I felt reassured by the detailed Japanese support when making the reservation. Also, since it was at the Hyatt Regency on the day of the event, the location was easily accessible, and the view was great. The meals at the hotel buffet were a bit hectic, but they were delicious. (I didn't have time to enjoy the crab slowly, haha.) The show was full of excitement and very impressive. I had mentioned in advance that it was for an anniversary, so I was happy to receive a gift of a fresh flower lei. I definitely think you should participate!

The opening is at 17:15 and it's first come, first served, but the actual opening is at 17:30, and you will be guided to your seats while taking photos, which makes it extremely late. Additionally, you will be split into two groups for seating, so just lining up early doesn’t guarantee good seats. The meal is a typical buffet style, but if you don’t grab everything in one round, they start clearing it away quickly. It’s tough, but I recommend taking two plates to get your food. Just when I thought the show was getting exciting, it ended nearly an hour earlier than expected. (It was supposed to end around 20:15, but it actually ended at 19:20.) It was so bad that I requested a refund, but I was told it was not eligible. The staff at Veltra were very sincere in their response, but the event itself was the worst.

By the way, the weather on the day was clear, and there were no traffic jams, yet we experienced the issues mentioned above. I strongly recommend going to see a different show.

開場が17:15かつ早いもの順と言っていますが、17:30に開場、写真を撮りながら席へ案内されるためめちゃくちゃ遅くなります。また、途中から二手に分かれて座席へ案内されるようになるため早く並んでいたから良い席になるわけではありません。食事は良くあるビュッフェスタイルですが、1周で取りきらないとあっという間に片付けが始まります。大変ですけどお皿を2枚もって料理を取ることをお勧めします。ショーが始まって盛り上がってきたと思ったら想定よりも1時間近く早く終了しました。（20:15ごろ終了とのことでしたが、実際は19:20でした）あまりにひどいので返金対応を求めましたが、対象外との返事でした。
ベルトラの方には誠心誠意対応していただきましたが、催事自体は最悪です。

The weather was perfect, and we had an amazing experience. We enjoyed a 1 hour and 30 minute dinner at Hyatt, and then the show started right after. It was truly a precious time to experience a real show up close! (I felt the show was longer than scheduled.) Our 6 and 10-year-old children were also completely satisfied with everything. The staff provided pleasant service as well. On our way back, we were lucky to see fireworks right in front of us at Waikiki Beach.

If you're going to Waikiki, I highly recommend this show, so I made a reservation before my trip. I heard that seating is on a first-come, first-served basis, so I planned to arrive early and wait on the rooftop for a good seat. However, even after the scheduled time, no reception staff or anyone else showed up, and the local contact number was unreachable as the business hours had ended. We were staying at the Hyatt Regency Waikiki. I would look down from our room and see the small area the luau was being performed in. I was skeptical because any luaus we had previously been to were done in large areas. We were all pleasantly surprised at how welcoming the staff were! The show itself was very well done and the acts were both beautiful and memorable. The setting was small and intimate. There were 9 of us total and we were all very pleased! Music and singing were great!
