, the dynamic dances and performances were just as impressive as I expected.

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. We attended Paradise Cove Luau after reading numerous online reviews and asking for recommendations from some of the island residents. It was everything we could have hoped for. We paid for the royal box and it was worth every penny. The view of the stage was excellent, and the table service was very professional. The food and drinks were very good and there was a very nice variety of food. The view at Paradise Cove was right off of a post card. Perfect. I can’t say enough good things about our evening at Paradise Cove. Highly recommend.

We took our son to the show for his birthday and truly enjoyed every minute. I would recommend this show over any of the other Luaus we have been too. The staff was very entertaining and actually seemed to enjoy themselves. We will go again if we get a chance to return to Oahu.

Even with guaranteed front-row seats, guests are seated in order from the front according to a U-shaped arrangement, so it doesn't necessarily mean you'll be sitting in the front row directly facing the stage. However, during the show, the dancers perform facing all directions, so you can still enjoy it thoroughly. I entered about 30 minutes after the doors opened, and although I wasn't in the front area, I was able to sit about three seats from the front in the side area.

Upon entry, they place a flower lei around your neck. The meal is served buffet-style, allowing you to take everything from the main dishes to salads and desserts at once. The staff will come around to ask if you need more drinks. It was a bit disappointing that poi was not on the menu. The entire show is in English. There was a brief moment when it rained, which made me anxious, but it cleared up afterward, so I was lucky. Since it's on the rooftop, it's wise to be prepared for weather changes. I think it's a show worth seeing at least once.

The buffet had so many options that it was hard to choose. I wanted to eat a lot, but I couldn't finish everything. The dance show was very powerful and wonderful! The child actors were cute, and I felt that the performance of the lead was top-notch.

The journey was a bit long, so most people were sleeping. The guide was quietly explaining the scenery with consideration for everyone. The buffet was deluxe, and each person had a crab shoulder. There were no explanations at the venue, so it's better to look for things yourself. There was ice cream by the entrance, and I realized it when leaving, so I missed out on it... what a shame. The show was impressive and good.

I was told by a friend that the show has an incredible scale, so I signed up for a tour that allows you to watch the show from the central front row seats. The tour included bus transportation, and a veteran female guide happily introduced us to various landmarks along the way to the Polynesian Cultural Center.

Once we arrived, we had our meal right away. We opted for the deluxe meal, which had a wide variety of dishes and exceeded our expectations, especially the crab and roast beef, which were delicious.

As for the show, we had seats right in the middle of the front row, making it very easy to see, and the stage was incredibly powerful. Since there was a bit of distance from the stage, even from the front row, we could see everything well, and I was glad we chose those seats.

There was a little time between the meal and the show, so we were able to visit the souvenir shop as well. It was a pity that we couldn't go to the village, but I had a great time!

友人からショーはスケールがすごいから絶対に観た方が良いと言われたので、ショーを中央前列の席で観られるツアーで申し込みました。

I have visited several times, and each time I am captivated by the content of the show and the dances from various countries, making the time pass very quickly. I am also satisfied with the food, as I can choose my favorite dishes in the amounts I like, and there is a wide variety.

If I had to say something, it would be that the time from arrival to meals and the show was busy, so I thought it would be nice to have a little more time to buy souvenirs on-site.

It's like a cultural festival where all the staff are university students. The show was impressive, especially the final fire dance, which was entertaining.

The food was deluxe, but the crab was not all-you-can-eat; it was a system where you exchanged tickets for it, and you could only get it once. Plus, it was not good. The buffet selection was limited, and the soft drinks were on an order basis, so you had to keep placing orders. Since the staff were not present in the hall, it was difficult to order. Despite that, they were eager to clear the tables, so they kept taking away plates and glasses. Even while I was still eating, they touched my plate with dirty gloves and asked, "Finish?" I felt like saying, "How can I eat something you touched with dirty hands!" They did this right when I had food on my plate and was about to take a bite. It was really frustrating. It felt like harassment. By the way, the clearing staff did not take orders. The female staff at the entrance were very pleasant, so I wished they could have taken over.

I don't think it's worth the hour and a half bus ride from Waikiki. It felt like a waste of time and money.

いや、汚い手で触ったものを食えるか！って感じで。しっかり食べ物が乗っていて、今まさに口に運んでるときにそういうことをしてきます。
本当にむかつきました。嫌がらせとしか思えません。ちなみに、片付けスタッフは注文を聞いてくれません。入り口の女性スタッフはとても感じよかったので、代わってほしかったです。

ワイキキからバスで1時間半かけて行くほどではないと思いました。
時間とお金を無駄にした感じです。

This Luau was our last night on the Island of Oahu and it was outstanding. The bus ride to the luau was very entertaining, the activities were very interesting and informative, the food was very good and the entertainment was outstanding. I would recommend this event to anyone visiting the Island.

Although it's a bit far from Waikiki, I think it's worth seeing. The fire show, in particular, was amazing, and the handsome guy handling the main fire was impressive as he threw the fire sticks far away and caught them perfectly. I wanted to take a picture with him. That day, there was also someone who was said to be a descendant of the Hawaiian royal family, referred to as a princess. The return bus was small and stopped in a hard-to-find location, which made it take some time to find.

I don't speak English, but I participated in this tour knowing that there would be no Japanese speakers or Japanese people present. Since it was my first time in Hawaii, I used Veltra three times, including this one.

For the first two times, the pickup was early, and a Japanese person came to greet us, but for this tour, no bus resembling the one we were expecting arrived despite waiting. The voucher mentioned to call if the pickup didn't arrive after 10 minutes, but it was in English. I became quite anxious, but the bus arrived about 20 minutes later.

I was quite flustered, but once we arrived safely at the destination, I was glad I had read the reviews thoroughly, as I understood the general itinerary and had no trouble at all. Depending on the purpose, some people might find it very enjoyable, but since it was a bit far and long, it might be good for just one time. I think we won't repeat it, especially since our next stay will likely be short as well. We gathered at 3:30 PM and returned to the hotel around 10 PM.

For those who want to get away from Japanese people and see an authentic luau show, I recommend this tour.

英語がしゃべれないけれど、このツアーは日本語が通じない、日本人がいないというのは承知の上参加しました。ハワイが初めてだったので、今回はベルトラさんをこれを含めて3回利用させて頂きました。
2回ともお迎えは時間前で日本人が来てくれたのですが、このツアーは待てど暮らせどそれらしいバスが来ません。10分たっても迎えが来ない場合は電話してくださいとバウチャーに書いてありましたが、英語対応とのこと。すごく不安になりましたが、20分後ぐらいに到着。
かなり焦りましたが、無事に現地到着し、口コミを熟読していたのが幸いし、現地でのだいたいの行程は理解していましたので全く困ることはありませんでした。
目的、人によってはすごく楽しいと思いますが、少し遠いし、長時間なので１回ぐらいは良いかもしれませんが、おそらく次回も短い滞在期間となると思うので私達はリピはないなと思います。集合15時半でホテルに戻って来たのは22時過ぎぐらいでした。
とにかく日本人から離れたいという方、本格的なルアウショウにが見たい方にはおすすめです。

I wanted to experience something Hawaiian, so I participated in the show at the Polynesian Cultural Center. The show had a storyline (which I won't spoil), and the final fire dance was more powerful than I expected, leaving me deeply moved.

For dinner, I chose the standard buffet, but I can't say it was delicious by any means. The only saving grace was that the pineapple was very sweet and tasty. Since I wasn't satisfied with the other dishes, I ended up eating a lot of pineapple.

Additionally, the round-trip shuttle bus ride was quite long, taking about an hour and a half, and the bumpy roads made for an uncomfortable ride, which was a bit tough.

Despite these downsides, the show was fantastic, so overall, I was satisfied.

This experience was great as the staff and entertainers were all interactive with guests. Everyone was experienced and understanding if guests did/didn't want to dance. In fact, since I am typically shy and not the center of attention it was great to get involved, embarrass my self, and walk away with others in the same situation not feeling guilty. Great and personable staff with a sense of humor and pride in their culture. Thanks!

We had a good fun day at PCC

We spent full day at Polynesian Cultural Center, it was great to learn different type of Polynesian islands. Our guide was Jargel, she was good, she took us to all the best shows on PCC.

Luau dinner was good, A lot of food selections to choose for.
We got 2 leis . One is made from Kui nuts and other one made from orchids.

They picked up and sent us back to Waikiki, all staffs are very friendly and helpful. This is one of very good attractions you should do when you visit the island. We had a good time there.

This is my second time at the Polynesian Cultural Center. My companions were there for the fifth time, and it was the first visit for one member of the group.

Honestly, it was a disappointing experience. The buffet had fewer options compared to my last visit, and the shows are losing their excitement.
