Good: the performers and MC where good. Bad: Food and Drink where minimum. Selection was limited. All seemed a little cheap. No quality drink choices. Best tequila was Cuervo Gold, really! What decade are we in. Ugly: the setting terrible. On a roof at the conference center. No ambiance. A conference room on the roof. Hilton could and should do better. I will not recommend. I picked this Luau mostly because of proximity to our hotel. That was a mistake. It was the worst experience of our week stay in Oahu.

The powerful dance by the men and the graceful hula by the women were wonderful. I was delighted that the performers applied traditional paint on their arms. It's a bit pricey, but I definitely recommend it for a memorable experience in Hawaii.

My family are really excited to have luau buffet and the show and this was main activity for our trip. Overall show and music was great. But the buffet food was not. Luau pork was dry and chicken was hard to chew. Also desert was not at that quality for the price.

This was an outstanding luau. I had read some reviews complaining that drive there goes through a industrial area. Who cares!? Once you arrive you are in a secluded, gorgeous property on the ocean.
The food and entertainment was outstanding. I went back for seconds on the pig, which they actually roast in the ground the traditional way.
This luau is the best bang for your buck on the island.

Whenever I'm planning to join a tour, I always wonder if it'll be fun for the kids too. Even though it's a bit pricier, choosing the Friday luau in the courtyard by the lagoon was a great choice! Even if the kids got a bit bored halfway through, they could play on the grass for a bit. And the best part was it was free for kids under 4, which was super awesome! What made me even happier was the kids buffet corner, with kid-friendly foods like Tater tots, Teriyaki chicken, and meatballs etc. We made some fantastic family memories in Hawaii.

The show was a blast, featuring dances from the various Polynesian islands.
There were even a few fire dancers, which the kids absolutely loved.

We were bummed we couldn't see the final fireworks from our seats, but watching them up close from right in front of the hotel was an incredible experience. Totally satisfied!

This was my 2nd Luau ever and this one was way bigger than I expected. I would say at least 500 people or more! liked the entrance it was beautiful. I did feel like a bit of herd of cattle coming in. We got seated pretty close to the stage which was nice for us non VIP’s.
The pre show activities were ok. We got temporary tattoos and watched a guy climb up a coconut tree.
The pig coming out of the ground was kinda gross but interesting. As far as the actual food goes, it was just OK.
The pork and rice was good. the chicken and fish were bland. The chocolate cake for dessert was dry. The pineapple was good, very juicy.
The show itself was very good & entertaining. It moved fast which we liked. Overall it was a fun experience. My young daughter liked the dancing & we were able to get a picture with some of the dancers

On the last day of our trip, I was moved to tears by a wonderful show that was perfect for concluding our journey. I recommend paying a little extra for seats closer to the front! Although it was quite pricey, it was worth every penny. My mother, who is in her mid-70s, was also deeply impressed.

With the ocean and Diamond Head as a backdrop, the show was based on history and was so moving that even those who aren't fluent in English could appreciate it. The singing and dancing were incredible and truly touched my heart.

The food was plentiful and delicious, but unfortunately, we couldn't finish it all since we don't eat much. The drink tickets included three drinks plus coffee, but we couldn't use all of our drink tickets. Overall, I was very satisfied.

Wasn't worth the money

Too long of a time before the food. The moving from station To station to see the different classes. Should be performed on the stage during wait time. When it was time to eat it was crazy. I was told they would call tables at a time. Didn't happen. It was a stampede..Food was taken away quickly. Just seemed uncoordinated the customer service seemed unapproachable.

Best part was the exit out of the venue.. but wait that was my doing.

Last year, I learned that there was a luau show at the Royal Hawaiian, and I participated for the first time. I was happy to hear my parents, who have seen various luau shows, say that it was great. I definitely want to repeat this experience when I stay in Waikiki. This time, we entered in time for dinner, but I am also interested in events that teach about Hawaiian culture. Although it rained and we had to stay indoors, the fire show and both the hula and Tahitian performances were really wonderful! It might be a good idea to line up early to secure good seats. The food was delicious as well. It was unfortunate that the drink pickup location was hard to find, and in the end, we ran out of time to get them.

It was a venue near the Disney Hotel! I had a great time with mini activities before the show and browsing the gift shop. ☺️ I was lucky enough to ride a canoe for free and saw a sea turtle in the beautiful sea nearby!!!

For those celebrating birthdays or anniversaries, you can go up on stage, which allows for various experiences and is a lot of fun! There are also couple dances, so you can fully enjoy the overseas atmosphere, and I highly recommend it. I went in late March in Japan, but it gets chilly at night, so it might be a good idea to keep a cardigan handy.

As seen on TV, it was incredibly powerful and I was very satisfied!!! I thought the locals in Hawaii would start late, so I aimed to arrive right at the entrance time, but there was already a huge line, and I regretted not arriving a bit earlier.

I think sitting in the front would have made it even more impressive.

The buffet had mostly delicious food, and I was very satisfied! The seating was shared. The gentleman who guided us to our seats seemed to take into account our preferences, so it would have been nice to speak English to get a better seat. I can't speak it, though...

I chose this place after seeing reviews of other luaus that mentioned language issues, but since the basic communication and announcements were in English, I thought it might have been better to look for a spot outdoors by the beach! The show itself was very satisfying!

We chose the primary seat, and it was the right decision! We were guided to our seats first, and we could also get our food ahead of others. It was a relief for us with a child, as there was little waiting time. The restrooms were conveniently located inside the building, so we could step out during the show and return quickly, allowing us to fully enjoy the performance. The fire show in the front row was incredibly impressive! We were both very satisfied.

About 15 years ago, I participated in the same luau as an option on a tour, but back then it was outdoors, so I was a little disappointed that this time it was indoors. I arrived at the meeting place 30 minutes before the opening time, but there were already 7 or 8 groups ahead of me. While waiting, I was able to talk with an elderly couple from New Jersey who stood behind me, and thanks to their patience with my broken English, the time flew by until we entered the venue. Since I lined up early, the table we were guided to was right behind the high-priced tables, making it very easy to see the show. The food and drinks were delicious, and I was very satisfied with the spectacular show. If the yen becomes a bit stronger, I would like to participate again. At the end, I took a photo with one of the dancers from the show, and my wife was also very happy with the night. *I declined the commemorative photo taken at the beginning because it was expensive.

A packed luau show! 盛り沢山のルアウショー！

Before departing, I couldn't secure a reservation for the Aulani luau, so I found and booked this one instead, and I think it turned out to be a better choice.

We started at 5:00 PM and arrived about 10 minutes early on foot from Aulani. The seaside atmosphere was lovely, and I felt relaxed by the palm trees and the sunset view.

The activities before the show included Hawaiian tattoos (free with tips), stone bowling (free), a spear-throwing game called O'o'i (free), and a paid photo opportunity with tropical birds. After lining up for the Hawaiian tattoo, I managed to try stone bowling and O'o'i once each, just in time. After the experiences, we received shell leis for stone bowling and O'o'i. The paid photo with the tropical birds could be a nice keepsake, but since they were frequently pooping while on my arm, I personally found it a bit much.

We chose the Orchid Plan. I was torn between that and the Deluxe Plan, but since the show is quite long, it was easier for our family with kids to sit further back, making it more comfortable to step out if needed! Honestly, I felt that even the basic plan might have been sufficient.

I was careful about the Cove Card after reading everyone's comments, but I still made a mistake (laughs). It seems that the only place to use it for souvenirs is at the solidly built shop directly opposite the stage. Even with all the warnings I read, I still messed up, so I hope they can improve the clarity a bit… but since it’s not in Japan and my daughter liked the necklace, I’ll cherish the memory. For those who drink alcohol, it’s great, but for others, there’s free water and coffee available besides the welcome drink, so it might be better to check in advance whether the Cove Card can be used.

Honestly, I didn't have high expectations for the food, but it was delicious.

Overall, the plan was packed with experiences, and we had a great time. Thank you!

出発前に既にアウラニのルアウが取れず、こちらを見付けて予約しましたが結果こちらの方が良かったと思います。

17:00スタートでアウラニから徒歩で10分前に到着しました。海辺で雰囲気が良く、椰子の木と夕陽の景色に癒されました。

この日のショー前のアクティビティ？は、ハワイアン・タトゥ（無料／チップあり）、ストーン・ボーリング（無料）、槍投げのようなオ・オイ（無料）、南国の鳥？との写真撮影（有料）でした。ハワイアン・タトゥの列に並んでから、ストーン・ボーリングとオ・オイを1回ずつ体験して時間ギリギリでした。ストーン・ボーリングとオ・オイは体験後に貝殻レイ？が貰えます。有料の南国の鳥との撮影は記念にはなるかと思いますが、腕に居る間にかなり頻繁に糞をしていたので、個人的には無理でした。

プランはオーキッドプランにしました。デラックスプランと迷いましたが、ショーがかなり長いので子供の居る我が家は前方ではない方が席を外し易く気が楽でした！むしろ基本プランでも良かったかな？という感じです。

みなさんの書き込みを見て気を付けていたコーブカード…それでも失敗しました（笑）お土産で使えるのはステージとちょうど反対側にあるしっかりとした建物内にあるお土産屋さんのみな気がします。これだけ書き込みを見て気を付けて行った私でさえ失敗してしまうので、もう少し分かり易く改善して欲しいな…と思いますが、日本ではないのですし、娘も気に入ったネックレスだったので良い想い出にします。お酒を飲む方は良いのですが、そうではない方にはウェルカムドリンク以外にもフリーでお水はコーヒーがあるので、コーブカードが使えるかを先に確認して選ばれた方が良いかもしれません。

お食事は正直期待していなかったのですが、美味しかったです。

体験も含めて盛り沢山のプラン、とても楽しかったです。有り難うございました！

Wow should I start off with the most delicious authentic hawaiian food I have ever tried..My whole family cleaned their plate..Including the dessert was delicious..The show was amazing so worth the cost..The host keep us laughing
